The waiting process is horrible! I have waited over two hours for service. I hope this reaches the most important Person that has the ability also the authority to make changes to the system. The area is very small, no one has come to sanitize the two check in kiosks, the screen that has all check-ins is not accurate and I am a proven fact. I spoke with staff twice in regards to the errors and it was confirmed that I was correct on what the check-in screen shows. I am speaking for all individuals that were experiencing the same thing. This location should not have over the capacity and or only accept a certain amount of appointments and walkin. There was A lady with an autistic child who has been to a separate location with an appointment Not be seen because of her child being a minor she come to this location on Rancho and has been waiting just as long as I have three hours, I hope and pray for the better good of not only the staff, but also the operations.
