Quest Diagnostics Las Vegas West Charleston Boulevard

This place is extremely unprofessional, lacks service, and is in disarray. Since Quest has a monopoly on medical blood testing in Las Vegas, all residents have become lambs to the slaughter.

We went to get my son's blood work drawn. It was packed and they had the soft checking machine with nothing to wipe it down with whatsoever. So there's 2 machines we were patient a 109. So probably 50 people touch that machine. That's gross to start with. Let me limp back the girl that drew the blood work said. Do you want all the blood work done that you're doctor ordered? I'm not sure why that question was asked. They have orders from a doctor you do what the doctor wants. She must have been new the girl from the other draw station kept asking her. Did you do this? Did you do that? She drew one tube of blood on my son and then said. Oh, you need drink more water. I blew your vein. The other girl came running over and said. Is this all the testing to be done? And she said yes with the printed labels. She looks at me and starts yelling at me and said you can't recording in here. I turned my phone around and said I'm looking at my emails. Maybe I should have been recording. Horrible service. She got the rest of the blood out of my son's other arm and told him he needs to drink more water. That's all he does is drink water. Bottom line we got done the blood works drawn the last time we were there. They lost the blood work that they drew. Not a lot of choices of blood draw companies. Because quest is pretty much the one. I would go to another location and ask for somebody experienced.

Yulia was just wonderful! She was very friendly and she was able to draw my blood with ease and no pain! What a great morning!

They send me every 3 months to do my blood work the lady the nurse is really nice and it didn't hurt

I went to this place with a friend who needed a blood draw, it has a place in the front where you check in by AI, there's no front desk people but it's easy to navigate through the kiosk, there was not much of a wait to be seen for my friend, the staff seemed friendly and professional, this is a good place to go if you need blood work done.

Very convenient, grocery store near by. The staff is really nice and welcoming. They are open to everyone. Thank you 🙂

The waiting process is horrible! I have waited over two hours for service. I hope this reaches the most important Person that has the ability also the authority to make changes to the system. The area is very small, no one has come to sanitize the two check in kiosks, the screen that has all check-ins is not accurate and I am a proven fact. I spoke with staff twice in regards to the errors and it was confirmed that I was correct on what the check-in screen shows. I am speaking for all individuals that were experiencing the same thing. This location should not have over the capacity and or only accept a certain amount of appointments and walkin. There was A lady with an autistic child who has been to a separate location with an appointment Not be seen because of her child being a minor she come to this location on Rancho and has been waiting just as long as I have three hours, I hope and pray for the better good of not only the staff, but also the operations.
