Horrible service! I’ve been here since 6:45 AM because my labs need to be done on the second day of my period, ( hormone labs ) and I was told there were no available appointments due to the urgency. Now it’s 8:40 AM, and I was originally 5th on the walk-in list, but now I’m 6th. I am diabetic, and the staff treats people terribly. There is no empathy, no assistance, and no proper explanation of the processes. The only person who has treated me well is a young woman with glasses and dark skin(she’s Latin) morenita . All the others do not know how to attend to or work with patients properly. I strongly urge the management of this Quest location to provide training, coaching, and improvements in patient care. These are patients, not objects! I am still here, and I was just told that walk-ins must wait six hours—this is unacceptable! As I mentioned, I am a diabetic patient needing labs on the second day of my menstrual cycle. I understand that there are other patients and that I need to wait, but the treatment and the fact that more people have been added ahead of me, changing my position in line, is unacceptable. I will never come back here again. The leads, managers, supervisors, and overall management are completely ineffective. The Regional Manager of this Quest location needs to address this issue immediately. You may contact me if further information is needed.

Poor customer service I made an appointment did the check in on my phone I arrived on time the didn’t have me on the system the waste my time.. you can get sick just from waiting at the packed waiting room .. Look for different place . I just left the place after Miguel told me that I’m not on the list shame on you.

Don’t go here for your drug test employment screening with or without an appointment. I waited a full hour and a half, no one bothered to inform me on anything, or apologize for the wait. I had to go up and ask, a blonde lady with glasses, she said 30 minutes that was a lie. I have to go back up there at two. Go to Fast Labs instead downtown.

If I could leave a 0 star review that would be it. This is the worst place to do a lab work. Do not visit this place with or without appointment because it is a complete mess. Unprofessional and irresponsible service. I have NEVER seen this before. This is the Worst place. I arrived at 6:47am and left at 10am without being able to do my exam. They supposedly have walk-in options on the site and on the machine when you first check in it has the walk-in option. The computer even gives you an estimated time of wait but this is not true. If you cannot take walk ins as an establishment because you do not have the personnel then do not take walk ins do not have this as an option, this way you do not waste people’s time and do not promise a service you are not giving. I missed work to get this done and was not able to get my exam and on top of that had to pay parking. Also, they started talking about the walkings long wait after I was sitting there for 2 hours when on the computer when I checked in it say wait time 30minutes to an 1:30 and it was not more than 3 hours. You should say this since the beginning. I did not mind waiting 1 hour or even 1 and a half but do not give false information then. It is not ok to play with people’s time like that. Your place should have proper management. This is a medical establishment for human beings. It should have better organization. Remove your walk-ins option for this location because you are giving False information.

This place is always packed, and customer service sucks! You only get to talk with a touch screen. Came here for employer drug testing; this is my third time trying to get tested without them saying that "they're no longer performing drug screening for the day" even though it's 11 am. Parking is affordable on the U Miami parking deck.

Scheduling an appointment with Quest Diagnostics is completely pointless. I had an appointment booked in advance, yet I was left waiting nearly two hours to be seen. What’s the purpose of offering scheduled time slots if you don’t respect them? The service is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly overbooked — it feels like they don’t value anyone’s time. People were sitting frustrated in the waiting room, all with the same issue: scheduled appointments that meant nothing. This was one of the worst patient service experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for reliability or respect for your time, go elsewhere. Quest needs to seriously re-evaluate their system or stop pretending that appointments matter at all.

If you pick this location make sure you have an appointment to reduce the wait. Also show up 30 minutes early to find parking. You lose your slot if you are late and have to wait 2-3 hours. The large parking behind the building is usually occupied by their own employees and the waiting area and lobby is packed with people waiting and smells like a mix of canalization and dead rodent. Two stars.

I go to my appointment on time and wait.???? There is no place to park the car and if you park behind the building it doubles the waiting time and you pay extra for parking and the people here defend themselves. “There are few people working here “ so??? that is not my problem!!!! I want my parking money back!!!! THİA IS NOT MY PROBLEM!!!!

This Quest is hidden in a little plaza with Dunkin and other shops. If you arrive earlier, you can walk over and get a coffee while you wait. Check in is all digital so you just scan your information into the iPad. Although I was early, they took me in within 5 minutes. I came here for some routine bloodwork. They offer other services as well. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Great lab very clean brand new sparking!!! The best blood test ever is with Ashley the manager she is amazing especially for me because I have tiny veins and I usually get botched with most nurse's Ashley is really amazing she drawn my blood in 2 mins and I don't even feel any pinch I drive from south beach to downtown just for her golden hands Thank you Ashley

Visited yesterday and today...Dan was terrific getting us checked in, Ray was professional and courteous in his work to make sure we were properly entered into the database and receive the right treatment. When we returned today Dan was very helpful in getting us registered again and Michael collected our containers and made sure they were identified on the system and recorded the receipt. We were very pleased with our experience

I paid online for a drug test that's mandatory for my job. I went in and was turned away. First off: don't take my money without guaranteeing I get the service. They told me to make an appointment or come as a walk in the next day because they were busy. It was like 5 people in the waiting room. I also went in around 10am so it was early in the day, far from closing time. I looked online and there weren't any available appts this week and next week. One employee told me to come back at 6am and another employee said they're not even open at 6am. Talk about confusion! I finally asked what time should I come as a walk in and they said anytime before 12. I asked them "well what time is it now??" When the employee checked the time and saw it was 10:20 something he changed his response to "before 9am". I've been to a Quest before and after Covid. I've had exceptional service and care so I know this experience is not from a policy change or safety precautions either. This happened because the employees don't want to work.

They have super vampires here! Yea the phlebotomist here are good, i should know, im a difficult human to draw blood from. :) But seriously...this Quest is fast, efficient and proffesional. They do most types of blood testing and also do Drug Screenings. I didnt know this location was right next to my building until i overheard some people talk about it. Its a couple months new and clean. It is located in the Civica Plaza, 1st floor. No appointment required. Parking is in the back of the building $3 hr or sometimes free.

WORST SERVICE EVER. No humans helping out. It's all machinery. If you walk in It's like 2 hours. If you are late because you have a special needs child that yoh have to push to get to places no one cares. I guess they're use to people telling them out because they just walk away. No wonder you do so poorly in reviews.

It ridiculous how this quest location wast the time of people who make an appointment ! I made it at 12 pm , arrived at 11:45am .. i asked and said you need to wait 30 min mores !! I am fasting , I and paying for parking more than $9 waiting to be attended to have my test . They don't respect the time of others . If you arrive 5 min late they say " you lost your appointment " .. Is this respect ? Is the time of them more important of you ? Honestly I don't know how they drive it ! Mental health is importan too , and this delays cause frustration and angry, .. Please don't excuse about Covid !they have been having enough time for adaptation and fix their logistic !!! Worse service ever

Horrible customer service. The lab techs are working hard, but they have NO COMMUNICATION person. One woman was on the wait list for 5 hours. She had been there since 9 am and no one told her they could not accommodate her. I cam early at 1230 for a 210 booked appointment. Even though I checked in I wasted 20 min thinking I could go early. I got charged for parking and had to come back. One word for this company : abusive. The staff need a person to communicate with people in the waiting room.

I went yesterday at 1:45 pm and they said no more walkins yet the place was empty. The receptionistTold me last time they walk- in is 11Am. I go in today before 11am and again she says no more walkins. Then whem I asked why she would tell me to come im before 11 she said with attitude I am not going to argue. The level of incompetence and rudeness of the receptionist was absurd. Never coming back to this terrible establishment. Also after my experience I read all the reviews and seems like I am not the only one with the experience @Quest I see you reply yet you clearly do nothing about it as these bad experiences seem to happen on a daily basis. I would give 0 starts never in my life Have I been to a "health" establishment so terrible. Even third world countries have better lab services.

I was required to come in for an employer drug test before i was hired. I originally had gone on line & made my appointment for 3pm on a friday. i left a very important work tour to make it in time. when i arrived at 2:45, i was told that the last drug tests they do are at 2:30, no exception. so WHY was i able to make an appointment for 3?!?!? the nurse had no explanation & i had to reschedule. When I arrived back at the lab & it was absolutely packed (Pre-COVID). my appointment was for 10:15 & i arrived at 9:30 to hopefully get in sooner. SPOILER ALERT: didn't happen. i waited for what felt like an eternity with a full about to burst bladder. Not fun & hopefully won't ever need to come back.

If I could give this company a negative number, I would. I called to ask a simple question and got the RUDEST woman who couldn't give me the time of day. She actually hung up on me when I asked why she was being so rude. When I called back hoping to get a different person, she answered again but didn't actually answer the phone so I stayed on waiting to see when she'd say hello. I can not believe I am the only one she treated badly (especially after seeing all these negative reviews). I guess Quest is making such a profit that customer service isn't necessary.

There's no option for zero stars so I had to pick 1 star. There's no appointments available for about a month. The wait time for walk in is 2-3hrs. The staff has the audacity to go outside and tell everyone to wait in the car instead of servicing the appointments. They say you'll get a text message that tells you to come back from your car so they can see you but they still had me sit and wait some more because it was an error from their system. Very disorganized and disrespectful of people's time.

Do not come to this place, try another one. Even when you prove that you can't have an appointment because your blood test need to be an specific day of the month because of your period they don't care. Seriously ask your doctor for another blood clinic

I could give them 0 starts .. There is a woman by the name Maria who is very mean , rude , uneducated, insensitive with very bad beside manners .. mistreating patients she should had never been hired to do her job , She doesn't care about her patients needs , pain and suffering That office used to be very efficient, patients were treated with respect and dignity Unfortunately I had to leave in pain , feeling very sick .. looking for another place to get my labs done .

I went in to get a few blood tests in the morning and since I previously set up my appointment online, I was able to easily check-in digitally at the time of my appointment and I only waited no more than two minutes in the waiting room. They did everything fast and professionally. Very satisfied I would say!

Their website says if you have an underlying health condition you can come in during the first hour without an appointment. I have HIV and showed up for bloodwork first thing this morning. An extremely rude, elderly Latina just screamed at me "no walk-ins!". I explained that the website says otherwise, but she just kept screaming "no walk-ins". The health situation is stressful enough without having to deal with harpies like her.

I do not recommend this place at all. my daughter waited for attention from 8:30 to 3:00 and nothing was not attended. the person being resected is disrespectful and yells a lot. It is unusual, the website says that you can go without support but when you arrive it is a complete relaxation, they laugh in the face of people who have to undergo a medical examination, they leave you waiting for hours and I do not recommend anything and stars none

The rudest staff and most ghetto experiences I ever had in any sort of health care facilities. Keep telling patients " no", " I have no idea" " I don't know" is most useless and unprofessional response ever. Not even one apology or acknowledgement of their mistakes. No one comes here to know what they are supposed to do all the time. And you are supposed to help us, not blaming us for not helping you make your job easier.

At A very sad time in my life struggling with health issues the two women at the front couldn't have been any RUDER !!! I work in healthcare and I could never ever ever treat a patient that way . They were just Absolutely DISGUSTING . Shame on quest seriously .

'The most incompetent staff ever, apparently they don't know how to use/look up lab orders. When one is ignorant and can't find requests for labs that were put in months ago, the other staff play stupid as well to cover for the lack of professionalism. This is not the 1st time they have lost/misplaced the order from my doctor, it's every fricken time I go, then they want me to call my dr.'s office to send the order again, are you serious, call a Dr. Office at 7:30 in the morning, yeah, good fucken luck....and people get surprised by the attitudes they get. Screw the staff and screw Quest, I hope the shit hits the fan there!'

I will NEVER come back to this Quest Diagnostics location and will never use Quest diagnostics again if I can help it. I was supposed to get a drug test for my employer, so I scheduled my appointment for 1:15pm. I arrived at 1:05 (I have the parking receipt from the garage to prove this). When i first arrived, people were waiting outside so I stood outside for a few minutes. Then I decided to go in (I didn't even know that I needed to check in, the woman at the front didn't tell anyone anything). Once I checked in, I took a seat , this was around 1:15. I received a text that they were ready for my test. About 15 minutes later i showed the text to the woman, who assured me that they would come for me. I waited another 15, and asked her again why they hadn't called me. Her rude response was "they are working hard back there. They will get you when they are ready". So I waited again, about 15 minutes later I asked one of the girls to please check and make sure my name was still on the list. She said yes. 20 minutes later, I asked again because I was starting to get extremely mad and knew something was not right. A woman then told me that my name was called but I wasn't there, which was absolutely false as I was there early and the entire time. So again, I went back to the waiting room assuming she would call me next, but she never did. I waited until 3:15 pm (over 2 hours of waiting), and they told me that they were closed and that I needed to leave. I honestly don't know how they are still in business with the rude and absolutely terrible service I received today. I told them I was there at 1:05 and they still would not assist me with my drug test. If you can avoid this location, just do it and go anywhere else. I had to pay for the parking garage which made me even more mad on top of the fact that no one ever helped me and no one told me that they weren't going to put me back on the list. I truly am baffled by this experience to say the least. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I had a very pleasant experience since the moment I arrived to the location. I was greeted with a smile and the nice lady was very helpful with the checking-in, not only with me but I saw with everyone else as well. Carina was the employee who took care of me and she was very sweet. I told her about my thing with the needles and she was very sweet about it. I was very happy and satisfied with my visit. Parking is in the back and it costs $5.

I do not suggest coming here without an appointment! This place was PACKED as soon as I walked in. The waiting room is decently clean, and they have two tablets for a smooth check-in. There was no one at the front window (there usually is never anyone there), so if you want to speak to someone, you need to get their attention from the window, and they are usually all in the back. Check in was simple and I was able to grab an empty chair to sit in. Today, thankfully I did have an appointment and waited about 10 minutes after checking to be called. When the lady who was calling the patients called me, she also called another person and then looked at me when I sat down because she didn't say (what I thought she was trying to say my name, correctly). She told me to go to the room and I went in there and sat down. Sat there for about 5 minutes until the phlebotomist came in, and asked so how can I help you today. Explained what I needed, and she looked it up on the computer to find the referral. She didn't confirm any of my information, ask me who I was, or ask about my insurance or payment method.... Which I found strange, cause what if I had sat in the wrong room or something? She quickly drew the blood, didn't ask me what arm I preferred or anything. I usually don't complain when I get blood taken out, but this time I felt uncomfortable, like the needle was actually hurting me (not sure if its the positioning or how she was holding the needle). Thankfully it was over quickly (only a few tubes). She then disposed everything and told me to sign on the signature pad. I had to ask her what I was signing because she didn't explain anything to me. She rudely responded that I took out your blood. She then told me ok you're done, and then I left. I guess in times of need this place is ok, but don't come in here searching for people who are going to be nice to you and provide decent customer service.

Quest appointment procedure is cumbersome. Best just to walk in. Procedure for changing password is unworkable. They never reply. Also, password is fine as is. Doesn't need to be changed but doesn't work. Will advise my doctor.

The person who took my blood (Latina woman, also seemed to be the supervisor) was very rude and quickly rushed taking the blood. She didn't even take a few seconds to try to find the vein and didn't seem to care that she hurt me. My arm still hurts weeks later. A person like that should not be working with patients and should not be sticking sharp objects into people. I showed up on time and didn't do or say anything to her, so I have no idea what her problem was. Now I might have a damaged nerve in my arm because a grown child was having a bad day.

Staff is incredibly rude, does not care about customer service at all. In a patient care setting, the tone you use is important. There is nobody at front desk available to ask questions and when you do find a staff member to ask a question, they act annoyed that they have to help you. Very unprofessional and unfortunate considering the convenience in location. I would rather travel all the way to Coral Gables and get bloodwork done at my doctor's office than come back here again. I have never had a good experience here.
