Quest South Perth

Stayed at douth quest previously. Every time i stay it is for a period of 2 weeks. The rooms are always clean, staff are lovely and approachable. The grounds are beautifully kept. The locations for my needs has been fantastic and a quick walk up the road there is a lovely supermarket that sells local produce. I enjoy all my stays at quest south Perth. If i had to pick one fault it would be that the heating and airconditioning units are loud. However they work great so this isnt a huge issue.

Really bad value for money. Very dated interior, the kitchen looked like it was from a student house from the 80s. Very 'budget' feel to the place, which is fine, but not at the prices these guys are charging. The servicing was to an excellent standard though.

People are Nice, the apartments need work, DVD player was disconnected when we arrived, no bin bags. Food options are limited, staff are very helpful. All and all a good visit thanks.

Rooms are a great size but the lack of free wifi or even decently priced wifi is baffling

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in, in quite some time. To get in the hotel during closed hours u have to have your room key, to get up the elevator you have to have your room key and your room key only get you to your floor! Such an inconvenience if you have friends on a different floor. They only provide you with one key and you have to use that key to turn on power in your room. I went to get laundry on the first floor and ended up getting locked out at 6 am. The lobby was closed and phone was in my room, I had wait over an hour for anyone to show up and finally get a new room key. I do not recommend this place what so ever, do not stay here they need a 24 hour lobby.

Our family stayed here for 1 week and did not enjoy our stay at all. The receptionist ladies were lovely but couldn't say the same for the owner. The service was just unfriendly and we were made to feel like a nuisance to him. The apartment itself was dim, smelt mouldy, appliances were cheap and had old noisy air conditioning which made it hard to sleep. The tv remote didn't even have anymore writing on it, the buttons were so worn. Everything needs a face lift! We were please with the proximity it was to eateries though and the South Perth foreshore. But this was definitely a 3 star not a 4 star self service apartment. PLEASE be aware, the management will sneakily charge you for items that aren't properly explained. We experienced this and not happy with how the situation was handled.
