Quick Stop Deli

They make very good fresh hoagies. It’s crowded sometimes,the service is quick/clean & professional. Every other Saturday I take my mother there after her hair salon appointment like how my father used to.

We LOVE this deli! Their hoagies are the best. They are quick and have some of the best prices in the city. When going in the direction of the deli, we ALWAYS make a stop here.

Dallas native and moved there in Philly for a year. Overall, I didn’t like the city at all but this spot make the very best deli sandwich I ever had and i lived in multiple states. It can get pretty crowded and busy in there but the employees always got the orders right and they were very fast. The best selection of candy, chips and pop! Try to avoid using their atm as the fee is expensive. I’ve been back home in Dallas for 2 years now and I still think about this store to this day.

When crowded there is no organization. I ordered my hoagie 20 minutes before getting to the store, there is no reason why I should have had to wait in that long ridiculous line when I ordered before I got there and my hoagie was made. They will make your hoagie ahead of time, make you wait in that long line and they still charge you for what NOW is a soggy hoagie!!!! Needs better organization so that both consume and customer are pleased! Or if you’re going to do this don’t pick and choose who gets to skipp the line…

For those of u who are asking why are the food stamps saying it was here. It's because of the hackers overseas for it to where it's at this and other American establishments. These stores have nothing to do with it. Trust I called the EBT office and they said is scanners overseas. Make sure u lock your card and change your pin every so often

Never been here as I live in Virginia and this place stole all my kids ebt benefits which left us without food for the mth! It happened on multiple mths as well along with numerous other convenient stores in pa which tells me it’s some form of ring! Please be alert and aware! The police nor government have done Anything nor will they replace those benefits knowing they have been stolen and taken from the children it was suppose to feed! These people give no cares on how these babies eat and that’s where I cross the line! You can steal all you want but you don’t still Food from kids man. That’s just low out and shameful

It be packed in there but the hoagies are amazing. The hoagies come with fresh meats & crisp veggies. The service is fast & the hoagies are packed in a fresh choice of wheat or regular roll.

Great hoagies even better corned beef specials. My family has been coming here for years. Nice place to grab lunch and lottery. It can get pretty crowded and there isn't much standing room but it's worth it.

This is the second time getting the Groumet Turkey hoag. The lettuce, tomatos, onions and sweet peppers really made this hoagie stand out.

I order from here on a regular basis, and most of the time, it's good. This order was a Halal chicken n rice combo with extra chicken, white and red sauce and diet pepsi, and a chicken n lamb with rice combo with Pepsi. The salad was wilted on both platters. My platter didn't have extra chicken or sauces that I paid extra for, and they sent a regular Pepsi instead of diet. I won't get those platters again, but they're still my go-to.

That was the best damn Corn Beef sandwich ever!!!!. The only thing is they don't take credit or debit for food, but they take it for the lottery Anywho, great sandwiches!

Best hoagies I've ever had in the city. They're pretty quick, which is great and their service has always been positive. They were never rude and they except EBT which is great. I highly recommend anyone in that area. If you want to meet them there just know that they take EBT the nicer, quicksand delicious

Best hoagies in Philly. The roll is soft and fresh as well as the meat. I get hoagies for me and my kids every other weekend for our movie nights!!

I've been a lunch time regular here for over 5 years, staff are always very nice; they make a fine cheese sandwich that is modestly priced and ready quickly. Like many sandwich shops, the pandemic forced them closed for a couple months or so. I missed them! Since they re-opened, I have visited 3 times in as many weeks, trying different times of day and once on the weekend so I think this review is pretty fair. Quick Stop has signs up outside the store reminding people to call in their order ahead of time, maintain distance, wear a mask - the usual. All they did is put the signs up, though - none of those rules are enforced once you are inside. The shop is long and narrow, customers form a crowded line to the order-placing window that runs into the paying-for-things line. I know we all are responsible for making social distancing work, but for heaven's sake Quick Stop you're not even *trying* to enforce the rules even a little. It's not impolite - it is awkward but correct for you to remind customers about these rules when you notice they are being ignored. My stepfather brings me home two sandwiches a week and I've never tasted a a better sandwich what else can I say?

Best Hoagies in Southwest phila they are amazing to have and they sell wheat rolls how can you ask for more.

I love the Quick Stop Deli. In many ways, it's similar to it's main competition, just down the block, Quick & Quality. I find it interesting that they both have quick in the name, but I am not sure if there is a story to it. Anyway, much of what they offer is comparable. The competition has a grill. But their sandwiches seem slightly better. I think it's just the preparation. But the main thing that is better hear is the lunch meat deals. They have deals where you get lunch meat and lunch cheese, a pound each, for about five or six bucks. You cannot beat this deal.

They need to stop. I ordered a hoagie through Uber eats on a late night. My hoagie arrived with no lettuce , tomato, onion or anything else. I got just turkey and cheese on a hard roll. Gross!

Just saying the words "Quick Stop" now in my house brings back some amazingly good memories of incredible hoagies gone by...love this place, man! There are three take-out spots on this one 1/2 of the block alone (and they're all great, btw), but this place has the hoagie on lockdown. The prices are dirt cheap, the food is great and plentiful, and there's zero ambience...and ambience has that tricky way of finding its way onto a receipt. Not necessary when you're just looking for lunch, and the floors covered in cardboard on rainy days aren't going to convince anyone otherwise. In all other ways, this place is just the typical corner joint--penny candies, Day's soda, $.25 baby bags of chips and a very weird selection of larger household items in the back--but they get those hoagies down so perfectly that it could be a factory that produced nothing but scorpions and liquid fear in the back, and the place would still be great. If there's a crowd (which can truly happen), just wait a few minutes. I don't know if it's the same now as in 2010 or so, but there used to be a somewhat larger-than-normal homeless population in the area, and they could definitely stink up the place. Even then, though, I was happier that they could actually afford to buy the food over stealing it or eating from a trash can. Quick Stop is badass. Even if you only go once, it's strangely unique, and good for that. And you'll love your hoagie.

I had a hoagie it was good not a 5 all day tho had asked for no tomatoes though and they had them on there not a big deal it wouldnt have made it a 5 anyway it also was a little on the high side for that neighborhood it was a good hoagie though not bad if your in the neighborhood its a good sandwich

I was awaiting for the 42 bus to take me downtown to Walnut Street Theatre and I spotted this deli while looking for bus. I was hungry after theatre and decided I was to hungry to wait for food so I tried that night after stepping off bus. Quick Stop deli is convenience store with a deli counter where you can buy sandwiches and hoagies and lunch meat. I had turkey hoagie with provolone cheese. It was great! The prices are affordable and they are quick. Yup ! You can get 6 inch or foot long sub, plus other bread for regular club sandwich. I will definitely come back.Nice to know I have Mom and Pop type deli store a block away. !

I've been checking out the University City water ice options. I think Fred's is the best, but this place has pretty good water ice - Philadelphia Water Ice. I like Philadelphia Water Ice better than Rosati Ice (sold by several of the nearby stores). I've come here pretty often this summer.

Love this place .. Great quality low cost and fast service .. The workers are a little shall I say navy at times BUT I would be too with the kinda business they bring in ... Check them out you won't be disappointed

I love this hoagie shop! True Philadelphia style hoagies with meat and cheese overflowing the top of the sandwich. You can't beat the prices either, I would get a large turkey ham hoagie for $4 which would easily out-weigh at least 3 footlong subway subs. The only complaints I have are that its cash only (atm located in the shop), it can get crowded, and on rare occasions the bread seems a little tough. Other than that, great place, I go anytime I'm remotely nearby.

Great hoagies! Low cost, but taste great. Lunch meat specials, and fast service. It does get busy around lunch time, but they move quick so the wait won't be long.
