Quik Wok

Tried this restaurant for the first time today and happy I did. My food was great. I ordered online and drove up to the drive thru window to pick it up. I was really impressed with the ease of the online ordering system and it only added a .50 cents fee to my order. It was simple to add sprouts to my pork fried rice too. I also got ample pork meat in my rice as well and the crab ragoon were large and flavorful. I Highly recommend this location. Thanks.

Chicken & broccoli lunch special with white rice + hot & sour soup. C&B tastes like a true Chinese meal, and the H&S soup stays true to its name. Great spot! Drive-thru only for order pickup!!!

Never go in alway the drive thru but food is always a 10/10. I’ve had crab Rangoon, beef and broccoli, all the lo meins, sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried rice everything is so fire.

Says dine in yet door was locked, the lady let us in and then proceeded to tell us to use the drive through for now on. Horrible rice, couldn't eat it. Not even sure what the stuff in it was. The genral tso chicken was okay but didn't taste like it's supose to. Crab ragoons were huge but overly sweet, mostly just filled with cream and sugar is what it taste like. Portion size was great and food was hot at least. Unfortunately a waste of money for us as most went into the trash.

I can't begin to tell you how sad I am that they're closed on Mondays, because this place never disappoints. I order from here ALL the time and so should you. The food is always on point and they're always super fast. GO HERE NOW they're amazing. Here are some pics from today. First time I've had problem. Usually spot on and delicious. I ordered Cashew chicken lunch portion. I received something that looked like chicken nuggets, no vegetables not any sauce on chicken. The rice was good and egg rolls good as well. Maybe new cook? I don't know, but really disappointed.

Ordered in the drive thru then waited out front for them to bring it out. OMG! Best egg roll! Best hot and sour soup! Best chicken broccoli. I’ll definitely be back.

Everything we ordered was hot and freshly cooked. The house fried rice was delicious but included an odd cut of pork. I liked the pork wonton filling but the wonton wrappers were too thick.

Yesterday we had a small celebration of our family and kids voted for Chinese food for dinner. We got crabragoon- great as always, sesame chicken- kids love it, chicken on the stick- very good, shrimp lomain- everyone liked, general tsos- too spicy this time, but to be fair, my husband did not specify what heat level he wanted when ordering. Delivery guy was pleasant as always.

Me and my partner got food poisoning from there 1/9/26. My girl is still recovering from it currently. Health department please find this and inspect

We've been going to Quik Wok on the Rock Road for 20+ years. When they changed owners 10 or so years ago, we continued eating there. However, recently their quality has really degraded. Insomuch, that after consistently pulling chewed up grisly beef out of my rice, I finally decided to give them a call. (First time I made a complaint to them, ever). Now instead of being professional or saying sorry for such a poor experience, he became confrontational and argued that it's the "same beef" then told me to bring up the literal handful of chewed up beef with the rest of the uneaten rice so they can see it before they're willing to just replace the $6.65 order... For twenty years, we have ordered the same thing, they've even delivered to our home multiple times, always had a good relationship, never a problem. Given that they can't even apologize, but instead want me to prove there is a problem, as if they're gonna get ripped off buy a regular customer for something under ten bucks. In the past, I would have recommended them, but as of late - Nope. I'm posting this review as a warning to anyone considering going there. It's recently become a gamble on whether or not you'll have good quality food and when it's not, you're most likely up the creak.

This is a dive, a greasy spoon, a storefront restaurant. There is a small dining room, but it's barren and functional -. There's nothing inviting about it, and I'd say it's hardly comfortable. however, you come here for the food. Quik Wok carries a wide variety of typical Chinese fast food fare. My St. Paul sandwich was satisfactory but unexceptional.

When thru the drive thru for a late night snack. My order came up super quick and man at window was friendly. Wasn't sure how I felt about a drive up window for Chinese, but overall fast and taste food made simple was worth it. Outside of building could use some up keep and more lighting.

Fast drive through and a good variety of both traditional and not so traditional Asian food. The gentleman who works there is really friendly, while his wife is more standoffish. The order the food come out is a bit odd at times but everyone gets served.

Fast fresh and great service ! The food is always hot! And service is really fast. They have a drive through window or you can go inside. One of my favorite spots for take out.

Chinese food that actually has flavor. Great job!! Ordered egg drop soup with wontons fresh and homemade. Fried rice flavorful. Pork inn garlic sauce awesome. Steamed dumplings perfection

Stopped on our road trip. Yum yum!! My husband just had to find a place that served a St Paul sandwich. And I wanted vegan food. And a place that's opened on Sunday's. So this place was it!! Yay!! Jackpot y'all. Win win all the way. They have a drive through and they're quick too. Our food was fresh and hot. Hubby said the sandwich was tasty. My mixed veggies with tofu and rice was delicious. There's enough in mine to have 3 meals. So I shared with my sweetie. And I still have some for the next food stop. Love it!! Thank you for the yummy food a good service.

We were staying at the Wyndham by the airport and ordered for delivery. They were fast and very pleasant in person and on the phone. We ordered General Tso's Chicken and a Pu Pu Platter for Two. They were both very reasonably priced and delicious. I also ordered Lo Mein and asked for mushrooms and onions in it. It was perfect! The whole order was correct and only about $30. I will definitely eat here again if I am in the area.

After leaving the show on the holiday not many places were open. I saw this place was open. Made a u-turn. Service was good. They got my order quickly.

QW offers quick take out. Use the drive through to order and pick up OR call in order and use drive through for pick up. Staff is friendly. My recent order was chicken broccoli combo for lunch. Opted for white rice instead of fried rice and 2 crab rangoon instead of egg roll. Combo portions are big and are 2+ meals for me.

Pretty good experience it's what you expect going to a local Chinese place. Had better had worse in the area. Fried rice was pretty good I wasn't a huge fan of the orange chicken though.

If this is one of the better places to get Chinese in the area I feel for people who live here! From the reviews on yelp we thought we had hit the jack pot on getting some good Chinese food. Pulling up to the building and parking lot you'll notice they are dark and give off a sketchy vibe. The man at the drive-thru was kind and polite. Once order was taken we were asked to pull around to the front of the building and the food would be brought out. The food was very hot no complaint there. The complaint comes in the presentation and flavor or lack of flavor. The food was delivered to the car within about five min. of ordering, so a plus there. It really starts with opening the containers of the generals chicken and empress chicken both meals with fried rice. The rice was the color of soy sauce with a flavor I couldn't figure out. Both the main dishes looked like chicken tossed in an orange sauce both of the same flavor which wasn't a much. Don't make the same mistake we did and go off of the reviews, someone has to be writing them up for them to boost the star rating. Save your money!

I've tried a few Chinese takeout places in Saint Ann now and so far this one is my favorite. I really like the Kung Pao chicken and the Crab Ragoons are really great! I'm also grateful that they have steamed chicken (sauce on the side) & mixed vegetables available as a gluten-free option for my husband. The disappointments have been incorrect orders. We chose "white sauce" on the side of my husbands steamed chicken. Two times in a row we were given brown sauce and when my husband asked for white sauce at pickup, the staff didn't seem to know what he was talking about. It shouldn't be an option on the website if it isn't available. Overall, good food, quick pickup service, and we will continue to order from here.

This is my go to Chinese restaurant for food is hot reasonably priced, and always a good quality I would recommend them in this area.

I have been waiting for this place to open back up. I order online and go through the drive thru to pick up. Love the conveniency and the food is always good! They are always super nice.

It's a hit and miss sometimes. I just don't understand why they onions are never soft or cooked really. It's like they have precooked rice and then add onions to the order. I don't care for it.

The food was hot and fresh, just wanted a little more flavor in the fried rice but would certainly go back again!

Crab Ragoons & egg rolls are huge, delicious & inexpensive! Cheap eats, friendly staff.

We've tried several delivery Chinese paces and this is our go-to restaurant now. Food is great and usually very quick.

The food is awesome! I love the delivery, especially if I don't feel well. The Egg drop soup is outstanding! Sometimes I use the drive thru. The Beef fried rice is full of great tasting beef. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. And a special 21st century messages in the great Fortune Cookies!

Quik Wok always provides good, hot, reliable, and FAST food! I can't believe I'm about to say this but my one and only point of contension with my experiences there is that they tend to provide TOO MUCH MEAT. I know, I know, this is not a valid complaint. I get it. I'm just talking about for MY taste. Their fried rice is on par with other good STL chinese food (I won't use the colloquialism I'd like to use). Crab rangoon is decent and well flavored if not a little too sweet. As usual is all but devoid of crab (read surimi) but this is typical for most places today. So if you're in the area, definitely give Quik Wok a try. Also, I almost forgot thew best feature of this gem is their amazingly fast delivery! They also have a really large delivery area so even if you may think you're out of their zone, give them a call and find out for sure. They just may surprise you!

No multiple-dish, atmosphere-based, etc. reviews here, because only one thing matters: If you're looking for Springfield-style cashew chicken in the St. Louis area, Quik Wok does it right. That's good for five stars regardless of any other considerations. Springfield-style cashew chicken is breaded, deep-fried chicken served with chopped green onions and cashews in "oyster sauce" -- a sort of brown gravyish substance that doesn't taste at all like oysters. The folks at Quik Wok call it "Menu Item #17: Crispy Cashew Chicken Combo." For about $5 (if you order a soft drink), you get a styrofoam to-go tray with a heaping helping of the stuff, some fried rice, and an egg roll. Yes, I'm sure it's bad for you. I try to resist the craving, but every month or two ... well, moving right along ... It's called Springfield-style cashew chicken because it was invented in Springfield, Missouri by David Leong. I used to live there -- for a couple of years, I lived about about 100 yards behind Leong's Tea House. I'm a committed cashew chicken fan and have eaten it at probably 30 restaurants, 25 of them in Springfield itself, and Quik Wok's version definitely holds its own in terms of taste, quality, and portion size to price. The chicken is tender (I don't know or care if they use MSG), the onions and cashews taste fresh, the oyster sauce is thick but not cloying. Sinfully satisfying. The fried rice is good to go, the egg rolls, crab rangoon and wontons at least passable. My significant other approves of their lo mein. The staff are friendly, the food preparation is reasonably fast, and they throw plenty of soy sauce, hot mustard, napkins and plastic utensils in the brown paper bag your food gets handed out the drive thru window in. If I'm looking for other types of Chinese or Chinese-y food other places will do, but so far Quik Wok serves the only truly excellent Springfield-style cashew chicken I've found in the St. Louis area.

Delivery was SO FAST and the food is excellent! The Crab Rangoon, egg rolls and pot stickers were wonderful. The chicken fried rice had huge pieces of tender chicken and was perfect. We loved the sweet and sour chicken and the hot braised chicken was just the right amount of spicy. We love this place!

Third visit. Good basic chinese food. Standard price the area. Cooked fresh. Mist recent dish i had was mixed vegetables. Generous portion. Consistently good at a decent price so a solid 4 star from me.

Based on the review above I had hoped my quest for perfect Springfield style crispy cashew chicken had ended, no such luck. I won't eat dark meat chicken, have personal reasons. White meat available on regular cashew but not crispy. This tells me they aren't breading their own meat. Fried wonton was good and what I had was good, just not the holy grail of Springfield style cashew chicken. I'll keep searching. Staff was very nice Dining room was clean

Place was clean on the inside and food was good. Prices for dinner combinations are very reasonable. Not sure why I waited so long to try them.

I asked for a plate because I was going to eat at the restaurant. And the woman refused to give me one she made me eat it out of the box. That was very bad customer service. She could easily grab the plate and gave it to me.

I was really torn to do 3 or 4 stars. I originally put 3 strictly from the overall taste of the food but the value and delivery promptness pushed it to a 4 star. I am Staying at a hotel near the STL airport. I have to say it was amazing how fast they delivered. They knocked on the door 17 minutes after I called. That's not even subtracting the time it took to order! The food was very hot on arrival which always makes me feel better in regards to food safety. In fact the soup took 10 mins to cool down enough to try (not a bad thing at all). Prices were very good and again the fast delivery was impressive. Overall the food was fair. Nothing great but I would order again of it was late and wanted something fast. Not anything I would crave though either.

Food is really good. Sometimes I order and pick it up through the drive through. The one time I called and got delivery it only took 10 minutes from the time I ordered till they were at my door. The hot and sour soup and fried rice are really good!

I have always enjoyed the food from Quik Wok. But, the last two times I ate there, the House Special Fried Rice had no seasoning, very bland. The pork egg rolls had a minute amount of meat inside, really, you had to look hard to see it! I will take a break from Quik Wok and take my business elsewhere.

Most definitely my favorite Chinese place in North County. They have never let me down with quality and taste of food. Also I would like to add that their crab Rangoon's are phenomenal!

The food is extremely greasy and just average at best. Ordered from here once and my total was $18 then the next time I ordered I got the same thing and suddenly my order was $30. I won't be going here again. The best thing at this place is the egg rolls.

We had crab rangoon, ham fried rice, and general tsos chicken as takeout. Prepared really quickly, hot and fresh when we picked it up, and great portions for the price!

We get food from Quick Wok about twice a month and it is always super! Although I only have ordered about 5 or 6 menu items, every one has been very good and the portion sizes are great for the money paid. The Szechuan Beef (sp?), pot stickers and hot/sour soup are excellent. I usually order the Szechuan Beef with no vegetables, but they still give me a large size container of beef with a sauce that is outstanding. Their building is sort of bare-bones and not much to look at, but the employees, delivery drivers are super-friendly and the food is some of the best Chinese I've had in the STL area.

Very good Chinese food for the area, the amount you get two people can eat off of, customer service is grid.

Had Hot Brazed Shrimp here and vegetables. Asked for delivery. Quick delivery. So much batter on the shrimp - could not eat it. Portion of vegetables was very small. Prices on the website are misleading - the actual rates were double of the ones advertised. Shrimp and vegetables came to $20! Do not order from these people.

I love going here for a couple of reasons. It is fast, convenient, and the food is pretty good. They have a drive thru and the portions are a good size. They only take cash, so be prepared.

I order delivery once a week, I'm not kidding. The food is so good and it's cheaper than getting pizza delivered. I always get the beef or chicken with mixed vegetables, fried baby shrimp, and crab Rangoon. I also really enjoy the Szechuan chicken although it's not very spicy. The delivery is so fast too. It's usually around 15-20 minutes. The only thing I don't like is that their online menu doesn't have any descriptions of food.

The food is priced right. It is quick and accurate. I have not found them to be the.friendliest, but as long as I get my order effectively, I'm happy. Great lunch deals. I just wish they took debit cards. It's a cash only place.

This has been my standard go to take out for years. It had that good old mom and pop place food that you just can't find anymore. How disappointed I was to find out that mom and pop had retired, and the old joint had been completely remodeled into just another ordinary take out place. The new menu is not bad, but it's no longer special. So sad.
