QuikTrip

As a disabled veteran and a rideshare driver, I have almost exclusively bought my gas,.coffee and snacks at QuikTrips throughout the Austin area. On average, about $250/week. I had bought food at the Congress ave one, and on more than one occasion while sitting on my car eating it, I have been hassled by their security for being there. I'm usually not there over 20 minutes. I've also noticed that several Quiktrips, Notably Tech Ridge, Parker Lane and several other close their bathrooms. This is illegal. Texas Health & Safety Code §§ 341.061 & 341.091 they can only close them briefly for maintenance . They actually have a sign on the door meeting it will be closed all night. Highly recommend taking a picture of the sign and filing a complaint with the attorney generals office. If they want to routinely close bathrooms to travelers all night, then they need to also stop selling gasoline during that time. Quiktrip is neither veteran nor rideshare driver friendly . There's plenty of Circle K, Cefco, and 7-ELEVEn throughout the area. Highly recommend those instead of QuikTrip. I've spent my last dollar at Quiktrip permanently.

Alright this place is officially disgusting. Not only is their soap container horrific, but today I was standing at the coffee area about to make a coffee and watched a cockroach crawl all over the entire machine then scurry into a crevice. When there's one cockroach, there's many many more. Pictures and video below. I spend a lot of nights here at QT. It’s where I take my lunch breaks. I just want to say the security guard with the braces is awesome. Him and the other Hispanic guy really do a good job. I watched him run people off on two separate occasions tonight. He’s also very professional. He actually patrols and checks cars that have been parked for extended periods. He does exactly what he should be doing so props to him. I’ll increase my rating of this place just because of that. I milder a video of him making some women who were doing God knows what in the back of their car. I’ve complained about the prices here at QT many times and I’ll continue to do so. It makes me wonder if QT realizes how much money they’re losing out on because of their ridiculous prices. I literally don’t buy anything here unless I have to these days. I used to only buy stuff at QT but now I go to 7-eleven. I just can’t justify spending so much money. The prices really are outrageous. I guarantee I would’ve spent well over a couple hundred dollars in the past couple months that I’ve taken my breaks here but I just can’t bring myself to pay for stuff here. Just a can of nicotine pouches can be around $2 more at QT compared to other places. I’ve seen price differences as much as $6 or $7 in some cases. I will continue to update my adventures at QT

Went to QT 2/8 1100 pm with a 50 got two drinks and the tall white cashier bald guy told me he had no change and I could either get a smaller bill or leave my drink since he didn't have change. All other QT I have been too would usually say it's ok but not him pour it out or get change he has poor customer service on several occasions he has been really rude at needs to step there game up circle k is looking a lot better

The water is nice, bathrooms looked clean every time I visited an the customer service has been great for the most part I appreciated the positive energy from the guy with the awesome mustache that cleaned up the bathroom. But the blond girl got defensive asserting no multiple times there's a "girl" like I'm supposed to just know an it was a woman that came out, all that for just one question when I asked to use the women's when the men's was getting cleaned up an I figured it was harmless seeing there was a Transgender individual working. So I just waited patiently an chilled a bit looked around see what else they had I wasn't in a rush, I wasn't gonna say anything it's just some youngsters it looked like, but looking at the reviews there's always room for improvement. If you got time to lean you got time to clean! 🧽 ^__^

I have attempted to patronize your establishment on three separate occasions within the past month, arriving shortly after 6:00 AM on Saturdays, with the intention of ordering a hot breakfast. Despite the kitchen's advertised opening time of 6:00 AM, it was not operational on any of these visits. It is my expectation that a business should be fully prepared to serve customers upon its stated opening time.

The security they hire on multiple occasions have a sneaky sadistic vibe like they enjoy creating problems for customers over minor offenses. I often see them smiling weirdly like they secretly have fantasies of hurting customers. Maybe their security should try focusing on people creating actual problems for the store instead of trying to manufacture problems because they are bored or spiteful. This is what I endure while I wait several minutes for the cashier to arrive at the register for my purchase.

Always welcomed when I come in for my shopping. I have never seen it dirty and love the selection of snacks and sodas! The soda fountain goes on forever!!

QuikTrip's sub sandwiches are so under-rated! They are excellent....especially when there's a coupon in the app!

Worst QuikTrip in the entire ATX and Central Texas area. The whole place smells like a disgusting combo of poop and super glue. I've seen the DEA bust up a drug ring with about 10 state trooper police and DEA cars before. The bathrooms have never been cleaned, not ever. I think the diaper changing table has been down about 1 year in the same position, never cleaned. I walked in a few days ago and there was a plastic tub of blue liquid with dirty stinky rags inside next to the hot dog rollers. Not one single hot dog or anything else. I doubt they've ever cleaned it. FYI, you're out of luck if you were hoping to get food here. Get it together. I don't care how busy you are. Every other QuikTrip in the surrounding area is well-stocked and clean by comparison. I'm waiting for the day the security guard starts cashiering. It's coming. He seems way too involved with the store operations and really needs to be outside telling aggressive panhandlers to leave and doing something about all the sketch bike riders wandering aimlessly through the lot. This place is scarier than West St. John's 7/Eleven by a landslide.

Worst staff of any location. I came in paid cash for my gas then wait and the pump. Normally pretty simple but these people don't like simplicity. Waited a couple of minute before asking for help. Then was told to wait a couple of more minutes for it to show up as requested. Then after 5 mins Joannna answered the call and she gave the most snarky answer that it show up... should I come out and show you.... Lady I know how to pump gas... so finally after almost 10 mins they finally put the gas on the pump. Was there any reason for their snarky rude attitude? Absolutely not but of course being a witch is just in her nature I guess! Other than cheap gas the staff are the worst! Just pay more and go elsewhere!
