Quinn's Pub & Grill

Love this place and I frequent it quite a bit now. Drinks are reasonable price, atmosphere is chill and sporty and bartenders are very attentive and always on point. Beer selection is nice and wide enough that I'm always having a diverse amount drinks from IPAs, blondes or whatever. Even the food is pretty nice. I usually recommend the fries.

Someone important had a birthday today. Happy birthday!!! They were out of the food I ordered so they replaced it with something else ON THE HOUSE. Provided samples of beers. Wheat beer was enjoyed by my SO. Music is blasting, But that's the atmosphere, super positive! Come here for a good time, not necessarily a quiet Convo 👍😁

Quinn’s is the best! My family is here all the time because the food is good and the service is great! They have a great veggie burger and I love the beer selection. Their new patio is super cute too.

Great little local pub... a decent selection of craft beer on tap, some nice bar food options and a friendly casual atmosphere.

Their outdoor dining area consists of about 5-6 tables, not a huge amount of space but not bad! We went for lunch and we waited for about 30 mins but since we were starving we were okay with the wait. We ordered a couple of ice cold beers on a warm day. I ordered chicken tacos and boyfriend ordered a spicy burger and both were delicious! Server was super friendly and understanding - I ended up getting 2 tacos out of 3 but she was able to get that fixed and to our table quickly.

Went to long beach for the weekend and their sandwich board caught my attention so I went in. Discovered it's a great Irish bar that is extremely clean and nice to hang at. The bartenders were super nice and attentive. The choice of beers was good and plenty. The food was really good and satisfying. Everything was so good we went back Sunday morning for football. Definitely will be back.

Simple little beer joint I'm def going back to. First beer for my buddy and I were flat, she dumped and gave us a new one which was nice. The pour is how it's supposed to be - to the top rim!

An Irish bar! My favorite. :) I visited on a Saturday night, and it wasn't too crowded. There were definitely people at the bar, but it wasn't overly busy like some of the bars down 2nd street in Long Beach. I was really impressed with the menu. They have a veggie burger, beyond burger and grilled cheese for my vegetarian friends. Wooohooooo we have options! Not just French fries and vodka hahaha This bar has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff and a cozy ambiance. What a great place to grab a drink and get a hint of Ireland culture!

This spot was great for a way to start a bday celebration for my girlfriend. Although it was a beer and wine only spot, we made the best of it and for me it was my favorite Einstok that the had on tap, and it was on sale. The bartender was a cool chic and she gave my friends samples of different drinks including one for the bday girl. We definitely will keep this spot in mind next time we're on second street.

I've been excited to take some friends to Quinn's for a while as it looked like a cool small pub. Unfortunately the waitress, I believe her name is Maddie, was rude to my friend, refused to serve anyone after 11 despite being open until midnight, started stacking chairs on tables rushing customers out, and had everyone vacated from the building and lights out by 11:30. If I was the owner I'd be upset to know paying customers were turned away long before closing time and that people already in the bar were basically chased off to close so early. We won't try going back.

Quinn's is a nice divey pub. Bartender was very friendly. My only qualm is that I ordered 2 pints of Guinness and it was $25! I've never been to a bar where a Guinness is 12.50. For the ambiance I would much rather go to any other dive bar.

If you use the restroom, the security guard stands outside until you're done, which is awkward. Other establishments on 2nd Street operate normally, so I suggest going elsewhere if you're visiting!

I was in ca.at belmont shore. And afterwards,took my boyfriend to the awesome, awesome Quinn's. Love the vibe there. Super relaxed. Drank a couple IPA s and got the wings. The server was super lovely. I will definitely go back to Quinn's in the future.

Hidden gem of a pub in Belmont Shore. My bartender this afternoon was awesome. She truly provided amazing service. One of the best bartenders in Long Beach. I had a Beachwood James Brown Ale on tap. It was delicious and reminded me of Newcastle. Chicken quesadilla was ok. Wasn't busy and very laid back, friendly atmosphere. 2/27/2024. If I had more afternoons to day drink, this would be a chill place to imbibe.

You want to get away from the Long Beach State of mind university kids then this is your ticket ! The bartenders are nice, conversation worthy and more importantly answer their call of duty with a smile. Here at Quinn's most people have jobs and 401k's so there are rarely any drunk pistoleros with BATTITUDES roaming the floor. My boyfriend & I always pass by this spot but never went in, until last night! Ever heard of GOOD bar food? This is where it's at. We ordered the nachos & sliders while we drank our ciders & OH MA GOD were the nachos delicious. The cheese. The cheese did not dry up into clumps. It was a pleasant surprise. Sliders were great! Fries? Awesome. The place may be small & extremely loud, but we had a great experience. Alyssa immediately greeted us & attended to us the moment we stepped foot through the door. She made ordering very easy which we appreciated. She always made sure we were good :)

Small, chill and very low key. My friend and I were looking for a place to drink and almost missed this hidden gem on the corner! I'm so glad we didn't bc I absolutely love this bar and will definitely be back! The service was amazing, bartenders know their stuff. The music was so good. Next time I'll try the food and update this review!

If you want a mouth watering burger, this place is where it's at, burgers are going up in price every where so if you're gonna pay top dollar for a burger and want a nice sized paddy, go to Quinns.

We saw this pub tucked off of 2nd Street and said we have to go here. Small cute pub that offers pub food. We only stayed for a pint of the local SoCal brew before we had to meet up for dinner. Really nice and would definitely go back here again. Please note, it's only beer/wine.

Food and drink in here are great... a huge issue... I dont mind they allow dogs here. At all, but today I saw the bartender go play and allow dogs to smooch her all over and then... WITHOUT washing her hands or face, she continued tending food and drinks. Management, please fix that!

Sorry to the beer tenders and cooks. This place is fair. The price point is simply too high so the tax and the costs go to the county and the owners vs the workers. They do a fabulous job!

This is my new favorite bar on 2nd st! I love the fact that the vibe is chill and the food is great. Madi was so amazing and beautiful and sweet. She made me feel at home and was extremely fun and hilarious. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends from now on!

I don't recommend this place. One of their workers is inappropriate and made one of my friends feel very uncomfortable. He was being very misogynistic and would not leave her alone after being told to go away. He became angry and we ended up having to leave.

I'm a Long Beach native and my family has enjoyed going here for years. I will never set foot in this restaurant again. Rude, ignorant owner and terrible service. Plenty of other places to enjoy.

In Belmont Shores but kind of tucked away off 2nd Street on Nieto, this place is a gem. Never realized it was right there until i checked on yelp for a bar that served fried zucchini, and yes they do served fried zucchini among many other things. Their food menu has a good selection and the food that comes out of that kitchen is amazing. i have also ordered a patty melt, fries, onion rings, wings, and they were all delicious. they have a great selection of drinks for a small bar from ciders to beers to cocktails to shots to wine. plenty of selection on draft and a variety of bottled drinks. whatever you are looking for they probably have it. there is a good amount of seating at the bar, tables inside, and outdoor seating as well. there are televisions and some type of sports game playing. the ambiance is cheerful and loud and the spirit of the place definitely comes from the bartenders who are super friendly and provide excellent customer service. i really enjoy going to Quinn's because it has good vibes, good food, good drinks, good customer service, and good location.

Visited for 1st time. Waitresses were awesome. I did ask for a Cider but they didn't have any even though they were listed on the menu. They did pull a bottle off the shelve and chilled it for me. I thought that was pretty cool. When it was brought to me, it was a little flat but I didn't say anything. I drank it. When my tab arrived, I noticed I was charged .50 cents more for my drinks. They were listed on the digital for $6.50 but was charged $7. Overall, it was a relaxing time.

I've been to Quinn's a number of times whenever I'm in town and I should have left a great review for you previously, but apparently my attention was averted after leaving and I never got around to it. An unfortunate incident occurred last night; while I was enjoying the fantastic food, drink and ambiance; prompting me to get on here to ensure any negative comment you may receive is countered with a positive one. I was seated by a nearby group of customers who, for some indiscernible reason, was harassing our mutual server, Alyssa, with whom we've had previous wonderful experiences. No matter what shade, as they call it these days, they threw at her, she was in my eyes, extremely professional and even too nice to the group. I asked her what their issue was and she was very coy in not bad-mouthing the group to me. I don't know if they felt the need to "speak to the manager", but I wanted to express my great admiration about her and the other young lovely lady who was working last night. I believe her name is Elsie. The group left with no great dust up (I hope they paid their check), but arrogantly returned singularly afterward to use the restroom, obviously to antagonize the staff. Again, your staff's professionalism was exemplary. Again, the food, drink, ambiance and service, this and every time I've been there, was great! I can't wait until next time! Note to Alyssa & Elsie: I figured that group did not leave a tip for you ladies, therefore I made up for them with mine, hoping that you'll remember myself and my guests next time we're in and continue to provide us with your sparkling personalities.

Emily the bartender was wonderful! She's Find a knowledgeable and she also let me try the wine before purchasing :-) I recommend this place It is lovely they don't have Hard alcoholic beverages- like straight alcohol but they have tons of beer on tap like Coors and 805 etc. etc. all on tap and tons of wind but no straight hard alcohol. It's a cute little hole in the wall on 2nd street

Went there the night for the first time in years. Food was good, very good beer selection, bartender was very busy but she was great. Dog friendly, cool vibe. But.....likely won't be back, music was ear splitting loud. Bartender/waitress had to lean in close to you to hear your yell your order. Went with 3 other friends and it was impossible for the four of us to have a conversation without yelling. I thought maybe it was a bad night and would give it another try, but I asked a few friends and they said it's always loud in there. I don't understand places like this, are they afraid they are going to lose business if the music isn't ear splitting loud?? Too bad.

Definitely could've been better. Dirty bathrooms was the biggest gripe. A 'nice to see improve' would be the wine. But atmosphere was nice. However ---- when I posted a review on google - the owner was clearly bothered by honest feedback. This 'owner' came back super sensitive and unwilling to take any type of input that wasn't an over the top amazing review (which this place certainly does not deserve more than 3 stars). Its an extremely small pub, most residential living-rooms would surpass in size, and only serves beer and below average wine. This place is at best average.... but, when you then throw in a dirty bathroom, lack of any quality (non-cheap) wine, and a really sh*tty attitude from the 'owner' when you give an honest review ... this place is nothing over 2 stars. By any luck you'll see a reply to this post from the 'owner' which will surely be comical seeing as how they're in the customer service industry with some sort of chip on their shoulder.

I have to say the craft beer selection is top notch. They have my favorite here Made West Pale Ale on tap which you can't really get anywhere unless you're more up north. I can't even find the canned version in Long Beach anywhere. Their tap handles here are immaculate. I've only gone here on Saturdays after beach volleyball nearby and Dom is literally the best! This place is great especially if you love beer. I have yet to eat the food. But the beer is VERY good.

Love Quinn's! A very quaint, chill pub with greats beers and surprisingly, great food! The mini sliders are a go-to and also their onion rings. Also, the customer service is always great. My husband and I love this local spot.

Came here on a Tuesday, and they were out of burgers. I don't care if Monday was your big burger sale day, to run out of inventory that early in the week is a complete joke. Learn to better order and manage your inventory. For a place "known for it's burgers" to not know how to keep said burgers in stock is pathetic.

Been Coming here for 20 years this place is nothing but good vibes and good souls and good workers the hamburgers are the best you ever eaten or you should come by and hang out it's never a bad time here cheers mate.

I live near Quinn's. Have been coming here for years. It's a good place but the music the last couple of times I've visited had been extremely loud. Please turn it down, it's tough to talk to anyone and makes it a bad experience.

We were there last Thursday, it smelled awful! I thought it was cleaning solution (only 3 customers) in the place. Soon noticed a woman vaping! Friend of bartender. The other bartender was drinking wine with a customer. It took us while just to get our bill. Won't go back!

So happy that the crazy QAnon Rabenn family no longer owns this place! I guess they learned that Trumpers won't get much support in Long Beach. They're probably happier in Huntington Beach or Idaho or wherever. They need to save their money for their medical bills when they all get that there "Fake COVID" that they're not vaccinated for.

I used to like this place. Won't go here anymore. Food, service and ambiance are terrible. Rude owner as well. Go someplace else and have a better time than you would here.

Off the 2nd street and away from the commotion you'll find this quaint little pub. Me and some friends were out and about looking for a safe bar to hang out in and found this pub! It was great. We found a table in the corner and they cleaned it well before we sat down. They also took our drink orders immediately. Really great place if you somewhere cozy and fun to hang out in. Parking can be a bit tricky.

This is such a great neighborhood bar. Lots of locals and regulars. The staff are very friendly and know how to make sure everyone is having fun. They have an excellent large rotating beer selection and a couple of other options (wine, seltzers). Lots of TVs for sports. The food is pretty darn good too. The staff are super welcoming to moms/dads with young kids (gender neutral bathroom has a baby changing table) and have plenty of outdoor seating. We are here a couple nights a week and the atmosphere keeps us coming back.

My husband and I were walking down 2nd street on a Saturday afternoon and spotted this place. We stopped by and our decision was swiftly validated! There is a great assortment of craft and popular beers. It's not quite a pub, but the atmosphere is lively but without being crowded, which was the perfect speed for us. AND our server Alyssa was super friendly and extra patient as I tried to figure out what beer I wanted. All in all, I'm so happy we stopped here and I can't wait to come back again!

Elsie was my server and she was excellent. She was very attentive and kind. The burger was juicy and delicious and the garlic Parmesan fries were great! I wish they had pizza though. And the Diet Pepsi could have had more syrup. First world problems though, I suppose! In the age of inflation, this was actually a good offer- and reasonable pricing. They do have a jukebox in there as well!

Met friends here a few times. Cool little neighborhood pub to watch sports, drink beers, and get a bite to eat. Which is what I was hoping to do tonight. I came in solo and sat at a table. I was ignored by the two bartenders, who were talking with the 3 guests at the bar top. As I sat at a table waiting to order or even be acknowledged, 3 more guys walked to a warm welcome from the bartenders, beers poured and tabs closed out. While I still sat there waiting, another guy walked in, to another warm welcome from the bartender, handed her some food and left. I finally decided to walk up to the side of the bar, and ask the same bartender if I can order a beer. I left after she ignored my question while she poured cocktail sauce on her oysters. Like I said the place could be cool, if your in the "in" crowd here. If you're not, then the staff is flat out unwelcoming. I guess the only reason my friends like this place is because the bartenders give house away every time we've been.

the bartender Dom is so amazing she gave me great service and recommended me the best drinks. Ive been here a couple times and the other bartenders have been okay, but Dom always goes above and beyond. I love her; if she is not there I will leave.

Tucked away, off the main Second street drag, you'll find an over-hauled new, freshly remodeled Quinns that is worth discovering- Very good craft beer assortment, good burgers and bar specialties, its a good place to watch the game and grab a bite. They have TVs at every angle so every seat in the house is a good one. Worth a visit when you are looking for an alternative to the zoo that is Legends.

Now post bs about this being a fake review and that I'm bashing them on multiple platforms, really where? This is simply a bad yelp review for a poorly run establishment. Believe the they reviews; terribly run one star spot. They will never apologize, be adults or admit any mistakes. Probably the reason this place will fail as people I talk to in the neighborhood refuse to go because of similar experiences. Wanted so bad to like this place. We need another bar in this area. But had a fairly bad first experience and will probably not be going back. Came in and sat at a table and were ignored by the server, she walked by us three times before cleaning a table next to us while we were waiting to order. Gave up and ordered drinks at the bar. Beer selection was pretty good, but slightly overpriced. Server came to the table and we ordered food. ABC Burger was absolutely horrible. The patty was tiny especially compared to the bun. Bad bun to patty ratio is a cardinal sin of burgers. Asked for the sauce on the side and it came on the burger. Avocado was smashed and blended in with the sauce which just tasted like mayo. Bacon was tiny pieces that looked like fake bacon. DONT ORDER A BRGER HERE. They were able to successfully pour chili on fries so we had enough food. My husband and I were having a date night out on 2nd st . We decided to stop by and have a beer while watching the game ... the bartender basically told us we couldn't sit next to each other because her mom was sitting there so my husband had to stand . I left to use the restroom and I left two charms my husband had just bought me and the manager decided to throw them away ..... when I came back to my seat I was sitting in between two Caucasian woman . They were very bothered that I was sitting at the bar . I asked where my charms were to the bartender and she proceeded to say she didn't see them ... funny thing is I actually took a pic of the charms on the counter before I left to the restroom . Both Caucasian woman told me to shut up about my charms and one of them called me out of my name because I told her to stay out of my business . I am latinx and my husband is Asain and we felt very discriminated and uncomfortable here . If I could leave no stars I would this place ruined out date night out I would never come back here again
