We absolutely loved our stay in Quinta do Paral. The place is stunning and perfect for a restful and quiet break. The staff is so kind and always available. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. The food is also amazing (breakfast, lunch and dinner). We didn't really want to leave and we are for sure coming back soon. This place is a real treasure and an amazing addition to the region. Thank you Quinta do Paral team!

A perfect getaway for quiet, relaxation, nature, recharging your batteries and of course, good wine. Quinta do Paral is unpretentious luxury with an outstanding team ready to make your stay memorable. The original building dating back to the 17th century is now the beautiful boutique hotel, newly opened in September 2024. The quinta grounds are peaceful and impeccably maintained with vineyard views as far as the eye can see. Our room was gorgeous (junior suite) with modern and high end comforts. We stayed two nights but wish we could have stayed longer. A big thank you to the entire team for their care and kindness.

Such a beautiful hotel set in a tranquil area, it was a pleasure to spend two nights here. The rooms are well designed and impeccably clean; luxurious towels, robes and slippers. The staff are first class, very hospitable and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. A big thank you to Filipe and his entire team. Everyone was lovely, but a massive thank you to Rafaela, who was so kind. We hope to return again soon.

We had an outstanding tasting at Quinta do Paral! This modern, professional winery isn’t unlike any other in the area. High quality wines, good explanations and the scenery is absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend a visit 🧡

Perfect detour between Lisbon and Algarve. We stopped for lunch. Vasco, the cheff and all the staff took wonderful care of us. Everything on our table was from the estate or the region. Appreciated learning about the region and cuisine from local staff. Food, service, and grounds were exceptional. Wish we had planned to take advantage of their e-bikes or spend the night. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed several days here at Q do P and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Wonderful people, tasty cuisine, and excellent wines! Service was the best! Thanks to Rui, Sofia, Vasco and all the staff! We hope to enjoy this blessed place on the face the Gods creation again soon!

We had an amazing stay at Quinta do Paral! It was a birthday surprise for my partner, and the hotel made it so special with a thoughtful card, a delicious cake, and wine waiting in our room when we arrived. They even gave us a glass of Port to finish off our dinner, which was such a lovely touch. We got there earlier than planned because some of the wineries we’d planned to visit were closed, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The staff were so welcoming. They took care of our car, then drove us down to the hotel on a buggy. We were greeted with wine and warm hand towels in the lounge—such a great start to our stay. Our room was gorgeous, overlooking the vineyards. It was modern, beautifully decorated, and smelled incredible. Honestly, I’ve never come across hotel toiletries that smelled that good before! We did the Wine Lovers Tasting, which was such a treat. It started with a quick tour of the winery, followed by a premium tasting with some delicious nibbles from the restaurant. It was €90 per person, which I didn’t know when I booked, so it was a bit on the pricey side—but worth it for the quality of wines, food and the service. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good. Portions were slightly on the small size, but it wasn’t overpriced, the food was tasty, and even though there were only four other diners, the atmosphere was lovely. Breakfast the next morning was just as good, with a big selection of homemade jams, fresh pastries, and a hot dish to choose from. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. You can park up and not leave the ground for a few days, as it's so beautiful. The attention to detail, stunning grounds, and amazing rooms made it unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

They seemed to have an intuitive sense of when to step in and when to step back, creating an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication. Following breakfast, I had the pleasure of touring the property, including the underground wine cellar and several other suites. Each room is unique, beautifully appointed, and reflects the same meticulous attention to detail that permeates the entire estate. The wine cellar is nothing short of a work of art, with spotless facilities that speak to the pride and passion behind their winemaking. Even the production area, from the stainless steel tanks to the bottling space, was immaculate—down to the gleaming iron staircases. I also had the chance to meet their head winemaker, an incredibly kind and knowledgeable individual, and the hotel’s director, who exudes professionalism and elegance. Their passion for what they do is evident in every interaction and detail. Quinta do Paral is a destination for those who value peace, elegance, and the finer things in life. It’s not a place for loud gatherings or nightlife—it’s a retreat for those seeking to unwind and recharge in a serene and luxurious setting. The property also features a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Technogym machines, another testament to the thoughtfulness and care that went into every aspect of the guest experience.
