"I learned that Quintin’s Ice Cream opened a counter at Simone’s Market, marking the local maker’s first by-the-scoop spot." - Stephanie Carter

Yelp
Mr Quintin is the best and he is very professional. He is often at some festivals and a Vendor for some Restaurants. His ice cream is something serious. So good and fun to eat . The Caramel Cinamon and the Salty Caramel makes you want to Savor the Flavor . Thank you Mr Quinn .

Yelp
We ran across their stand at the French Quarter Festival and the idea of a nice big cone of cold, creamy goodness sounded great on a warm afternoon. I ordered the Creole Cream Cheese & Strawberry while my wife ordered the Cafe Au Lait. I loved mine, it was rich, creamy, and not airy (I hate airy/whipped/light ice creams!). The flavor was great and there were a good amount of strawberries in there. The Cafe Au Lait was pretty good, it tasted kind of like a mocha almond fudge without the almonds and fudge. Get the Creole Cream Cheese & Strawberry, it's a winner!

Yelp
while at whole foods this weekend, i purchased quintin's mango tango sorbet. i'm a sucker for anything mango, but if you turn it into a tasty frozen dessert, i'm game. the sorbet is great! it's made from only 4 ingredients (mango, filtered water, pure cane sugar and fruit pectin) so it's obviously vegan- and celiac-friendly. and at 90 calories and 0 fat for 1/2 cup, you can indulge without feeling guilty. other flavors in the case were tangerine, strawberry, and raspberry. a little pricey (5.99 usd for 1 quart) but worth it since you're supporting a local business and not consuming all of the additives found in other sorbets.
