A fresh beginning with raw fish and mushrooms was delightful, and a strong ending with monkfish and a pasta dish in smoky beef consomme worthy of the name "quinto gusto", the apple dessert with chocolate mousee wasn't just tasty, the textures and temperatures were equally an important part of the experience
The staff was very cordial and prepared, offering the perfect guidance I needed for choosing wines
I will definitely go back as soon as possible
