Stopped in to satisfy a craving of my Quizno’s favorite Veggie Guacamole, it was sooo yummy, it’s been way too long since I’ve enjoyed one!!! This is the closest location for me as so many locations have closed over the years. In the past I was able to visit Quizno’s twice or more a week when there was one close to where I worked at the time. Please give this location an opportunity to make you an awesome sub, you won’t be disappointed!

Came in and was greeted with one employee who looked like they hated working there. They talked very quiet and I couldn't hear them most of the time. I don't really mind that; everybody has those days but nothing made up for it. Many of the items were missing; (small cups, almost ALL cutlery, and the salt and pepper. The chips and drinks were very low on stock.) As for the food, the bread seemed old/hard and when I asked for lettuce the guy but 3x the amount of lettuce needed. Seriously, 90% of the sub was lettuce. Sub was poorly wrapped, and my drink tasted expired. Ham was not freshly made in store, which is always expected out of a quiznos. Don't come here, go to a subway or a different quiznos. -HJ.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this place was awful. The lady making my sandwich was super slow with no urgency to help the people after me. There was a guy who looked like he would be the owner who was prepping food who was completely disinterested when I asked for more red wine vinaigrette since the lady only put a tiny drop on my sandwich when I ordered it. Then had the nerve to tell me it’s $.50 for extra dressing. There are no more Quiznos in my city so it’s nice when I come to Denver because I can have it. But I will never be coming back to this one.

Quiznos is my favorite sub shop. Unfortunately after several visits I will now go 30 minutes out of my way to a different location due to the rudeness of staff and lack of cleanliness in the prep area. Emphasizing my on the rude staff. Also they seem awkwardly over concerned about portions of meat and toppings. Looking back through reviews the automated response of giving even more feedback elsewhere is disappointing. There’s a common theme with negative reviews over months if not years. Clearly they don’t address anything. Unless the ultimate cause of negativity is the owners

This place gave me hardcore food poisoning. I mean both ends and violent. How do I know? It's the only thing I ate in a 12 hour period and ingredients from the sandwich were visible in my vomit. Do not eat at this location.

Worst Quiznos location. Second time in two weeks I've stopped by during their posted open hours and they are not open. Walked in today at 10:45am when they open at 10, guy came out and said they don't open til 11.

Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews about this place. The sandwich was great, owner although quiet; was very polite. Place is clean as a whistle. I was in and out very quick and enjoyed everything about the experience

I wouldn't ever eat at this Quiznos again. Bad service, they are shorting the serving size of meat to cut cost on their food cost. While charging the customer full price, this place also throws on about 6-8 olive slices and 6-8 on ion slices calls it good and will charge extra for veggies? Lol no wonder quiznos are failing. Great food shitty franchise owners and can't blame them entirely corporate screws them over any chance they get. Grab some jersey mikes instead. There's a reason why this place is empty.

Quiznos at 8426 Pearl Street, Thornton, Co. was at this location today. Had no issues with the sandwiches that were prepared for myself and my husband. We decided to eat inside the restaurant. Once we sat down with our meals, I noticed how incredibly dirty the floor was. I owned a cleaning business and the dirt I noticed had been there for more than four or five days. Very uncomfortable eating there. Crumbs, spilled soda on the floor that had been there for quite some time.

What happened here?.......I have had Quiznos a lot and this was not Quiznos. The bread was stale, the veggies were not fresh and the sandwich size was ABSOLUTELY not 8 inches. Not to mention the server was insanely rude. Quiznos corporate office needs to examine this place for some pretty bad practices.

Second and last time I will go here. Employee (same both times) is extremely unfriendly. Ordered 4" French dip and chicken noodle soup...didn't give me au jus and only filled soup cup up 1/2 way.

Since this place was close, I decided to go back. Maybe the guy was just having a bad day last time I was here. Nope, he's still pissed off. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else unless you're into pissed off store owners.

I'd like to think it's because of me, but most likely it's not. Anyhow, I'll pretend it is. After retiring the honey bacon club sandwich for well over 6 months, it's back! I say this with great enthusiasm because it's by far my favorite sandwich at Quizno's Subs. I'm updating my review with four fabulous stars for this location. The staff is still as friendly as ever and they always remember me when I come in. Thanks for bringing back my favorite sandwich, Quiznos.

I would give 0 if I could. No wonder they are closing down everywhere. Awful service. Had to ask 5 times for someone to finally take my order. And that was just the start. They don't listen and don't know what they are doing. I asked for mayo and mustard and it was like I was speaking a foreign language, the only other customer in the store was shocked at how they couldn't comprehend the request. So done with this place. You shouldn't waste your time. Oh also he thought I was stealing chips, after I showed him the receipt he followed me out the store and wrote down my license plate. What a shit show.

I would give a half star if possible Ok. They suck. They are RUDE!. its always like 92 degrees in there and the NEVER have soup. I live a few blocks away. i go in at least 4 times a week just for soup. They don't even have the soup well prepared. Its covered with boxes and supplies and i doubt its never been turned on. Or you could show up at 4 pm on a Friday the place will have a sign that says "closed" for no reason. I've actually called the corporate office about this place. its just terrible. Dont waste your time or money here.

This is my first review ever. The guy was very unfriendly. I'm not trying to profile, just giving a description, but he is a smaller Asian. Just straight up rude. I have below average hearing, and after the 3rd time of saying "huh" or I "didn't hear that" I apologized and said that I have hearing, he just rudely said "I know" and turned around. From what I read on the reviews on here, a lot of people have had an unfriendly or rude experience here. Deserving of 1 star.

Order online waited the time I was given, didn't get to me, called the store. Didn't get through so I kept calling. Finally got through and heard a worker on the phone "are you kidding me?", then hung up in my face. I canceled my order and went to the store. Got there, with no customers and one guy behind the counter. I explained my situation and that someone hung up in my face. He said he did it and that no one answered. I asked him why that was necessary and attempted to explain I was trying to make sure they didn't get lost. He told me I needed to leave and that I was fucking harassing him. Love Quiznos but this was the worst experience. Tried to pay for my food using the wireless chip on my card, the terminal requires you to place the card on the screen, unknowingly I pressed a button to tip (this was to-go, but I didn't want to tip) while lifting my card off the terminal. I told the owner that the total I was charged was not correct. He held my sandwiches behind the counter and told me there is nothing he can do. After a brief back and forth I figured that the owner does not want to return any of my money so I told him I will call the credit card company to refund the difference. He got upset, started yelling and telling me to give him my ID, which I refused as he was unwilling to tell me why he needs my ID if he is refusing to give me a refund anyway. Then he asked for my info and signature on the receipt, while still refusing to give me a refund. I know he was going to fight my dispute with the credit card company if I had signed anything. At this point he was still holding my sandwiches "hostage" while demanding my personal info and signature to be put on the receipt. After a while, I got my sandwiches, he failed to give me a receipt, I left and first thing i did was filed a dispute with my credit card company. Shady business practice and bad customer service will keep me from coming to this place again. AVOID

ordered online 45 minutes ahead and still had to wait 15 minutes to get 1 sandwich! They have no sense of urgency or care that they don't make the online orders until you arrive to pickup!!! NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU'RE IN ANY KIND OF A HURRY!

Very slow service, they need to hire more people, expect at least a 15 minute line during lunch time with the 2 people they have working. Also they "nickel and dime" you for everything. Tried to do the sandwich of the day and pay the 2 dollar up charge for the large and they wouldn't do it at the register. That's the problem with all of them being franchised, one store does this and one doesn't. I won't be back

Person who said to be the owner lied about the policy. He said everything thats added to the sandwich was extra including lettuce just because we had a coupon. We had to call other Quiznos to confirm this was not true. This is a terrible place with a terrible owner. Just look at their low rating. Never go here.

New menu and no ability to customize your sandwich.. Can't even select your own bread. Orders now have a fraction of the meat they did a week ago. I've been ordering the same thing from Quiznos for over 10 years now. So disappointed when I went in there today! I even asked if they could fix me up something that was similar to what I used to get. The lady told me "not a chance" Well, there is also not a chance that I will be returning! Ever..

A husband and wife team run this place. Most of the time it's just the two of them during the lunch rush. So if you get there after 12 noon you will be spending some quality time in the wait line. The wait time can be annoying at times. Other than that it is your average Quizons. Place is clean and they do allow modification/substitutions. I'm giving them two stars, if not for the wait time they will get 3 stars.

The sandwiches taste like you would get at any other Quiznos, but I give this location a zero for hospitality. The owners treat this place as an investment and not a cause. Nobody seems happy there.

Well its a little slow but they seem to be understaffed, store was nice, not super clean but it wasn't filthy and the food was fresh as cold cuts cuts at a chain can get. The staff was friendly and seemed happy to be there. Chains don't really have anything special going for them because that's just what they are chains so really just look for a quick service, courteous staff, freshness of the food and the condition of the store. This store did just fine.

This quiznos is close to where I work and they make pretty good sandwitches, however they quit wrapping the sandwitches in paper and instead they slip them in a little slieve. This is ok for transport, however when I sit down to eat I like to be able to lay the paper out flat and eat over it, this is no longer possible with the slieve.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Quiznos in any city. The owner himself told me that he would rather lose me as a customer than let me use a valid coupon that the person in front of me had just used. He told me that he didn't care if I ever came back and that it didn't matter that I had been a loyal Quiznos customer for over 3 years! This was very upsetting and I will never visit this location again or recommend it to anyone I know. To the owner: I hope that you understand that you can't treat people like they are pieces of dirt and expect to retain them as paying customers. You will not be in business long if that's how you operate.

I ordered a lobster sandwich my grandson ordered a steak sandwich and the preparer decided to top the orders at the same time. My grandson requested onions on his steak sandwich and she put them on the lobster sandwich when I told her that I did not want the onions on my lobster she attempted to remove them and then place them on his sandwich my concern is cross contamination. The first bite I had of the lobster sandwich was mostly onions that were left on my sandwich which was very disgusting and I ended up throwing the sandwich away I contacted the company their customer service leaves much to be desired. They did at first offer one sandwich then they offered two sandwiches my experience there and the amount of sandwich filling was of such poor quality I will never eat there again and if the quality was bad the first time why would I want to return for more bad service and poor quality. Go there at your own risk.
