Came in and got an old bow strung and ended up buying a new bow. David got it all rigged up for me, helped me sight it in and had me shooting bullseye’s. His prices are amazing and the service is top notch. Couldn’t ask for better! I will never buy a bow from anywhere else.

I’m honestly very surprised at the positive reviews of this place. The only reason I wouldn’t give them 1-star is because they are locally convenient. I’ve been in this area for 30 years and bow hunted my entire life and have heard endless stories of how terrible this shop is. I’ve used them a few times and can see where the complaints come from. Owner doesn’t want give you the time of day to help get you setup. My dad and I both bought new bows and the owner refused to put the rest that my dad wanted because it wasn’t one they sold. I took a beginner friend in there look at getting a new setup and within minutes my friend said “let’s go”. We ended up driving up to Texas Archery and he got setup and I had my bow properly tuned by a true professional. If you need arrows cut or pick up some random gear maybe go here. For anything else please go anywhere but here.

Both gentlemen in the shop were helpful in getting my son's bow set up correctly. they replaced his broken peep site, made sure the draw length was correct for him, adjusted the poundage, and spent some time with him on the range giving him tips and helping him dial in his pins. We will be back after season for some upgrades to prepare for next season.

Never owned a bow in my life, but these guys took their time and were very patient with a beginner like me and showed me the ropes. They let me shoot several bows gave me good bow shooting advice and also helped me sight it in before I left. I love the smaller mom and pop feel to the place. Santa Fe archery is just to big and to busy to get the personalized attention that I wanted. They didn't try and push their most expensive bow on me they just told me to get what felt best in my hands. I ended up purchasing a Mathews chill that is a pleasure to shoot. I will always take my bow to R &C for service.

5 stars no more like 6 stars they help me a first time bow hunter. Picked a bow my size and style set it up to my length. very helpful thank you guys I will be back to do more business in the near future..

These guys are right on when it comes to archery, I called them on the phone told them what I had and gave me a price, took it to them and the next day had it back new everything, took it out just to make sure everything was good and it was dead on just like it was when I took it there. I will be doing business there more. Thanks for the great service

I️ came in LATE the day before what’s likely my only weekend to hunt with a bow that was all sorts of out of whack. They were able to immediately diagnose and correct the issues, and made sure everything was right before I️ left their shop. Would highly recommend.
