RA Sushi Bar Restaurant

This was actually the 3rd time we have been to RA Sushi. And yet again, the food was amazing. We returned specifically for the Scallop Dynamite Roll, which wasn't how we remembered it, but it was still good non the less. This time, however, although the service and servers before were great. Our server Kayanilynn was really awesome and helpful. With her help, she guided us to 2 amazing rolls. The Holy crab roll and the Chili Shrimp roll, which was amazing. She also checked in with us to ensure all was good and if anything else was needed. If ever we are back in Vegas, RA Sushi will definitely be one of our stops.

If there's one item that you must order, it's the Las Vegas roll. It's absolutely delicious and intoxicating. The ambiance is welcoming and the service is phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back again for the food. It's outstanding. I had a really good experience here. Tasty cocktails too!

The crazy monkey roll was the highlight of our meal. It’s very delicious and beautifully put together. The ramen was mid and the vegetable tempura was just okay. The vibe is lively. And the service crew was attentive throughout.

I really enjoyed this place after a day of shopping at the Fashion show Mall. They have a great happy hour I got my favorite lychee martini at happy hour along with poke bowl which was perfect. I sat outside I did some people watching the waitress were very nice and friendly. I'll definitely be back ❤️

This was our first visit here, and I highly recommend it! We were in search of some good sushi somewhere close to our hotel since we had just got into town, and we chose this place, and I'm happy we did! We got there just in time before Happy Hour ended, too! Great atmosphere, and it wasn't busy! Of course, it was a Wednesday afternoon, but it was still nice not being crowded. I highly recommend eating here during Happy Hour, you definitely get a great deal on many options! Since this was our first time here, it helped us try multiple things from the Happy Hour menu! We ordered the Spicy Salmon roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Pork Gioza, Edamame, and some house Hot Sake from the Happy Hour menu. Things were so yummy that we ordered the Crazy Monkey Roll afterwards, too! All of the food we ordered came out pretty quickly and was delicious! Service was fantastic, and all of the staff was helpful and friendly! The manager on duty came by and made sure everything was going well, which we liked! She was so accommodating, too. I was having some wardrobe malfunctions and had to borrow some scissors. She was very helpful and let me borrow them to help me out! I thought that was going above and beyond good service and was very thankful! We enjoyed eating here so much, we actually came back the next day to eat before heading to a show because we knew the service was quick and food was great! The second night, we ordered the Chili Ponzu Yellowtail Roll along with a few things we normally get when we eat sushi. Again, everything was delicious! I'm very happy we chose to eat here and I highly recommend it! They have covered patio seating, too, that looked awesome, but we chose to sit inside both times!

I really liked the atmosphere, and our server Christiana was lovely — super kind and attentive. ⠀ But the Crispy Spicy Rice sushi ($22)? Not a fan. If you’re in the mood to stab your own palate — go for it, but in my opinion, not worth the price. ⠀ The cocktail was tiny. Cute, but not satisfying. ⠀ However, the nigiri and other sushi were absolutely excellent — fresh, flavorful, and totally worth it. ⠀ The edamame were excellent — warm, perfectly salted, and super fresh. However, we were told one price, and it turned out to be different on the final check. Also, just a heads-up: if you come during Happy Hour, the edamame are only $3 — not the regular menu price Birthday bonus: I got 112 points as a gift, which was a nice surprise! I really hope I can use them back home in Florida.

I day dream about their garlic edamame!!! The food, drinks, wait staff, & music are a VIBE! RaRa shrimps, monkey roll, & yellowtail sashimi are amongst my favorites. Eric is the BEST waiter and will recommend based on your preferences. A MUST if you are visiting Vegas and are in/around Fashion Show Mall

One of my favorite sushi go-to places. Food is amazing and drinks, great atmosphere, playing good music, and good vibes. Great customer service every time I go.

This is hands down the best meal we have had in Vegas!! Lavontae was funny and kind and made sure we were taken care of!! The atmosphere is great here and the drinks were good as well!

One of my favorite restaurants to dine at in Vegas is truly elevated by the outstanding service provided by Lavantae. Dishes are way over priced. I ordered a dish that came with salad and miso soup, but the server didn't give it to me until I inquired about it 15 mins after getting the actual dish. Chicken katsu is good. Steak fried rice is good. Yellowtail is good. Salmon sashimi is good. Ikura is good. Sushi rolls are good. The food is good. Not authentic sushi - it caters more to the mainland palette, but it'll do! Would be more stars if the prices were better...but I guess just understand, since they're located on the strip.

I first went to Ra Sushi many, many moons ago when I still worked on The Strip, and I Loved it. It was sexy, it was good; a great place to meet up for happy hour. I don't go to The Strip as much anymore, and each year I didn't use my $20 birthday coupon, I was filled with regret. At least 10 years of this. This year was the year! But it's definitely not what it was. Most of the 3 stars was my amazing server. She was lovely. I also enjoyed the free picture I received of myself. That's a sweet bonus. The yellowtail was bland, and the radish in one of the dish was wet. I understand not everyone eats it and it was stuffed around the dish to be more of a garnish, but people still eat it. There was definitely a lack of quality, a lack of sexiness. I feel like the writing is on the wall for this business.

We stopped in here for an afternoon pick me up. The Mango Ceviche tacos were outstanding. Our prickly pear margarita was tasty, and our server was hustling and did a great job. Fun vibe too. I definitely come back here to share more food, especially during their decent happy hour.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I wasn't too happy with the service. Me and my best friend, who was visiting, waited more than 20 minutes for drinks from the bar. Her appetizer came out before the drink and mind you the bar was empty. We asked the server and she stated she would check on it and within a minute came back with the drink which I'm assuming was just sitting at the bar. The first item we got was the hot mess which was drenched in oil and had charred bits which weren't appetizing. The calamari roll was just ok and the salmon avocado roll's rice was a little hard. We ended up sending them back and the waiter offered to try the RA shrimp which was tasty. The environment and seating area was nice since you are on the strip but the lack of service and sub-par food I definitely won't be returning.

We had lunch here last Sunday June 2nd we sat in Savannahs section. She's really sweet, attentive and knows her stuff. We asked for recommendations about sushi and the ones she recommended was really good. The ambiance was very chill for a weekend the time we chose was 12pm and it wasn't that busy. So glad we chose here to meet up. We will ask to sit in her section again. Come here if you're looking for some ono (delicious) sushi!

The food here is always so good for the price! Lavontae was our server and he was so friendly and funny as soon as we were seated. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My mother and I used to go to the RA Sushi in Torrance before it closed. The vibes here are sort of nightclub vibes. We ordered so much food from the happy hour menu which is from 3-7pm. Come and ask for Lavontae! Thank you Vegas.

Enjoyed happy hour here on a monday! Came here with a couple friends and had a great time. Good service from the bartender. Yummy food and drinks, loved the happy hour deals! Really appreciate that hh ends later here than most places (7pm). Good ambiance too, with some nice mood-lighting.

Fashion Show mall location. Was seated quickly and my drink order was taken promptly. Restaurant had about 10 tables occupied at the time. About 15 min went by and my order was taken. Ordered the RA'ckin Roll (Shrimp, crab, avocado etc) which came out in about 20 min after ordering. Food was delicious. My server was friendly but service was slow..

I've been coming here for 15 years as a local! I love the calamari roll, the uchi no salad (ginger dressing) and the viva Las Vegas roll. They have a great happy hour and our server was super friendly! I wish I remembered her name!

The food here is amazing. You are able to dine inside or out in the patio with the best music playing in the background. Everything was amazing including the service. I can't wait to go back.

DEEPLY disappointed in our experience at RA. We only had so many nights to have a great dinner experience in Las Vegas. The restaurant was pretty much empty (which should have been our first sign) and it took over 45 minutes to receive our two rolls. It was disappointing to see other people at the restaurant waiting just as long. I feel like I can't even judge the food fairly because the experience was so bad. The restaurant itself didn't seem all that clean either. There's so much room for improvement on all fronts.

This is a great spot to get a good cocktail and some good quality bites on a budget. The happy hour menu here is huge and reasonably priced, which is perfect after you spend a day shopping at the mall. Not only that, but they offer their happy hour menu 7 days a week at various times. There are not many restaurants that do this so I thought that was really cool. We sat at the bar and had a really attentive bartender. The bar area opens to their outdoor patio so you have views of the strip and can people watch without being actually being outside.

Great service, in a timely manner taking care of a last minute drop in for a group of 6! We had a show at 9:30, and our last reservation at another restaurant took over an hour wait, we dropped in and Juls took care of us immediately and efficiently making great recommendations and filling any concerns that would be against time for our group!!!! Definitely will be back when I come for another business trip! Manager Tiffany also AMAZING! Literally helped cook our food ap we could stay on schedule!!!

There are so many choices for great sushi on the Strip (Nobu and Mizumi for two excellent options), but they are also pricey. Ra is not on that level taste wise, but it's worth a shot. The nigiri was particularly reasonable, but unfortunately also the least impressive. My husband thought it was disappointing. However our rolls were better. And still a pretty good bargain given the Strip location. They were tightly wrapped and of appropriate size. (I hate big pieces that are hard to swallow.) I loved the tropical iced tea. The service was the standout. Our server was terrific. She was attentive and personable. And the food came out fast. The music was good, but on the loud side.

Me and my friends have been to RA sushi two years in a row. We'd love their happy hour deals and drinks. Their drinks are affordable and strong, with an Asian inspired flavor that is delicious. The sushi is also affordable and definitely hits the spot. We tried appetizers as well, I would recommend staying away from those and just eating the sushi. The service is decently slow unfortunately but it gives you time to enjoy your drinks. The ambience is also really nice. I like the red lighting and several booths to sit at

We had a reservation and were seated as soon as we arrived on the patio. We waited 15-20 minutes and no one came to our table. It wasn't until we reminded the hostess that we were out there that she sent a server our way. That being said, once the server did come out he was wonderful! Great energy, and super helpful with the menu. We ordered the garlic edamame and 3 rolls. Everything was delicious! The lychee cocktail was amazing and so pretty! Although it started out rough, the service and food turned our dinner around. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great sushi place at a reasonable price for the strip.

Use to love the RA in San Diego but they shut down years ago. Came here to just get a couple rolls based on waiters recommendations and the yellowtail jalapeño. Food was solid choice if you just want quicker, non fancy sushi, cheap sushi.

The environment was nice, but a bit too dimly lit with the music being a little too loud at times. I met up with a group of friends to take advantage of the happy hour specials. They lasted til 7pm, so at 630pm we placed a huge order. Our server was amazing, giving recommendations since we had our friend's daughter with us and she is an extremely picky eater. Service was impeccable. We enjoyed the variety of dishes available (on special). Honestly all of the options were on point. The only gripes I'd have are for the lighting and sound because aside from that, with the great happy hour pricing and the food selections, I'd definitely come back in the future.

A friend and myself had dinner there, we ate outside, we were seated right away. Waitress took drink orders , took for ever and then she got one of the drinks wrong. Took forever for her to come back and take our order and once she did she wasted a lot of time telling us about the whole menu. Finally received food but they forgot all the sauces, had to go fine a waitress to get us the sauces. Food was just so-so, probably would never go back.

Located in the Fashion Show mall. Happy hour Monday-Saturday 3pm-7pm, 10pm-Close. Sunday 3pm-Close. Not a great happy hour (high prices for American/fusion sushi). RA Sushi was known for their HH vibes and prices in SoCal OC. - $5.50 hot sake, $6+ beers, $11.50 cocktails. - $5.70 edamame, $5.90 nigiri, $9.10+ rolls, $7+ on other sharable snacks. Our waitress was really sweet. She was very attentive. Even offered to pour our hot sake when first arrived cause it was super hot. If it wasn't for our waitress, I would give the happy hour and food a 2 stars? What's not for us doesn't mean it's for someone else. We don't mind fusion if it's worth the price? Maybe this place is good for ppl from landlock areas or the Midwest with little to no sushi, so it's a good intro to American sushi/fusion Asian food. I remember Tustin RA Sushi was okay too but they were known for their happy hour vibes and great offers. We used to go a lot years back. The happy hour prices here seem like full price though. Yes I know we're on the strip. The strip is full of great offers too. But if looking for no wait, chill time, low expectations then this can be your place. They do have a nice great big mister outdoor patio too. Inside seating is spacious and nice. Just not for me.

Was not too bad but was not great. The waiter was so fun and excellent server. His name was Jacob or James . Wings were great and sushi is 3/5

LVIII Dinner I wanted to go to my favorite sushi restaurant to watch my favorite football team and I was definitely able to do that at Ra! They had the sexy atmosphere set up and tvs all over playing the game. I was able to enjoy my sushi and wine and watch my team win. And with the game being on and everyone being entertained the servers were still very attentive and personable, talking about their favorite games and halftime shows. This was a great time and I'm always happy when I get to come here!

RA Sushi Bar Restaurant is decent and good value if you are craving for Japanese food. The service was friendly and efficient. 4 star for service Two Sar for Food. Come with low expectation then you won't be disappointed. A break from the more expensive options inside the Casinos along The Strip.

I was in Las Vegas on a Friday afternoon (8/25) and stopped into RA Sushi for lunch. My server was Kaylani (I probably spelled that wrong) and she was outstanding. I ordered 2 orders of Salmon Sushi and a Smokey Salmon roll. I chased it all down with an Asahi beer. Everything was just outstanding... Next time I'm in town, you will be one of my stops. Thanks again.

Have been there couple times, all the dishes tried were amazingly good (chili sauce is very authentic). Servers (Jacob and Alex) were friendly and helpful. The environment is also very cozy and decorative. Definitely will keep going there when visiting Vegas.

Took my son here for his first experience with sushi. Our server Lavontae was amazing. He discussed the menu and his favorite menu items. He was very attentive with refills and more orders. Would highly recommend coming back here. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was what you'd expect from a sushi restaurant.

Great sushi, great happy hour menu, good vibes, outstanding service. Jacob and trainee Tichelle truly exceeded any expectations anyone would have of a mall casual dining restaurant. They rocked it. We had a great night.

I've been to the store in Scottsdale, AZ so I thought I'd give it a try. Wasn't disappointed. Seated promptly, good selection of beer and sake. The sashimi set was fresh and with the miso soup, it was more than enough. If you sign up, you get a $20 coupon for your birthday. RA Sushi is worth a visit.

Let me start by saying my rating is for the food itself But i will go over everything else as well The location is great it's location right outside the fashion show mall so you can get your shopping done and go eat i like that they have outside seating as well , the inside also has nice decor and the bathrooms were clean Our waitress Rosie was very sweet and pleasant with us she brought out our food quick after ordering I think because of the location I was expecting better quality food We got 2 rolls and some spicy garlic edamame The edamame was sweet and not spicy at all but that was fine since we had our daughter with us The problem with the rolls is that it was very squishy and the amount is the roll is very small and not fresh for each roll to be 16 dollars and up I just would have expected something better than store bought sushi. The seaweed in each roll was very chewy and I didn't enjoy the food I'm not sure it I will come back it could of just been a bad Batch of seaweed and a off day but if you go let me know.

Is it the best sushi you will ever have? No. Is it the cheapest sushi you will ever have? No. BUT - the service is good, and if you come during happy hours it's a good spot. That's exactly What we did. Ra ra shrimp. 4/5 Spicy, crispy, good. The greens underneath made no sense. Veggie fried rice. 1/5 Oily. Bland. The fish was all fresh and can't complain. Nothing amazing and nothing terrible. Spicy tuna crispy rice. 3/5. Tuna was good. The rice was not crispy. It was chewy and dense Rainbow roll. 3/5 Spicy yellowtail roll. 3/5

Amazing place we were there for happy hours and sushi the service was excellent the bartender Joe treated us like royal!!

Not super impressed. Loud music and couldn't hear my friend talk. Paid 5.00 for Luke warm green tea and a 16 small sushi roll that's left me still hungry. Had better sushi in small towns where I've pulled off the interstate, disappointing for Vegas. The waiter was friendly and attentive at least and there was no wait.

I come to this location whenever I'm in Las Vegas. This time the services are really slow and foods come out for long time (over an hour). Food is still good but the service is really slow. Not enough people working in both kitchen and servers. Lots of customers are waiting for their foods. We ordered 7-8 items including appetizers. Takes us at least 30 minutes just for the "Garlic Edamame" to be served to our table. This location is on "The Strip" and it gets busy after 6:30 pm. They really need to hire more people. I ordered the "Teriyaki Salmon" and ask to put sauce on the side. The kitchen messed up and put the sauce on it. This is very unacceptable. Also, they never serve me soup until I asked for them. My party so ordered their own entrees, but they didn't come until more than an hour later. Some orders were incorrect. The manager did not show up to ask each table and ask the customers about their foods and services.

Kayani always makes me feel so welcomed with her big smile and you're part of the family can't wait to come back

This joint is about as mediocre as it gets. And what it lacks in quality of fish, it more than makes up for with inattentive service.

Lunch was excellent the food was great the service was unmatchable. Kalani thank you you saved our day. Great rec's on the cocktails and chili ponzu yellow tail ! We will return!

Joey at the bar is a damn ROCKSTAR!!!! Coolest dude I've ever met! Drinks were solid attitude on point!! Keep that s!&t up.. I ordered Long Island......it was the longest island. Not mad at all. Favorite food item seared tuna. Toro and Ra Ra Shrimp. Erick also killed it with overflowing knowledge and recommendation of menu items.

Grabbing a bite a little late lunch...but guess what still made the lunch special menu time slot. Located on the strip and easy walking distance from my hotel I decided to take the spa attendant's advice and make the walk. Located in the Fashion Mall this is a large restaurant with a view of the strip. Good for people-watching and I am sure hopping at night. My waiter was very engaging and got my drink out quickly. Out came the app as quickly as the entree. So all at once. But that was ok. The Miso Soup was good and the spring roll portion was large. Now what threw me off was the orange color of my spicy tuna roll. I acutally asked if it was spicy salmon. He said no it was the sriracha mixed with the tuna.....to be honest not buying it. So not the best tuna roll I ever had...that was at a place in Orlando....follow me and find out.....but still flavorful whatever it was. The salad in the middle was meh but it filled the hole. So why four stars....for service...the waiter went above and beyond and was very friendly. PROTIP is going for lunch they have a good selection...look at the photo of the lunch specials menu.....
