Interesting local ginger beer spot with good food options. The service setup was a bit odd (wasn't immediately clear what could be ordered where etc) but the staff we interacted with were great. My drink was overly sweet for my taste, but the sandwich we had was solid.

Google
I'm literally obsessed with Rachel's Ginger Beer during my trip to Seattle. Personally I really liked Pink Guava, Blood Orange, Cranberry x Orange (seasonal) in descending order. You can taste the ginger decently well in the drink itself and it's fizzy! I've tried the spiced honeycrisp (seasonal), mango, blueberry, blackcurrant but they were just okay, not as good as the ones I liked. Tip is that you can ask for testers if you really can't decide what to get. Really recommend it's super refreshing. Prices are 6 (14oz) and 8.5 (20oz) before tax.

Google
I LOVE this location! Super cozy spot tucked away nicely in the area. Excellent, attentive service from my bartender, Em, who had a smile on their face during my entire visit even through a couple of rushes, and didn’t miss a beat when it came to helping or offering small samples of the several (all delicious) different ginger beers they offer. Now I also know where to find one of my new favorite spicy chicken sandwiches in the whole city. Keep up the great work, folks!

Google
This place was recommended by some friends and it delivered. Nice place to go for lunch. The blood orange ginger beer was killer 🍻

Google
Delicious ginger beer! I love the pink guava, blueberry, mango and blood orange flavors offered! A great view of the spheres outside too

Google
I love Rachel's. I highly recommend the Blood Orange (tart) or the White Peach (sweet) as they are my favorites but you can always taste samples. I bring all my visitors to here as it's something different and unique to Seattle.

Seating is a little crowded but food was great. * Chicken : Chicken is fried crispy with the tender meat inside. Flavor/heat was on point. There isn't too much difference between mild and medium spicy level, both offering good amount of punch. Seasoning on the chicken patty was a little salty for me but I still enjoyed it greatly. * Condiments : The pickled condiments adds juiciness and rich texture to each bite. Coleslaw adds slightly acidic flavors which helps you not get bored of the oiliness of the patty. * Bun : It's a soft bun but not mushy. Holds the sandwich pretty well through out your meal. It's compliments the crispiness of the chicken. This is probably the best chicken sandwich I had in Seattle. Would recommend others to check it out.

Google
Such cute decor and fantastic ginger beer, there’s a reason they’re able to have a store dedicated to ginger beer. My favorite is the pink guava and the dole whip floats are delicious. The fried chicken sandwiches are also AMAZING. So crispy with a sweet bun and delicious pickles that are a balance of sweet and tangy. Probably my favorite chicken sandwich in the area.

Yelp
I didn't actually get ginger beer here - but I can review the ambience! Cute spot near the spheres. Good amount of seating and wifi. Polite staff. I grabbed the rotating cider that was on tap ($6), it was nice! The chicken looked delicious, I want to try that next time.

Yelp
Definitely unique, 20+ ginger beers on tap. Sampled about 5 before choosing the spicy pineapple. I thought each sample was overly sweet. Cool spot but not for me.

Yelp
We last visited the Rachel's + Maono combination a few years ago in U Village and found the sandwich to be too greasy and the atmosphere too crowded.... We were in the area today and the open layout of the quick service restaurant was so tempting so tried and so happy that we did. The ginger beer was wonderful (had the blood orange) while my husband had a Moscow Mule.... the food was great--the chicken was juicy and despite it being fried not greasy. I loved my sandwich but almost think the best item was the chicken fingers my son had. For sides the fries were well seasoned and the daikon pickles were fantastic. With the setting it was a sublime way to spend an evening dinner.

Yelp
Of the two downtown Rachel's Ginger Beer locations, this location is probably my favorite - if not just because it's never as insanely busy as the Pike Place location. This location of Rachel's Ginger Beer also has Ma'ono fried chicken - it's a separate restaurant that shares the same space. I tend to visit during the honey's lunch and get the utterly delicious dole whip, but we've also stopped in for him to get something to eat while I enjoy my cold treat. Overall I've found the service here to be more friendly than the other locale, but that just may be because the other location is so busy. All in all, Rachel's Ginger Beer is one of my favorite things about visiting Seattle and you should definitely visit if you're in the area!

Yelp
We were taking a walk around the Amazon Spheres area when I spotted Rachel's Ginger Beer. This place is usually uncomfortably busy at Pike Place, so I've never gone in. This place was nearly empty at the time, so I wandered right in for a quick snack. We ordered raspberry non-alcoholic ginger beer and a Dole pineapple whip. Both are delicious. The ginger beer is VERY GINGERY. Be warned if you like them more on the mild and sugary side like a ginger ale. This is not it! The Dole whip is predictably delicious. I'm really glad Dole Whip is readily available at multiple shops now. I don't remember what I paid, but it's worth it. Hehe. As I was sitting there enjoying these treats, I suddenly noticed they serve Moana fried chicken, too. If we didn't have dinner reservations, I would be trying them. It looks really good!

Yelp
Love the ambiance of this location. Rachel ginger beer is good as always. Also there is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.

Yelp
I really like this location it's tucked away in SLU. Being that it is within the Amazon campus I do believe weekdays are busy, but on a Sunday I was helped within seconds of arrival. I was happy to see my favorite summer seasonal Cherry was still available. Customer service was also great!! If you want really great Ginger beer Rachel's is it; I highly recommend!

Yelp
For the concept and purpose of this place it was great! Nice chill spot to enjoy ginger beer which tasted pretty good. Not sure if I would come here for food or to expect to satisfy my cravings. They partner with a food vendor but their food was decent!

Yelp
Is anyone going to bring up the fact that you can get alcoholic and non alcoholic here! I started this journey and a lot of places only offer alcohol! Rachel's ginger beer is sooo delicious and hits everyone's pallet! I simple cant get enough of it, but then the chicken! I'm a super picky chicken eater and this is my spot! Now is a chicken sandwich $15 worth it - hella yup, wait ONLY this one! I don't remember eating it, but I do remember the Mayo being super creamy and delicous. The daikon pickles bringing the most intense flavors but the bun is the HIT, then the crispy juice chicken! Everything is placed in a perfect way! The best part, we got the last chicken sandwiches for the night! Whoot whoot!!! Oh yah it closes early- look it up and call ahead!

Yelp
Rachel's Ginger Beer - Honestly, I have nothing bad to ever say about any of the locations or flavors. They are all delicious! ........ Except for the CBD version. For whatever reason I had the CBD version of RGB and it wasn't very good and even took away my buzz from drinking. Not exactly what I intended. But aside from that, all of them mixed with the hard alcohols are so good. This is one of my favs in the Seattle area. Absolutely must try if you are here!

Yelp
I have tried ginger beers before and this place tips all of it. They have so many flavors to choose from. They have both regular and seasonal flavors. They offer take out in big size containers as well. My favorites are pink guava and original. Although I like others as well. They have multiple locations. If you need to visit this location, you need to find street parking which could be tricky. They make cocktails with those ginger beer flavors as you like. I usually get the non alcoholic versions and enjoy it. Highly recommend this place. The seasonal flavor going on right now is cardamom and chai. Try it heated!

Yelp
I visited Rachel's Ginger Beer recently with a few friends and we tried 4 different flavors of the ginger beer. They all had distinct and vibrant flavors, but still kept the classic feel of original ginger beer. I also appreciated that the flavors are identifiable enough to identify which is which. This location is really nice because it's spacious with plenty of seating options, and it's less busy than many of the other locations. The person working when we visited was very helpful in answering our questions and helping to match us with the perfect flavors. After sitting and sipping our ginger beers for awhile, we decided to try some food. We ordered spicy chicken tenders to share. They were the perfect level of spice and the meat was tender and moist. At the time of our visit, they were doing food take out style. They packaged it up and put it on the pickup shelf like takeout orders, but they still allowed us to eat it at our table. Overall, it was a great time with delicious drinks and snacks, and I would recommend a visit!

Yelp
This was a super aesthetic location. The windows are all open, lots of plants in the store and a very chill atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and gave us samples of pink guava and mango which were both delicious. Would recommend !! 14 oz ginger beer is 5 dollars

Yelp
Each of the Rachel's ginger beers are excellent, but this one was my first and pairs well with Maono and a sunny afternoon in SLU, so it might be my favorite. Although almost everything on the menu is exceptional, my personal favorite's the black currant ginger beer, often served as a float. There's extensive options, and always something new to try at the bar, from CBD slushees to dole whip!

Yelp
Stopped by here on a whim around 1pm on a Saturday and it was completely empty. By the time we left though, it was starting to fill up. The space, large, airy, has fun decor, and a variety of seating options inside as well as outside. The two of us ordered a Blood Orange and a Blueberry ginger beer, as well as a Moscow Mule. I wanted the White Peach originally, but unfortunately they were out. The drinks tasted amazing and I'd definitely come back to try other flavors. Overall, a good place to hang out and enjoy refreshing drinks.

Yelp
This is our must stop when we come to Seattle. If we could spend our whole vacation in this one restaurant, we would. The drinks are amazing, not one of them fails to deliver. It's a kid friendly spot and they have a great chicken spot inside. 10/10 recommend to all people visiting who, like Moscow mules, delicious ginger beer, and overall happiness. This applies to all locations, love it here.

Yelp
Whoa! This place is great! So many flavors. The ginger beer was very gingery but not overpowering. We also had the blood Orange ( very refreshing) and spiced apple crisp ( seasonal, you must get this while you can) Lots more flavors to try! Thumbs up for this place.
google avatar

Yelp
Annoyingly addictive. Rachel's Ginger Beer is such a simple concept (I mean, it's like 5 ingredients), but really it's just simply good. Lots of flavors to choose from and consistently tasty. On top of that, the people that work there are super chill, friendly, and always welcoming.
google avatar

Yelp
Looooved RGB!! And not because it shares my name. Lol. The variety of flavors you can mix and match is incredible. I decided on mixing white peach and pink guava and I could hear the birds chirping and feel the flowers swaying every time I took a sip. The perfect combo. I ended up coming here (and their pike location) many times on my vacation. It was THAT good!

Yelp
Love the convenience of having a Rachel's GB near me now! I went during a Saturday afternoon with my boyfriend and it was relatively empty at 1-2pm (two other tables were eating) and we went for lunch to grab some fried chicken and refill our growler. Prices are all the same and service was great since no one else was there and we could sample all we want. We ended up getting the chicken tenders and an order of fries. I LOVED the Moana fried chicken since it's never too salty/peppery and perfectly fried. Huge piece of white meat and not overdone or dry! The fries are okay... not worth like $6 but a good complimentary side if you're still hungry. We ended up taking them to go since we were so full. As for the drinks - my boyfriend got the special Blueberry cocktail and I got the Hot Toddy. Very spicy! And warm for a cold day. By the time we left, the place was actually HALF full on a Saturday afternoon. Very surprising but I think it's even MORE full on weekdays with the Amazon buildings nearby. Love it! Will definitely be back!

Yelp
I've always loved Rachel's Ginger Beer! I've tried almost all of the flavors, but my go to is always the White Peach flavor. Perfect blend between the ginger and white peach flavors. The location is great because it's so close to where I work, so I can grab a drink right after I get off of work. Very convenient for anyone who works downtown or for anyone that just happens to be around. This is the first time I've been to this location and it's great. Good and fast service and clean environment. Tons of decent garage and street parking close by. Better than the U Village location because parking is always a hassle there.

Yelp
Went there during lunch break on a weekday. Spot is close to a lot of company buildings so it's convenient. Surprisingly there was no line and I got my drink instantly with the cashier filling it from the tap after I paid. I had a small pink guava as it was recommended to me by the cashier. And I'm glad she recommended that one because I loved it. You can actually taste the pink guava instead of sugar sugar sugar. It wasn't too sweet or leave a bad taste on your tongue afterwards. It was just cold, refreshing, well balanced and authentic ginger beer. I only wished I got a little more with what I paid for. Overall 4.7/5

Quinton W.

Yelp
Honestly, not my cup of tea. Pun intended LOL. But really, I think I am more of a fan of a stronger ginger tasting ginger beer, and this seems to be a lot more lemony. So if you're coming, wanting a strong ginger, beer, without the citrus, this isn't your place.
google avatar

Cameron H.

Yelp
The ginger beer is so good! You can get a basic ginger beer, spice it up with additional flavors, have it cold, heat it up, or get a ginger float. There are so many different flavors, but I recommend you get the float on a hot day and heat it up on a cold day. I personally loved the blood orange ginger beer, it try them all.

Yelp
Our friend said a new Rachel's location had opened up with Maono chicken sandwiches in it, so we decided to go there after church. There are tons of ginger beer flavors available, including slushes and versions with CBD and alcohol. We went with the passionfruit-vanilla flavor, got chicken strips and fries for the kids, and drumsticks and a sandwich for us. The chicken strips and sandwich were tasty, but the drumsticks were the best. The crust was crispy and flavorful and the meat was tender and juicy. Paired with their homemade BBQ sauce and pickled daikon, the flavor profile was a wonderful balance of sweet and sour. The ginger beer was smooth without a heavy ginger aftertaste, which I like. I'm sure this place will be super busy during the workday as it seems like a great spot for lunch!

Yelp
AMBIANCE Ample seating, try not to come during weekday lunch rush, because it gets busy in here. We rolled in at 8 on a Tuesday, so it was pretty empty. Service was really sweet and efficient. I love the decor here. FOOD I'm not the biggest ginger beer fan, so this is just a review for Ma'ono rather than the entirety of RGB. I've had Ma'ono at the University Village location before, and don't remember it anything memorable, but the food I will definitely come back for another chicken sandwich in the near future. The chicken sandwich is such a simple dish, with just four components, but Ma'ono knows how to make sure the flavors of each component add something to the entirety of the sandwich. The Hawaiian roll is perfectly toasted and provides a great sweet taste and fluffy texture. The mayo adds the needed moisture and acts to cool down some of the heat from the chicken. The pickles provide an acidity that cuts through the other three ingredients. Finally, the chicken is juicy, but retains its crunchy integrity. Overall, a great sandwich. The fries were pretty standard, but you get a large portion with an order. OVERALL I don't know if it's just this location, but this sandwich was amazing. Coming back for sure.
google avatar

Rebecca W.

Yelp
So delicious. Go and come back and go again. We loved sampling all the flavors. The spicy pineapple ginger beer is sooo good!
google avatar

Brian K.

Yelp
Really cool place! Chicken sandwich was mild, which wasn't spicy at all in my opinion. Next time I might try medium spice. But it was juicy and delicious! Fries is dipped in soy bean oil. Perfect for someone who might be vegan! They have few, already made, drinks and couple of in house beers which I highly recommend! Overall a great place for a good chicken and beer!

Yelp
We were visiting The Spheres and saw this place from across the road. As fans of ginger beer, we had to stop by and check it out. We went with a pink guava and a blueberry ginger beer. Both tasted great and had some nice tartness to them. Best of all, neither were overly sweet. Just refreshing with a very natural flavor. If we're ever in the area again, we might have to come back to try their mules (another favorite of ours).
google avatar

Linda L.

Yelp
This ginger beer is amazing. Bubbly and peachy ! Very refreshing ! The decor is full of plants if you love that design

Yelp
Love the variety of flavours and offerings of gingerbeer and delights! I am a frequent customer, I just love RGB. :) I am a fan of the white peach, mango, and blood orange (blood orange is my favourite). Be sure to try to the floats with their homemade ice cream. OMFG, it is so good. I bought a huge growler right before the shelter in place order, but it turns out they now deliver... ready for refills :) If you're at one of their locations that has Ma'ono's chicken sandwiches, be sure to get one of their spicy chicken sandwiches - they are the absolute best ever. I love their fries (very hot, very crunchy, excellent spice to them). They also have a yummy potato/pasta salad.
google avatar

Sam K.

Yelp
Look no further for a way to get creative and innovative when designing your own drink. Rachel's ginger beer offers just that and more! Be sure to go during happy hour from 4-6 for reduced price mules. We got the mule and a make your own with raspberry apricot and dark rum. Both were so tasty. Prices are high but so are the spirits

Angela T.

Yelp
Ordered a medium chicken sandwich, the chicken in the sandwich only filled half the sandwich.... For $14 I feel so jipped... I do not recommend the chicken sandwich. The ginger beer was okay tho.
google avatar

Amy G.

Yelp
I'm not a big soda person but it's kind of neat that there's an entire chain dedicated to ginger beer. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly, chatty, and offered us multiple samples to aid in our decision-making process. I ultimately settled on a seasonal apple flavor. If I came again I might actually go for just the "extra" ginger flavor because I love the taste of the herb and the other fruity flavors tend to mask it. If you're not a regular soda drinker, the small size is already a lot. Nice spicy pick-me-up to accent a day's worth of walking around the city.

Yelp
On January 2/2020, at 7pm I walked into RGB the spheres. When I walked in I was super upset about being moved out from a job I had been at and was visibly upset about the whole thing. I was crying really hard and had ordered a CBD drink and a shot of wells vodka. Upon waiting and crying, a lady was sitting at the bar with a basket of colorful envelopes and a laptop. She proceeded to ask me what was wrong and told me to sit down so she could listen to me. I had expressed that I had taken on a hardship due to a 3$ pay cut at my last job. I expressed how sad I was and how I missed my old position. The lady sat there and acted as though she cared, offering hugs and advice. Telling me everything would be okay that it was okay to vent and get it out. I left that night still very upset but feeling like it was great to have talked it out with someone who had nothing to do with the situation. Later on last Wednesday my job had called me into the office. I was presented with SIX security supervisors and an ops manger who all proceeded to intimidate me by standing around me and staring me down. The ops manager then said this "on January 2,2020 we received an email from Rachel's Ginger beer in regards to a female security specialist who was visiting frequently while in uniform (I was off the clock that day) and possibly on the clock. The email stated that the specialist would visit one to two times a week and would ask for alcoholic drinks to be put into to go cups because she was "on the clock" (that was a lie also I'll explain that later on) the email also stated that she spoke on an incident where she touched someone's hair and was removed from the spheres which is how we identified the specialist to be you." I was SHOCKED to say the least. This lady at the bar was a manger and had asked me what was wrong, in which I gave her very little details maybe even a sentence about what happened. I was also upset because RGB GINGER BEER asked ME IF I WAS ON THE CLOCK in which I replied NO but I'm in uniform and it's about perception. So THEY offered to put it in a to go cup so I "wouldn't get into trouble." To make matters WORSE they decided to give my employer (for no reason mind you) ALL MY TRANSACTION HISTORY for all the times i went there. I lost my job yesterday. I thought I was going to a safe place.. I thought that even after work sometimes a shot a good cry and someone to vent to wouldn't be used against me or to much to ask or worse my rights to confidentiality would t be jeopardized at the least especially when I'm and I was already going through a hard time. To make it worse I emailed the company, the specific Rachel's as well as the owner and instead of even providing a little form of explanation or even trying to reach out at all they again went to The head security and proceeded to have them BOLO me (illegally) from their establishment. Plastering my face on the Amazon campus and slandering my name and killing all credibility I'd ever had (AND FOR WHAT!?) WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS TO ME!?? I know plenty of officers who go to this restaurant and I know many of supervisors who go as well. They drink and return to work. But for some unknown reason I was targeted and mistreated, This was The worst day ever and I'm angry that my privacy was breached and I was FIRED even though off the clock for even just venting to their people who work there. My life's been HELL these past two days and it's all because these people couldn't MIND THEIR OWN DAMN BUSINESS.. they had to Metal in my life for a reason only they know. I wasnt loud, or belligerent, I wasn't unprofessional or disrespectful in any way and this Edomite decided to trick me into thinking that this was indeed a safe place. If I could rate them a negative 20000 I would. Don't ever trust these people, and even if they ask they will pretend and back bite you in the end. This is a horrible place to eat and drink at and you should proceed with Caution.
