Summerlin restaurants express hope, fear, and strategies for survival amid coronavirus pandemic | Eater Vegas

"A healthy fast-casual restaurant that implemented curbside pickup and delivery, plus value-driven specials such as free meals for children with the purchase of two entrees, to support families during the shutdown." - Krista Diamond

This is one of my favorite spots to go to because of the food. The service quality lately here hasn’t been that great these past year and a half. There was one occasion where I was told to make my own iced coffee (which is typically prepared) and there’s a lack of people/social skills from the guy that takes my order. Today was my last straw where there was hair in my food. Notified one of the workers and there was no “sorry” or replacement/refund. I waited for a bit and no one took any accountability so I left.

Love this place. The service is excellent. The food is outstanding. If you look at the pictures that come along with this review you will see I tasted a portion of their menu! I plan on coming back again this week. Bottom line: Must visit if you are in the area.

Food was as expected with reasonable pricing. Works for a quick stop when you don’t want fast food. Staff was friendly and quick with our orders. The menu is pretty straight forward. It’s nicer than fast food but below a restaurant. Very casual feel.

Friendly prompt service! Quaint atmosphere with some tasty and healthy options on the menu. A great place to have lunch. Plus they offer all day breakfast! We had The Turkey club which was large and delicious. Had to take half of it home. My lunch companion opted for The all day breakfast and got a breakfast wrap with crispy potatoes. The wrap was great the potatoes were average and needed a little seasoning. Not pictured but equally as tasty was the Tuna salad sandwich toasted to perfection on both sides of the bread keeping it from getting soggy which is definitely a plus! We will be back

I've lived in the Centennial area for nearly 10 years and i eat at least once a month at Rachel's. Amazing food and service. Prices are a bit more than other food spots in the area, but it's definitely worth it, as it's NOT fast food, but it's super hight quality and value. I'd eat every meal there if time and money allowed. Literally, one of my top 3 spots here in Vegas.

The food was very tasty and fresh. The staff was friendly and the restroom was clean and well maintained. 11:30 on Wednesday, there was no wait. They do have a military discount.

Recently, my wife and I decided to switch up our lunch routine and landed at Rachel's Kitchen, nestled at 7010 N Durango Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89149. The moment we stepped in, the clean, spacious interior, adorned with simple seating and warm color tones, offered us a warm welcome. It's that kind of place where the atmosphere alone sets the stage for a promising meal. The service? Stellar. Friendly and swift, the staff worked like a well-oiled machine, ensuring our lunch was seamless and enjoyable. It’s rare to see such cohesive teamwork in action. On to the main event: the food. This time, I ventured beyond my usual BLT with Avocado and went for the Turkey Avocado sandwich, a delightful twist on my standard pick, especially recommended on their Sourdough. Each bite reaffirmed my choice, blending quality with taste in a way only Rachel's Kitchen seems to master. Now, let's talk value. Despite the shadow of inflation looming over many dining experiences, Rachel's Kitchen manages to offer fair pricing for what you receive. I walked away full and satisfied, testament to the meal's worth. Reflecting on my visits, which happen every two to four weeks, it's clear there's no single dish claiming the title of 'signature' at Rachel's Kitchen. Yet, that variety means there's likely a favorite waiting for every palate. A small suggestion from a frequent diner: a zero sugar fountain drink option could complement their already refreshing unsweetened ice tea nicely. So, have you discovered your favorite dish at Rachel's Kitchen, or are you still on the culinary journey through their menu? Dive into the conversation below and share your finds! Stay tuned for more bites and sights, because this is just the beginning. Follow my profile for the next tasty review that might just lead you to your new favorite spot.

Love the food and I always use Rachels's for catering business lunches, but me and my coworkers will no longer be using them. I ordered 2 Large salads that cost me $120 + TIP. Everything was ready on time, but when I checked my order before leaving I noticed there were no utensils. When I asked for some she wanted to charge me an extra $20 for plastic forks and salad spoons to serve the salad. $120 = two salads plastic forks not included. I had to stop at the dollar store and by them on my way to the lunch. So good job at losing business over a pack of dollar store forks! A couple dollars cost you $120. Not a smart business.
