Love this place. The service is excellent. The food is outstanding. If you look at the pictures that come along with this review you will see I tasted a portion of their menu! I plan on coming back again this week. Bottom line: Must visit if you are in the area.

This is one of my favorite spots to go to because of the food. The service quality lately here hasn’t been that great these past year and a half. There was one occasion where I was told to make my own iced coffee (which is typically prepared) and there’s a lack of people/social skills from the guy that takes my order. Today was my last straw where there was hair in my food. Notified one of the workers and there was no “sorry” or replacement/refund. I waited for a bit and no one took any accountability so I left.

Food was as expected with reasonable pricing. Works for a quick stop when you don’t want fast food. Staff was friendly and quick with our orders. The menu is pretty straight forward. It’s nicer than fast food but below a restaurant. Very casual feel.

Friendly prompt service! Quaint atmosphere with some tasty and healthy options on the menu. A great place to have lunch. Plus they offer all day breakfast! We had The Turkey club which was large and delicious. Had to take half of it home. My lunch companion opted for The all day breakfast and got a breakfast wrap with crispy potatoes. The wrap was great the potatoes were average and needed a little seasoning. Not pictured but equally as tasty was the Tuna salad sandwich toasted to perfection on both sides of the bread keeping it from getting soggy which is definitely a plus! We will be back

We always come here for breakfast on weekends! I love getting "the favorite" with the goat cheese and avocado it is so delicious. My husband loves to order the protein lovers or the pancakes! Definitely can't go wrong with anything you order.

**this review is for the catering menu** We get our food for lunch meetings from Rachel's quite often. Typically salads, sandwiches, soups, & cookies. So for that, I cannot speak to the breakfast or other hot items. I've had the Turkey Club on wheat and the Chicken Tender Wrap. Both pretty good and fresh. The Cobb Salad is quite good. The Chinese Chicken salad is pretty good as well if you like the sweetness of the mandarins. Most recently (read: today. Lol) I had the 440 Sandwich on Ciabatta. Tasty and a good blend of flavors. The Christmas Sugar Cookies were yum. Crunchy though, not soft (if that matters to anyone). The rest of the menu looks good enough to warrant a trip in to check it out :)

Absolutely delicious . Ambiance: definitely a 'pick up/to go' kind of place. Hard cold metal orange chairs. I got the 1/2 mushroom soup (I think it's always just 1 soup of the day) and it was souper delicious. I also got the 1/2 Chinese chicken salad and that also was very good and the chicken strips in it were warm and cooked perfect. The ultimate grilled cheese was pretty much like I would make home... good bread, lots of gooey cheese and it came with a side, so I got fresh fruit!! I also have enough soup & salad leftover for lunch the next day Parking was easy breezy. The cashier was nice. I will definitely be coming back.

The ambience is orange diner with glaring lights and metal seats with wood tables and weird music. Counter help is helpful. The Ryan's Pesto Pasta is poor. Side salad is very good BBQ Chicken wrap is delicious with plenty of chicken and a tangy but not too spicy sauce with great sweet potato fries. Watermelon juice is also very good.

Rachel's Kitchen on North Durango and Elkhorn is a great place to come and have some good quality food. The service was great and fast! The workers were helpful when I asked them a question. The ambience in this particular restaurant is chill with a lower volume music which was perfect for lunch for me. You can have a nice conversation and hear each other. I ordered the BBQ chicken wrap. It was amazing and came with a good amount of bbq sauce inside the wrap, so it wasn't dry, it was perfect. That is actually one of the best chicken wraps I've had in the whole of Las Vegas. Highly recommend it!

When this place first opened up, it was pretty good quality seem well. Food seem well prepared but lately food doesn't taste as good. Smoothies are not well blended. I stopped coming.

The food and smoothies are pretty Good especially when they are not busy in the restaurant. What I have experienced a few times, is that the smoothie's not being well blended leaving chunks of bananas and ice in my smoothie. As for customer service, Lillian B. Is NOT that friendliest person .She seems uninterested working there and unwelcoming from the time moment I walk in.

How long does it take to make a smoothie? Apparently, 15 minutes. That was ridiculous.

Went in for a smoothie. It was almost $9 I waited 20 minutes and could tell they had forgot about me. I said cancel my order and the women who told the other workers to cancel the order looked around like what order. It was never made, I would have been sitting there forever if I hadn't walked up and said to refund my order. The price, service and quality of this place isn't worth the cost or the frustration.

I love how FRESH my food was! The lettuce was nice and crisp, chicken grilled to perfection. Sweet potato fries crispy on the outside fluffy in the inside which is better hard to accomplish with sweet potato fries. I got the chicken Caesar wrap with sweet potato fries as the side. An açaí Smoothie, chicken tenders for my son with regular fries and a sunrise smoothie. The smoothies were just as good as the food, refreshing, nice and cold, and they filled the cup all the way to the top! The restaurant itself was nice and clean, there's an option to sit outside if you wanted. The staff very welcoming. Can't wait to come back for more yummy fresh food!

Yummy in my tummy. They have super good pancakes! Hot a stack of three fluffy pancakes and a cup of fresh fruit for about $9. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is freshly prepared.

**Juice Review** Feeling a bit under the weather, I found myself craving some fresh pressed juice. Rachel's Kitchen offers a nice selection of predetermined flavor combinations as well as a 'create-your-own-juice' option. Given how I was feeling, I went with the Immune Booster, which includes kale, fennel, carrots, apples & lemon. I added ginger for an extra $1.00 to amp up the immune-boosting benefits. This brought my total to $10.50 before tax & tip - a bit pricey but it was worth it, and I enjoyed every sip. Service was great. I ordered ahead, and my drink was ready for me when I arrived. The gentleman behind the counter was polite and friendly. Ambiance is casual. 5-stars for a well-made, refreshing drink! :)

I've tried this place a couple of times, and while their food is definitely quality, it's way overpriced for the portions. Didn't like the curry chicken.

We almost ate here but ended up leaving because they were unable to fix our order on the kiosk. I came to test this place out using my birthday reward and was excited because I pass it often on the way home! We ordered two adult entrees and one kid meals. It ended up taking off the kids meal and not the adult entree, so we asked them to void the kids meal because we decided not to get it or we might buy it separately later. But they said they couldn't change the order and they needed us to "just pay it." We asked them to void the whole transaction and start over. They said I would get no discount because they already redeemed the birthday coupon and would have to pay for both entrees. At that point, we just were shocked that their systems were unable to void transactions and a little annoyed that they just kept telling us to pay the extra $7+ dollars . So we decided to just leave. Plus, there were lots of tables that still had the last customers food on it so we didn't really have a good place to sit anyways. Maybe we will try here sometime in the future but I think it's going to take us awhile before we will be ready to walk back in here to deal with the systems and service again.

Service was great and clean. I would recommend the salmon grain bowl perfect portions and I would order again Yum!

I was in the area and needed to pick up breakfast. I called to place an order. The staff was super helpful, professional, and kind. The breakfast was exactly how I wanted it to be. I recommend this neighborhood restaurant Rachel's kitchen.

pretty pricey ( in comparison to salad+go ) but no complaints on the freshness. i think this is a seasonal speciality salad i added the cucumbers + tomatoes myself.

I love their mac and cheese and have ordered it several times via Door Dash. The first time I got it, it was made correctly, with the breadcrumbs, which literally makes this dish. Second time I ordered it, no breadcrumbs. Just ordered it again and no breadcrumbs!! Not sure how they keep forgetting to add to my dish, but it still shows as a listed ingredient on their menu. Something so simple as adding this one ingredient, literally changes how the dish tastes. A word of advice to management: please talk to your employees and make sure they make the dishes as advertised.

Rachel's kitchen is my go to Mexican restaurant when I'm in Irvine I've been going there for five years. I always order the hard tacos. They're the best and their sauces so authentic the staff is amazing very friendly. Jasmine is a sweetheart..

My green smoothie was delicious (5) and refreshing, especially on such a hot Vegas day. My arugula and pear salad was okay (3). A LOT of arugula for me, and I love arugula, and the chicken I ordered for my protein was dry. I got the 440 sandwich for my husband and he did NOT like it (1) He said the fries were nothing special. I tasted them and had to agree. With all the places to eat in Vegas, for us this one didn't make our cut. But for others, it might be the place. 5+3+1=9/3 = 3 Stars

A yummy little place to stop in for lunch! My friend and I visited here last minute for lunch on a Friday afternoon as we were around the area. My first impression walking in was that the inside is a bit smaller, but we were still able to snag seating. I ordered the Arugula Pear Salad with chicken and would definitely recommend!! I'm in a big summer salad kick right now and have been loving salads that give a good blend of fruit, nuts, and a greatly complimented dressing. I felt like this salad was all of those things and tasted very fresh! I would definitely order it again. My friend ordered chicken salad on a lettuce wrap with sweet potato fries and said her meal was pretty good as well. I was pretty pleased with the food, and the service was pretty quick as well. It seemed though that a lot of the tables weren't kept clean or had anyone that was regularly doing them since it was a little busier. However, upon asking for some help to get a clean table, the staff was very friendly and helped right away. Overall, we enjoyed and would stop back in!

I love this place they have variety of food to choose its delicious and you will not regret trying their pesto and fettuccini pasta. The staff are efficient and polite. There is table to sit in, place is clean and relaxing nice for family treats highly recommended.

The Cobb salad is really yummy and the tropical tea is my favorite. My husband got the 404 sandwich and said the red pepper made the difference. They have large portions and friendly staff.

ETA: After posting this review, I received an email from the company and a full refund of the second salad. They apologized and shared that they had done some re-training to make sure it doesn't happen again and I was very appreciative. They also put 300 pts on my account so that I can return for another meal. Im glad that they took the time to make it right. Changing my review from 1 to 5 stars. I really appreciate them fixing it and would def recommend...if it's done right it's great food. And if it's done incorrectly, they will make it right. Can't ask for much more than that. Original review: I've ordered a specific salad from them a couple times a week for at least 6 months. I have always ordered extra dressing and to have the salad chopped. You pay $3 extra on each order for these two things. I ordered my usual tonight at 6:18 well before closing. My husband picked it up. Once he arrived home we realized they hadn't chopped it and there was no extra dressing. Not a big deal except this is the second time in a row. Two days ago is when it happened the first time. I just ignored it and didn't say a word. Today it happened again and decided to have them correct it. I called and asked if we could come back and get a new one made correctly. She specifically said not to bother bringing the old one back because it was just trash now. My husband drove back to the store. Upon arrival, the other employee wanted to know where the other salad was. Said they had spoken to the manager Lily and they "can't just believe your word that the salad was missing things and not chopped." I had to send a photo as proof. They said okay and began making fresh one using the original order. It was now 7:40 and they close at 8. Husband got home and the salad had stuff on it that I cannot have and I always order without. It's mixed in and I can't eat it. I have some simple diet restrictions for health reasons...the cheese and egg are a no go and this new salad had both. There was no attempt to refund the extra charges. They were aware this was the second time I'd paid the extra fees and didn't get the right stuff. To get a salad done correctly I had to send a photo as "proof." As a steady customer who has spent a LOT of money at this store, you'd think they'd just try to make it right. But that's not what happened. There are too many good restaurants in Vegas to bother with this one again. I like their salads but not for extra $, extra trips back to the store, bad customer service, and to be called a liar. I'd recommend a lot of other places before this one! I hope it's worth it to Lily to save that money she charged me for chopping the salad and extra dressing. Sure turned into a mess and you've lost a customer.

I was surprised menu was all available breakfast available all day. That was a nice surprise. Staff is very friendly knowledgeable, it was a little bit cold inside. The restaurant sat outside a little bit windy, but it still had a nice outside seating area the carrot juice little bit pricey, but they made it right there with fresh carrots. It was delicious little different take on the avocado toast also very good sun-dried tomatoes on there were different. I like the cheese eggs were cooked perfectly. My friend had a chop salad dressing on the side really a nice portion. Will definitely return and try some different items. I think if it was a little bit more comfortable inside and not so cold would have been a five star review.

I generally like this place but today on Mother's Day we sat there for 45 min after ordering our food with 0 acknowledgement from a single worker. I eventually had to go up to the counter to ask to find out that our food had been sitting there for who knows how long. The worker claimed "Oh the order was completed 5 minutes ago." By the time I got home 10 minutes later the pasta was barely warm, the sandwiches were cold, and the fries were soggy. No way do I believe that it was only 5 minutes of the food sitting Our name was never called nor were we checked on after sitting inside for 45 minutes waiting on our food that was already done. Do better.

Bad Ryan's Pasta Gluten Free It arrived looking like it must be several days old with oily sauce. So gross and disappointing. Even the chicken is unrecognizable. I've ordered this meal many times and it's never been this bad. This restaurant was my go-to for home delivery but the last few orders were bad. Today's is inedible. My advice to the restaurant. Please don't pass off your old food on me. Especially at $21, or at least that's the price on Postmates.

Absolutely delicious soup and the smoothies are worth every penny!!!! This is the second time we used Uber eats to get food from Rachel's Kitchen and they did not disappoint at all. Delightful food! We will keep ordering from Rachel's in the future.

I have been craving my favorite salad lately and finally picked it up. The salad is always fresh and is easily 2 meals. In my case I had dinner and lunch for the next day. They are accommodating with asking for extra dressing on the side and such. The staff are always friendly. Prices have gone up, put that's not a surprise given everything going on. Check in with Yelp for your free glass of wine. SPINACH SALAD Baby spinach, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, caramelized pecans & goat cheese tossed with our lemon herb vinaigrette.

This was our first time trying Rachel's Kitchen. We ordered the Ultimate Grilled Cheese, Signature Pasta, and the Mac & Cheese. All of the food was outstanding. I would like to see an option of having garlic bread with the pasta. Looking forward to dining here again. Service was just okay.

I was ordering a salad and the lady that was taking my order was on her phone taking pictures of herself and while she repeated my order she got it wrong, the second time was right, I saw the cooks give her a wrap and she was eating in-front of customers and while she was packing my salad she didn't even wash her hands. She wipes her face and packs up my salad. I find this very unprofessional and will not be coming back for a while. Do better.

Visited the Rachael kitchen this afternoon for a late lunch. There were at least 2 tables dirty, dirty bowls on counter and two employees standing around talking. A customer went up to the girl behind counter and ask for her food that had been sitting. The next shift came in they are cleaning up the tables and restaurant. Tables still need to be wiped off.. I had to ask for my Hawaiian bliss after our lunch came..This isn't the first time we have come in and the restaurant isn't cleaned.

It felt like a small DQ cafe that had been there too long. The food had to be recovered from the counter and they wanted a tip for doing less than nothing.

I love finding spots with healthier food options that still taste great. I appreciate that Rachel's Kitchen offers comfort food alongside healthy options. I placed a pick up order for the breakfast wrap. Upon arrival, I decided to order the açaí berry smoothie. The restaurant was a bit busy with only two workers up front. Both workers had very little hustle and took their time prepping some food items at the counter with no gloves on. Given, they were just prepping ketchup cups on the side of the the fri plates, but it still felt like gloves should have been worn. Especially since the worker was just touching the register. Besides that, food was great and tasted fresh. Everything was wrapped well with napkins and cutlery.

Last couple of times I ordered food here it's been trash. Which is odd because before that the food here was amazing. Ordered a breakfast burrito for pickup back in July and it was so soggy. I threw most of it away. Then just now got delivery on a chicken wrap and it's gross. The chicken is dry or old. The fries don't even feel like they were cooked. Rachel's is not cheap but they have been lacking in quality for how much they charge customers.

the food was solid-- very fresh and came out hot. everything tasted like it was made in-house. the flavors were simple and straightforward. however, my experience dining in was not-so-stellar due to the service (i sort of felt like my being there was a a nuisance) and the uncomfortable dining area (the air circulation was poor, and it was very warm to the point where i started to sweat). but the food itself is worth coming back for. i'd recommend just taking it to go or maybe dining here during the cooler months.

It's been several years since I stopped by Rachel's Kitchen for brunch! I ended up swinging by Rachel's Kitchen for brunch on a Monday morning. The parking lot was relatively empty. As soon as you walked into the restaurant, you were greeted with a "hello" from the team members. Several of the tables were occupied. Rachel's Kitchen offers a wide variety of healthy options from breakfast items, salads, wraps, sandwiches, burgers and much more. Be sure to check out their specials each day. Each day has different combo specials. After reviewing the menu, I had ordered the following [1] BBQ Chicken Wrap and [1] Fountain Drink. Reviewing their fountain drink selections, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a vitamin water offering [fruit punch]. I ended up selecting that for a beverage option. The team members there followed up with me almost every 5 minutes, asking if I needed anything. Each time, I politely declined. After waiting about 15 minutes, the meal had arrived. Wow!!! The BBQ Chicken Wrap is one of my favorites here at Rachel's Kitchen. The chicken wasn't dry, perfectly cut up. The BBQ sauce used wasn't overpowering. The crispy onions rings were also cut up into tiny pieces. It gave the wrap a crunch and the texture it needed. The food tasted fresh!! Afterwards, one of the Rachel's Kitchen's team members came up and cleaned off the table. It was really nice of their team members to do this for me, so thank you again!! Rachel's Kitchen is a great restaurant. If you haven't tried it and you're in the Northwest of Las Vegas, you should check out this location!

This is my favorite spot for catering lunch meetings. Always fresh, correct and on time! Customer service is excellent and so friendly. I highly recommend if you are a local medical rep :)

Ordered the Cobb Salad and it was absolutely amazing and delicious. It was chopped and tossed in dressing. Customer service was warm and inviting. The tables were a bit wobbly, but the restaurant was clean and well maintained.

We've ordered Rachel's kitchen a few times and love their pasta. It's really unique and we haven't found any like it elsewhere. Their sandwiches and salads are also really delicious. The price is just tooooooo high. It's like ordering a special pricey treat at a very casual spot.

One of my favorite breakfast spots. Everything is made fresh! They are on the pricey side, but I guess everything has these days. I guess that's the price you pay for quality. The smoothies are alway wonderful. If you're looking for a healthier restaurant, please check out Rachel's Kitchen.

taking a while to get food out today 11:30 on a Saturday. Must be a caturday in the kitchenzzzzzzzz I haven't been in this location before, it's adorable and clean and easy access.

Great job! Ordering was easy, food was great tasting and brought to our table quickly! Will absolutely return and highly recommended! Located in the Smiths shopping center at Elkhorn and Durango. Restaurant was fully staffed and staff was very pleasant.

It's no ordinary kitchen, it's Rachel's kitchen. Big fan of the Caesar Wrap, I just can't eat it on the 15 of March because of my strong beliefs, but other than that I highly recommend
