Pretty good BBQ chicken wrap around $15 after tax. Included a side, I had fruit salad. Overall nice clean environment. Outside patio is good. Wish they can turn overhead fans on to circulate air.

Easy to order. Clean establishment. Great choices. Kids menu. Will definitely go to again. A friend suggested I go, cause I'm a Vegetarian.

Place was filthy and had dead bugs under the tables. Owner was rude as well. We definitely won't be back. You are better off going to poke bowl next door

Unfortunately I have to say I have the worst chicken salad sandwich I've ever had every grape in it was rotten the bread was so cold and crumbled everything tasted rotten and there was very very little chicken in the sandwich. The french fries were way overcooked and not edible.

The breakfast here is the best. Still remember the taste of turkey sandwich, French toast and fruit smoothie. These food refresh my day. Will visit here again later when I've got the chance.

Real food with fresh ingredients, lots of healthy options. I went with a recommendation and ordered the vegetarian sandwich (grilled zucchini, squash, eggplant, etc) and it was excellent: juicy, flavorful, with a little heat from the spread. Everything I’d hoped it would be! Can’t wait to come back and try something else. Quality place, a must try

Owners really need to fix pigeon problem with a simple, non evasive net that's sheer so you can still see great view. Completely ruined a great eating experience and it's really unsanitary. Im surprised health dept hasn't been called. As much as I love the food, we won't go back.

Our director had brought us all breakfast burritos as a treat and they were fresh and delicious. Eggs, cheese, spinach and diced tomato. I will have to make a trip over here myself and give this place a try myself, but as far as to go it held up really well and the take out containers were cute.

Been to this location a few times. The place is clean and customer service is good. The thing I like about Rachel's kitchen is that have so many healthy options. I usually order a turkey club sandwich or their Chinese chicken salad when I come here ,both are good. I most definitely will be back.

Big menu with some keto-friendly options. Nice ambiance. Cute little patio area with nice view of mountains. The salad with grilled chicken was very good.

In the area and wanted something easy. Their menu is pretty big with lots of healthier option. Got the Tuna Salad wrap with fries. The wrap had a nice crunch and a light dressing so didn't feel heavy. Fries were served hot. The place was pretty quiet with plenty of outdoor seating in their covered patio to choose from. Inside didnt feel super welcoming but looked very clean.

Rachel's Kitchen has a reasonably priced menu and hearty portions. Their staff is very friendly and the flavors of their offerings and smoothies are always consistent. The service was quick, we walked in with no reservations at noon time. Salads and smoothies are our usual choices but today, we indulged in a bowl of angel hair bolognese pasta. Beyond happy with our choice and dine in experience. Side note: I've been ordering delivery from Rachel's Kitchen for almost 3 yrs now and this was my first time dining in. I must say this inviting cozy restaurant is very clean and well maintained. For my sweet tooth people, they have a glass display with pastries and one of those muffins is free for you, if you check in with Yelp :)

This is my second visit in 4 days. I love the turkey avocado sandwich here. It's so good, it's consistent, and on the healthier side. Their sweet potato fries are some of the best I've ever had. I even got a free chocolate chip muffin today when i "checked in".

Waited 20 minutes for a cup of cheddar broccoli soup on my 30 min lunch break. Seen 2 full breakfast orders come out for the couple who Ordered after me. My order was obviously forgotten. Had to get a refund and leave hungry. It doesn't take that long to warm up already made soup.

My friend and I had lunch here today. I ordered the Chicken Salad Wrap with Sweet Potato fríes and my friend had the Tuna Sandwich with a Salad. Food was okay and the service was good. The food took a bit to arrive, but I figured it was prepared to order. There's several businesses and a Bank on this Plaza. Parking was good when we arrived around 11:30 AM on a Sunday. I liked the indoor and outdoor dining options. I don't recall if there was music playing, there was a TV with no sound. The staff was professional and always seems to be cleaning which was a plus. I appreciated the disinfecting of the door handles and glass cleaning. The bather room was also very clean. Looks like it could be a nice little place to have a date or grab a bite with friends.

Everything here is so fresh I'm impressed! Ordered a bunch of salads and each one looked so good, I'm definitely coming back here for my healthy cravings. They even have delicious smoothies with protein powder options. Ordered on Grubhub and food was delivered super fast and on time. Food: Grilled Vegetable and Chicken Salad-super delicious and the grilled veggies helped it be a more filling meal Cobb Salad-so so good and tasty Curry Chicken Salad-looked ok, could have more colorful toppings to make the salad more exciting

I order Rachel's kitchen at least once a week. I order the chopped salad for myself and something off the kids menu for my children usually the penne pasta, or the mac & cheese. It never disappoints. It is more than one meal for all of us. The servings are beyond generous, and it is one of the best salads in town. They also use olive oil in their salad dressing, which I appreciate... As everyone is using seed oil these days.

They are currently under construction but the food is still amazing. I got turkey avocado sandwich with fries. Coming back soon!

Rachels offers good quality food. Today I tried a different location. It was quaint & the gentlemen at the registers were friendly. I ordered the breakfast burrito with fruit on the side. It was the perfect size & flavor was good. I'd order it again.

My first time with Rachel was at the one in Green Valley and I just loved it! Now I moved in this area and I want to give this location a try! Never disappointed, fresh food, fast and friendly service and nice decor. Their salads and wraps are always tasty and well done!

This place is absolutely delicious. The food is healthy, fresh and always consistent. The portions are hearty. The staff are friendly and kind. The restaurant is clean and has a calm vibe. I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner and am always satisfied. I feel great after eating at Rachel's Kitchen, like I did something good for my body. They have great salads and sandwiches and my kids love their mac n cheese. One of my favorites is their huevos rancheros *chefs kiss*

Stopped here on a weekday early afternoon for a quick sandwich after the noon rush period. The place is somewhat darkish inside with tiny tables and stools that seem too high for the tables. Everything was clean, but dated. The menu is a huge "mural" in front of the register. Crane your neck and try to sort through it. Would be better with laminated menus with pics of the choices, something like I found on their website. We ordered tuna salad sandwiches and fries and soft drink. The tuna was fresh and tasty but somewhat wet, not w too much mayo, but more on the watery side. Fries were hot and crisp. I would like to see Rachel's Kitchen get a refresh and some more ambient light.

The food is always the highlight for Rachel's. It's fresh, well seasoned, and well prepared. But the price has really gotten away from them. $15 for a normal sized salad, then they add an extra buck if you need more dressing. $3.00 for a soda, plus tax, and when even a small tip is added lunch is suddenly $25.00 for an order at the counter restaurant. It's a place I enjoy, just can justify it too often.

I usually enjoy Rachel's Kitchen. But unfortunately at my recent visit, I was disappointed in how I was treated by the staff. The posted hours are until 7pm. At 645pm as I walk in (barely through the door) I'm asked if I ordered ahead because they aren't taking any more orders. The attitude about the kitchen being closed before closing time is not good customer service. If a business is open until 7, then customers should be served until 7. If the business wants the staff gone by 7, then change the operation hours. Very disappointing to be told you can't be served a basic salad before closing.

My go-to lunch place. The food is fresh and service is great. I have no trouble ordering gluten-free food there. I like the range of their menu - some times I want a sandwich and sometimes a bowl of GF pasta. Whatever I'm in the mood for the meal is tasty and filling.

This sandwich was amazing! I ordered Rachel's melt to go, and absolutely loved it! One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! I will definitely be back to try some of the other items on the menu

Every time I make the trip to Summerlin I always make sure to stop by Rachel's Kitchen. This time I had the privilege of bringing my husband and he too wishes we had one where we live. The food is always so fresh and the service is always really nice. They have a variety of bowls, wraps, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, juices and more. When drinking their juices, I always know that they must have chooses the ingredients that have met their peak in taste if not close to it, because the juices are smooth and taste like the ingredients, and it's not a guessing game of what's inside due to the impatience of ripening. Cant wait to come back!

Good foood . The customer service is great . People are always nices and helpful. The sandwiches are good as well. I like the fries .

At first I had my doubts, but that was short lived. Let's remember how difficult it is to find people that will work, and be respectful of the ones that are working, tip them well. We can not all be spoiled by having a Mollies Country Kitchen in our neighborhood. But I'm 300 miles away so Rachel's definitely hit the spot. If I had to point out one problem, I'd say some of the tables are too low. 5 STARS!!

Had a business meeting here. Staff were very kind as we sat outside and they turned the music down and turned on the fans for us. They also remembered to check in with us as we were outside. We all ordered different items and 10/10 from all of us! Great food.

I haven't done a Rachel's review in many years so thought I'd do another one now. Let me first say that food quality and service are still wonderful. We sat outside in the enclosed patio and it wasn't fancy but comfy enough with plenty of tables and chairs. It's the same menu of sandwiches, salads and breakfast items with a small selection of baked goods that we've all come to appreciate and rely upon for an easy, tasty breakfast or lunch. It's always made up fresh and yummy.

I ordered over medium eggs. Eggs came out runny with the albumin inside not cooked we sent back the food and no one offered a refund. It was really gross and potential salmonella poisoning.

Came in during a lunch rush, so staff was as friendly/attentive as they could be with how many people were filtering in and out, the amount of orders they had coming in, etc. Not a gripe, just an observation. We ordered a breakfast dish, a lunch dish, and a smoothie - all were good and satisfying. Additionally, everything came out quickly and all at one time which was great since we were in a bit of a rush ourselves. Only issue is that water from the soda machine had a tap/chemical taste that was somewhat unpleasant. Seating might be a bit limited for parties larger than two, but I'm sure tables and chairs can be brought together to accommodate. Prices were reasonable, and portions were just right.

I got their signature salad last night and was incredibly disappointed. I picked that salad because it looked interesting and the reviews on it are outstanding. It was not good at all. Parts of the spinach were old. The balsamic vinaigrette was thick and cloyingly sweet. The thing was underseasoned and salads need either salt or stand-out ingredients. This had neither. My lemon bar was okay but nothing special.

You don't find too many franchises that still uphold the same quality food, cleanliness, and friendly staff! Rachel's kitchen is always on point.

I've been a regular customer of Rachel's on Hualapai for many years. I find the food to be fresh, healthy, and delicious. I highly recommend Rachel's for a good meal.

I will never recommend this place! If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service . I am from out of town and I ordered my food at the wrong location. The guy who I talked to on the phone on December 31 was rude! I asked if I can transfer my order to the other location. I mean customer service is always first especially with fast food! They would not refund me and I never got the food! The location that I went to said just call this place and they would transfer it! When I called they told me they could not do the refund. 100 percent would NOT recommend this place if your in Las Vegas area.

I would rate this place one star. The reason for this is because of how I was treated. Rachel's kitchen's Managers and employees should have handled my situation better. Let's dig into my situation for a moment. Today, June 23, Friday. I ordered a Hawaiian bliss WITH NO BANANAS. When I received my order from UberEats, there were clearly bananas in it. You could smell it and not to mention it was very thick. I can't have bananas, which is one of the main reasons why I ordered it as "no bananas." I have a heart condition and can't have a build up of potassium. I called Rachel's Kitchen to report their mistake, their manager responded in such a cocky manner. She stated that she made it herself and that there were no bananas in the Hawaiian Bliss. So then I thought, "so they don't clean their blenders then." I find that disgusting and disappointing. I wanted my refund and even asked her to dismiss my order. "You can do that yourself." Is what she had said. "You're supposed to process a refund through UberEats." Is another one of her replies. How was I supposed to go on about that? It wasn't Ubers fault, it was their mistake. Before I could even ask her, the manager. What her name was, she hung up on me. I'm disappointed with their service, they could've handled my situation differently. Instead I was treated like I was a fool. I even went there in person and was laughed at. I told one of the employees to smell it. "Heh, I don't want to smell it." Is what the guy in front said. Why was he acting like I had a disease? Another employee had smelled the drink and she couldn't deny that there was banana in it. They offered to remake it but I didn't want it. After what I went through with their manager and the lingering thought of them not cleaning their blenders. I had to decline, I wanted my refund and that was that.

Ambiance is always welcoming. Very sanitary. Every time I come in the workers are consistently shining and polishing their location up. It shows they care. I come back for their reassurance of proper hospitality. Thanks for the staff. Please give them a raise!

Super over priced for the quality, not coming here again, the ingredients are not even organic. Avocados are black and old, and the quantity of food is so little compared to what they charge.

Excellent sandwiches and salad. Thoroughly enjoyed the turkey with avocado on sourdough bread and the grilled cheese sandwich. There was no skimping on the turkey. Very good and tasty! The salad had mixed greens, tomatoes and carrots which was fresh and served with oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Hit the spot!

I got the breakfast burrito .. it felt healthy to eat it.. but for the price , I was just hoping it would've been more flavorful . Something was missing . Ambiance was good . And customer service was ok.

This place is the real deal of you're looking for freshness with flavor! I've been given the opportunity to try multiple items in the menu and I have to say that there is one item that I have grown to love and it will be my go to item whenever I visit Rachel's kitchen for my many future visits! (Yes, it's that good and I don't want to try anything else!) I'm a huge fan of their wraps! Although your going to be spending over $10 for one of the humongous wraps, it's worth every penny! If tried two wraps and my absolute favorite is the chicken tender wrap! Sooooo good! Every bite if filled with Romain lettuce, homemade ranch sauce, tomato, red onion and crispy breaded chicken breast! This wrap deserves 5 stars. My least favorite wrap is the curry chicken. The curry chicken salad is cooked with pears and raisins - it's not good and a waste of $10. The texture of the pears reminds me of undercooked potatoes, weird. Pass on this wrap and go for the breaded chicken wrap! Note that each wrap comes with a small side salad (small!), fries, sweet potato fries and or fruit.

Rachel's kitchen is fresh & healthy. I have a lot of food intolerances, and I can still eat here. I specifically like the tuna salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Everything is made to order and delicious! It's a walk-up order and sit restaurant with good service. The location on Hualpai is very clean with nice light and a little patio.

I love Rachels kitchen. Glad to see this location is dog friendly on the patio. Parking a a little bit of a mess but worth it. I love the breakfast burrito definitely addicted to this place.

440 sandwich is my old time favorite, the food is fresh and tasty. I've tried the breakfast, cookies and smoothies everything is delicious.

Order often through Postmates but This past time I found mold on the fruit salad that's not ok. Huge safety issue

I don't know why this place gets 4 stars. First time here. Thought it was a cafe where you can sit and get waited on but no you order when you walk in and they bring it to the dirty tables. Everything looked dirty- gross fingerprints all over the windows and restrooms were smelly. Food was just ok nothing to rave about. The place is huge and random tables just scattered about. Weird. Won't be back.

This Rachel's Kitchen location tends to be less busy than the Green Valley location, so the wait can be shorter. It's quite a bit smaller as well, but perfect for a quick grab and go. Same great quality food for great prices, but like my review for the other location, their burgers could be of higher quality and their fries don't tend to make it home without getting cold and tough.

Meh! This restaurant used to be so good. I recently went to Rachel's and the food was on a steep decline from previous visits. I ordered pasta, salad and French fries to share with a friend. The pasta was spot on. The French fries were cold and underdone. I actually sent them back and they were brought back literally 30 seconds later. Limp fries but at least warm. Seems like the cook microwaved them. The salad seemed old...the chicken on the salad was bone dry. In fact, the whole salad was dry.... I am wondering if the cook forgot to put dressing on the salad. After sending basic French fries back, I was not going to send back my salad. I love dogs; however, the double stroller with 2 barking dogs in it was too much. I cannot believe that management did not address this. The people with the barking double stroller of dogs were done eating before I arrived and stayed my entire time I was at the restaurant. The lady with the dogs even took one out and held it like a baby before I left. Management just watched. Too much. I loved Rachel's Kitchen but rarely get out for lunch. I am hoping management sees this and takes quality control measures. It just seemed like the cook didn't care about his product. I would love to go back and have a much more positive experience. If this happens, I will keep you posted.
