An amazing dining experience Elegant atmosphere, impeccable service, and food that felt like art. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted — the starters were so balanced and interesting, the main course dishes had such an incredible taste , I’ve never tried something like this before. The dessert surprised me with its balance of flavors and creativity. Enjoyed every minute there. Bravo to the chef 🤌🏼

The Radici restaurant is very good. Not Michelin-worthy yet in our experienced opinion but maybe on its way there (at least a recommendation on the guide). The chef tries to make everything in-house so that's a big plus. However, the breakfast at radici could be improved, as their viennoiseries/bread are maybe the only thing that is a bit underwhelming and they could propose a bit more noble proteins by default (even if you can order excellent charcuterie!). Only note is: our dinner was included in the price of our stay at Le Marne. I do not know their à-la-carte pricing so my rating could decrease fairly easily to 3-4 stars based on that.

An €18.00 salad with soft, wilted, flavorless lettuce, tasteless supermarket mozzarella, and prosciutto that tasted more like a piece of meat is unacceptable. The online menu was much more extensive, but when we inquired, we were informed that on weekdays it is very limited... A special event became very disappointing.

I would give one star but when we complained about one of our courses they didn't charge us., that's why 2 stars. Pasta course was delicious yes, but the main courses, my rabbit was described badly I thought I was getting saddle but what I got was offal, my husband ordered the Guinea fowl and there was a hair on the wing. The cheese course was mediocre and it was served with their home made bread which was half raw and no condiments such as honey or a local chutney which is so typical in Piemonte. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and my husband has informed them, there was nothing to celebrate there. We left as soon as we could and will not return.

The food was not only excellent but also inventive while still sticking to its local roots. There is a great selection of wines, either from the local vineyards or from other places and prices are in line with the quality. We tried the Romeo from the Mura Mura winery and it was excellent. The only little point that could be improved is the service. Don’t get me wrong, it’s very professional but lacks enthusiasm and passion especially when serving such excellent food.
