Our stay this past weekend at Radisson Collection was nothing short of magnificent. From the moment we arrived, we were checked in by Nandi at the front desk, who immediately made us feel at home with her kind nature. Gary with the luggage service, with his warm smile, was quick to assist us with our bags. Tamara in the restaurant was amazing, anticipated our every want and need before we knew ourslves. What a gem! Everyone was warm and kind and just EXCEPTIONAL in every aspect. This was truly a beyond 5star experience.. Well done 👏👏✨✨✨

What really made the experience stand out was the team’s remarkable attention to detail and customer care. Coming from the EAGE Middle East Office, we are used to high standards — yet this team went above and beyond during our event that was held at this venue in November 2025. Wow just wow😍 We had an exceptional stay at Radisson Collection this past weekend. Everyone was extremely welcoming, friendly and accomodative. We stayed at the Radisson Waterfront last week while in Cape Town for a concert, and I couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location is perfect, my son and I walked to and from the stadium safely at night, skipping the traffic and queues. The suite had been newly renovated and was absolutely gorgeous. Waking up right on the water was a dream, we actually saw dolphins playing in the waves right in front of us, so close it felt like we could touch them. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the bubbly – such a decadent weekend treat! The hotel team made my son feel like a VIP, which meant the world to me. The spaces are bright and spacious, and I love the artwork scattered throughout the hotel. Tip - if you're going to the stadium, for a game or concert - book here, gorgeous and so much easier!

Great rooms with a fanatic view across the bay. Exactly as we had requested. The rooms were well maintained and the staff across the hotel from the person chasing the seagulls away at breakfast to senior management were all warm and friendly. Always checking that you were happy or how they could help. That level of service is rare in this day and age.

My favourite staycation hotel in Cape Town. Besides the unmatched views, each and everyone you meet at the hotel is warm, welcoming and truly does everything they can to provide you with the best stay and memories. We recently stayed with our family and the kids absolutely loved it! The kids corner at breakfast, the layout of the suites and the spa offering including mani’s for kids, honestly make it such a beautiful family getaway.

Had a great six night stay at the Radisson Waterfront and was super happy with it. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed, plenty of space/ balcony with a view, strong wifi, good water pressure and bathroom amenities, I didn't want for anything! Location close to Waterfront with hourly shuttle going to V&A was perfect for what we wanted. Big breakfast buffet and affordable room service too! I would stay here again if I'm lucky enough to get back to Cape Town.

The move from Radisson Blu to Radisson Collection wasn’t just a facelift — it’s a complete transformation. The space, service, and overall experience have all been elevated to a whole new level of luxury and comfort. A huge thank you to Tamara, Gary, and Nandi for their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. An outstanding experience all around — highly recommended!
