Radisson Collection Hotel, Waterfront Cape Town

Really friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was nice with lovely coffee. All facilities and room were very clean, we used the gym and the spa for a massage which were great. Organised a trip with the hotel to see more of Cape Town which was a highlight for us.|Just a few points of improvement would be the hotel was very cold, for winter we think the heating needs blasting up throughout & also renovation work was very loud during the day, prior notification of this would’ve been better but we understand not all things can be planned for.|Thankyou radisson for a memorable stay.

What an incredible experience! The rooms are immaculate. The food delicious. The spa devine. The staff are the most friendly, warm, helpful and professional at any place we've ever stayed. Gary's warm smile and assistance was the perfect send off. We can't wait to come back!

The location is perfect, there's a nice view over the sea from the balcony, and we were lucky to watch the seal playing with fish on our first day. The staff are very friendly. On the other hand, this hotel is a bit old, but they are making renovation at the moment. On some days, they didn't catch cup with room cleaning even though we were away for the entire day. In total, it's a good place for staying but needs some improvements.

Recently stayed at your beautiful hotel with my partner. What an amazing experience. Shout out to the porters that assisted us on arrival, they were very kind and sweet 😊. Our most memorable moment was when we had informed reception upon arrival that we are celebrating our anniversary and later on in the day, we had a lovely surprise from Andiswa that came with bubbly and a plate. We really appreciated the gesture and made us feel so important and special. 🙏 Our one night stay was amazing and we thankful to all staff that served us. We will definitely come back when we in Cape Town again. 💕

A week at the Radisson Blu Hotel on the Waterfront? Pure bliss! My husband, my classmates, and I checked in, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a world where hospitality is an art form. Mornings were a delight warm smiles, cheerful good mornings, and a breakfast spread that could convert even the grumpiest of night owls. The true star? Ikhona, who not only ensured we had everything we needed but also memorized my husband’s coffee order like a caffeinated fairy godmother. No need to ask she’d see him, and boom, coffee appeared like magic. Meanwhile, Tumara, Angie, and Nono were our breakfast-time guardians, checking in regularly to make sure we wanted for nothing. And let’s talk about housekeeping, our room was spotless every single day, and the little treats left on our pillows? A tiny but delightful reminder that this hotel knows how to make guests feel special. Needless to say, the Radisson Blu on the Waterfront has earned a top spot on my recommendation list. If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel like royalty (without the royal budget), this is it. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful hotel with lovely, welcoming staff, amazing views and great facilities. Beautifully situated for visiting Cape Town with V&A Waterfront just round the corner. Breakfast and swimming whilst watching the dolphins was just amazing. Perfect way to spend our 25th wedding anniversary.Thank you David Manfred and all those who made our stay so special. Not what it used to be. Staff in restaurant need training. Uniforms generic. Onion included in the spinach for the eggs Benedict 🤮. Pillows felt like they from Mr Price. Lounge area with ‘cakes’ on display had no staff offering coffee or cake (losing money and why out online cake display up?). Overall - so disappointing. Something has gone wrong. Has this property simply outsourced its people? View gorgeous.
