If you prioritize eating local, supporting local farmers and businesses then this is the store for you! Such an excellent curation of goods, and the butchers are always knowledgeable and down to share tips/tricks. Also, all of there prepared foods are amazing! We buy their chicken salad, spreads and jerky constantly.

As a private chef, sourcing quality ingredients is such an important part of creating nourishing menus for my clients! I'm so grateful for how much thought and intention the Radius team puts into sourcing. The butchers and grocers are so knowledgable & helpful, I appreciate being able to place large orders ahead of time. The ready to eat stews are also so delicious!

Picked up some amazing local Texas wagyu tip steaks here from Joe the GM—super knowledgeable and friendly guy. Also grabbed fresh organic rosemary and something called an F-bomz (an herbed beef tallow that I used to cook the steaks in with garlic and rosemary). Wow. Everything was top-notch. The quality, flavor, and freshness made for one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Great local gem—highly recommend!

I wanted to leave a higher review for this place because Austin is seriously lacking a high quality butcher shop, but sadly I can’t. I truly don’t mind paying a premium for high quality meats and produce but this place not only robs you but is also not the quality they purport to be. Every premade item we’ve purchased - from the chicken salad to the pozole had loads of hard, gristly chicken bits, as well as many bits of bones that weren’t pulled out? For a very small $12 chicken salad and $15 soup I would expect way better. The actual meat from the butcher shop seems good and high quality but honestly there are other shops selling from the same farms for the same amount of money or less- central market carries the same chicken farm or I’d recommend just going to the farmers market and you can find same or similar farms.

The most high quality food in Austin. Yes, there's stuff is expensive.But they support almost completely local products, those products that aren't local are the highest quality. Delicious prepped meals. Their meat and cheese is amazing!

The attention to detail at this place is mind blowing. The layout is great and really intuitive - everything is super easy to find. The quality of food is also unmatched in what I’ve seen in my 12+ years in Austin. To top it off, the staff are all friendly & helpful. They were quick to ask if I needed help at the butcher counter and even helped me bag my groceries at the self checkout. Excited to make this my new spot!

Incredible and worth the premium prices! Picked up an aged Ribeye steak and extras from here and the cut was outstanding! Rich, flavorful, and delicious fat rendering. Prepared it in an Argentinian Chimichurri style. Will definitely come again for special occasions 🥩

Got a couple of duck breasts for my Christmas Dinner, alongside their Plum & Shisho jam and tallow they have in stock. Everything was superb down to the last bite. Would highly recommend! It’s been very hard finding a good butchers in Austin, after I moved from the UK.
