Went to see Eric Prydz for ARCs opening party at Radius. Awesome set and production! Awesome venue! Super friendly staff and security. Felt safe the entire night! Would definitely return to this venue. Thank you for a great time!

Google
Excellent music venue. Front of house security are polite and respectful. The venue has no bad view of the stage. Excellent layout in regards to where bathroom facilities and the bar area and merch setups are located. Sound is great and all around nice clear views of the stage because there are no huge support beams impeding ones view. I love airplane hanger size view of all the performances. Plus the parking lot nearby is super ideal and reasonably priced. There are a handful of great Asian spots to grab a bite along the strip as well. Currently my favorite venue for shows.

Google
If you're looking for show, go to Radius! Best production and sound in the city. They make EDM shows very accessible with excellent lineups for under $50 a ticket. Can't even count how many times I've been here, but feels like a 2nd home now. I've heard people complain about aggressive security but I've never had an issue... But those are also probably kids being idiots. Guess I've been lucky. I would go every weekend if I could. This is the place for shows and especially EDM! Saw Justice here and it was the best production of lights and sound of ever seen in any show EVER! And I've been to many venues for all different shows. This is my favorite indoor venue in the city. #RadiusWhore 😂

Google
I had an amazing time seeing Unearth, Lacuna Coil, In Flames, and Machine Head here! Standing space only, so I recommend taking a stretch break between bands. They have bathrooms on either side that are very clean and bars on either side too that also have water, the cost check was super helpful too and cheap! I’d go back here for sure! Close to Chinatown so you can get a treat before or after your concert too. 😆🤘

Google
Overall an ok venue. My friends and I are not a fan of how they sometimes over sell a show and it gets way too packed. And they make it worse with sometimes having that elevate/raised VIP section in the back middle of the main dance floor. It makes the rest of us even more packed in since we have to be able to stand in front or the side of it to view the stage. Also drink prices are a bit on the more expensive end. Sometimes ticket prices are over priced but that might be partly because of fees added on by AXS.

Google
Great place to see a show. Plenty of room and great sound and stage. Loved it

Google
Probably one of the better venues I've been to and it's my first event in Chicago. It's huge and there's plenty of space. The washrooms are nice and clean and people are not pushy (says a lot about Chicago). It was also nice that their AC was blasting as it got a bit hot after awhile.

Went to see one of my favorite Electronic groups, UNDERWORLD, here last night. Thoughts:... ◇Firstly, free street parking was great, only had to walk a couple of blocks to this venue. ◇Second, location is good as there are a few neighborhood places to eat at, plus street Taco Truck right in front of the venue. ◇Third, Radius is a massive warehouse turned concert hall w plenty of space inside. Very 'roomy', wide hallways, good restroom and bar spots. It just felt like I could breathe in there unlike other venues where you feel like a canned sardine. ◇Fourth, the soundsystem was incredibly great! No tech issues at all and the music was extremely well equilized (very important for an electronica show). ◇Five, the staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I very much recommend Radius for a great night out to see a concert. Rating 4 instead of 5 stars bc the doors were an hour late opening, and was only notified by email instead of outside staff passing on any info about that.

Yelp
This venue is absolutely massive, and the ventilation was so good! There were so many people here that I didn't shed any drops of sweat, haha. This is the first music venue I've been to out of California, and I loved the size, music quality, and lack of lines for drinks. There was no waiting for anything, and it felt very clean. Duke Dumont was great with his dark techno and house music! It was a very fun experience, but the only downside is that it felt far from downtown Chicago. Radius only has one main entrance and exit, so it was very chaotic to get picked up. I don't even think they have their own parking, so most people took a rideshare!

Yelp
Totally epic club! Giant rooms and killer sound system. Stage production is top notch compared to most other venues. Yes it gets crowded, but thats to be expected. Both nights we were chilling in the back area and the music still sounded great! Bring some friends and come have a great time!

Yelp
My review starts before the concert. I had knee surgery and wanted to see how I would go about getting ADA accommodations as I know this is a standing only venue. I called no answer, and I left a voicemail. Couple of days go by and no returned call. So, I decided to send an email and as you guess the email went unanswered. I call one last time and no answer and leave a voicemail. Fast forward to the day of the concert. I'm nervous because I know I can't stand the entire time. We walk up to a security guard and say I need to speak with some about ADA accommodations. They point me and friends to a manager I let them know and they point me to the direction for the ADA accommodations. The ADA accommodations were the worse. They were on the side of the stage where you can't see the artist unless you STAND where everyone else was. The area was also where the door to the stage was so people were walking back and forth. Security was using that area to stand to watch the artist. Also, it was me and 3 of my friends I was told I could only have 1 person with me at a time. When the concert was over I asked to speak with some about my experience and I was given and manager. I told him my concerns and his response was to EMAIL him. I have been emailing the place for a month before the concert I didn't think that my email would be responded to. I did send it and still haven't received a response. I am not surprised. I paid a lot for the concert as I did VIP for the artist (Which wasn't worth it) for me to not be able to see and have people walking and standing over me. This by far has been the worse experience from the customer service down to the concert. I avoid concerts and events from this location.

Yelp
I've been to Radius and Cermak Hall for a couple of artists now, and the experience always has been amazing! It is surely one of my favorite clubs in Chicago! I've seen Ben Bohmer, Charlotte DeWitte and Duke Dormant perform at these locations. The place has two stages, I personally like Radius much more than Cermak Hall as Cermak gets too congested and crammed at times. One good thing about this club is that you can buy tix to either of the stage, and then pass on through the interiors. My friends and I got tix for Radius as Cermak Hall was booked out for Charlotte but we could easily swap between the halls. During all my visits, this club hasn't disappointed. Amazing lighting, visuals, sound system and clean bathrooms too. It gets a little chaotic when you leave the premises and there is a long queue for ubers but this can be avoided if you can plan your visit slightly better.

Yelp
I would say this is one of my favorite venues in chicago for electronic music! The sound system is loud! Even with earplugs in - it's super loud in here! Absolutely love it! Plenty of bars to get drinks and the bathrooms are decently clean. Love that there are many ways to view the stage.. off to the right side and on the upper balcony. The coat check line also moves pretty fast! I will always be down to see a music event here:)

Yelp
Radius is a multi- use event space which is huge. This was my second time at Radius. I recently visited Radius because lost frequencies was playing over the weekend. I had a good experience. The place was clean, had great lights, and good sound quality. The restrooms were clean with lines moving pretty fast. The checkin process is smooth and fast moving. Coat check option is available too. I indulged in couple of rounds of vodka soda. The drinks were good and strong with right amount of alcohol. The drinks are a bit on the pricier side. Overall, I am pretty sure I am going to keep coming back to attend other concerts.

Yelp
We swung by Radius for an after party of the Arc music festival. They thoroughly check IDs at the entrance. Upon entering, the nightclub is huge. There are multiple stages where different artists perform. The audio, lights, visuals, everything is just great. Drinks are a bit overpriced but that's expected. We had fun regardless of the place being crowded. Loved this nightclub and kinda shocked that I haven't been there all this time. 10/10 recommend.

Yelp
First time going to Radius this past weekend. Everything in this venue has been carefully planned and thought out with the attendees in mind. The staff are very welcoming from the front door staff to the bartenders. There are soo many bars that we never had to wait for a cocktail and the amount of bathrooms is also a plus. Again no waiting. The sound and lights are incredible and overall the prices are nothing out of the ordinary for a Chicago venue. Already got tickets to return in a couple weeks!

Yelp
Such a wonderful add to Chicago! This is such a great venue and while they will host any genre, the focus on DJ sets and live music is unmatched. It's close to wonderful neighborhoods like Chinatown and Pilson where you can grab such a great meal and head over for the concert or they usually have food trucks sitting out front, check out a concert and enjoy all the good vibes with wonderful people!
google avatar

Yosef M.

Yelp
Thanks to my gf always finding cool things to go to!!! Love that girl. We had the opportunity to attend one of the coolest live concerts I have been to in a while. Arts, Beats & Lyrics lived up to its name for their 20th anniversary show. The tickets were free and Jack Daniel's sponsored the show. Shout out to all the DJs and Lupe Fiasco for playing non stop hits. Shout out to the artists for all the cool art pieces that were showcased throughout the venue. Looking forward to attending more cool events at this Radius in the future!
google avatar

Amy M.

Yelp
Customer service absolutely sucks. I called, multiple times, emailed and even DM'd to ask about a parent accompanying a minor (17) to one of the shows. No one, I repeat, no one ever got back to me. Finally got my questions answered by a man at the ticketing agency who was kind enough to dig through all the information he had on the venue. Will not bother to look at Radius for future shows.

Yelp
Over the years, I've been to Radius a plenty of times for artists like Lost Frequencies, KSHMR, Ben Bohmer, Alan Walker. This is a mid sized club venue. Every concert I have been to this venue for, has had great sound quality. Production and lights are fantastic. Venue is pretty clean and tidy. The airflow feels quite breezy no matter the crowd. You can dance and groove freely. The drinks are fairly priced and the service from the bartenders is super quick. The security is pretty neat. They thoroughly check the IDs. Also, booking and finding the rideshare after the show is not an issue at all unlike other venues. Only reason I'm chopping off a star is due to the long queues at the end of the show for the coat check. When you have everything going on so on point, please do something about long queues at the end. It's a bit annoying to wait upto half an hour-ish in coat check lines. PS. I've had one of the best tacos from food trucks outside this venue in my last visit when Lost Frequencies was playing.

Yelp
I attended a big event at radius in June of 2024. Radius Chicago is a venue that is known for its vibrant atmosphere, nightlife, and quality music events. The venue is spacious, and it has well-designed interior with a large dance floor, VIP areas, and multiple bars. The bathroom was clean. The venue attracts a trendy and youthful crowd, but not too raunchy. I definitely recommended to arrive early to avoid long lines. There is limited parking.

Niko P.

Yelp
DO NOT ATTEND THIS My friend and I bought tickets this past week for Mau P this past night (the 30th) at Radius in Chicago. We were denied re-entry after having prior left the venue briefly to accompany our other friend who was unsuccessful at getting in. Vivi who was - at the time - outside the venue with security because he claimed he "could get her in" even though she left her physical id at home. Me and the friend I was currently with, Sofia, had already passed through security and scanned our tickets for entry, but were unaware the ticket or venue had an extremely strict one time scan rule. I had never been to this venue and neither had Sofia. After fifteen minutes of waiting outside in the 34° weather pleading with various staff members from security to security managers to the box office workers, to the ticket scanners, but zero of them sympathized with our situation and refrained from showing an ounce of remorse. I cannot believe we paid over $100 for a concert we didn't even get to see. We were inside for less than twenty minutes while our other friend and her girlfriend were outside talking with security since one of them had forgotten their physical ids but they still wanted us to enjoy the concert since we all paid for it. The friends outside formulated a plan after the security guard was unsuccessful in getting them inside without a physical id. Vivi pleaded to security and even had a photo of her real ID front and back right there on her phone, but the entire security staff wouldn't accept a picture. Apparently it was against their policy to leave--even momentarily for unexpected, unplanned events like this one. No one had told us there was no re-entry and it was not made clear anywhere on the app, on the ticket, or anywhere inside or outside of the venue. We arrived when doors opened (10:00 P.M) and patiently waited outside in the cold. When Sofia and I got inside we were only inside momentarily and got to see maybe five minutes of the dj/opener before returning back outside because Vivi was calling us and texting us to come outside. When we got outside Vivi and Jess told us they were going to uber home after being unsuccessful in getting in without an ID. We didn't get to see the person we paid to see because of a rule - that even if it is stated - is not made explicitly clear to the ticket holder. Now our friends who forgot their physical ids at the beginning and-- by the way uber-ed all the way all the way back to their house in the far north suburbs to get their ids) are attending the concert right now while me and Sofia sit here on the train back home. Below I will include both photos of my ticket and a photo from the ticket scanners tablet saying "1 out of 1 tickets are available to unredeem"-- proving they can make an exception but chose to go down the path of ZERO sympathy for my friend and I. It was clearly a misunderstanding, it was our first time at this venue since we are young adults and it is an 18+ event. If someone could please reach back out to me at their earliest convenience and I'd also like to call over the phone as well with a representative at some point tomorrow during the day to ensure my friends and I who were unable to attend receive full compensation.

Yelp
The atmosphere. Radius is a spacious concert venue in a warehouse setting. Its a bit more darkly lit I like the vibe. The venue is spacious yet still intimate. I feel like the lines move quickly and the staff's efficient.
google avatar

Julie Y.

Yelp
Best concert experience! Huge, spacious, clean, great lights, and speakers! Easy to use restroom and easy to get drinks at any of their bars! Staff is super friendly and helpful as well. One of my fav venues!

Raja G.

Yelp
I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking to get injured by falling objects and enjoy an unexpected trip to the hospital. Oh, and if you want the full experience, don't miss getting shoved by security on your way out. Easy lawsuits waiting to happen!
google avatar

Armand D.

Yelp
I absolutely love this venue. I have been here a countless number of times and it's never a disappointment. Love the crowds, sound system and even the small foods at 3am.
google avatar

Natalia B.

Yelp
Over sold the Lorna concert by around 200 tickets, was a nightmare to even get anywhere near the building so we just left. gross. Especially with hardcore bands playing there's a huge risk of danger to everyone in the crowd with all the smashing around, no concert is ever worth risking your life
google avatar

Melanie B.

Yelp
Radius, you're not my favorite venue tonight. My feet and toes are killing me. Security couldn't tell who was drunk or sober, so they wouldn't let anyone sit. After standing outside for more than 3 hrs and then standing inside for 3 hrs.. do the math. That's 6 hours of standing. At one point, I headed to the restroom because a few minutes sitting on a toilet in Chinatown sounded too tempting to pass up. Aside from this one issue, I liked this place. It's very clean and very spacious. The food isn't even terrible. It's pricey, but as venue food goes, it wasn't bad. The burgers all come the same though. -Loaded with mayo and sautéed onions among other things, so I hope you like both of those. There are 3 areas to buy adult beverages, although I barely saw anyone drinking tonight. Of course, it's Kpop and most of their fanbase seems to be underaged girls. Your takeaway: wear very comfortable shoes

Yelp
This was my first show at this venue, we were here for the In This Moment show. I love that this big of a space allowed for aerial silk performers, I have seen ITM before but never with that added flair, and it was super cool. The sound quality was good, and even pretty far back we were able to see the performers on stage. It was easy to Lyft to and get picked up from. It's a pretty standard standing room only space. I appreciated that they had separate merch lines for each artist, which cut down on some time wasting. They also sell cheese curds? Which is random but made my partner's Wisconsin heart happy. The only thing that was weird was that none of the staff seemed to know what was going on when it came to VIP. We got sent to three different places by three different people. Eventually, it got sorted out but if you're paying extra, it's annoying to have to keep searching for where to go. All in all, I'd come back here again for another show.

Rich P.

Yelp
Terribly long wait times, showed up half an hour before doors opened and still ended up waiting over 2 HOURS to get in, completely outrageous, they need more staff and more entrances!

Emerson R.

Yelp
Waited 45 minutes to get into a show bc the front office was entirely understaffed and didn't open doors till the minute the show was supposed to start. Edit: I was wrong, took more like an hour in the end Edit 2: hour and a half. Goddamn it

Yelp
I'm not sure what all the negative feedback is all about. I just attended Dropkick Murphys here last night for my first visit to Radius. What an incredible venue! The space is enormous with plenty of room to make it up to the pit or to casually hang in the back. There was plenty of bathroom space, several bars and even some food in the back. Fine, the drinks are way overpriced, but where are they not these days? I thought security was fine, the few employees I spoke to were courteous. We were also able to park in the Chinatown lot which was only like a 8 minute walk from the venue. That also means we were able to enjoy a great Chinese dinner before walking over! Thanks to its proximity to Chinatown, Radius is also super accessible from the interstate. I can't wait to go back for more shows.
google avatar

Gabby Z.

Yelp
always love coming here, it's the best venue out there. they have coat check on colder days and not very long lines to bars. they have a variety of them inside so you can walk around and choose. staff is also friendly and really take care of the place. this is when we went to go see tiesto
google avatar

Amie L.

Yelp
Came after Lollapalooza Day 2 to see Sudden death. Super fun time with good drinks. The club itself is super big so it doesn't feel stuffy or crowded. Security is very tight. I had to walk my friend outside of the club and wait for her mom to pick her up but when I tried to go back inside, they were very strict on re entering the venue. Even if you have your ticket, they won't let you re enter. However on my way out I explained the situation to a club bouncer, Mike. He was super understanding and allowed us to go back. I really appreciated him that night!
google avatar

Melanie T.

Yelp
Cool venue! Came here for a Dominic Fike concert, and it gives a really cool vibe, and has great sound and stage effects. The neon red lights that accentuate the walls and ceilings add a nice glow that emanates a club vibe. The actual standing area is really long (rather than wide) facing the stage, and bars are lined on both sides so you have lots of access to drinks! There's also a bar in the back and food stand. Standing room felt typical for a music venue though I feel like moving farther away from the stage might have given more room still with a good view. They do have a balcony with standing room open to all on the second floor, which is situated to the right of the stage. The good spots were taken by the time we got there. Overall pretty clean and vibey place! I'd def come back for a concert. Also staff were efficient in letting people in. The line wrapped all the way around the corner where 88 market is, but it kept moving so didn't feel too long. They do a quick ID and bag check so the line keeps moving.

Yelp
I've been to Radius for a few shows but last night had an awful experience. Went to the Boiler Room Chicago pop up. The security was EXTREMELY handsy behind the stage. They were literally just bulldozing through people to get to the stage. They would grab people and forcibly move them and then make little dancing circles for their security friends. I watched them accept $200 on venmo two different times from people to get on the stage. The amount of guys who man handled me last night made me extremely uncomfortable. After the night was over, it all just gave me the ick. My girlfriends left after the first 45 minutes bc of how security was treating people. Absolutely not going back. Edit: I'm updating this to show the bruises I have on my legs from security pushing everyone. They were pushing us so that they could make a dance circle with only security. They were obnoxious and on some weird power trip. I noticed the bruises the day after and now they're in that yellow and purple stage.

Diego A.

Yelp
Turned away at the door for not having a state ID showed passport but still not let in. No where was a state ID mentioned as a requirement for entry especially for a 17+ jpg mafia show.

Jason L.

Yelp
Seamless experience all around, plenty of well-staffed, good systems in place for handling entry, coat check, security, merch, bars, and food. Well ventilated; it doesn't get too hot even a bit closer to the middle of the crowd. Multiple bars with no line for a well-attended show. Upstairs area did not require VIP for the show I went to and had a nice view from there. Very easy to move around in general. And a lot of exit doors all along the main standing room area for safety. Great show! Not much more you could ask for.
google avatar

Connor B.

Yelp
To be honest, I thought this was a pretty solid club! I went for Tiësto last night, and it was so much fun. Drinks were pretty reasonably priced for a club venue and it had amazing air circulation, and it was actually a very nice temperature throughout the concert. This was pretty surprising, considering a lot of the other venues. It tends to get rather hot and this was not the case here. They also had another stage with a concert going on I stepped in for a minute, but it wasn't necessarily my vibe just as in the music quality but it was still cool they had this giant space to do things. I would definitely go back if there was another cool concert in the area it seems like they have a good set list.

Yelp
I have never in my life experienced such amazing staff at a venue before !!! Shoutout to CARMEN who stayed with my friends and I and helped us for at least 30 minutes after we had issues with our tickets. There were at least 10 different staff members who came over to assist us during the whole ordeal and made sure we got it sorted out so we could have a fun night. The door staff, security, and the box office all went above and beyond to check in on us and be so kind when they could've easily just turned us away. Currently starting a Carmen fan club if anyone wants to join!

Anna I.

Yelp
I came to see a show with my friends and had problems with my ticket. The staff exhausted every effort to help me (ESPECIALLY Carmen who stayed with me the entire time) and eventually got me into the venue. I had an amazing night and it's only because so many people were so kind and caring. Everyone truly went above and beyond from the box office staff to security. I also want to give a big thank you to Santos and Pete (so sorry if I misheard your names). Couldn't recommend this place enough. THANK YOU CARMEN!!

Yelp
I really like this new venue. Transportation: If you aren't driving there, it's easier to get in and around the line of traffic for parking. I'm told the parking sucks. I figured based on how small the entrance is and it being so close to 90/94. It looked like it sucked to get out as well but I don't know for sure. I took a Lyft to and from and had no issue. Inside the venue is pretty cool. A good amount of bars and plenty of bathrooms. The drinks are overpriced...it's a concert in Chicago, get over it. However, I do think cheaper water would be a good idea to encourage people to stay hydrated safe. I saw Killswitch Engage and August Burns Red. It was a fun show. You can hear well from any spot but can't see the show while getting a drink. I think there was probably a better layout option to fix this and that's why we are at 4 stars. Otherwise, pretty happy with this venue.

David K.

Yelp
The staff is so organized here, perfect ambience. Always great artists come here, I mean the best ones

Karyn R.

Yelp
called and left message. emailed as well. no response back regarding question of whether 16 yr old could enter with his dad. arrived and was denied.
google avatar

Isra A.

Yelp
I loved the overall vibe and decorations of the venue, the lines moved quickly through security, and they ensured that the crowd to get in for general admission got in before the event started in a safe manner. There are streets nearby for free street parking if you come early (didn't see any signs saying otherwise). The only thing about the venue to note is that if you're coming to see an artist, you must come early and be at the front in order to see them properly, if not you will likely be blocked by taller people. Also the crowds can get pushy and the AC isn't very strong so come hydrated and prepared to stand on guard for the entire 4 time while you try to see. Your experience largely depends on your spot!

Yelp
WARNING!!! Be prepared to dump lots of cash. $40 cash to park $45 for credit Cheapest beer is Coors light at $13 Water $6 The food was actually priced OK, so if you're going to a show to drink water and eat pizza and fries then you're in luck. Aside from being one of the most expensive venues I have been to, the place is nice with lots of space and great sound, but it's not a place I care to go back to if possible.
google avatar

Luigina L.

Yelp
It was a fine venue. Good acoustics, friendly staff. Do wish they'd let people in rather than having to wait outside in inclement weather. Bathrooms are super clean. We found free parking six spots down from the gate and we got there 20 minutes before the doors opened. I hear there was food, but I saw no menus or anyone eating. We ate across the street at the asian market.

Yelp
Radius is a great music venue that stands out in a city of great concert halls. Located in an old warehouse in Pilsen, I was excited to check this place out when my girlfriend and I attended the Alkaline Trio & Bad Religion show. I got to say that I'm a fan of Radius. The bars and bathrooms are plentiful here (big plus with any music venue), the staff is a well oiled machine with getting everyone in and checked, and the space is massive. We stood on the side of the stage and felt we had enough room even with a sold out show. We felt like we could socially distance ourselves but still get a good view of the stage. Radius provides a great concert experience before the opener steps on stage. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
GREAT sound at this venue. They clearly spent serious cash on the PA and sound treatments for the walls and ceiling. Nice and spacious, though I wish the concert hall was wider and less deep, but there's nothing they can really do about it now. Plentiful bathrooms and bars, though the beer selection was very weak (only Coors Light, Heinekin, and Gumballhead - how do you not have an IPA?). The space could use some "warming up", as it completely adheres to the "cold, industrial" vibe. Some wood on the walls, even a painted mural would help. The big gripe? $15+ bucks for a beer. HOLY CRAP. I know beer isn't cheap at music venues, but sports venues don't charge that much. Most medium size venues still sell beers for under $10. Pre-drink and save your greenbacks for beers at Skylark down the street after the show.

Yelp
There's just something about going to a brand new venue and reclaiming a type of normalcy after 1.5 years (Finally whew)! That said, this was a refreshing experience all around. It was organized and the staff were genuinely friendly and professional. The entry point experience was quick and efficient. As soon as you enter, you're able to navigate through the lobby and get to where you need to go without much hassle. The main stage is expansive -- the acoustics and visuals can be experienced everywhere. Tired of waiting in long lines for drink service? At Radius the main stage blesses you with multiple bars lined up along each of the walls. On top of that, there is a designated food counter if you're feeling hungry. I went for Loud Luxury and the DJs building up to the main event were electrifying. Looking forward to returning as this will be the place to keep an eye out for future events. Don't sleep on Radius! Tips: Dress code is casual for all. Get your IDs & tickets out ASAP when entering, keep an eye out for your friends, stay hydrated, be respectful towards the staff, and of course have fun. See here for more info: https://www.radius-chicago.com/ Recommendations: The ride-share zone was beyond congested. On top of that, people who drove could barely exit the parking lot due to the sheer volume in all directions. Having a few traffic-enforcers should alleviate the bottleneck; otherwise be prepared for long waits along the street. You're also near Chinatown. Feel free to scope out food spots or extend your good times there.

Yelp
Went to a lolla after party here, and it was awesome! Very cool and intimate venue. I've only been for an event, so I'm not sure what it's like on a normal night.

Yelp
Hello. I have always enjoyed every show. I have been to at your venue. I have always been treated respectfully and had a smooth experience until tonight. Things turned out to be a little different. I had difficulties getting my coat out of coat check with just a picture of my number. If you are going to enforce rules, the customer should be aware of those. It should be posted that you need to have your actual ticket. Consider implementing some type of color coating system for certain days I understand running a business of this magnitude comes with a lot of liability. I am in disbelief that it came to this over an adult coming to get my coat which I could identify and you could also see when the picture was taken of my ticket. I was unaware that I should've held onto my ticket. More so than my coat was how the girl that said she was her manager treated me. She was demeaning disrespectful and lacked any type of customer service or willingness to resolve what she turned into an issue. I do not feel this situation was handled appropriately Following me out and making threats and then jeopardizing a kids job over a rule that no one was aware of as a consumer. This seems very extreme and disappointing for a venue that I held so high. I hope someone can look into this so that this manager can receive appropriate training. Thank you.

Yelp
The bartender Danny and J West were amazing with the drinks and made the experience with Walker & Royce a memory to not forget. Great customer service and really great drinks

Yelp
While the venue itself is clean and new.... Let's call it what it is... a warehouse with expensive drinks. Please do NOT charge me almost $6.00 for a bottle of water. People should be able to get bottled water for under $2.00 to stay hydrated. Instead you have bartenders pounding shots behind the bar.

Yelp
I came here to see DPR the Venue was very unprepared workers were screaming at people super rude, venue seems to be used for more EDM type of music so it was a little hard to hear the actual artist since there was so much bass be prepared to fight for your life
