"Part of the Leonor de Aquitania hotel, where it occupies the former stables of an aristocratic stone mansion. Updated traditional cuisine and interesting set menus." - Michelin Inspector
Restaurant Raff San Pedro is a great place. We arrived late, however, they were able to accommodate us and let us have a bottle of wine and some cheese along with their incredible homemade bread. We had a great conversation with the waitress and shared our travels with her. Overall it was an incredible experience. I highly recommend this restaurant

Excellent restaurant in the heart of the Old town in Cuenca.
We stumbled upon this quite randomly, and decided to go with the set menu which was reasonably priced.
It ended up being a very fun and tasty activity as we kept looking forward to what was next.
Every food item on the set menu was excellent, unique tastes and dishes.
I'd highly recommend, and would likely visit again if ever at Cuenca again!

Amazing place in Cuenca. Worth traveling there. Cozy surroundings, top class service and fantastic food. We had such a great evening and experience. And the cheesecake was the best I have ever had - I am fantastic cheesecake lover and this one was just phenomenal. We will definitely return to Cuenca just to dine at Raff San Pedro again

It is a beautiful place to eat in Cuenca. The food is both traditional and innovative. Powerful and delicious flavours. The service was excellent. We loved the desserts!

Great food. Especially recommend the trout, it is served cold and fresh, texture is so refreshing. The steak was cooked delightfully and the meatballs tasted wonderfully being cooked with wine.
It is some what expensive, expect to spend >50€ pp. Location is interesting, but could be claustrophobic if with lots of people and sound. You have dinner in a basement and the atmosphere is very peaceful.
They take pride in Spanish produce yet they use tableware from turkey, albeit being nice. One could find in identical copies of these from Spanish manufacture.
Service should be improved. They took an awful lot of time to take the receipt and bring back change. The waitress could be paying more attention.

Imaginative, great flavors, based on tradional cooking, but with a twist. Great service, not perfect English, but we got along well. Nice, original premises in an old cellar, quiet, elegant.
My only "complaint": all the courses were a bit too large, in sum more than any of us could eat - could have cut back a little.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful cave restaurant, in a mythical place along the ridge by the Huecar River. Loved the ajo blanco, salmon and apple cold soup, trucha (trout) and the albondigas con foie. The staff was also very exceptional and accommodating -- they were very helpful with recommending dishes to our friend who is a vegetarian. Overall a wonderful experience and worth coming back to Cuenca to try the rest of their menu!
