"Part of the Leonor de Aquitania hotel, where it occupies the former stables of an aristocratic stone mansion. Updated traditional cuisine and interesting set menus." - Michelin Inspector
we were in Cuenca for our Thirtieth Anniversary so wanted to have a nice meal in a good restaurant. After doing some research we decided to book here and book the Menu Degustation with Wine.
We arrived and were greeted by the the staff and shown to our table. the restaurant itself if lovely being built into the cellars of a house. the staff were lovely offering to speak in either Spanish or English.
The food was simply. wonderful with an explanation of what you were eating and where it came from. also the wines that accompanied each course were wonderful and matched to food perfectly.
We had such a lovely experience and it really rounded off a perfect day for us. Thank you to all the staff who made this experience memorable. Highly recommended.

Got a reservation on short notice (could have even walked in, one table was not occupied)
Got the arguably worst table on the restaurant - maybe because of the short notice.
Everything else was nice - very good food, excellent wine list, reasonable prices for what it is

Enchanted from the moment we walked in ! The manager and his wonderful team were surpassed only by the quality and taste of the amazing food ! We had both the trout and the cod which were among the most delicious meals we have ever had in all of our years of travel.
This was a slice of heaven in this enchanting town. We could not recommend more highly! A must if you are in Cuenca !

Restaurant Raff San Pedro is a great place. We arrived late, however, they were able to accommodate us and let us have a bottle of wine and some cheese along with their incredible homemade bread. We had a great conversation with the waitress and shared our travels with her. Overall it was an incredible experience. I highly recommend this restaurant

Excellent restaurant in the heart of the Old town in Cuenca.
We stumbled upon this quite randomly, and decided to go with the set menu which was reasonably priced.
It ended up being a very fun and tasty activity as we kept looking forward to what was next.
Every food item on the set menu was excellent, unique tastes and dishes.
I'd highly recommend, and would likely visit again if ever at Cuenca again!

Amazing place in Cuenca. Worth traveling there. Cozy surroundings, top class service and fantastic food. We had such a great evening and experience. And the cheesecake was the best I have ever had - I am fantastic cheesecake lover and this one was just phenomenal. We will definitely return to Cuenca just to dine at Raff San Pedro again

It is a beautiful place to eat in Cuenca. The food is both traditional and innovative. Powerful and delicious flavours. The service was excellent. We loved the desserts!

Imaginative, great flavors, based on tradional cooking, but with a twist. Great service, not perfect English, but we got along well. Nice, original premises in an old cellar, quiet, elegant.
My only "complaint": all the courses were a bit too large, in sum more than any of us could eat - could have cut back a little.
