Raffles Europejski Warsaw

I still feel the beauty of my stay in Raffles. The hotel is a modern art museum, each room decorated with original, different art works of Polish artists. The decoration of the hotel, lobby, spa are splendid. The service, excellent. Everyone was friendly, polite and discrete. I've fallen in love with this brand. The breakfast, exquisite (every product is delicious). I've also taken the Afternoon Tea, a unique experience, led by the Art Curator of the hotel, Lukazs, so passionate and knowledgeable. A must! And the spa, full of beauty. The massage by Maia was perfect, I highly recommend to get a treatment. I've also enjoyed the fitness, the equipments and machines are modern. Thank you Raffles Warsaw, my stay was memorable.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Raffles in Warsaw — oh boy, what an experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was truly impeccable. The hotel itself is stunning, blending historical elegance with modern luxury in the heart of the city. A special shout-out to Olivia, our waitress, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our experience was perfect. Her warm service and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. Top-notch hospitality, beautiful rooms, exceptional dining, and outstanding service all around. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

For years I had been staying nearby at a "grand hotel" on my annual trips through Warsaw, but it was tired and I always had service problems. This year, I decided to switch. I travel all over the world and this Raffles would be an extraordinary hotel in ANY city. Beautiful hotel, great staff, incredibly sumptuous rooms, wonderful bar and restaurants. I haven't sampled the spa yet, but i hear it's amazing. I can't wait to be back in September 2026! (Also, I am, of course, kicking myself that I didn't make the switch earlier.)

Warsaw’s finest hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the service was efficient across the entire hotel. The building itself is beautiful and contains a lot of art pieces. The suite I stayed had elegant decor, and was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was the small gym.

10/10 for a stunning suite with huge bed, large bathroom and separate lounge. Really friendly, helpful staff but we had 3 annoying examples in 4 days of erratic service: terribly slow service in the cool bar so we gave up and left without a drink; a forgotten breakfast order; and a 20-minute wait for a car to the airport when we were already late and a tiny car turned up ( ordering an Uber ourselves would have been much better). Without those incidents, I would have given a 10/10 overall score.

Super nice room. Book a suite!!!||The room is beautiful and very well appointed! The bedding is sumptuous. Very modern finishes and fixtures. Ample closet space. Great location.

This is one of the best overall hotels I have ever stayed at. Let me recap : Location : PERFECT- quiet and well located steps to old town and Centrum. Building - Historic and stunning. Rooms - comfortable , spacious and everything well thought of. AC could be a little stronger. Wellness area - the cave pool / hot tub and entire Spa area will blow your mind. Perfect way to unwind or start your day. Breakfast - everything homemade and fresh Dinner at the Grille - try the Venison. Very memorable. Long Bar - they make the Singapore asking absolutely perfect ! Service - everyone kind and happy to help. I would say exceptional. Stay here !! You won’t be disappointed. Well worth price.

This is a great hotel to stay in Warsaw. Customer service is outstanding and amenities are of great quality. Easy to find car parking in the street just outside the hotel. Spa is excellent and open until 10pm.

A unique place, a completely new edition of the Europejski hotel was carried out with attention to every element. The interior of the hotel is decorated with Tarasewicz panels, everyone can also walk along the sidewalk designed by one of the most famous Polish painters. In the shopping area, you can admire the work of one of the most outstanding Polish poster makers: Wiesław Walkuski. An absolute must for fans of contemporary art. Staff are incredibly nice and positive towards everyone. the atmosphere is simply fabulous, I heartily recommend it.

Fantastic. Beautiful rooms and incredible food. One of the best Negronis I've ever had....the list goes on. And it has a Hermès store in the building. Did I mention the food?

Absolute impeccable experience. Nothing left to chance here. Rooms are beautiful and designed with impeccable taste. The service is five stars (or six) and the quality you get is incomparable. I have decided to have breakfast on the second day here, it's the reason that compelled me to write this review... The chef is an artist. Best poached eggs I've had from LA to Bali or from Austin to Barcelona. Color, presentation, taste all done to perfection. Would highly recommend this hotel experience to anyone willing to find out the edge of this capital as far as design, service and culinary experience.
