This hotel truly exceeded my already high expectations based on the glowing reviews. The location is perfect, the decor is stunning, and the service is absolutely impeccable. As someone who typically gravitates toward the Four Seasons brand, I can confidently say this property holds its own among the best in the luxury category. A flawless experience from start to finish—highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel in the centre of Warsaw! We really enjoyed the pool and the bar! The decoration of the bar is gorgeous, the bar stools as so comfortable . The jacuzzi is really relaxing. Our room was impeccably clean. Breakfast did not meet our expectations-40€/person (there was no variety and the coffee was prepared from an automatic coffee machine-unacceptable for a 5 star hotel). Finally, it would be better if it was explicit on the website that rooms have interior view and no city view.

Raffles Europejski Warszawa is a stunning hotel with incredible art displayed everywhere you go. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, making it a truly unique experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The pool was absolutely exceptional—one of the best indoor hotel pools I’ve ever encountered. The breakfast was another highlight, offering an amazing selection and quality. The only downside to our stay was an issue with the wooden Q-tips provided in the room. Unfortunately, one broke in my girlfriend’s ear, which led to an unexpected visit to the emergency room. I’d recommend avoiding those entirely. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I’d still highly recommend Raffles Europejski for anyone visiting Warsaw.

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel and its staff! From the moment we arrived, everyone—especially the bellman and the reception team—showed us genuine hospitality, care, and warmth. I was in a hurry looking for a hair salon for a wash and blow dry, and they arranged an appointment for me immediately! The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. My husband and I are definitely planning to return to this hotel when we’re in Warsaw.

Not only the design is something very strikingly beautiful in this hotel but especially the immense professionalism, helpfulness and kindness of the staff surprised and charmed me. The Raffels room with a beautiful view is a room you won't want to leave. The Europejski grill restaurant serves very tasty dishes with Polish and international ingredients and the hotel's Long bar offers delicious cocktails. The hotel's spa is very nice and available until late at night.

We had a lovely one night's stay at the Raffles Europeski Warsaw. ||The Deluxe Room was luxurious, with a spacious bathroom and a delightful bed. Our only complaint was that the TV was to the side of, rather than facing, the bed. The building itself is an architectural spectacle. ||The service was very attentive and warm, while the food and drink was generally delightful.

A truely exceptional hotel, incredible heritage building restored in great style and to a very high standard of finish. The suite we had was in the corner with the sitting room in a tower and a fabulous bathroom with a vaulted ceiling. Very well run, with lots of nice touches that will make this a special stay. I particularly want to call out the drivers we had both ways for the airport transfers, immaculate cars, beautifully driven and super friendly.

From the incredible architecture, the rich history, the gorgeous rooms and excellent food and bar, this hotel does not disappoint even the highest standards. But what really stands out is the exceptional customer service at all levels of the staff, which is unlike anything I've ever experienced and makes your stay truly unforgettable. Thank you!

A unique place, a completely new edition of the Europejski hotel was carried out with attention to every element. The interior of the hotel is decorated with Tarasewicz panels, everyone can also walk along the sidewalk designed by one of the most famous Polish painters. In the shopping area, you can admire the work of one of the most outstanding Polish poster makers: Wiesław Walkuski. An absolute must for fans of contemporary art. Staff are incredibly nice and positive towards everyone. the atmosphere is simply fabulous, I heartily recommend it.

Fantastic. Beautiful rooms and incredible food. One of the best Negronis I've ever had....the list goes on. And it has a Hermès store in the building. Did I mention the food?

Absolute impeccable experience. Nothing left to chance here. Rooms are beautiful and designed with impeccable taste. The service is five stars (or six) and the quality you get is incomparable. I have decided to have breakfast on the second day here, it's the reason that compelled me to write this review... The chef is an artist. Best poached eggs I've had from LA to Bali or from Austin to Barcelona. Color, presentation, taste all done to perfection. Would highly recommend this hotel experience to anyone willing to find out the edge of this capital as far as design, service and culinary experience.
