"Set in a bright, minimalist space within Raffles Hotel Arcade and created by the team behind popular brunch spots, this airy cafe mixes food and retail with a small selection of minimalist-chic homewares and clothing. The menu leans on savory galettes and sweet crêpes—the Burnt Caramel crêpe comes with Bordier butter and a thick caramel drizzle, while the Off the Bone galette is filled with ham, gruyère, cheddar and egg—and sandwiches such as the umami-rich Dirty Ronin (chorizo, emmental, egg, miso mayo and lettuce).
