Stopped by for a drink and an est after a long walk. We arrived just before happy hour so the options were a bit limited for vegetarians.
Really beautiful space with tonnes of character and good vibes.
I think the patio spaces are dreamy and I would love to stop by again in the summer

We celebrated a big family milestone at Rafi’s with a party of 9. We loved the setting on arrival and the table service was top notch! All started really well, good flow of starters and drinks! As we had the banquet menu, we were expecting to be fed well. Mains were a tad stingy as we were served 1 steak, 1 fish and 4 prawns to split between the 9 of us. We took this up with the restaurant after the day as we didn’t want to spoil the evening and was told that was adequate because we had starters! Whilst the raw tuna and tooth fish starters were really wonderfully done and enjoyed by all, I respectfully disagree and if we opted for the more expensive banquet menu for $105 + 10% surcharge per pax before drinks, I expected a full sized main course, not 120 gms of shared steak or half a prawn per person! A heads up for future patrons, just be mindful if you have a good appetite, be aware! All in all, we did have a good time as the service staff were good but am not sure if we would be back unless they are prepared to serve a proper dinner! We left the restaurant still hungry after a hefty bill. After our experience, I had a better look at past recent reviews and found reviews if small food servings have been an issue for others as well! So it’s not just us!

Came here for Mother’s Day special lunch and it didn’t disappoint. The food was really good we struggled to finish it all. Atmosphere was relaxed and quiet - if you can manage to get a table near the window like we did it was lovely. The tables are quite close together that’s the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars as you can pretty much hear everything the next table is saying.

Could not fault this classy venue, from the time we walked in, to the friendly staff, food and atmosphere, a truly 5 * experience. Camilla was great, her suggestions on the menu were spot on.
We loved everything we ordered. Hummus n pita bread was a good starter. The kingfish was really enjoyable. The highlight of the meal was the flat iron steak, cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth experience.
The place was busy with activity, a lot of after work dinners. Will definitely be back !

Abigail the waitress during lunch on 24/3/2025 was 11/10 stars! Very enthusiastic, friendly and my sparkle water was never empty! Give that girl a promotion 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Seafood share for 2 was refreshing, loved the rhubarb vinaigrette for oysters and the yuzu sauce On the kingfish. As an avid steak eater, flatiron cut was a bit tough in places but had a decent char flavour and cooked to my liking.
Vibes were cool! Great place to bring clients, co-workers and dates alike.

One of the gems on Sydney! We found the place by accident & totally loved the experience for an extended weekend lunch.
We had some guests here from overseas who were on tour, we popped on a sunny Saturday afternoon after hearing the music from the street.
The food was amazing and the soundtrack was even more Impressive!
We were treated to an incredible set by a young female DJ with an enviable record collection. Her Latin-infused jazz, funk, and groove selections perfectly complemented the venue's lovely decor and food… expertly curated to match the vibe and the lovely food on the menu.
A huge shoutout to the team responsible for programming the music and bookings!
We didn’t have a booking, the staff were warm and friendly and very accomodating seating the group outside and letting us hang around for an extended impromptu lunch.
We highly recommend, especially on weekends DJs are playing.

Absolutely love this place. Beautiful menu along with the interior where you can choose the glass house option or indoors with plenty of seats.
The south coast tuna is a must have, came back the second time to try it again and did not disappoint.
The egg plant was crispy, sweet with a little spice which was perfect with the soft inside.
The steak was also perfectly cooked and juicy topped with delicious chimichurri sauce.
Went for both lunch and dinner but, enjoyed the vibes of dinner more as the lights are beautifully lit when dark.

Went to RAFI for lunch with my parents who were visiting and could not recommend it enough. Every single dish was delicious, but the highlight was definitely the seafood. My parents don’t even like fish and they were absolutely RAVING about the tuna starter. We also had the toothfish and wagyu as well as some sides and everything was perfect. Service was impeccable and the head chef Matias even came out to say hi. Don’t miss this restaurant if you get a chance!
