The absolute worst, in my opinion. My company uses them for IT purchases for their employees. Orders take too long to process. Emails to the team and Support go ignored for several attempts. They will lie about the date it was shipped (FedEx history doesn't lie). And they'll forget about shipping the second half of your order until you email them again asking where is it. I thought this issue was w/ just me; however, after talking to some other fellow employees they have had the same problems.

Particularly UNKIND with the chat support When you land in the main page one chat box will appear and offer you support.... once you explain what you do and what you want the person will ( SLOWLY !!) follow your case, as if they chat at the same time with other 10 people and randomly read them... at the end my chat JUST ENDED because they kill it. So I ask to reconnect and the parson say to me they are NOT INTERESTED.... and this is ok but the way they do it is completelly Inkind and if you put another question they simply do not replay.... as if they are not there. I understan the support come from India but I wish the service at the forst impact will be better ! Chat session 15 min long, but all this can be performed in 2/3 min if assistance is dedicated to one customer at the time.
