I have no words. As ridiculous as that sounds, it’s ice cream after all, I stand by jt. The Best (capital b) end-to-end ice cream experience in years - if not all time. The lady that helped us was patient, there was lots to talk us through, and many decisions to be made. But she took us on the journey. And my, was it fantastic. Highly recommend. #ChocolateHoneycomb #LavenderMarshmallows #BlackTruffle #TheseAreAFewOfMyFavoriteThings

Google
This the most sublime iced cream experience. Make sure you taste all the flavors as you'll be surprised as the delightful combinations. Also, I love supporting a woman created business!

Google
One of a kind ice-cream! Really enjoy the creativity of flavors y'all have and enjoy the new ones each time you release! My personal favorite is the Thai tea & Oreo cookie; the contrast from the tea/cookie looks so pretty too! Go for the best ice cream ever!

I am hooked on RahmHaus ice cream. It is the best. Get your mouth ready for interesting and amazing flavors. The cakes are to die for as well.

Google
We came for beers and got ice cream as well! Amazing flavours. Certainly more inventive than most. I even finished the cone.

Google
Best spot for a sweet treat! Creative and delicious flavors. I don't eat dairy so get the sorbets and partner gets the ice cream. The sorbets are the best I've had in town. Not too tart or too sweet. Perfectly balanced in the flavors. The most recent one I had, peach tea, I read the ingredients and was skeptical. But these humans know how to mix flavors. I LOVED it.

Google
I was blown away by the incredible flavors they had to offer. I decided to try the lemon elderberry lavender ice cream and it exceeded all of my expectations. The lemon and elderberry provided a perfect balance of tart and sweet, while the hint of lavender added a unique and refreshing twist. The ice cream itself was incredibly creamy and smooth, making for the perfect treat on a cold winter evening. You won't be disappointed!

Google
The hands down best ice cream in town They have flavors you aren’t even brave enough to dream of Excellent ice cream, unique and fun flavors and always changing. A must see spot in town

Yelp
My favorite ice cream in the city. I've been to all the small batch ice cream shops. This one just keeps me coming back. From the creativity to the stellar execution of the flavors. Will follow them wherever!

Yelp
Found my new favorite ice cream shop with unique, tasty flavors that are unreal. We got the Summer Solstice and Berry Ribbon. Summer Solstice was my favorite and is a creamy ice cream with swirls of lavender/elderflower jam and local honey. Berry Ribbon was also divine with an unexpected twist of cardamom added that complimented the berry jam surprisingly well. They elevate classic flavors and make them their own. I can't wait to try their other flavors.

Yelp
In the Lower Garden District, Rahm Haus has an amazing location in a cute neighborhood by Margaret Park. Attached to this ice cream shop is a brewery and fine vintage furniture shop. The signage is pretty good, but to get to the ice cream counter, you will have to walk past the brewery bar. When I went, most flavors were based on Zodiac signs. Rahm Haus definitely has NOLA culture in mind as they craft flavors. You may purchase a cone. You can try up to 3 samples before purchasing. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. All seating is fun furniture in fun colors. The WWII Museum is closeby.

Yelp
This is buried inside of a bar, but it is important to note that while they may have started as a pint-selling pop-up, you can walk in and get some fresh ice cream scooped. Their trademark is fancy New Age flavors, and the menu shifts so you can't predict what you'll get. For me, I tried a fantastic multilayered cookie flavor, and was somewhat more skeptical of a dark chocolate flavor with black garlic, but it worked. I got out of there in a hurry lest I be tempted by all the other flavors. If you're local, pre-ordering an interesting pint now and then may be the way to go, but for me as a tourist, I was quite happy with my brief stop in.

Yelp
The most delicious ice-cream anywhere around. We routinely order the Cookie Monster (aka cookies n cream) and couldn't be happier. What makes the Rahm Haus Cookie Monster extra cool is that it's colored blue and the blue color doesn't come from food coloring, but rather "blue spirulina phycocyanin" which is a type of blue algae. The flavor has a generous amount of cookie in it and is creamy, both of which I appreciate. The service is great too. The woman who waited on us was extremely professional, informative and otherwise friendly. The ambiance is charming. It's located in the Merchant House and the vibe is that of a trendy outside bar. We love it.

Yelp
Located inside Courtyard Brewery- have some ice cream with your beer! So many unique, rotating flavors and you really can't go wrong with anything you pick. The menu changes every Friday but there are some flavors that stick around for longer. You can preorder on their website too! It is definitely pricey and I can't afford getting this all the time, but it's worth the splurge every once in a while! I love that they're local and use plenty of local ingredients, woman-owned, and support good causes- like donating a portion of their proceeds to NOAF this past week!

Yelp
I ordered a small cup of ice cream, which is three scoops and you can choose a different flavor for each scoop. I went with the Choconut, Burnt Fig leaf, and Monkey Monkey. The Choconut was my favorite by far, then Moneky Monkey, and finally the Burnt Fig Leaf, which basically just tasted like vanilla. The employee was helpful and explained as necessary. The venue is wide open and located within the bar area. Perfect place to lounge with a group or as a couple. They have an outside courtyard area as well.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the Ice Cream in Rahm Haus! There were a lot of unique flavors and I tried the Cookie Monster. The ice cream was really fresh and their flavors apparently rotate each week. If you order a small sized ice cream, they can give two scoops of two different flavors as well. There is a ton of outdoor seating and it's a nice place to hangout and get some dessert.

Yelp
I'm so glad I finally got around to trying Rahm Haus in person! I had had their pints brought home for me but hadn't gone to their location within Courtyard Brewery. I ended up getting a cone with squashmore and cookie monster flavors. The squash flavor was my favorite! Their flavors rotate a lot but they are all unique and delicious. They also have a savory German menu that I haven't tried yet that I would like to try one day.

Yelp
We found this place while walking around the city, it's very hidden but the outside was so cute that we had to check it out-- and I'm so glad we did. The ice cream flavors are very unique and original-- my favorite was the Pineapple Elixir (super refreshing and fruity) and the Cookie Monster (sweet with a chocolate-y crunch). The food is very good for what you pay, and I think this is one of the best ice cream deals I've had in a while. The worker was also super nice, I was really conflicted between two flavors and she just gave me half a scoop of each. And, whether you choose to sit inside or out, you're also guaranteed a beautiful view!

Yelp
Rahm Haus has the most unique flavors! Ingredients that don't sound like they should work together some how do! They're located in The Courtyard Brewery right across from the beer counter. And they let you taste all the flavors. They share a front patio with The Courtyard and it's a great place to hang out with your friends. Super nice ambience. They also allow pets. Parking is street parking ( which there's plenty). You don't want to miss out on this experience if you're in New Orleans!

Yelp
Highly recommend trying this place out. Unique and delicious for sure. The whole family loved it. We weren't sure if the kiddos could come in since it's in a brewery but they were welcomed and for to meet some cute dogs as a bonus. The Lila (purple ice cream) was amazing. My husband enjoyed the Cookie Monster even though it was a little out of his usual comfort zone with blue Spirulina. FYI Gender neutral bathrooms with a desk to use for a changing table and no mirrors. The bar also has great food and sour ales.

Yelp
Creative flavors that are well-executed makes for absolutely delicious ice cream. The variety is also absolutely insane since they turn over their entire menu every week. Strongly recommend going, and then repeatedly going back.

Yelp
This ice cream is amazing. Lots of unique flavors! My favorite though was the cocoa cone - I've never had a cocoa cone before and it was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect complement to the brown butter ice cream.

Yelp
Not really my type of place. The flavors were a little much and out there. Very unique though and I'll give it that. Also in a cool hole in the wall place, big hipster vibes I dig.

Yelp
Delicious and unique flavors. They are located in the back of a bar but anyone can come and get icecream. Their smallest portion is 2 scoops for $7.50, so if you aren't too hungry it is a lot of icecream but their flavors will make you want to get multiple flavors. I think their cookies separately are kinda dry, but they aren't too sweet which is nice.

Yelp
Beer & Ice cream?! Such a cool vibe! I was so lucky to stumble upon this hidden gem. I came for ice cream and ended up trying a delicious vegan doughnut/ice cream treat. I also ended up getting a beer brewed with Thai tea and Oreos and it's DELICIOUS!

Yelp
Located inside Courtyard Brewery this spot is slinging some of the most ambitious and delicious ice cream in New Orleans. Be sure to follow them on Instagram for their limited releases (such as a recent Baked Alaska ice cream cake). They also do sundaes every Sunday now.

Yelp
Delicious and incredibly creative ice cream flavors! I had made promises to my kids before realizing it was tucked inside of a bar, everyone was extremely courteous and welcoming to my whole family. My kids gobbled up the Cookie Monster ice cream, it was awesome! Very laid back atmosphere with shaded courtyard. We will certainly be coming back! Thank yall

Yelp
Wow! This place is awsome. It's right inside the amazing Courtyard Brewery. I would be a regular if I lived close by. Their are great people working their and they were so helpful! I got the Mint Kahlua Chip and my fiancé got the burnt sourdough. We both loved it and they have new flavors every week! As well as savory food. This is a must try

Yelp
If you want to taste authentic hand made ice cream definitely come to Rahm Haus! The lovely lady let me try all the flavors I wanted and made great suggestions for the 3 scoop combination cups! Amazing taste in all of them. The Exorcist, The Poppy seed & a yellow ice cream with ginger and basil was outstanding. Great flavor combinations with the Pineapple matcha! A friend got a slice of ice cream cake and maaaan that was the cherry on top! 10/10 would recommended when you come to New Orleans GO TO RAHM HAUS! Complimented with craft beer The Courtyard Brewery. Great aesthetics. I'm coming here every time I touch down in NOLA!

Yelp
today my coworker was telling us about rahm haus and as soon as we checked out the menu we knew we had to order some. we were lucky enough to get our hands on cookie monster, green apple sorbet, and the vegan choconut and OH MY GOD i have NEVER had better ice cream!! every single flavor was so complex and incredible. the apple sorbet tasted so incredibly fresh and didn't have that artificial apple taste so many candies have. i've had cookie monster before from other businesses but the one rahm haus offers is top of the line. it doesn't taste overly sweet and it had a perfect mixture of cookies and ice cream. the real star of the order was choconut. i've had tons of vegan ice cream and none of them have ever come close to what we got. it was so creamy and chocolatey that i completely forgot it was vegan. many vegan ice creams have a really gritty and strange texture but this one didn't. i can't wait to try out the other flavors after christmas.
