Absolutely beautiful space. Raimondi park is now home to the Ballers and the park has never looked or felt better. Definitely come and swing by for a game and good times! What an incredible space for the community!

Raimondi Park is the Home of the Oakland Ballers! It is a wonderful community baseball park with a kids playground and adjacent soccer field.

Well, to be honest, I'm waiting on my bucket-of-a-car to get her clutch replaced, and, there aren't too many places these days to "just kick it" around West Oakland without knowing too many folks...

To many homeless and needles around the football field. No police presence! The Homeless were looking in cars and trying to open car doors! Not a great place to go watch your 10 year old play pop warner football!

It's a Great Park for the Soccer Sports Athletes, who wants to practice & improve, Advance their Skills & play for Team...⚽...👨‍👩‍👦‍👦.

Its such a wonderful treasure, there aren’t many soccer fields accessible to the public. I just wish the City of Oakland/Parks and Rec would actually maintain this park. There is a lot of trash and cigarette butts, but what are u gonna do. I need somewhere to shoot.

I needed a spot to workout and this did the job. Nice green space in an area that really need it. There are sports fields, walking path, a playground, skate park, tennis courts. Plenty of trash cans too. Yes this park is near several large homeless encampments, but so what. It seems to be a real nice spot for the whole community. All kinds of people going about their recreation there.

Yelp
Paul & Bryan fixed this park up nicely! Great vibe and place to watch a game in Oakland with folks that care! Can't wait for 2025 to start!

Yelp
This place does not have a bathroom. There is a porta potty that never gets serviced and even when the building is open the bathrooms are not. I have seen soccer practice and football games here. Without bathroom facilities it's really not equipped for any activity.

Yelp
Great park to play some baseball when you can get on field. Sometimes there is an attendant and sometimes not. The grounds are clean and maintained just keep an eye out for goffer holes - we don't want to broken ankles.

Yelp
This park is named for my relative Ernie, who fought in WWII , was killed in France (1945) and was recognized by our hometown. Before the war he and his brother Billy played for the Oakland Oaks, among other teams.

Yelp
This baseball diamond is fancy! We felt like real ball players at our first game here. It's in kind of a strange location and we kind of wondered if our cars were safe but of course, nothing happened. We did get a couple of drunk guys who came by on their skateboards and started heckling the other team for us. If you read this, drunk guys, come back with your skateboards tonight at 7:55! The Boss Hogs need your support! :)

Yelp
This park is like an optical illusion, don't play so deep outfielders.

Yelp
Though the turf field is on the older side for playing soccer, the park is an excellent setting for events being that it's tucked away in West Oakland. Creates a more informal setting for games that I personally think adds to it's charm. Though I can imagine playing on the accompanying baseball field can be a little frustrating.

Yelp
We came here for a Pop Warner game and I think it's really sad that the City can't take better care of this field. It looks like it's fairly brand new but it doesn't look like it's taken care of at all. The bathrooms have no doors on them at all and it looks like there were shower curtain poles up above but none on the other. At some point, later in the day, the one shower curtain was just gone. There is garbage everywhere and it definitely is not in the safest neighborhood at all.

Yelp
Drop by if you want to see enthusiastic Copa Mundial wannabe-hopefuls kicking around a soccer ball. This large park on the fringes of West Oakland/Emeryville's industrial area holds two simulatenous soccer matches between 1pm and 5pm on Sundays. Teams are from all over the city. They rotate, so you'll rarely see the same uniforms playing against each other every time. Sometimes the games are good, other times they're not as exciting. These guys are not professionals, but it's still fun watching them play their hearts out. Players and fans are 99.9999% Latino, plus one Asian, me (I'm representin!!!). You'll hear wooohooos and a few snippets of Spanish curse words when things are not going well. And you know things can get interesting if they've hired a private security guard to ensure the peace. But it's all in good fun. Either way, you can pass a couple of hours sunning yourself on the bleachers while enjoying a cone from the ice cream pushcarts.
