As much as The Rain Room is an interesting art exhibition, the balance, in my opinion, is shifting more on the cons side than the pros.
Pros: enjoyable sensory experience with a very nice layout, falling water that pauses wherever a body is detected, with a soothing sound. Even if you get a little wet, it’s very relaxing. Kids friendly. The crew is very nice and attentive.
Cons: 15min is incontestably too short for the price. There’s nothing else to do, which is almost frustrating! It would have been more enjoyable if the experience was longer and having more interaction. If the installation took place in a museum where you can spend more time exploring would have been better.
Also maybe having a red light on, to signal the end would be less annoying for the crew who have to wiggle their arms to catch people’s attention.
Now I still recommend it, just make sure you’re not planning the whole day around it especially if you have kids.
