West Hollywood’s Rage Nightclub Closes Following Landlord Dispute - Eater LA
"Rage Nightclub, a legendary club in West Hollywood, closed permanently as of this week. The club, which had been operational for 37 years, was located on the prominent strip of Santa Monica Boulevard known as the LGBT Rainbow District. The closure was due to the inability of the owners, Robert Maghame and Saeed Sattari, to negotiate a lease renewal with landlord Monte Overstreet due to unpaid rent. Overstreet owns the building that housed Rage and several other properties in the city." - Mona Holmes
Really fun bar/club hopping street. All the clubs are close to each other.
