I would complement this business first with their fast and detailed replies to messages with customer service team. I also visited the store. The street is kinda narrow, but not difficult to find parking. The retail store is clean, no foul odor. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Price are unbeatable in Southern California. I will definitely come back for food and supplies for my Crested and Leopard Gecko and I recommend this place!

Used to be reliable and provide good quality worms. Last month there is no more medium size meal worms. I have asked weekly and staff keep saying maybe next week. I have spent $176 buying "small" worms which is same price for same number as medium sized worms but half the volume. Furthermore, the delivery services even using next day UPS, is so bad my last order of $75 worth of worms were dead.

Awesome place to get your reptile feeding needs, excellent quality and very helpful & knowledgeable staff always willing to help. They have better prices on superworms now. They have coconut bedding in bricks available right now for i believe $20 bucks if im not mistaken.

I will not use this company again! Slow, unreliable, low inventory. Unable to meet customer expectations. Gives incorrect information regarding shipping and dates. Do not order live bugs from them. You had problems with two of my orders. FedEx was not down. No excuses.

No need to look further for feeders, supplies and fantastic customer service! This is my go-to place for mealworms, fruit flies and roaches. I even got a few pet anoles (adorable) from them😁 Everything always arrives as advertised and 100% alive and healthy. Customer service goes above and beyond even when it was my mistake in ordering! They are easily reachable whether it be on the phone or in a text. They have truly been there for me as a customer every time I had questions or needed to make changes. Highly recommend!!!

I have been coming to rainbow mealworms for five years now and I have had all types of pets and I can always find the type of worms that I need. They usually have them fresh As they breed them I highly recommend this place, especially because our prices are very affordable And you get high and quality feeders, including roaches, and crickets And much more

It's literally a one-stop shop, lol... They have pets, feeders, enclosures, and supplies. I've been coming here since 2013. They have everything you can think of except live feeder mice. They do have frozen-thaw feeder mice, if that's what you need. The staff is always amazing!

If you have any need for feeder insects, Rainbow Mealworms is your best bet! As a keeper of several different reptiles, I purchase all my insects through RMW and am beyond satisfied every time. No dead bugs or excess poop, shipping is fast and convenient, and you can't beat the price. They provide plenty of food for the hornedworms which just a huge plus. They will continue to receive my business for years to come. Highly recommend!
