I took my mother and aunt there today (6/28/18) for the first time and I was appauled by the horrible service. I was served old watermelon and asked for them to switch it for some fresh watermelon and the girl at the counter tried to argue that it was fresh. She then took 15 minutes to serve me and left it on the counter without letting me know. My mother tried ordering a cone and was ignored. The girl at the counter was talking with 3 of her friends and laughed at us when we called it to her attention. I have years of customer experience and work in a profession that emphasizes treating people with respect. No one should have to walk out a place feeling disrespected and nauseous by the poor tratment offered. Won't be going back, ever. Besides, the fruit is cheaper and fresher at the stands around town.
