Made reservations for my daughters birthday and was seated at the reserved time. Great spot next to the fish tank. Our server Percy was great. My catch of the day Conia fish unfortunately was raw in the middle so had to send it back for them to heat more. Other than that it was a great experience and server was attentive. Thank you for singing happy birthday to her! A great fun experience!

Google
Amazing place, went for my 21st birthday was my first time ever and can happily say this place is awesome!! Amazing atmosphere, my table of 11 might I add had such a great time with our server Madison!! She was so great; loved the cheerful attitude even with our crying babies!! Thank you so much for such a great time!!!!

Google
We had a wonderful time! Great for kids of all ages. The food was amazing and our waitress, Traci, was great! Very attentive even in a super busy atmosphere. The wait was long but well worth it!

Google
We made reservations for 8pm. Good thinking, because they were very busy. The piña coladas for starters were delicious, and you get to keep the glass. Our server David B. was very polite, attentive, simply delightful. The restaurant was full, but at no point did we feel rushed to clear the table. We had the Korean Stir Fry and The Caribbean Trio. Both were very tasty. For the trio I actually asked for the rice to be replaced with extra vegetables, which was not a problem at all. All in all a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended. And did I mention, David was delightful?

We had a great experience and Sam S. our waitress was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient with us. She engaged in conversation and asked us where we were from. It was inviting and made us feel More comfortable. Food was so delicious and filling. I still was able to bring some home with me for the long drive back to Gainesville. Thanks Sam!! We will be returning soon hopefully:)

On busy nights in the Springs, I definitely recommend being a Laundry's Select Club member if you want to avoid 2 hour+ waits. My mom signed up, and our wait time was cut from 2 hours to like, 25 minutes. The place can be pretty overwhelming sensory-wise, but I honestly like the foliage and decor from floor to ceiling. The place was packed so it was pretty loud, I'm also hard of hearing so it was difficult to talk with my family sometimes. But the food and drink(s) were really good, and our server was awesome! Definitely a restaurant you have to experience at least once in your life no matter your age.

Google
Amazing ambience and decently good food but the service left a lot to be desired. Went there with very high expectations given the ratings but the sever either very tired or just not paying attention. Took a long time to get our food, had to ask for some of the dishes well into the meal and eventually cancel one dish because they probably forgot. We went around 10:40 pm and were told one kitchen had closed so maybe don’t go there close to closing? Other than that, the food was good and the serving size was large. The ambience is the best part - there are enough pictures but they don’t do justice to it.

Google
We had Chris N as a server and he was AMAZING! Treated us so sweetly and swiftly as a first timer. Was very personal and would love to chat with him again! Food was also good (I had the ribs) and drinks were so yummy. Atmosphere is what you’d expect for a rainforest cafe. We were giggling at all the effects! Great end to our Disney trip and would definitely come again :)

Yelp
Magical ! We went here for my sister's 20th birthday early this new year and had a grand Ole time. Walking in with a big family of 10, the friendly staff was able to such a bunch of us withing 15 mins, note that they mentioned that it would take about 45 mins to get seated but luckily we didn't have to wait that long. The food was beyond amazing 10/10, definitely would recommend and return for their food alone and the service was immaculate, thanks to miss Autumn serving us with a smile and a loving heart , all evening. Best service ever , per my grandma. Lovely place to grab a bite to eat with the family and the rainforest Cafe and will definitely be back again

Jasmine F.

Yelp
This is a really cool restaurant to take your family, with the decor of a jungle. My family had a range a meals, from salmon, to pizza, to French fries and coconut shrimp. We enjoyed all of our meals and would definitely take our kids back there. It's a bonus that it's in Disney Springs and you could walk around after. We also made reservations for our dinner, but there were many people who didn't and were seated pretty quickly.

Alexa D.

Yelp
I don't have one of these around me anymore, but remembered loving it as a kid so was excited to check it out in Orlando! We were seated at the bar, which is not immersive at all. We asked to change tables and they were able to make it work. The vibe is really cool with the animatronics and the theming covering every inch. Service was fine. Not super fast, but kind. They sent the chef out to check on my gluten allergies and help me order. I got Taste of the Island and it was...okay. Overcooked shrimp, super dry rice, and steamed veggies from a bag. Not impressed. The pricing does not match the food quality. This would be fun for a kid, but even the theming didn't save the experience for me.

Carla S.

Yelp
The food was marginal at best! Clearly there isn't a chef on staff just to cook Server seemed young and inexperienced ! The ambience is always fun and engaging

Tim T.

Yelp
We sat at the bar the wait was long, the bartender that first took our orders was not very friendly. He didn't act like he was interested in being there, we asked questions and it was like well if you like that. We ordered the big appetizer with chicken strips, cheese sticks, chips and salsa and egg roll. My mom had an issue with her drink and the other bartender was supper nice and handled it very well. Of course it's always nice to see the thunderstorm and lightning show and hear the animals.

Laurie F.

Yelp
It was actually a really good experience. We came here right when the park closed. I ordered the fish and chips which were good. My mother in law has a blackened chicken salad it came out spicy the server apologized and said that's not how it should come and got here a new one. My husband got the taste of the islands and said all of the different flavors were awesome. We got served promptly considering it was slammed and it was a big place with lots cool animal animatronics super fun especially if you had kids. I would go back if I was in the area :)

Alan S.

Yelp
The ambience is fun, as expected of Rainforest Cafe, and the all of the staff was nice and accommodating however the drinks and food were admittedly underwhelming. My partner and I had both ordered the chicken quesadillas which didn't really taste like much, and similarly our drinks tasted watered down. Nothing tasted BAD per say, but when two drinks and two appetizers runs you a $70 bill... I was certainly expecting more from a business on a Disney property where I'm normally happy to spend that much on delicious food.

Aarti H.

Yelp
This was the first time coming here and it was for my son's birthday. We made reservations for 9pm and we were seated around 9:20. It was a super busy Saturday night but the atmosphere was fun and lively. Our server Autumn was super nice and helpful. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and my husband ordered the rasta pasta. The kids got a grilled cheese and chicken nuggets. Everything was tasty and abundant. The kids enjoyed their meals as well. For dessert we got the volcanic brownie with ice cream. The presentation was awesome as the servers came as sang Happy Birthday to our son. It was yummy and we ended up taking half of it home. Overall a wonderful night and experience.

Chris S.

Yelp
We popped in here for a quick drink and I am happy to report Rainforest Cafe is as fun as I remember as a kid! The drinks are a little pricey but that's what you expect for a theme restaurant in Disney Springs. They're fruity and tasty and most come with a souvenir glass! We didn't have any food, just drinks at the bar, where there is not as much theming as the rest of the restaurant unfortunately. Service was speedy considering how busy it was! Definitely a nice nostalgia trip.

Harlee S.

Yelp
The vibe and experience was not as great as I remembered, but the food was to die for. Service could have been better. Felt a little forgotten about. The cafe itself was super hokey. The "show" wasn't even a show, at least not how I remember. The food, however, is top notch. Loved the rasta pasta and pizza we got. Definitely share plates. Portions are big!

Gabby T.

Yelp
I love Rainforest Cafe and I had to try this one in Florida! Same vibes and atmosphere as any other rainforest. The staff were friendly and our food was good! It's always a little pricey here, but I really enjoyed the Cajun steak. Wasn't a fan of the bourbon shrimp that came with it, but the steak was amazing. This is by far the largest Rainforest cafe, and all the animatronics were working! Bathroom is also clean!

Shelby F.

Yelp
I love coming here and it is always super fun. The ambiance is hands down what you come for with the sounds and lights or the aquariums inside. It will definitely bring out your inner child with how it looks and makes you feel inside. It brings back great memories for me for sure just being inside! The food is alright but you don't come to Rainforest Cafe for the food. It is a bit pricey as well but I mean you are at Disney so that is kind of a given. The staff here has always been nice as well whenever we come and I just love it here!

Isabelle T.

Yelp
Absolutely love Rainforest Cafe. A very immersive and interesting interior. The best part was seeing kids smiling and enjoying the thunder and the fishies in the aquariums. The ceiling looked like space and although i'm not a child, i was in awe. The decoration is impeccable and definitely an amusing one. There were large gorillas , elephants, fish, and it really did look like you were in the rainforest. We were seated by a water fountain. A very immersive cafe. The service was good but seeing how they serve children made me very happy. The waiters are very playful and sweet. Our waitress helped us with our order. Although the food was alright, the experience was worth it. If i go again, i would definitely order something simple as the food was alright but the ambiance made my inner child happy, even after all these years.

Ben L.

Yelp
the fish tacos and artichoke dip were great. I heard good things from our table about the soup and ribs as well. The 5 stars goes to the ambiance and service though. Especially Gilbert. he got us the table we wanted, made everyone laugh, and gave great insight on the park and activities. Thank you Gilbert!

Vanessa A.

Yelp
Have been there a few times when visiting Disney Springs, mostly for my daughter she loves the histrionics of the place, the mid show when the rainforest comes Alive. Usually we have to wait to get sit, but never too long 30 mins top if it's a busy night. Food has been good, daughter usually orders a kids meal with the souvenir take home water cup, we have a few now at home. Occasionally we have ordered cocktails their piña colada is very good, you should try it. Food is traditional american, wings, burgers, steak, and service has been consistently good. I recommend if you have young children and you don't mind the loud that comes with the show, it's fun, food is tasty, and the prices typical of a touristic area without being exhorbitante.

Jaclyn K.

Yelp
Wow, I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by Rainforest Cafe! I was hesitant to come because I know it can be touristy and crowded, but we had an awesome experience. We made reservations ahead of time which is a must- I believe the wait without a reservation was an hour and a half. We had to wait in line to check in for our reservation, but it moved fast and was super efficient. The food was really delicious - the salmon honestly might have been one of the best I've had. Our son loved the animals and was entertained!

Cathy G.

Yelp
Food and appetizers wise they're so good. The staff and the chef ( Arnel ) were so accommodating and pleasant. Inside is cool. Pretty sure, we are going back there :)

Liyang S.

Yelp
Let me start by saying the atmosphere of this place is top of the line. Talking tree, realistic sounding rainstorm complete with moonlit sky with stars twinkling in the night and flashes of lightning during the thunderstorms, and realistic moving animals around the restaurant (the elephants !). 5 stars for the atmosphere! Food, however, is something else. It's still good, but I've had better elsewhere for less. Service was good, as expected of a place that prides itself on service (Disney !). So for me, I have to give it a 3 stars. I do encourage you to at least try this place out for the experience. Who knows, you may not be as picky as me.

Samantha K.

Yelp
This was great! If you've never been to one of these restaurants it is worth it just for the entertainment of eating "in the rainforest". It's amazing how well they do with making the place look like it does with all the animals and sounds. Super family friendly but I could see smaller kids potentially getting scared! I thought the food was great. For this place not being known for seafood, it was amazing!! The shrimp was great and the salmon was perfect! I personally loved the curry cole slaw! The service was good, our personal server was very friendly and attentive. The four stars was because our bread for the appetizer took a very long time and we were told they had to toast them. Usually doesn't take 45 minutes.

Jo A.

Yelp
I honestly couldn't remember what I got here. The entire experience wasn't remarkable in anyway, honestly. The food was fine, it was early morning on a Tuesday so it wasn't super busy and we were able to get a reservation. I got a smoothie for my drink with a souvenir cup, which I'm not really sure how you turn off. The smoothie was good, however they use real coconut instead of flavoring so be prepared for that as they taste completely different! We would have liked to look around the restaurant more, but it was honestly overcrowded with tables and we were next to the server station with them constantly loud and blocking the walkway. I got some kind of chicken dish that I believe was only on the local menu. It was grilled chicken, rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and crispy onions. The chicken was fine but spicy, it wasn't too bad but I wish it was mentioned on the menu. The onions were soggy. There was too many tomatoes but I did enjoy the rice. The service was terrible. Our waitress rarely checked on us and we usually had to flag her down despite the million times she was serving the table directly next to us. The man at the door was rude and acted like you weren't worth his time. As I mentioned we were sat next to the server station and heard them consistently talking badly about their customers.

Jeffrey G.

Yelp
Rainforest cafe is nostalgic to me because there was one where I lived years ago. My daughter was turning 3 and we wanted her to have her own weekend with just her mom and dad. We took a trip down to Disney and rainforest seemed like the perfect place for dinner since she loves animals. Food was good, but I wanted to talk more about the service. Again, it was my daughter's 3rd bday, so she was wearing a shirt that reflected that. Every time a new server came by to drop off food or just see how we were doing, they greeted her! It put a huge smile on her face each time and it turn made me smile, as well. They also sang to her and gave her a cupcake for her special day. We can't wait to go back again.

Christina R.

Yelp
The service was excellent, the food was great and the ambiance is amazing. Especially if it's your first time.

Daphney D.

Yelp
Great spot to eat with small children/family environment. I highly suggest making a reservation in advance because Disney Springs in general gets extremely busy, but Rainforest accommodates large groups so there are several families waiting for a table. For this location, you need to make a reservation through the Disney App (credit card required to place the reservation but it's free). Food is okay, not horrific but not the greatest meal you'll ever have. Be patient and openminded that you are in a theme park environment. Service by Lorena was excellent. I praise these employees for their patience with screaming children running around the restaurant all day and night. Mongoose Mai Tai was great -- strong but still sweet enough to sip and enjoy with dinner - $16 and you get to keep the souvenir glass when you leave. Merchandise is plentiful and adorable.

Doreen L.

Yelp
Rainforest Café at Disney Springs has an interesting volcano that blasts fire into the air as you are walking by. We were considering dining here for our little one but we did not end up going in.

Jonathan L.

Yelp
Swordfish special $34 We went for the 30th anniversary and the rainforest Café had a special menu to celebrate. That a bunch of Caribbean flavors with seafood chicken and pork I opted for the swordfish, which is not typically sold at many places. It was cooked well and nobody had an issue with the food once it came out.My wife is a member of Landrys. At the beginning of the night, when we first sat down, the manager came over and thanked us for being members as did our waiter they kept refilling our drinks, the food took an extremely long amount of time to cut out. We had five kids with us, three of which were under the age of seven. The kids noticed that other tables were getting their food before us even though they sat after us. I know the rainforest Café gets busy, but all the times I've been here I've never had the service take so long.  Was a very disappointing experience. The location is great and there are rainforest show that happens every couple minutes kept the kids entertained, but I think the food needs to come out a lot sooner so the children don't have to sit and wait and wait and wait.

Peter M.

Yelp
3.5 stars. location in Disney Springs has a good vibe. Disney Springs has that warm weather Christmas small city feeling that you see in those hallmark christmas movies. come to be entertained, but be prepared to wait a bit. we were quoted an hour wait, but someone in my party has the landry's membership (rainforest cafe is part of the landry's restaurant chain) so we only had to wait 10 mins or so. food is just ok. the rice in the island sampler was very dry, but the fish was pretty good. but you come here to see the moving animals, sights and sounds, especially for kids. server was friendly. Overall, food is a little on the expensive side, but it's expected at Disney, but it's a fun place to see at least once.

Bumpkinz B.

Yelp
A week later and whoever that Sawyer,A was who commented was probably a fake person NOT from Disney dining. I'd be embarrassed Disney Unless the bathroom gets cleaned I wouldn't waste my $$$$ on this place...after all, if they think it's ok for the bathroom to look like this..who knows what the kitchen looks like

James A.

Yelp
I'm giving it a 3, but it's a SOLID 3. The truth is you feel like you're stepping back into the 90s and early 2000s here with a themed dining experience and rather generic (mostly unhealthy) menu. HOWEVER, I will say that the atmosphere inside is still pretty cool (and come on, the volcano outside is awesome), and the staff could not have been better. This is a good place for the kids as there are plenty of "familiar" options to choose from, but adults should probably look elsewhere in Disney Springs.

Matthew G.

Yelp
Service here was amazing servers were very quick and friendly everything about their attitudes was incredible love this place and the vibe of the restaurant food was also very tasty food is what brought my rating down although it was good wasn't 5 star worthy overall great experience

Jazmine B.

Yelp
This is always a go to spot. This place is amazing not only Kids but adults too. It's so much to see from the animals moving, the sounds, lights, Rain and the show. It's always pretty packed due to it being in Disney Spring, so I HIGHLY recommend a reservation. But in the case you don't have reservations the bar is First come first served and of course is kid friendly. ( Look up and tell me what is the bar under ? ) my kids love to come here for many reasons and it's also a GREAT price ! And parents the drinks are soooo good! I always go for the RASTA PASTA ( depending on what meat you add it varies from $24-$30) kids menu $12. Outside is nice and has plenty of picture. And the Volcano!! Kids will be very entertained

Jennifer P.

Yelp
We visited around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. There were 10 of us & we got super lucky and got seated right away. This restaurant is located within Disney Springs which has multiple parking lots and parking is free. We found that the Lime Garage was closest to the restaurant. My son ordered the cheese pizza kids meal with fruit as his side. My fiancé and I shared the Awesome Appetizer Adventure and added the pork spareribs (not pictured). Everything tasted so good & we were satisfied with that as our meal. No one had issues with their orders. All the staff we came in contact with were all friendly. Our waiter, Ted, was very friendly and efficient. He checked in regularly, was great with providing or offering refills before us having to even ask. He did really great especially for a big group like ours. This restaurant is really all for the experience. It is well decorated and animated. The place can be overstimulating so I do not recommend for anyone with sensory issues. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant especially if you have little ones who would enjoy and do well with the interactiveness of the restaurant. They also have a souvenir shop at the end.

Ramona G.

Yelp
Rainforest Cafe is located right at the entrance to Animal Kingdom. You can visit the restaurant without a park ticket. My friend and I stopped here for drinks and appetizers at the end of our day. This is one of the rare places in Disney World with a sports bar. I was able to watch the SF 49ers vs. Philadelphia Eagles game that day. I'm a huge football fan so I was thrilled that this was showing at the park. I was also thrilled that the niners won haha I got a strawberry daiquiri and my friend and I shared the appetizer sampler platter which had spinach artichoke dip, mozzarella sticks, chicken strips, and egg rolls. Perfect portion size to share. Service was great, the bartender was friendly and attentive. Great place to eat and relax at Animal Kingdom.

Vanessa L.

Yelp
We went to Disney springs and stumbled upon the rainforest cafe. When we got there we were told there were only 2 seats at the bar and that they were completely full. So we sat at the bar. The drinks were mid, didn't really taste too alcoholic. I got the rum punch. Nothing to rave about. We also ordered some mozzarella sticks and the island shrimp plate and the mozzarella sticks were cold. So honestly probably wouldn't be back. It was a nice view though being on the water.

Catherine D.

Yelp
great atmosphere even better company! my oh my what a time we had! talk about playing I-SPY. oh god. here comes a rain storm. i gotta go. tell my family that the left drawer by my bedside table had all of my kendall jenner fanfic. that rainstorm was highkey anticlimactic. 4 stars for that actually

Angel R.

Yelp
We had an excellent time today with our server Cassandra. She gave us a warning that our pasta was gonna be spicy and we were READY for it. She offered us the specials but we stuck with our drink choices but I was tempted. Cassandra was nice enough to ask if we were first timers (my girlfriend was) but we kept the thunderstorm a surprise for her. Lovely environment and such nice staff all around!

Brenda P.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. There was a thirty minute wait for a party of two. We sat at the bar (no wait time) and we greeted immediately by friendly staff. The coconut shrimp was okay. I thinks i should have gone with a different plate. My coworker got the Volcanic Cobb salad which she said was delicious and filling. The ambiance was fun with the rain storm occurring frequently. I would give it another shot to try other food options. For now, I'm leaning towards a 3 rating.

Lynn N.

Yelp
Came here with my cousin and their kids to experience the Rainforest Cafe because I figured the kids would get a kick out of the thunderstorm and the animals. We had a big group (8 people) so I made a reservation online and was a bit surprised that after checking in at the host stand, we had to wait a bit longer. This place was super busy! The food was good but the wait staff seemed like they were running around like crazy and pushed their rewards program really hard. The ambiance was what I remember it being with the animatronic animals and the thunderstorms and the kids loved it but after having to wait a long time for our food and then for our check, we were all a bit overstimulated and were ready to get out and have some fresh air.

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
Came here for a quick late night bite because everything else was closed or had no reservations. We were seated immediately once we arrived and our server came to us shortly after. Service itself was kinda slow - the food took ages to come out and we had to constantly ask for stuff (for some reason, we were the only table without ketchup? And we asked for it three times before giving up and getting it from a different table that was empty). As for the food, the nachos were huge. Enough to feed the whole table as an appetizer or three people as an entree. We were not expecting it to be such a huge portion and we couldn't even finish it all. The mozzarella sticks were nothing to write home about - half of them had no cheese inside (lol) and the other half weren't melted. The burgers were basic and good. Overall, pretty good experience for an (almost) midnight meal.

Lorn C.

Yelp
It's the classic sit-on-animal-butts bar we all know and love. Expensive, fine food, extremely adorable. The lava lounge is worth a detour!

Erin M.

Yelp
I've been to the Disney Springs location and the Animal Kingdom location recently and both visits were, well... subpar. While I don't have many great things to say about Rainforest Cafe, I will list out some pros: - great for young kids. I've been here for dinner included kids ranging 1.5 to 6 and most of the time they love it. If you have toddlers, it might be a bit loud and scary for them at first but they seem to like it overall. - portion sizes are fairly big. While they do have that typical "Disney-pricing" that you'd expect to see, an entree here was able to feed me for two meals when taking leftovers home. Now going into some cons... I've never had great service at a Rainforest Cafe. This past visit, my water cup had cracks along the side and I flagged down 3 employees who all told me they could not help me and I would have to wait for our serve to come. It took him 15-20 mins to come back to check in before we could fix the flood happening at the table. At the Animal Kingdom location, the server practically threw the drink straws at us. The food is... edible. Nothing spectacular. But you don't come here for the food, you come more for the experience.

David F.

Yelp
Rainforest Cafe: Where the Animals Roar & the Food...Kinda Snores Holy moly, this place is HUGE! It's like the San Antonio Riverwalk Rainforest Cafe went to the gym and got absolutely jacked. Every 20 minutes, the gorillas and elephants throw a party that would make Tarzan proud. And don't even get me started on the fish tanks - they're so mesmerizing, I almost forgot I was there to eat. Now, let's talk about the grub. I went for the "Trio" - a culinary adventure that was...well, let's just say it had its ups and downs. The coconut shrimp were basically breading with a hint of shrimp (5/10). The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender but tasted like they'd been raised on a diet of cardboard (6/10). BUT, the sirloin was a freaking superstar - juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection (8/10). So, yeah, I'd recommend this place if you're into animatronic jungle creatures and solid steaks. Just maybe skip the shrimp and ribs, unless you're really into breading and blandness. ‍ Oh, and Rainforest Cafe, a little tip (pun intended): Ditch the automatic gratuity on the bill. It's confusing and kinda sneaky. Your servers will get tipped anyway, trust me.

Liz S.

Yelp
The three star rating overall on Yelp seems right. Having tried Yak and Yeti and TRex, other restaurants at Disney by Landry's, this was our least favorite. It wasn't bad exactly, it was just ok. We were able to walk up and get a table sooner than quoted, however, service was a little slow to start. We also had to ask for a lemon for the water several times (which we asked for from the drink order) and they didn't come out til after the food. They were out of the sloth cup for the mocktail, which I am glad the server let me know ahead of time because I just ordered it without the souvenir glass, as I didn't like the substitute. The food was fine, but nothing special. I found the mashed potatoes had that thick gloopy texture. The ambiance is still really fun, I would just suggest TRex for a similar experience with better food or Yak and Yeti in Animal Kingdom (though it doesn't offer the vibes of Rainforest or TRex) for an amazing meal!

Brian M.

Yelp
The typical Rainforest Cafe experience with the thunderstorms and menu, but what made it 5-stars was my waiter who was amazing. He helped us with what foods were favorites and on the menu for the anniversary event as well as what drinks matched our tastes. He was on the spot with our food and drinks and checked in on us. Come experience the rainforest in Orlando. Don't forget your souvenir glasses if you buy specialty drinks!

Rocco D.

Yelp
Never go to a restaurant an hour before closing! We were there 75 minutes before closing it took them 20 minutes to come take or order they didn't realize we had been sat. Then they were sweeping and mopping the floor near by even though there were multiple tables close by. They forgot one of the items we ordered then just put it on the plate, it was dry w no flavor they r made it over and did not take the time to properly mix. They left both plates which was have had there before, we showed the manager didn't seem to care juts took it offered to take it off the bill as it we didn't eat it. My suggestion is to keep one or 2 sections only open late where you will know people are being sat and will wait to clean as it's the last 2 sections, stagger the kitchen so some or come in an hour later and leave an hour later so food is prepared properly or Don take customers 75 minutes from closing!

Matthew Y.

Yelp
This was my first trip to Florida and my first time at a Rainforest Cafe. I have always heard great things about the Rainforest Cafe and being from CA there aren't many near me. So when we made our trip to FL for my birthday deciding to go here was a no-brainer. And it sure indeed lived up to the hype. However, not only was the food delicious, and came at a good time. The Curry sauce and slaw were incredible! But the experience was only made better by our incredible server: Marcelius. He was incredible and had great energy, which he showed to everyone at our party and every one of his tables. Never di it felt forced. He was genuine and super informative. He was articulate and had a great sense of humor and because of him we decided to stay for dessert too and got the volcano birthday dessert. Though we thought the dessert was going to be comped (our fault for that) we were happy to pay as the service was incredible and Marcelius provided a great time and went infinity and beyond.

Yelp
I have always loved rainforest Café. I just came here with my family a couple of weeks ago. And to be quite honest he was not the best experience. We came in a weekend so I understand the way times can be long, but we took an hour and 15 minutes to get a table. Once we got a Spot and we ordered, our food took another hour plus, to get to our table (and this was because we asked the waiter where it was our food). The tables next to us ordered, ate and left before we even got our food. I know sometimes it's luck on the server and server's demands, but this was too much. On top of the fact that the orders it didn't came fully right (mistakes on some plates). Even though the Restaurant itself is a fun place, I'm sad to say that some features of The Animals in the Rainforest were not working... this made our experience disappointing. I understand from the point of view of the Restaurant, that they're trying to get as many people they can for revenue. However from my humble opinion, is not about the quantity but about the quality. So if they can't produce and seven people already had a negative Experience, I hope it's not like this with every table. My recommendation is coming when it's not a weekend to see if your experience is better.

Yelp
I think this is the best location I've been to. They have a cool animatronic alligator with smoke effects that lure you in at the entrance and an over the top firey volcano show starting in the afternoon. The interior sitting area and merchandise store is almost the same as the other locations but maybe bigger than some. The outdoor seating area was different and beautiful as it has the massive lake scenery with boats passing by. Our waitress was Allison and she had to be the best one there, very welcoming & super nice. My favorite was the amazing appetizer adventure, best picks in one.... I recommend you order it to share.

Yelp
It was great but Gilbert who just sat us and check on us was absolutely the best overall experience so nice so sweet!

Yelp
Was it pricey? Yes. Are the portions more than generous? Also yes. This is always a must stop for us when we are visiting Disney.
