My roommate grabbed Cane's after a long day at work and shared her meal with me. Imagine our surprise when we see a fake eyelash in our box. How disgusting. I am disappointed in the hygiene standards that are being held. This is unacceptable and frankly we don't even want to finish our meal. Will be sharing our experience with our peers. With only being open about a week we expected so much more.

Raising Cane’s is one of those places that just gets it. The chicken is always hot, crispy, and juicy, the Texas toast is perfectly buttery, and the fries somehow hit every single time. But let’s be honest the Cane’s Sauce is the real MVP; it ties everything together and makes the whole meal addictive in the best way. It’s simple, consistent, and never tries too hard, which is exactly why it’s so good. You know exactly what you’re getting, and it never disappoints.

Not happy that I was not given an immediate refund as I was placing a DoorDash order for a customer and I accidentally used my Crimson card. I asked the manager to give me a refund and she said oh I’ll take care of it later this evening. I said don’t you need the card. At raising Cane‘s in Oklahoma City if I do this they’ll need the card and they’ll do it immediately. She did not do that. I’m gonna go ahead and file a dispute on with my credit card company because I know in the next three days I’ll still see that charge on there. The lady taking my order was quick to re-ring the customers again to pay with the DoorDash card. I said where’s my refund and she said oh I got you. I’ll take care of it by today. It sounds like a lie to me. I’ll be talking to a manager in the morning

I have only placed mobile orders and they are always ready, fresh, and delicious. It is loud inside the restaurant, but you get what you expect -- good chicken tenders, good fries, good sauce. That's what they offer. A reliable choice and fun for families with the big dog statue inside. Great service and fast!

It was my first time trying raising Cane's and it was great! The chicken, cooked to perfection! The toast, perfectly crispy! The fries, so salty! The sauce was amazing! I even liked the coleslaw, and I'm not a coleslaw fan. Overall a great meal and definitely will eat there again!

There was so much hype built up around Ann Arbor getting a Cane’s, decided to give it a shot as I’ve never had it before. Food is mid. Atmosphere is horrible, in store music WAAAAY too loud. Crowded as hell too, thank god I ordered ahead of time, but even still I had to wade through a sea of people to get my food. I get back home and I see they decided to give me three of the smallest chicken strips to ever exist, which really took the wind out of my sails. I can excuse the rest of the stuff but paying $12 for this amount of food is outrageous. Needless to say it wasn’t worth trying.

I used to like the food, but I'm wondering if standards are slipping post the grand opening. Today, I ordered online for pickup, as usual. I went over right away to get it. My food was cold. I ordered unsweetened tea and got sweetened. There was no ketchup in my bag even though I ordered it. The chicken is great hot, but cold, it's not good. Fries are never good cold.

I'd never had Cane's before this, so I had to give it a try. Food: Box combo no slaw extra fries⭐⭐⭐ The chicken fingers were a bit bland, and the breading mostly fell off. The toast was solid. Next time I will have it extra toasted because it was a little soft for my liking. The fries were pretty soft and sad. I think they might've been sitting for a bit. Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They were great. It was quick and ready shortly after I arrived (I was admittedly early for my mobile order, so thanks to them). And they were extremely busy. Atmosphere ⭐ ⭐ This is where the restaurant suffers. The hard surfaces everywhere create such a loud environment for the entire lobby. The look is fine, but good luck talking to anybody you came with. Overall, I would come back for some quick food. However, there are other options which allows for, in my opinion, better value food in the Ann Arbor area. If you love chicken fingers and need them fast, this is absolutely the place to go. If you're looking for fantastic fries, I'd look elsewhere. Average: 3.3/5 ⭐⭐⭐

Yelp
Was loitering around campus several hours before a Michigan football game several days ago with a friend, and came here to grab some lunch. Really cool Wolverines sports motif inside, and very clean! Employees were friendly and helpful in explaining the menu, and despite it being a little busy at the time, our food didn't take very long to be prepared, and it was delivered to us hot and fresh. Easily the most pleasant experience I've had at a Raising Cane's location. Good location, as well. Will definitely remember this and come back in the future under similar circumstances! Go Blue! 〽

Yelp
The new Raising Cane's in Ann Arbor is a hit! Right as I walked in, I was greeted by the cashiers. Service was friendly, prompt, and quick. I got my food almost instantly! Which is very surprising considering the crowds that come in. I got the 3 Finger Combo with a lemonade. Both were phenomenal as always! The combo came with a drink, fries, toast, and of course 3 chicken fingers. The decor was a mix between Raising Cane's and U of M with a bunch of seating. Which is not surprising considering the location. I liked the touch of disco balls overhead. I can't wait to be back!
