Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

First Visit — I'm a Fan for Life! This was my very first time at Raising Cane’s and honestly... I absolutely loved it! The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, the Cane’s sauce lived up to the hype (I totally get it now), and the toast? Unreal. Simple menu, but everything was done *right*. The staff was friendly, the food came out fast, and everything tasted fresh. I left full and happy and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Definitely a new favorite!

I am so sick of spending my hard-earned money on garbage! You take my money and give me trash in return — I’m over it. I just got in from Houston and hadn’t eaten all day, so I decided to stop at Cane’s. Big mistake! Now I’m pissed and still hungry. The only thing done right was the customer service. Everything else was a total fail. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old grease and was completely overcooked. The fries? Flimsy, bland, and not even a pinch of salt. Absolutely unacceptable. I deserve a refund for this mess.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Raising Cane’s on Plank Road is a family favorite for us—my son is a diehard fan and could honestly eat Cane’s every single day! We visit so often that the staff knows us by name—me, my son, and even my mom. That personal connection makes every visit feel warm and welcoming. The food is always fresh, hot, and crispy—exactly what you’d expect from Cane’s but somehow even better at this location. The consistency here is remarkable, and we’ve never had a disappointing meal. What really sets this location apart is the stellar staff. I’ve seen some of the employees grow from their first day on the job to seasoned pros, and their customer service has always been top-notch. Whether we swing by after school or, like today, after mass, the experience is always wonderful. If you’re looking for a Raising Cane’s location that combines great food with exceptional service, Plank Road is the place to go. It’s a 10/10 for us every time! Highly recommend!

Everything tasted fresh and was steaming hot! The simplicity of the menu is definitely appreciated for those who get overwhelmed with lots of options. The lemonade is great - not too acidic or sweet. The fries were crispy and not soggy from oil like some places. The sauce is yummy as well. A must try if you like chicken tenders!!

Purchased a gallon of lemonade over the weekend. Monday it had mold growing on the top of it. Clean your machines people. I understand what neighborhood you are in but feed us how you want to be fed.

So disappointed in the Plank Rd location. I've been loyal since the original location opened near our campus in 1996. This location does not uphold the quality and customer service as other BR locations. The fries were overcooked and the chicken was undercooked. 1st & last time visiting this one. A cheat meal that turned disastrous. I threw the whole plate in the garbage at work. If you decide to go there, check bag before driving off.

How's about keeping the uncivilized females in the back. Let them cook and never be seen. Stop putting them at the drive through, the cash register, or anywhere where they interact with customers. Just because it's a "black" Canes, doesn't mean it shouldn't be run like all of the others. I DoorDash so I go to Canes all over Baton Rouge. Every Canes is filled with extremely friendly, young men and women, except for this "black" Canes, on Plank road. And, it's never the males. The males are always nice, but certain females just ruin the experience. It's obvious when a person just does not like people and this is the only Canes that hires such people. Now, it is not every female, some are super sweet, but it is prevalent, and I must acknowledge that I know that hiring the most rude, and angry black people seems to be a tradition among fast food restaurants in black areas here, but Canes generally set themselves apart from most fast food restaurants. It's just sad. I think that Cane's standards should be upheld no matter where the restaurant is. Many black people may be used to or feel that we must accept this lower standard, but it is not OK. There are too many black people, who are friendly, decent human beings, and some of these businesses need to have higher standards than a person simply being willing to show up to work.

I LOVE IT!!! I would eat there everyday if it was possible, but can't get fat! Service is great to the are very quick with the services.

Chicken is small. Canes sauce doesn't taste the same it tastes like a thousand island dressing

Restaurant is super clean and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere was very upbeat. I was buying food for a team and the manager on duty assisted me get my tax information together. I had a large order but my food came out quickly. I will definitely visit again.

I wanted something quick but flavorful so I went to Cane's. I had the 4 piece chicken strip dinner. I was surprised at the wonderful flavor and the speedy service.

Super trashy place. Dirty, old. Not well maintained. Drive thru is a joke, not enough staff, chicken super dry and gross. Wish I could give a 1

Fast service and great food. Hot chicken fingers and great dipping sauce. If you are in the area and want raising canes this is your fix.

Great food I always get my order quickly and it's hot and fresh. The canes recipe is great sauce is amazing the toast is on ten. Honestly a lot of people eat the sauce with crawfish (they don't sell crawfish but it's still good). Also they're higher than most fast food restaurants but their chicken is supposed to be made fresh every day so it's worth it.

I got a yelp just to talk about this canes. I LOVE Canes but this location is trash, just like all the other restaurants in this area. Staff is ratchet and rude. They've forgotten my sauce multiple times and its just ruined with ketchup. You can't eat Canes with ketchup. I can live off of Canes but this location is just gross.

Was hungry for seafood but line was too long at Tony's and this is right next door. Service was fast and friendly, food was hot and served quickly. The only bad thing about this place is its noisy inside. There's nothing to lessen the noise and everything echoes. But overall it was a good dining experience.
