Google
The Service: Victor was helping me at the counter. Super friendly & great energy! Very efficient and thoughtful, offered ketchup & hot sauce before I even thought of it. The excellent customer service will definitely make me a regular at this location. The Food: The chicken never disappoints me!! Always crispy outside and super juicy meat! Dipping in their special sauce .. yummy! The buttery toast is my other favorite. I hope my morning toast can be this good too! The Parking: They do have a private parking lot. However, they also have drive thru service using the same parking lot. So it gets crowded and confusing. I prefer to park on the street (free). Try the side street, residential area. Only a few minutes walk.

Google
Cane’s in Burbank has super friendly staff and great service. The Cane’s sauce is definitely the star, so flavorful! The fries are thick and filling, which I liked. My only complaints: I’m not a fan of their ice (too crushed and melts fast), and the ordering process could be a bit smoother during busy times. Still, solid spot for chicken lovers and worth a visit!

Google
Love raising cane's! They're great because they only do one thing - chicken fingers. We need more of these types of restaurants that specialize in just one thing. Service was good too. Only a couple small complaints: the coleslaw had a bit too much mayo, and the table leg was sharp on the edges so I bruised my knee trying to move it farther from my seat (the table was placed too close to the wall)

Google
Really good! The chicken was nice and juicy with a good crunch, the Texas toast was super tasty, and the sauce was really flavorful. Fries? 10/10 crispy just how I like it. Definitely recommend if you’re craving some solid chicken!

Google
I asked before I ordered if they could make my chicken and fries extra crispy? They said that they could. I have to have texture for my food. I got home and the fries were flimsy, chicken very soft. So disappointing. I gave it to my dog. He's thankful. I am hungry and will have to order something from Doordash. This has happened before at this location.

Google
I flew for 12 hours just to taste the chicken from Raising Cane’s, and every minute was worth it! The chicken is incredibly juicy and crispy, the unique sauce is to die for, and the fries are perfectly browned. An essential experience for fried chicken lovers!

Google
I stopped by this Raising Cane's location because I never been to this one and was in the area. I placed my order ahead of time through their mobile app and the earliest time they said it would be ready is 10:30am when they open at 10am. So i decided to just show up early since they don't have many parking spot and can start backing up. I found street parking across the street so I parked there and walked. I walked inside and I will advise if you did a mobile order then let them know so they can start working on it right away. Since I checked in, they found my order and started working on it. I got the box combo with no drink and sub out the coleslaw with extra fries. I also got 2 extra pieces of their bread. The employees here are very nice and always kept checking on me like if I wanted something to drink. My order was done in like 10 minutes so I got my order ahead of time. The combo box was good with the chicken tender and fries. The bread was also good as well so you can't go wrong with Raising Cane's.

Yelp
Have been coming here for a while It's the quietest Canes Not sure why this establishment has so many 1/2 star ratings Every time we come we have no issues and the food is always the same. Alex has great customer service by the way. 5 stars

Yelp
Hands down the more overrated fast-food chain ever. The chicken - not bad from a flavor standpoint, but the tenders I received were ridiculously small. I ordered the 3-tender combo, and the tenders were barely larger than chicken nuggets received at some other places. If I go to KFC or another restaurant and the tenders are that small they give you an extra one to make up for it. Not Raising Cane's! They charge you a premium and give you really small pieces. The Cane's Sauce - I get that some people love the Cane's sauce, but it is not my thing. That is fine, tastes can be subjective, everybody likes different things. But the real problem here is there are no other options, so if you like something different, Raising Cane's raises their middle finger at you. They TELL you what sauce you are going to have and you are going to like it. That is ridiculous! Offer the Cane's sauce for people who like it, but offer options for people that don't. Basically, they are saying if you don't like the Cane's sauce they don't want your business. Fine, I'll go elsewhere for my chicken tenders. Considering how many options there are for chicken, they should not be driving people away cause they want to shove their sauce down our throats. The French Fries - Maybe they are good if you eat them in house, but they put the fries in a closed container while they are hot and with the hot chicken. The heat from the fries and chicken form condensation in the container so the fries get soggy and limp. There is a reason why all other fast-food restaurants put their fries in open sleeves. Also, the portion of fries I received was incredibly small, like a value size fries at another restaurant. The Texas Toast - I love Texas Toast, but when taking the food to go it has the same issue as the fries. In a container with hot food so the condensation makes it soggy. Again, also like the fries, it is probably better in house than to go. Lastly, their drive thru is a mess. Cars have to cross lanes and try to avoid other cars. You literally have to circle the building twice to get in and get out. I don't know how there aren't tons of accidents there. And if anyone ever gets hit by a car, I hope they sue this place out of existence. Bad, bad, bad, and then more bad. Avoid at all costs.

Yelp
I hope it's not like this again but I just have had too many bad experiences when ordering here Since the website was down I asked if I could order over the phone and that was fina according to someone there. When I got to the restaurant my order wasn't ready, it wasn't even in the system and they kept getting and guessing on what I order. Between placing the order over the phone and then placing it again at their restaurant and only after talking to four different workers about it I got my order 70 mins later Should have just gone through the drive through

Yelp
I've been here several times and I've never had a problem. You'd think with all these low ratings that it would be less busy. But, no, lines have been long each and every time I've been. Chicken is fine, sometimes it's better than other times. For the most part, chicken tenders have been good and not dry. Sauce is flavorful. Bread is nice and buttery since I usually ask for both sides to be buttered. I'm not a fan of their Cole slaw. Drinks are delicious. Staff members are great! The only thing I don't like is their drive thru. Drive thru is kind of weird and you can only enter one way.
google avatar

Cherise W.

Yelp
Went thru the drive thru. Purchased two box combos. The service is very friendly . Sometimes the drive thru gets a little crowded but it goes quick. In my opinion the price of the tenders almost 30$ and the size don't match at all. Sometimes the tenders are extremely small. Very disappointing.
google avatar

Erica M.

Yelp
As a first timer at this establishment I'd say it's pretty good. The prices are decent however the food itself is a bit of a miss. The fries were extremely salty and the chicken needs to be more crispy. They do however have good customer service and their signature sauce and coleslaw are solid. I'd be back for chicken and coleslaw. 3.75 overall

Yelp
Surprisingly, ever since Burbank got its own Cane's, I've steered clear most in due part because of the crazy looking amount of people that were in the drive thru when they first opened. Fast forward to a few years later, I finally decided to give it a try. I had a car full of kids and one of them asked if we could go to Cane's. I hesitated but then decided why not. First and foremost, the parking lot is that of nightmares. I don't see how any cars will be able to leave the parking lot with the amount of cars that go through the drive thru. Also, the drive thru is a nightmare in itself where you must go through it not once but twice it seems, although they are different lanes. Luckily when we went the line wasn't insane. There was a large truck that ordered at the part of the drive thru that takes tour order, but he ended up parking in the most open parking space he could find because the drive thru is very narrow laned in some spots. The employees that I encountered were very kind, helpful, and quick. My drive thru experience wasn't very long luckily. The food was actually pretty okay, but I don't have any other Cane's locations to compare it to. The chicken was very good and I was surprised at how good the Cane's sauce was. The toast was also really good, the coleslaw and fries were standard and nothing special. Needless to say, I tried it and it was alright.

Yelp
Love fries, tenders, bread and the sauce. It's a good value. Service is good. No ambiance fast food joint

Yelp
Get all new Management and staff that knows what their doing. Food sucks, dining room is dirty and the bathroom is worse than a Andy Gump. How do you go from a 4.5 stars to 2.1 in less than a year.
google avatar

Natasha K.

Yelp
Did not live to the hype. Nothing special. If anything have it fresh! Service was easy. We used the app. Long lines, but went pretty quick! I can list a few other fast drive-thru spots with better chicken. Not impressed so won't be coming back.
google avatar

Yelp
Busy as expected for many Cane's locations...be prepared to wait a bit. Efficient service (at least for inside orders) given the inside crowd and outside traffic. (The drive through line was long...) Space was clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Yelp
First of all, I don't usually complain this much about any restaurant, period If there's option to give half star or zero star, I would do that. I had a worst experience from this location. Their food is still good and always consistent but the service was pretty terrible. In terms of the service, they are below average and yes I understand that they were busy. But still, they were not attentive at all to their customer. I ordered the food and got the table outdoor and went to the restroom to wash my hands. I was waiting for my order to be served around 20~25 minitutes or so. And I realized that someone who came later than me got the order earlier than me. I had to ask the employee about my order, if they are still coming. They found out my food right behind the counter and they were sitting there whole time while I was waitng. The guys they called my name for 20 minutes but I was there whole time and did not hear my name at all. They did not appologize and lied to me Instead of admit their mystake and own what they did, just simply lied and said that "here's your food" That was all. In my opinion, the coperate people or the management should step up and train them how to treat their customer from the beginning Pretty upsetting and I don't think I will come back this location any time soon.

Yelp
I first tried Cane's in Cathedral City and loved it, but I can't say the same about the Burbank location. I've been there a few times and have been disappointed each time: small portions, cold food, and wrong orders. After saying I would never return, I did the unthinkable and went back, only to be let down again. I placed an online order because the drive-thru and parking are terrible. I parked two blocks away and sent my younger siblings to pick it up. All I wanted was an Arnold Palmer, but instead, I received a half-filled large lemonade. Are you serious? You filled the cup halfway and had the audacity to call it a large. Of course, my siblings aren't confrontational, and I was in pajamas so I couldn't confront them but after tonight never again!!! Beware--this place is a joke. If you want cold food, small portions, and wrong orders, then come here.

Yelp
The worse customer service by both managers on duty!!! Ordered a caniac combo with NO salt on the fries and received undercooked fries. Went back to let them know of the issue and they had me waiting around 30 min. At the end of story I didn't get a sorry or offered to remake the combo. Non apologetic. Will never be coming back to this location!!!

Yelp
4th time ordering at Raising Cane's and as much as I enjoy my chicken tenders, and Fruit Punch, I may have to search for other options to get my chicken fix because the quality just isn't there. -The value is not there when I compare Cane's to Wing Stop Chicken or Dave's Chicken. Don't get me wrong, Cane's is good taste-wise but in terms of the price, how much meat you get, and the hassle to order at Cane's, I am a bit put-off. (Cane's is always busy. The drive-thru is long, inside is packed, the parking lot is super dysfunctional). -The piece of toast and fries are good but again, it's not something to write about. - Ambiance is loud, crowded, and overwhelming Also had an unpleasant experience from two workers there. One worker gave us a gift card instead of a rewards card we wanted and it delayed us from ordering when we were at the very front because of the worker's mistake of not checking that he gave us the right cards. Then, the cashier was not helpful at all asking us what we wanted to do with rewards, telling us we have to sign up for the rewards online, (ok yes we know that already we are online trying to register, our issue is this gift card we were given didn't have the registration code to activate rewards from our phones!) then she goes on saying things like "You'll have to be a rewards member to get the rewards. Oh, here, this is the rewards card. Looks like you have some other card in your hand." Had to share my experience because the employees didn't have it together.
google avatar

Rebecca D.

Yelp
All the 2 star Yelp reviews worried me, but I came here on a Sat. night at 6pm with no problems. I had a $25 gift card to spend. Hubby and I got the Caniac combo to share. The nice cashier helped us figure out how many extra tenders to order to make $25. Food was ready in no time, everything was tasty, but would have liked crisper fries.

Misty F.

Yelp
Honestly the quality of the food is bad. There's literally no seasoning. I've been to it twice thinking maybe the first time was a bad batch but the second time was just as bad. Who even likes this crap. Nothing about it is special and it's really overrated.. Popeyes or Chick fil-A is better
google avatar

Morgan B.

Yelp
Was craving Canes sauce so drove to the Burbank location for a Caniac Combo, Cup of Canes sauce, and Sweet Tea. The food is consistently the same quality (mid) no matter what location you go to. I would definitely prefer canes over a few other fast food places though. The line can fill up quickly if estimate a 5-10 minute wait time from order to receiving your food. Parking isn't too bad but not many spots for how busy it is. The vibe inside is pretty clean and the staff is nice. Not worth the drive from LA though in my opinion.
google avatar

Ericka B.

Yelp
I've always wanted to try Cane's so this is my first ever experience trying it! The drive thru looked a bit hectic so I recommend going in. I expected it to be busy as I went on a Friday night. The line inside went fairly quickly and got our food in about 10 mins. Overall, I love their chicken and toast but their sauce was the star of the show! The fries were a bit soggy but I ate it at home and (pro tip) popped them in the air fryer! Made such a difference!! There's also plenty of seating inside. The only downside was the parking lot. I didn't really know where to enter as the cars from the drive thru lane were blocking it. It was a super small lot and didn't want to deal with drive thru so I parked across the street in the other businesses lots and crossed the street. It wasn't a bad experience for me at all but not amazing.
google avatar

Angela G.

Yelp
This is my first time at this Cane's. The first thing that stood out to me was the drive thru. There are multiple lanes that you can go through. In one you just order then you make another looptie loop around to pick up your food. Me and my kids got a kick out of it. It has what you would expect from Cane's. But the chicken fingers were small. Everything was fresh as least which was cool. I may go check them out again just for the fun drive through!

stwelvv

Yelp
Trash quality. This is children's food. Chicken tendies, fries, and bread, and terrible slaw from the frozen food section in Walmart repackaged as adult food and it's a scam and overpriced.
google avatar

Gayane L.

Yelp
Love Raising, the food is always great. Some days the chicken can taste better , but overall I am always happy with my order. I always get a good customer service here except the last one. I ordered 2 combos and 1diet and 1 reg coke from the drive thru. I asked her which one is which ( as they usually write it down on the lid and this time I saw there was nothing written on the lids) so I needed to know as I only drink diet coke and my mom drinks regular. Guess her answer. That employee had an attitude problems and she said " we ran out of sharpie and I don't know which one is which" Wow, that is terrible customer service. How rude of that employee. I didn't appreciate the way she talked to me. That's very unprofessional and rude. I hope she will read this review and get little embarrassed. As their food never disappoints, I will go there again, ask her name and write it down here to make sure she changes her attitude towards her customers!! Ridiculous behavior!

Benjamin E.

Yelp
they have a drive-through you cannot maneuver and if you wanna park and go in, it's impossible to park and go in don't come here

C. H.

Yelp
Service was fine and it seemed clean, but my god, the meal was overpriced and bland. Chicken fingers and coleslaw were both bland, fries had no salt or seasoning. On top of that I felt sick to my stomach the next morning. Never again!
google avatar

C R.

Yelp
This place lives up to it's bad rating. Chicken & sauce were decent, about what you would expect. Fries were rubbery and tasted a little old. Service was not great. They would not accept a Raising Canes gift card. When explaining this, the cashier was EXTREMELY rude. And even then, they never explained why. They just said they wouldn't take it. They were also out of coleslaw, one of the 5 things they actually make. Not like there's an extensive menu here, which is fine, but keep things in stock and prepared. We weren't told until we got to the cashier, after we had ordered. They said they would give us "extra" fries instead, which we never received. We won't be returning.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a very small Canes. One of the smaller ones I have seen. I'm not sure it was intended for long lines. I am sure they did not anticipate the crowds. Especially for those dining in. The inside line wraps up and around the limited tables. This means that if you are eating inside, there are people standing very close to you. When I arrived there was 20 people in front of me and zero tables available. I would feel better if they limited the traffic flow for safety reasons. The waiting area is also small. Especially during busy times. The drink area is in the corner, which also gets busy with everyone standing around waiting for their name. Careful with what name you give. Someone else had my name. The parking lot is small. If you find a spot, consider yourself lucky. It's even luckier if you are able to back out dodging everyone exiting the drive thru. If you are in the drive thru, it starts on Oilve. Look for the cars. It's insane. The food is good. My guy and I shared the 6 tender combo minus the slaw with extra bread. The lemonade is extra and is stored behind the counter. The staff is plentiful. However, not all lines were open. We were lucky to score an outside table, which is perfect since we had our dog. Pack your patience and expect a long wait. It's Cane's and they have a good following.

Yelp
You need a map with a key and compass to find your way to the drive thru line at this Raising Cane's location. Seriously! We entered this location following the drive thru signs only to later find out that we were in the wrong line. The line we were in was an extension of the other drive thru line. Confused-yeah we were too. We were told to go back out of the main parking lot, make a left, then another left by the liquor store and come around the back near the blocked off neighborhood entry. Say what? Let's continue. So, we finally get in the correct drive thru line and we're greeted by an employee who took our order. We had to drive out of the parking lot on the opposite side to get back to the main road after receiving our food. We could've used Dora the Explorer and her map to maneuver around this place. The food was Raising Canes-chicken tenders and fries. I do wish that extra sauce was a guarantee, especially when ordering the Caniac Combo. .
google avatar

Karla C.

Yelp
The drive thru was very efficient. My first time here and was able to get my food with not issues. The chicken tenders were hot and the fries weren't soggy, very good.

Merrill F.

Yelp
First time there (Burbank) at lunch time. Service was fine. Did not receive cole slaw with order. Was charged extra 30 cents for lemonade. Chicken straps had no flavor. Ate in music was to loud. Will go back to KFC nexttime for chicken strips which are flavorful.

Yelp
Smelled way better last visit. Staff is always super friendly. Seemed better last time I went I will admit.
google avatar

Yelp
Not too long a wait on this visit, probably due to the monsoon today ! The only issue I had was no hot sauce or ketchup in the box .
google avatar

Marvin B.

Yelp
Amazing, the best fast food in the valley. A lot of these reviews on here are excessively picky. People giving 1 star because they want more food (order more then), 1 star because they'd prefer BBQ sauce (get some and bring it home), 1 star because it's busy (I go in the lunch hour and it's fine, also ordering ahead is so easy), 1 star because they don't like the ice or tripped on the sidewalk coming in, I see all kinds of off reviews. Listen. Order ahead to pick up, order enough food, they have box options, and if you don't like canes sauce that's fine. Every time I come here my food is hot and ready fast, tastes great and is significantly cheaper than a majority of the other fast food options around. Funny with all the "bad reviews" it still always has a crowd, wonder why that is???
google avatar

Chrissy Valencia B.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. Ok food. The rude cashier kept slamming the drive thru door and left half of the order out. When I informed her she acted like I was lying. And she threw the food at me for no reason. Wouldn't come here again bc if they are this nasty who knows what they are doing to the food. The manager was fine but they need to do better.
google avatar

Stephanie S.

Yelp
I can see why it's rated so low but give em a shot. The food is still really good and always reliable. The only thing I can say is the attendants at the drive through are a little lost sometimes BUT as long as a manager is close by to solve those smaller problems they're ok. The drive thru is really fast so we love that. The efficiency really is why I'm rating it this way. I love your bread and sauces!
google avatar

Chloe E.

Yelp
They forgot some of my food in the order. The ambiance was okay though. I would go back
google avatar

Batman5000 A.

Yelp
Chicken was gross and green and the staff had no idea why it was green. Not coming back.
google avatar

Herb C.

Yelp
So disappointed with this Cane's. The size of the tenders has gotten so small and the portions of the fry's with the 3 piece is pitiful. Do better.

Hamlet S.

Yelp
Would have never stopped here for food if it wasn't for my children. This place is disgusting to say the least. I never write reviews but this place deserves it. I don't see what the hype is with this place. Stay away!
google avatar

Rob M.

Yelp
Please canes add some dog menu! That's your image but don't have dog friendly menu! Put some chicken fingers with no salt and seasoning! Simple and easy! Or else food is good!
google avatar

Yelp
The customer service here is very upbeat and friendly. This Burbank location is VERY busy, so expect a line of cars snaking through the parking lot... the chaotic looking drive-thru is the best option as parking in the lot is a nightmare (no room or enough space). The drive-thru is not so bad as it looks, the lines do go by quickly. I do think their chicken tenders are on the BLAND side;however, my kids love this place and I cannot deny it's a QUALITY chicken tender compared to other competitors. To off set the blandness any sauce you can think of helps... their Cane's sauce (Cajun mayo), Heinz Ketchup, and Louisiana Hot sauce brand are available. The menu is simple: Chicken Tenders, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Wavy Fries, Texas Toast, Cole Slaw. Their house made brand Ice-Tea and Lemonade are refreshing and made using sugarcane sweetener - it's very sweet and you can purchase it by the gallon if your a fan. Overall I think this is a great location.

Yelp
Great food,, we didn't wait at all ( it was noon on a Thursday), nice staff and great food. But the parking lot makes no sense, it's a mess.

Review Z.

Yelp
It's fine. Menu is even more basic than In-N-Out. The chicken strips are juicy yet bland at the same time. I'd mostly recommend it to people who can't handle spice. People who can't eat Indian or Mexican food. Or people who sweat eating Popeye's spicy chicken. People who would die immediately after eating wasabi....Raising Cane's is your spot. This spiral drive thru though.... Anyone who has read or watched Uzumaki knows what I'm talking about. This drive-thru is a portal to hell.

Yelp
Great customer service and food was fast Very fun time with my family there Will return to this location

Yelp
Look, I love the food at Raising Canes and this location is no exception. If you want good chicken fingers and fries with great sauce you can't go wrong with 99.9999% of locations. They are incredibly consistent. That all being said, this location is an absolute disaster of an operation. The parking lot and drive through are severely undersized and poorly designed. Be prepared to get yelled at and almost get in an accident just trying to park in their parking lot. The employees of this location also seemed to be incredibly stressed out and frazzled with multiple people every few minutes needing corrections on their order. Hopefully they can get their act together so people can enjoy the food without the stress!

Yelp
They wouldn't redeem a free box combo gift card that they gave me when they first opened. How about use great customer service and just honor it as a sorry. Fail.

Yelp
My stomach hurts after eating here. The fries and sandwiches were very salty. We ordered a kids' combo with a lemonade, but the lady gave us an empty cup and two lids. Where is the lemonade? They were out of ketchup. Parking was easy, restaurant is nice, some staffs work really hard. This is 4:10 PM on 10/25. I feel sorry for the customers who eat here, the manager, the owner, and the brand. I guess this is a constant challenge for this restaurant. :(

Yelp
Great fried chicken tenders. Love the box combo! Service was fast and friendly. Just wish there was one closer to home. We'll be back.
