Was shocked at the number of people in line. Drive through and inside was both what felt like 30 plus in front of me. Shocking I was able to place my order in 8 minutes or less of being in line and had my food which was for 5 of us in less than 10 minutes. Service was excellent, food was probably some of the best chicken fingers ever. Highly recommend.

As a family of passionate Raising Cane’s fans, we were genuinely excited about the new location opening, especially since my husband is an LSU alum. We’ve had the pleasure of tasting Cane’s at its original location and know exactly how the signature flavor is meant to be, so our expectations were high. I was invited to the grand opening in February but unfortunately missed it due to timing. With the overwhelming crowd that followed, we decided to wait until things settled before giving it a try. Last week, I happened to be in the area early in the morning and went through the drive-thru just as they opened. I was the third customer and ordered two box combos with extra Cane’s sauce. It took over 15 minutes to receive our order, a bit surprising given how early it was. I also noticed at least three other bags already packed and sitting near the pickup area, not sure why the process was delayed. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. It had overpowering oil smell that affected the overall taste of the meal. The Texas toast was also only toasted on one side. Overall, the quality was a big letdown, especially for our first visit to this new location. It was disappointing, especially since we know the high standard Cane’s usually upholds. I truly hope this was just an off day. But as loyal fans who’ve followed Cane’s across cities, this visit didn’t reflect the quality we’ve come to love. Hoping the team takes note and brings the experience up to Cane’s usual excellence.

Had very low expectations from what I’d heard, but was pleasantly surprised! The service was awesome, got the food fairly fast, considering it was a continual long line. We went inside to eat, since I wanted it to be fresh. I got the first combo on the menu and I’m glad I did, the coleslaw is delicious! The chicken is small and crispy. The sauce is definitely delicious! I taste a lot of paprika in it. I did want to dip everything in it, it’s like crack. The Texas toast was meh, but the fries were good and salty. My son got the kids meal and only left a few fries uneaten. We’ll be back for sure!

Ordered the 3 finger combo during the dinner rush. The food came out in a decent amount of time, and the premises were pretty clean all things considered. The food itself was pretty good. The toast was soft and flavourful, and the fries were pretty run-of-the-mill. The tenders were great though! They were tender, moist, and paired great with the Caniac sauce (to be expected). Definitely one of my favourite places to eat whenever I'm in the area.

Google
The chicken by itself lacked flavor. The sauce is the saving grace for the chicken. The bread was toasted (only on one side) and cold...very disappointing. The location was very busy and the workers were trying their best to keep up with cleaning the dining room. But they could not keep up. We had to wipe our own table and seat.

Google
During busy time, navigating the parking lot and finding parking is difficult. The inside is chaos. I felt bad for those sitting inside because the line of people to order food stood right next tho the tables. Very loud inside! The condiment/drink station is not laid out well and there is a chaotic line. Seating outside was great. No ranch dressing. You can only get their proprietary sauce, which is so-so. Breading on chicken is bland. Fair price overall. Free refills.

Google
First trip there, like most! Great simple but tasty concept. Chicken was hot and fried to perfection. Drive thru was as fast as it could be. Sauce was a very nice compliment to the chicken strips. Fry’s and slaw were nice, the toast was a great compliment to the meal! Enjoyed the food and we will be back.

Google
The Raising Cane's in Canton MI generally lives up to the chain's reputation, focusing exclusively on their popular chicken finger meals. Food: Expect consistently tender and juicy chicken fingers, crispy crinkle-cut fries, buttery Texas toast, and their signature tangy Cane's sauce, which is often the main draw for many. The coleslaw is a standard creamy side. The menu is very limited, so know that you're going specifically for chicken fingers. Service & Atmosphere: As with many Cane's locations, especially newer ones or those on busy roads like Ford Road, expect it to be busy. The drive-thru can often be confusing, have significant lines, particularly during peak meal times. Inside is typical fast-casual – usually clean and geared towards quick turnover. Service generally aims to be fast and friendly, but waits can happen due to high volume. Overall: If you're craving quality chicken fingers and don't mind the simple menu or potential wait times due to its popularity, the Canton Raising Cane's is a solid and reliable option that delivers what the brand is known for

Yelp
When entering canes I usually like to order a box combo with extra sauce. I like ordering from the place itself because it comes out fresher and warmer than door dashing it to your house. The chicken tender is pretty bland and doesn't have much seasoning which is where the sauce comes in. A mix of tangy juices and a kick of pepper helps level out the flavors in your tongue creating a sensation of taste in your mouth, which is why I usually order extra sauce. The box combo is the safest option when ordering from canes because you get the right amount of chicken, fries, bread, and coleslaw which is cheaper than adding the bread and coleslaw to a 3-piece combo. Overall, I rate canes a 7.8/10 because I think the food is amazing but there isn't enough healthy options or variety on the menu when ordering there. But if canes wanted a 10 from me,they would have to add a canes chicken sandwich to their menu, with canes chicken in the middle, covered with canes sauce, and lastly, with two buns of Texas toast and extra toppings to finish it off.

Yelp
I stopped in at this Raising Cane's around 1 a.m. early Saturday knowing the late-night rush would mean a wait. No problem there--I ordered a Caniac Combo and a 3-Finger Combo after about 30 minutes in line we finally got to order our food. Unfortunately, the hold-up after ordering was where the wheels came off. I watched guests who were still behind me in line pick up their food, eat, and leave while our name never got called. At 1:45 a.m. I politely asked the expo staffer to be sure our order hadn't been missed; she brushed it off with "everyone's waiting a long time" and walked away. By 2:00 a.m.--a full half-hour later--I tried again, explaining that plenty of customers had already cycled through. She gave me the same excuse but this time i didnt let it go and aksed her to check for my name. When she finally did check the screen, our ticket wasn't even there. She glanced at the counter, spotted a lone bag that had been sitting the whole time, handed it over with a casual "Oops--well, it's still warm." It wasn't. The chicken and fries were lukewarm at best by the time we got home, and the toast had gone chewy. I had to re-heat everything up. I get that late nights are hectic, but basic order tracking and a quick name check the first time I asked would have avoided the entire mess. When you're this busy, no bag should sit on the counter and dont brush of customers no matter how busy you are. Again, I dont mind the wait I mind the bad customer service. Disappointing visit!

Yelp
No Love from me , once was enough. Why do some people not like raising canes? It is arguable that without Cane's sauce, the chicken is just regular dry chicken. It is borderline comparable to frozen chicken strips from the store. And even their crinkle cut fries can't be saved with some fry seasoning and sauce, from being a bland entree to go along with an already bland meal. #raisingcanes #cantonmi

Yelp
The Metro Detroit area finally has its first Raising Cane's, 3 months prior to this review. Naturally the fast food establishment received plenty of customers over that stretch of time in a manner similar to Chick-fil-A. Whenever I drove down Ford Rd and passed it up, there were long lines circling around the parking lot creating traffic backups. Since then the hype has died down a little, so I took the opportunity to finally grab me a meal. Now this is not the first time I've been to a Cane's, as I was first exposed to one while visiting a friend in the Kansas City area. I enjoyed my meal at the time because of the anticipation and I never had it available to me at home (East Lansing already had one, but its not worth driving to it from where I live). Now that we finally have one close by, I can definitely say I have a more grounded perspective on the restaurant and it's food. To start I wanted to inform you that I ordered 2 of the 3-piece combo meal that each featured 3 tenders, fries, a Texas toast, drink and their famous dipping sauce. The tenders are delicious, but they are undersized to say the least. The fries taste okay, but crinkle are quite bland if they aren't seasoned with anything beyond salt. Truthfully the weakest item on here is the Texas toast, which is too soft to the point where it feels like it's not even baked completely. To top it off it doesn't really taste good and feels like it needs their sauce just to give it flavor. Speaking of the sauce, I really dig it despite many people saying that it's overrated. They have great lemonade and iced tea, but I'm not including those in my total assessment. My final verdict of Raising Cane's is that it's good and you're probably going to enjoy your meal. But if you're spending $10 to feed one person it's not a great value and they don't offer anything that stands out when you can get just as good (if not a better) chicken tender meal at your local eatery. While it's not the biggest deal in the world, I am also not a big fan of making a chicken sandwich with multiple chicken fingers vs an actual chicken patty.

Yelp
So much hype, so disappointing! I ordered 4 chicken fingers, fries, toast, and coleslaw. The fries were ridiculous! So white and limp. Yuck! The chicken fingers themselves were very bland. It tasted like they didn't have salt on them. I didn't like the gristly bits I had in several bites. The tenders definitely needed the sauce, which was pretty good. I will not be back.

Yelp
I think when it comes to Cane's there are two mindsets, those who love it and those you don't see what's the big deal. We are the family that happens to love and crave Cane's. We are so happy to get one closer to us so we do not need to drive out to East Lansing. I wanted to avoid this place for a while when it first opened because I knew it would attract huge lines. We tried going to the EL location, but there was an event and the line was out the door, so we came here instead. The drive-thru area was absolutely crazy. I am not even sure of the wait time, maybe 45 minutes. We wanted to eat there and were able to walk right it, get in a line, and order within five minutes. The dining room was very busy, but spots did open up and there is a lot of outdoor seating. We did manage to find a spot and got our food in a very reasonable amount of time considering how crowded the inside and outside were. The food was as expected, very consistent to Cane's, very good and very satisfying. I got the four piece with two breads and asked for the chicken and fries to be extra crispy. The chicken was so good, very juicy, the sauce perfect. The bread warm and soft and garlicy. I do like the fries, but be aware even if you asked for them crispy, they are not really, but I enjoy them. I always order an extra sauce, because you need at least two. This time I also tried their famous lemonade since I have only tried their famous tea in the past. It was really good, very mellow, lemony without being harsh or tart. It is worth getting. I am not sure if they have refills on it but I don't think they do. If you want refills, you could always ask. The décor is fun as always. I will definitely be back sooner than I would to the EL location. I am sure it will probably often be busy, but hopefully not as crazy as now.

Yelp
My daughter was all excited to try raising canes since they have been all hyped all over tik tok. The location is big, no customer parking next to the restaurant. Options are Lowes behind them or some random parking lot to the side. Security directing the traffic. Packed inside as expected the lines moving fast. Staff was friendly. Ordered a large combo to share. Chicken is juicy and crispy, fries was ok, toast is a bit overrated and the sauce unfortunately too acidy and sour to my liking. The kicker was when I placed my order and gave my name the cashier told me he cant use my name its prohibited in their system. I had to become Barbara to get my food. Discriminatory much..!?

Yelp
Having had this franchise in other states, I was happy to have one open here in Michigan not too far from us. Raising Cane's is definitely ok for what it is. Their chicken tenders are cooked the perfect way to me. Sometimes you can get a batch that seems less seasoned and other batches are perfect. The Texas toast always is done well and a must for the meal. The cane sauce I'll admit is not my favorite at all. I prefer their honey mustard sauce. Their lemonade is really good and it's because of the ice I fell lol. The prices are not too bad compared to other places. This location had plenty of staff and I hope it stays that way. They were all pretty courteous and non aggressive or irritable with how busy it is. They put a lot of local decorations in the store which is cool. Overall give it a try. It's a busy wait because they are still new, but overtime the grove will be ok!

Yelp
Im not sure where the hype is coming from when it comes to this place the line is always too long. Finally got a chance to try it today. First of the food doesn't look anywhere near the photos on website. The chicken is average is not even season well. Plus its a bit soggy. Fries is the same not crispy at all. The coleslaw is another story. It has a bit of a spoiled smell. I know its cabbage but cmon its not appealing at all plus it taste so bland. Not going back there for sure

Yelp
Tried the new Raising Cane's in Canton, and I have to say, the location itself is fantastic. The staff was super friendly, the place was spotless, and they even had the good ice in the drinks--which is always a win. My food came out hot and fresh, and everything seemed to be running really smoothly. That said, this was my first time trying Raising Cane's, and I have to be honest--I was kind of underwhelmed. The chicken and toast didn't have much seasoning, and the Cane's Sauce, which I've seen hyped up all over TikTok and Mukbang videos, just didn't do it for me. I know people are obsessed with it, so maybe it's just a personal preference, but I don't see myself craving it in the future. If you're already a fan of Raising Cane's, you'll probably love this spot. But if you're trying it for the first time, just know it might not live up to the internet hype...

Yelp
Brand new Raising Canes in Canton! Place looks great. Large seating area inside and, when the weather gets warmer, a large patio outside. They have a double drive thru to keep the traffic moving. The service was over the top friendly. They were super quick and extra energetic. Had the sandwich combo and 2 orders of the 4-piece tender combo. Both the sandwich and the tenders tasted great. The goods: I'd probably ask for more sauce on the sandwich, the bread absorbed most of it. The tenders in the combos were pretty inconsistent in size. One box had 4 decent size pieces but the 2nd order had 3 tiny tenders (see picture for comparison next to a small plastic fork). The quality was great but for the price I was expecting larger pieces. The fries and slaw were good. I also didn't like the packaging... the styrofoam/plastic was flimsy and one of the larger containers split on the end when I was carrying it, luckily the slaw and sauce was in separate containers otherwise it would have spilled. I'd come back for service, the toast, and the sauce...

Yelp
Got to try out this location a day before opening & was pleasantly surprised!! Service was quick & employees were all super friendly. The lemonade tasted phenomenal (they even have the mini ice cubes!) Got a tender combo box that came with 4 tenders, fries, sauce, Texas toast and coleslaw. Yum!!! I anticipate they will be super busy the next few days. :)

Yelp
Tried Raising Cane's for the first time at the new Canton location. Got the 3 Finger Combo which over $10 after tax. Honestly, pretty disappointing. The portion was small. Three tenders, a handful of crinkle fries, a slice of toast, a drink, and a sauce. The chicken was decent but only tasted good with the Cane's sauce (which just feels like ketchup mixed with mayo). On its own, the chicken was bland. The fries were undercooked, soft and pale, no crisp at all. The toast was just basic white bread grilled on one side. Nothing memorable. Not sure what the hype is about. Definitely not worth the current line for. Service was quick, but won't be rushing back.

Yelp
Drove 1hr away and worth it! Service was 100% excellent! The energy and vibe was on point! Food came out fast even with a long long line of drive thru and lots of app orders to go. We dined in and the food was hot fresh and tasty! The downside of this place is that you do have to park and walk to it bc for the time being it's so popular, but highly recommend you come check them out. Can't wait to gone back!

Yelp
New location opened about 3 weeks ago. When I heard about it I made it a priority to drive to Canton just for this! Food was hot fresh and oh so delicious! The ambiance of the restaurant was lively thriving and you could look around and everyone was having a good time! Service was excellent and we did not have to wait long for our food! Looking forward to the new location opening up this summer in Ann Arbor! Highly recommend you try them!

Yelp
I love love love raising Cane's chicken fingers, it's amazing how they have totally built a franchise off of just chicken fingers because when you go, it's only four things on the menu and three of them are chicken fingers and one is a chicken sandwich. It's the sauce mainly And the fresh fried chicken fingers, also the Texas toast is not bad too plus the fries. Shoot... The whole thing is just really good. I wish it just was not so far away.

Yasmine S.

Yelp
I walked in it was two young girls at the front counter they looked at me and kept talking amongst themselves no one greeted me at all. I stood at the counter for a few minutes finally a lady came from the back and said good morning can I help you. The place was loud due to the staff from the front and back laughing, yelling and talking amongst one another total disregard for the customers. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. You guys just opened how is this the standard for the way customers are treated already! My chicken was hot, fries were less to be desired and my bread was lukewarm.

Yelp
I came here for the Yelp elite event. This was the pre-opening to tomorrow's grand opening. There are two lanes to the drive-through and right now there's one lane for pick up, but it looks like it's built for a second pick up lane. I don't know how that would work but that's how it looks. Maybe this is an old bank. I don't know. There is plenty of space between where you place the order and where you go at the first window to pay. And then a good amount of space between the first window and the window where you pick up your food. That is well thought out. the staff were incredibly friendly. I went through the drive-through. It looked like a party was happening inside. I know they were using this event to train their staff, but there were a lot of people in there. The dining room was also pretty crowded with people too . So I got the combo box which came with 4 pieces of chicken strips, a Texas toast, coleslaw, and an order of crinkle cut fries. I tasted the fries immediately because I knew by the time I got home, they would be cold. When I went to the drive-through. They were hot crispy with l just the right amount of salt. The Texas toast had a little bit of garlic, and I can't complain about it.. I have never had raising Cane's chicken before. It was tender crispy and came with a dipping sauce. I think they called it cane sauce. But I should look that up. I am not a fan of real spicy food and the sauce was just to my liking. Kind of like a comeback sauce, but not too hot I really like the coleslaw. Reminds me a little in flavor of Kentucky fried coleslaw, but chunkier. I have to talk about the lemonade. It is better than any lemonade I've had at a drive-through. It did not taste like a powder mix and the ice cubes were small and the kind you want to crunch although you might break a tooth. Well maybe not cause they're pretty small. But I'd go back for the lemonade! It was all very good. Lastly, I wanna comment on the location. This is on Ford Road in Canton and y'all know how busy Ford Road is at 5 PM. Raising Cane's is on the north side so I had to cross traffic to pull in. I ended up going up to a light turning around and coming back to get in. But getting out was fine. But that's just how Ford Road is at dinner time.

Yelp
CANE'S VERDICT My son brought home takeout from Cane's today. He would have been among the first 100 people, but unfortunately, some folks cut in front of him and his friends, costing him a free beanie hat. He did get a few token trinkets, though. The combo that I had came with 4 chicken fingers, fries, toast, and sauce for $11.49. The chicken fingers were juicy, the fries were average, and the toast that came with the meal was okay, but I thought it was overkill. Will I go back, and was it worth the hype? Nope.
google avatar

Aliya S.

Yelp
Thankful for the opportunity to check them out at their pre-opening day as a Yelp guest. The service was fast, nice, and friendly. The decor was cool with the disco balls. The chicken and sauce were yummy, but not worth the hype that I see online. The toast was good, but I wish both sides were crispy and buttery. I enjoyed the fries that were very slightly salted and on the soggy side. Personally I wasn't a fan of the coleslaw and felt like it was a bit bland, but that just might be me. Overall, it's not a bad value for amount of food you get.
google avatar

Eric K.

Yelp
Chicken wasn't good and fries were soggy. This place was so busy, i had to wait in the drive thru for a half an hour. The sauce is also super sweet which i wasn't a fan of. Also i hate when a place puts coleslaw in the box and makes it warm. My utensils shouldn't be inside my food box (very unsanitary). Unfortunately, i got sick after eating here. I wouldn't return honestly. Sweet Tea is the only good thing i enjoyed.

Yelp
We've been to R.C. locations In Ohio, Denver, and L.A. ....We're so happy to Welcome them to Canton, MI ! Despite the long line right now, and the glitches with the mobile app, they deserve 5 stars for the Crispy Chicken that is marinated and not dry. The coating doesn't fall off when biting. We enjoyed the coleslaw. The Texas toast is thee best buttery soft addition. The music was very upbeat making the line seem to go by quickly. The staff were friendly and quickly fulfilled 100+ orders. They will be a great mainstay fast food restaurant and an amazing option to get for Super Bowl Sunday!!
google avatar

Sifah M.

Yelp
When all you serve is fried chicken fingers that chicken has to be amazing. This was the most bland flavorless chicken I've ever had in my life. Not naan seasoning. It looked like maybe there was some black pepper mixed into the batter. It does come paired with a remoulade sauce that makes it decent but that's not even that great. Bland fries. Same fountain drinks you can get anywhere. Especially given the price, I would not return. 4 chicken fingers (one sliced up chicken breast), fries, a drink and a piece of buttered bread, ran around 14 bucks and they're overcharging because they're wasting money on showmanship gimmicks that don't add anything to the experience. I'm good on it.

Yelp
Must say when I took the detour on my way home from work this Friday afternoon I wasn't hopeful to not have to wait an hour or more so I was fully prepared to do a mobile order , but to my surprise I was able to pull up and only wait about 5 minutes or so in line at the drive thru , it was my first time officially having Canes I mean I've tasted it when my son brought it back from Ohio but my first time officially buying it for myself and I must say I am thoroughly hooked the tender meaty chicken strips that came in the 6 piece meal are packed with deliciousness with every bite and the lemonade is great and will be great on a hot summer day. The canes sauce is like crack mixed with every bite of that tender chicken. I will say I was very impressed with the coleslaw as well after hearing from some friends that weren't a fan of it I decided to try it for myself and I personally am a fan of it , the bread they give you is buttered and toasted to perfection and the crinkle fries were salted perfectly ...now the staff was outstanding when I got to the pick up window in drive thru and saw how absolutely crazy it was in that food prep area I was more impressed and amazed at that staff from the parking lot security guys to the order taker and cooks this Canes of Canton is truly amazing and should be recognized for what they have accomplished ....please please please give them a shot and go see them you'll be happy you did ....BTW the menu is simple and limited and makes it all the better I can't wait to try the sweet tea

Yelp
Got to try this new location the day before they opened. First appearance, the location will likely be very busy for awhile based on location. They have a double drive thru which should help. The menu isn't huge so it's not overwhelming on what to choose. I used the drive thru on my visit, so I did not get to see the inside. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious, even after driving 15 minutes home, it was still hot and fresh. The lemonade tasted a little off, but other than that it was a great meal.
google avatar

Yelp
Without the sauce, (which I do not care for) nothing but flavorless chicken. The fries were undercooked pieces. The only thing worth two stars is their bread. Once was enough
google avatar

Chris A.

Yelp
During the opening week, many people would wait 3 hours for this chicken. I believe this is the most exciting thing to happen in Canton, Michigan since the opening of IKEA...
google avatar

Carter L.

Yelp
The best chicken I've ever had very good service. We tried the three piece chicken and the chicken sandwich. The only thing we did not get was the coleslaw cause we do not like coleslaw, but it was really good. Nicole was really nice. She was kind while we waited to look at the menu.

Jacob D.

Yelp
I went here last week. The food was just terrible. It had a really bad service really long drive fruit line, and bad food.

AJ C.

Yelp
Service 8/10: Today was the day right after it opened so it was crowded. I waited 3 hours and 30 minutes in the drive-thru line for this food. There were police making sure the line went smooth. The reason they lost 2 points is because they forgot to put my ketchup and hot sauce in the bag. Taste 100/10: The flavor exploded all over my tongue. The best meal ive had since I moved to Michigan. I was in pure ecstasy. It was as though Jesus himself had come down from above and prepared this esquisent meal just for me. Would definitely recommend. My Order: Caniac combo, replace the coleslaw with an extra texas toast, sweet tea, extra canes sauce. Overall 10/10: I would suggest you wait a few months before coming to this Raising Canes unless you are fine with waiting 4 hours for food. Honestly, if you aren't fine with waiting you don't want it bad enough and should just leave it to us dedicated endulgers of fine cuisine.

Yelp
Fast service but I placed an online mobile order with 50 chicken tenders that comes with included sauce. When I got home and opened the bag I got absolutely no sauce, which is the entire point of going to canes. For $100 worth of food not worth it

Yelp
It had been years since I last tried Cane's, but I remembered thinking it was just mid. One just opened down the street from my office so I decided to give it another try. Still pretty mid. It doesn't come close to Dave's Hot Chicken or Chick-fil-A. The toast is solid, but the fries remind me of a school cafeteria, and the chicken, while fresh, lacks seasoning and flavor.

Yelp
My kids and I tried Raising Cane's Chicken in San Diego and they became obsessed with it! When we heard that they finally opened one in Canton, Michigan, which is 45 minutes away from where we live, so we had to drive out there! We wondered if the lines would be long and when we saw flashing billboards about which lane to get into off of Ford Road for Raising Cane's, we knew it was going to be a wait! I was impressed with how organized they were even amid a snowstorm. The staff were directing traffic and the line moved pretty quickly. We were able to get our food within about 25 minutes! It was definitely worth the wait! The sauce that comes with the chicken fingers is amazing and I even broke my diet to have those delicious chicken fingers. They are made so fresh and taste so good, the crinkle cut fries were devoured by my kids, but for me, I like my fries, a little bit crispier and felt like it wasn't worth breaking my diet that much to eat all of them so I only had a few of those. I didn't eat the Texas toast, but my kids did and they love it. It's their favorite. What's great about this place is that You can ask for substitutions in the combinations ie..replace coleslaw or toast and you can get double fries if you want, there is a surcharge obviously but they accommodate you, which is great. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and patient. Only criticism I would have is that the speaker box when you pull up is way lower than the car window so it's a little difficult to hear what they're saying when repeating the order. This is a must try and it's worth the drive. I can't wait for them to bring more locations around the Metro Detroit Area!

Yelp
Went and checked this out after it had been open for a few days. It's fried chicken. I'd rather go to chic filet or savvy sliders. Got a sweet tea and a half and half (Arnold Palmer) and couldn't tell the difference. Over all not bad but I wouldn't rush and wait in line.

Yelp
Good as advertised especially with the cane sauce, had the strips and crinkle fries. Would comeback for more.

Yelp
It's a half hour drive from Southfield but worth it! The food is fresh and good. I'll probably go at least once a month! Hope they come to Southfield or surrounding area!

Yelp
I've eaten at Raising Cane's many times in Las Vegas. In fact, it was a mandatory stop every time we visited the city that never sleeps. Every time we walked away feeling like we just ate the best chicken fingers we've ever had. So imagine our excitement to hear that Raising Cane's was coming to Canton where we live. The location opened a couple months earlier and the crowds were so heavy when we drove by that a police presence was necessary to maintain some semblance of order and keep the cars entering their drive-thru lanes from disrupting traffic flow on Ford Road. So we decided to wait a few weeks till the initial fanfare and crowds thinned out and lines were no longer out the door. We finally made our way to the new location to get our first taste in a few years since our last visit to a location in Vegas. The place was still very crowded with lines inside and drive thru packed with cars. Remarkably despite the long lines, it really didn't take long to finally place our order. However, getting any table was a challenge, much less a clean table. We ordered two baskets (if you want to call them that since the orders are placed in flimsy paper containers). Nothing like I remember as the fingers, fries, garlic bread, cole slaw and fingers sauce were all packed on top of each other in an overcrowded paper boat if you will. Ordering was easy and getting our food was relatively quick. We finally snagged a table, got our drinks, and sat down to eat. That's where the disappointment began. The French fries were not hot or crispy and sadly didn't look they would be. The chicken fingers were warm, but not hot as you'd expect them to be given how crowded the place was. But to be fair, they were warmer than the fries. The real let-down was that they were not crispy at all (borderline soggy) and not very tasty or flavorful-very bland. Their spicy sauce was just alright, but I opted to dip mine in ketchup instead. I'm more a honey-mustard kind of guy, but I never asked if they had any. The garlic bread tasted the way it should, but as you might expect, it wasn't hot either. The Cole slaw (in a small-size condiment container-I'd hardly call it a cup) was cold and tasted alright, but not as good as I remember. Overall the $12 meal was nothing short of a disappointment all the way around. Couple that with the loudness (hard to hear) and the overcrowded dining room with patrons waiting in lines that snaked around the dining room, and it made for a not so pleasant dining experience. At the time that I placed my order, I asked the manager for a rewards card to earn future free food, I was told they had none available and that they were on order. HUH? She suggested perhaps I should go online and sign up for the program which clearly contrasted with online instructions that require you to first get a rewards card when you first visit a location and later register that card online. Just another snafu that made our visit even more a bust. It's just as well I guess, because in order to earn free food rewards, you have to visit often. But given our experience, we probably won't be back anytime soon, much less often. Two stars for this location was somewhat generous. I've eaten at Cane's before and never walked away disappointed. I guess there is a first time for everything.

Yelp
They gave me the wrong sauce. that doesn't seem like a big deal but I don't like canes sauce and they gave me it with ketchup. I asked for ranch it's not that hard. Don't recommend this location if you like ranch.

Yelp
Got two boxes. Chicken fine not great. Fries soggy. Cole slaw was meh and a small portion. Sauce nice. Texas toast missing. Over priced for quantity and quality of food. Service was excellent though.

Yelp
So stupid! Only employees can now park in the parking lot. So if you want to dine in or order on the ap, you have to park in the Lowe's parking lot and walk all the way over. Why wouldn't you have the employees park in the Lowe's lot and leave your lot for guests?

Yelp
Long wait in the cold and inside, it's. A very noisy place, chicken is ok just average, but nicely cooked, however not my vibe. Chic Fila on steroids
