Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I enjoyed the 4-finger combo. The chicken tenders were flavorful and juicy, and the fries were perfectly crispy – definitely not bland! The lemonade, however, was refreshing. Be prepared for a crowd – this place is always busy.

Lulu is an exceptional staff member who truly exemplifies outstanding customer service at this Raising Cane's location. Throughout my visit, she maintained a bright, welcoming demeanor, consistently keeping a genuine smile on her face that immediately put customers at ease. Beyond just taking orders, Lulu went above and beyond by actively engaging with customers, ensuring everyone felt welcomed and well-attended to. The service efficiency was remarkable. Not only was the food prepared quickly, but it was fresh! The signature Raising Cane's sauce complemented the chicken and was so delicious! The dining area was spacious and clean, with plenty of open seating options. This allowed for a comfortable dining experience where customers could easily find a spot to enjoy their meals. Lulu's exceptional service, combined with the quick, fresh food and inviting atmosphere, made for a truly pleasant dining experience. It's clear that this staff member and location are committed to delivering high-quality fast food with a personal touch.

Food was great i got the 3 finger combo the tenders were great and flavourful same with the fries but most people say they are bland bur i completely disagree. The sauce is overhyped very salty and so is the texas toast but the lemonade is good. Place is packed though.

Loved this place, the portion sizes are huge, make sure you come hungry. Loved the service especially from the lady who was walking around asking if we wanted any hot sauce or other sauces, she later came back after we finished and cleared our table. Didn’t expect that from a fast food place. Great service. Will come back again.

Big portions of you are really hungry. But not the best fried chicken I had. The sauce is good. The toast is like other butter toast.

Food was awesome. Not really expecting that much for chicken fingers but raising cane’s did not disappoint. Their chicken is juicy and fried to perfection. The fries and coleslaw is average. The sauce is a must try. Service is really fast, and there are crew running around the restaurant to help take garbage/plates which I don’t expect from a North American fast-food. There are plenty of table, we were able to find a table on a busy lunch hour.

This is strictly chicken. No other options to choose from….this place is very clean. Food is good no complaints on that. The customer service girl was very attentive and knowledgeable on the questions I had directed towards the fact my son could not eat breaded items due to a surgical procedure. My thing was it been nice if just, if there was another option for someone who might not be able to eat breading. Other than that I was satisfied with the service and very impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment. Sauce is on point btw. Restaurant itself is pretty neat to the eye.

WORST Cane’s I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered for delivery and opened the box to this. Never got the extra sauce nor the extra toast. CLEARLY ordered the Caniac Combo which should have included 6 chicken tenders but there’s only 4 scraps in the box and barely any fries. Food is cold, just ruined my appetite. Don’t understand how you could mess up how many chicken tenders goes into each combo unless employees aren’t checking it right.

After walking around for what felt like hours trying to find a place to eat, and with no luck, I wound up here. Raising Cane's is not my favorite when it comes to fast food, but in a pinch, it'll do. This place looks fairly new, and from the reviews that appears to be so. The space is huge when compared to other fast food setups nearby. It is bright, but that is where much of the luster falls away. Inside, with it being so busy, there isn't much cleaning going on. Also, with them pumping the music into the space, it is almost nearly impossible to hear anything, including when they call your name for your order. I ordered the three finger combo. I figured it would be fast and I could be on my way. However, when it came to ordering it took forever. There is a singular touchscreen for ordering. But if you get people that don't know how to use a touchscreen, you have to stand in line and wait to order. Service here, while ordering, was horrendous. There is no line, it's just people standing around and hoping that they might be next. Then you have the employees behind the line that either straight up ignore you, or would rather have a conversation with their coworkers. When I finally got to order, it was like I was shouting over the music and having to repeat myself numerous times. Only to have to tell the employee several times before my order was right. Once that was done, I went over to get my drink. This was another mess of an area. No ice was coming out of the machines which doesn't make for a pleasant, cool drink. Then I sat around and waited nearly fifteen minutes for my order to be ready. I almost didn't hear it be called with the music again blaring throughout the space. While sitting here I got to noticing a lot about the space. This place has multiple entrances, but only one that is really functional. That one entrance every single person has to come and go through. Stationed hear the door is security for hire. Once my food was ready, I made my way outside and back to my hotel room for the night. There is nothing special about this to me. It is chicken and every fast food chain has their take on it. I wasn't impressed by any of it. Most of it was lukewarm...which kind of matched the lukewarm drink I had.

Date of visit: July 24, 2023 Raising Cane's is hands down my husband's favorite chicken restaurant, fast food restaurant, maybe even his favorite restaurant of all time! So when we not only visit a city that has a Raising Cane's but walk right by one just a couple blocks from our hotel, there's no way we aren't going to stop in at SOME point. That some point this time was lunch on a Monday while we were exploring the city. The food was good--as always--and the restaurant was large and in great condition. While I also enjoy the chicken, their fries are normally not my jam yet this time they actually had some crunch to them and I ate more than a handful. Really the only downfall here was a lack of service at the front counter where we didn't get exactly what we ordered. But it was so good that it's hard to complain TOO loudly!

Located on Madison and Michigan, this always popular chicken place brings in the locals, tourists, and sports fans. The menu is simple with tender fried chicken, fries, Texas toast, and a few condiments. Lemonade is always good to quench your thirst. Be prepared to wait in line or wait for your food. It would be great if they mentioned the wait time for your food. It was so popular, they forgot my order and I waited 30 minutes. I would love it if they didn't use styrofoam and non paper straws. Working downtown gives me access to so many amazing places. Cane's is a good choice if you enjoy eating perfectly seasoned, crispy, white meat chicken served with fries, garlic toast and their special sauce. Ooh, don't forget the lemonade. So glad they opened a Millennium Park location.

Consistently great chicken tenders efficiently and at a good price. Raising Cane's is quality chicken everytime and their canes sauce does not disappoint. The restaurant was clean and easy to find a table in and the staff were polite and considerate.

I usually pass by raisin cane on my way home from the gym and since it has recently opened I see SOOOOO many people in here so today I decide to stop here since we were shopping around state. I order 3 finger combo and honestly its slightly similar to zaxbys if you have had it before fries are delish though!!

This place is amazing and a must go whenever in Chicago. This Raising Canes location gets super busy but they are extremely good in getting your order fast

9.3/10 (based on our scale) Order: Box combo ($12.69) and Sandwich Combo ($11.39) - So good that it took us a while to start this review and forgot to take a picture. - Chicken was well prepared and fresh; hot, perfect amount of crispiness, not soggy - Bread: Perfect blend of toast (golden brown goodness), extremely soft, taste, and heaven sent - Coleslaw: Mid - Sauce was banging! Very addicting. Perfect blend of spices to elevate the meal -Sandwich: Even distribution of ingredients and taste. You can taste everything in one bite. Perfect all around sandwich. - Drink: Fancy pebble ice. - Price: You get your bang for your buck for the fast food. For the price, you'll get filled up with well-prepared food. - Location: Busy, good music, comfy booths. Lots of cool decor and lights. Well ventilated. Goofy staff. Need code for bathroom. - Suggestions: Don't be afraid to mix and combine things. Grab the bread and chicken, dip them in the sauce and enjoy together! Right after eat fries with sauce or ketchup! Finish it up with your preferred drink. And don't forget napkins! Bring company with you (+.03). Recommend Dine in vs take out: the food is way better served hot and eaten right after. -Critiques: Make sure they get your name right, we had a slight order mess up with someone with a similar name. The place gets pretty busy so keep that in mind if you are trying to get a quick bite, dine in spot, or find garbage left behind by someone else. Overall: Would suggest finding a comfy spot to sleep, impending food coma and dreamy eyes.
