Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

We ordered the naked tenders, which were good but literally the same size as the dipping sauce cup which is crazy for the price. For $46 we spend for a family of 4 it left you still hungry

Well, not a big fan. It was my first visit at one and for some reason I just expected it to be great food. But, it's just the same fast food I have experienced at most fast food places. Tables weren't cleaned after visits from previous patrons. Chicken was very oily and not a great taste. The flavor was sort of bland and tasted to much like flour. Coleslaw is not the greatest, maybe it was made and stored to long, the bread looked and tasted like it was toasted on a griddle not in an oven which it was flavored like the griddle☹️ and I don't think I will return. But, that's just my experience, hopefully yours may differ.

After calling to discuss my discrepancy with the manager, I was hung up on. The chicken in each basket is soggy from sitting. There's pieces of just broken off from the fryer. Each piece of chicken is a different color tone and the most minute piece of chicken ever seen in my life. This was my go-to place all the time but I am for from this point forward reconsidering other options. Note , I just picked my order up 7 minutes from the place of the order.

Food was good. Lots of empty tables that needed to be wiped off. Getting a single sauce with 4 chicken strips seems kind of weak, on an 11 dollar big box lunch . Toast was good.

This place is insanely fast. With a full dining room, and cars wrapped around the building in the drive-through I ordered my food and did not have time to walk 10 steps over to fill my cup before it was ready to pickup. That is partly due to a simplified menu, but even then it takes coordination, and this place has got it on lock. Panda Express and Chipotle could learn a myriad of things from here

Order the cheeseburger from their secret menu. Cannot recommend it enough. They will pushback on it, but it's an option. Just gotta ask for it 5 times.

0930 am after working a 14 hour shift, ordered a tea from the app.. no customers in the drive thru at all.. so pulled to the drive thru to get the tea… she said I would have to park and come in.. but if I was placing a new order I could get it at the window. Once again 0 customers!!! So I just drive off!! That one small instance of bad customer service I will not come to this location again and I frequently buy large orders from here for the ER I work at!!

Delicious, fresh, perfect! I had the 3 chicken tender basket. This Raising Cane's is much better than ours at home.

Fresh, juicy chicken fingers, fries were crispy and coals slaw was very tasty. Went through drive through and service was quick and polite.

When I walked in my local Raising Canes I knew it was going to be good but this time was really good! The Cleanliness of the tables, the lighting of the place, and the food overall were all great. I got the three piece combo because I can't finish the box, but if you can stuff down 4 tenders the box combo is great for you. The employees were nice but nobody told me an extra canes sauce is an extra 39¢ I thought it was free. Although I knew I was going to my local, clean, scrumptious Raising canes, I had a great experience and would overall recommend this restaurant to someone who's never had it.

Delicious food and really friendly staff! I like ordering take-out and also we enjoy dining in. The location is kept clean and the staff is really nice.

Obv the best chicken ever and also the employees treat me like I gave them a 100$ tip even tho I pressed the no tip button

My family used to love getting Raisin Cain's but the past few times...?...what happened to the size of the chicken,,???? Went from nice meaty pieces to little underwhelming pieces of chicken....what happened?

I've been going to Canes for a long time and I have always had great customer service & my food has always been perfect. I went today and the young lady working the drive thru was an absolute doll perfect customer service and she gave our dog a puppy treat it was such a nice gesture by the way he loved it. Thank you Raising Canes for being consistent with not only the food but the wonderful customer service you receive while there.

I totally recommend Raising canes! It's in a location near many other businesses so you can stop by on your way to go shopping or something. Amazing service, they have your food out in no time at all. And an overall great vibe. I 100% RECOMMEND!

These are some of the best chicken finger meals. The chicken strips are actual chicken and not mystery, molded meat. They're always super hot & hold their heat. The bread can be eaten by itself or made into a sandwich. And I don't know how they make the fries taste so buttery, they are amazing but they are best eaten first so they don't get cold. The employees at this location were very well spoken and engaged with the customer experience. Love going here.

Chicken is gross and they wouldn't let me sub the fries for more bread which is the only good thing.

Arrived around 10:20pm, ordered the box combo & substituted my cole slaw for extra fries and look at the 4 "tenders" an baby fries. Food was cold , soggy and YUCK ! A waste of $10.

Just went through the drive through. Just trying to go a bite to eat on mine and my husband road trip. I understand it's 11:30 a night but there's not reason so act the way that the rest women at the window did. Any one else's dog would be better that the personality of we had to deal with. I thought Texas hospitals was a major thing?

Chicken was great, fries kinda cold. They were very festive, all decorated up for Halloween.

It's pretty hit and miss here. I've gone different days at different time at the fries are over cooked yet barely warm more often than not, sometimes the chicken is nave and hot and sometimes it's lukewarm. Today, the toast wasn't even buttered, which was disappointing, along with the same overcooked, barely warm fries. Chicken was bomb today tho.

Fries were burnt and I stay 4 minutes from this restaurant and food was cold not even warm ....

We got some food to go and enjoyed it very much. It was fresh and very tasty. We went through the drive-thru and the staff was polite and efficient in making our order.

We ordered our food through drive thru and were told to park by the double doors. So we went and parked in the parking space closest to the double doors which happened to be a mobile order parking. We waiting patiently and when a employee came out my partner asked through the window if it was his order. She rolled her eyes and told us you're supposed to park here! and pointed directly in front of the sliding door which was marked RED as in do not park there. My partner apologized and she came to our window and continued to tell my partner how usually ppl park there in a rudely manner. Im not one to right reviews but this interaction was incredibly rude. We're been told before to park and wait for our food at other fast food and were never lectured so rudely for parking in a LEGAL designated parking spot. She was holding onto the food as she continued to lecture us. This was our first time at this canes so is this how ever customer is treated when making this mistake? The only reason i know this employees name is because i got off and went inside to ask for her name which i was told it was REYNA. IT WAS ON FEBRUARY 6 @ around 8:50-9pm

Lots of attitude from the person at the window. She kept cutting me off telling me to go to the front of the building to wait when I was just following instructions given when I ordered to ask for sweet and low at the window and also extra catsup. Life is way to short for attitude and eye rolling.

Chicken is bangin, sauce is bangin, sweet tea is bangin, Joe in the back is straight up hangin.

I used to eat canes a lot then one day I found 4 separate hairs in my box combo after notifying the story and tweeting all I got was a sorry... I had been sick for a week and my first meal I could eat had hairs in it needless to say I won't be going to any canes anymore and would suggest they where hair nets

Perfect day to tailgate with Canes chicken on the lake! Grabbed nuggets and French fry trays they were ready quick and can't think of a better way to spend Mother's Day with our mom on my sis/bro in laws' boat

Location is good. Service is good. But the food is lacking. And a little on the high side. For 3 tiny chicken fingers and a handful of heavily salted fries and a drink for $7.50 is just a bit high. If the fingers were a little bigger or more flavorful I guess it would be okay but I just don't understand the hype. Sadly the only thing I would really come back for is the sweet tea.

I've been to a few dozen Cane's and they never disappoint and that's a good thing since they seem to be taking over Texas these days. Cane's blows away most other fast-food fried chicken places away - by a mile. Cane's has mastered the art of kicking out non-greasy, fresh, way better than you'd expect fast food chicken tenders at a more than fair price. But, keep in mind, you're coming here for one thing: chicken tenders and that's all they have, but they do it right. A few things to consider: *While loaded with butter, the toast that comes with the meals is addicting *Try the sweet tea: it blows away the junk they serve at McDonalds *The lemonade is awesome (upgrade to a large) *While the fries are average - they become damn good when you dip them in the Cane's sauce- pay extra and get a second canister *Normally, the chicken tenders are blazing hot - you might want to cut them open and check before taking a bite.

I've never successfully been to this Cane's without getting a healthy dose of side eye. I get it, working in fast food can suck, but that's no reason to glare at someone in the drive thru who is being pleasant. After tonight I am more than happy to drive to 242 for Cane's.

The food is really good here and fresh. I tend to go through the drive through normally, but everyone usually is very friendly. Never had any issues with incorrect orders. Very affordable and the lemonade and sweet tea are also both amazing.

I have ordered from their drive thru several times. 2 out of 3 they get the order wrong. Today I asked for cole slaw rather than fries and got double fries instead. The steam builds up in the container and food was not crisp by the time I got to eat it. Lemonade is good.

If you've never been to a raisin canes chicken... Just be aware that the menu is very limited. You basically have four options of chicken tenders. And only two options for sauces. The food was OK, nothing special. I feel like the drive-through wait time is about average, the only reason that they don't get more stars is that their menu is so limited I didn't really feel like I can get anything that I wanted. But I came here with family, so I just got the three-piece tenders with honey mustard.

Really shitty when I am out of town , my family brings me here to see what it's all about and I get a free Texas toast sticker ... I asked if I could get it today since tomorrow I fly back to California in the morning and we do not have any Canes.... she was rude and told me no ... WHY? If we don't fucking have one in Cali I wanted to use what you put on your fucking cup ... bullshit. Don't have it if people can't get their rewards if they are flying back home to a different state and don't even have a canes in their state ?! Will not come back to one and will tell everyone not to come

I used to work at this establishment and let me just say, this place and the owner Mark Pinz are jokes. He is constantly rude to his employees and never takes responsibility for anything. He will put his bare hands in the food and not see any problems with it. He yelled at me one time for walking to clock out 30 minutes after my shift, because I stayed behind to help, for walking out to clock out while having a few fries wrapped in a napkin in my hand. He had told me that I was the sole reason they get bad reviews when I had some of the most compliments at work. I no longer work here because I got fired because I missed work not knowingly for my dad's birthday, mind you I am still a minor. Meaning this was a required dinner from my family and I told them that I would not be at work. I had a required dinner from my family, but I did not have legal permission to be at work that day. my manager, Emily Jones, and boss, Mark Pinz decided not to tell me that I would be fired, but she just remove me from all shifts and lock me out of my account. The only reason I figure it out I had been fired, was because I went up to the store, myself asking what was going on and why my app was not allowing me to access it. Would definitely not recommend ever going.

During corona virus the person handing us the food didn't have gloves on. MANAGER should know better. Everyone else I saw did. Still love the food. Just stupid employee

Nope. The sauce is great. The fries taste like nothing on their own, but that's what the sauce is for. They have some of the worst chicken of any place I've been though. They chicken is consistently dry and tastes like they used no seasoning or marinade. They claim to marinade their chicken for 24 hours, but they might as well not since it doesn't seem to do it any good. The toast is good though.

Food is always good here. Its 230 pm and all the tables are dirty. Maybe they had a late rush.

Normally come to Cane's because the food is warm and good but this time was cold and the lady who ask for my order didn't have manners at all, I don't put a 0 cause there is not an option.

We love Canes special sauce and lemonade! We usually go through the drive thru which is very fast even with a lot of cars in it. The food is always hot and fresh and the employees are very nice and friendly. They gave us two treats for our puppy that they saw in the car with us. During Covid 19 they were all wearing masks, gloves and the drive thru window even had a longer layer of glass for protection between us and the employees. We love Canes!!

It's fried chicken of course it's good...the sauce is ketchup and mayo mixed with black pepper and something like old bay, toast is good too. It's seems pricy for chicken

Food was standard Canes quality, but service was very lacking. Not paying attention to customer needs or going to extra mile. If Chick-fil-a can impress with service, would think their competitors would strive to do the same. Elderly customer spilled drinks because no carrier or assistance was offered. Disappointing.

I love canes food but my CC information was stolen by an employee at this location on 12/23/20 at lunch time and they tried to drain my bank account. Not sure if I will be back for a very long time...

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I come here at least once a week. The staff is always so friendly and their fun decor I love! Food is always hot and fresh and doesn't take forever to get it. They keep the place very clean!

I ordered 3 meals in which they repeated to me and I paid for, but never received the 3rd. I also ordered 8 extra cane sauce, paid for it, and never received it either. Wasn't allowed to come back and get my meal.

Depression. That is my current state after leaving this establishment. Never has there been such a fall from grace of this proportion. Raising canes once brought blissful joy to me and my friends. And now it competes with McDonald's. Tenders progressively grew smaller and quality is on the decline. Truly heart breaking. Save yourself from this saddening experience. Whataburger is next door..

Raising Canes is fast food, but I love it! Chicken is soft, fries are crinkly, bread is cheesy, sauce is tangy, and that sweet tea is bangin'. These are what cheat days are made of. Newish location, I'm glad to see it in Conroe! Don't go too often though or you'll be rising on the scale. ;)

It's great we have now a Canes in Conroe, but if the service was at least half the fast and good as in The Woodlands, it would be great. Very slow service, very dirty tables and chairs. The 2 girls working at the front seems as they don't want to be here. Not even a smile or how are you doing. Costumer service much better at the chick-fil-a around the corner. Floors dirty too. Food good. Fries good but half portions of what is supose to be. To me it looks as lack of training. Plenty of people out there looking for a job.

Wonderful service and food! I'll always be a caniac Cane's always gets my order right and it always comes out fresh and HOT! I love the vibe in there too the employees are always fun and happy!

Two words: Giant cockroach. It scurried across the back counter as I ordered. I asked the server about it, so she walked over to it and sure enough, it slid onto the floor and ran into the kitchen. She said it was the first one she's seen. I don't believe her. I asked for a refund and the manager came over. Server said there was a "wood roach" on the counter. They weren't difficult about the refund, but neither the server nor the manager seemed the least bit surprised.

I love some Cane's! To be perfectly honest, fast food service in Conroe just plain sucks. While this particular Cane's isn't the best Cane's in the world (or even Texas lol) this is one of two places where you can expect some decent customer service at a drive through here in Conroe. Their food has always been tasty- hot juicy chicken tenders, buttery toast and crispy french fries and nothing else. I also like this place because it is one of the very few fast food locations that serves a drinkable unsweet tea that doesn't taste like wet paper, and they use the awesome crunchy ice too! As far as drive times, they are a little bit slower than some, but I think your food also comes out fresher than any of the other local fast food locations, so that has to be worth something.

Last time I went to this location I came home to a melted box and food that was not edible. Today we went in to dine and the manager took care of our complaint in a profession and productive manner. We will be back!
