I wasnโ€™t even in the mood for chicken but I was driving by and decided to stop in and give it a try. My phone died so I had to wait until it charged so I could take pictures so my food was not hot but that was my fault. The fries were still crunchy but not hot, the chicken wasnโ€™t crispy but was moist, tender and tasty. Iโ€™m still undecided abut the sauce. The coleslaw was refreshing and good. I ordered 4 piece tenders, fries slaw, Texas toast and drink for $13. Oh yeah the Texas toast was bumping.

I'm not a big fan of chicken tenders, but this place is my exception. They're cooked just right, super tender and seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of crunch. The fries are always fresh and they're not stingy with the portions. They give you your money's worth. The wait may be a bit long, but it's worth it to have cooked to order freshness. The tea or lemonade is nicely sweetened. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a nice experience.

Hello Hunny Bees!! ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ‘‘ ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’•It's your girl Hunny back with a review of another local small business. So y'all sigh ๐Ÿ˜ž. My son wanted to come here. We drive up to the drive thru and there are 2 cars in front of us. 1 is at the speaker to order the other is behind them and then it's us. Y'all we sat in this line for 20 minutes before the car in front of us ordered ๐Ÿคฏ. When it finally got to us 23 minutes later the server was pleasant, gave us the Raising Cane's welcome!! Y'all know I'm big on customer service!! I give them the order and we come around only to wait 15 more minutes ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. They were pleasant. The food was fresh and hot. I would hate to see a day when it's busy. I don't recommend going here if you're in a hurry for fast food. I've had Rasing Canes before and the food is good. My son said it tasted amazing. I ask myself why did I wait on that line. The only thing I could think of is that the food is always good it's better to wait for a sure thing than to make haste and waste ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ.

I love the food and the customer service has been great at all of the other locations that I have been to. However, the customer service at this location is completely different. The last time I ate this location, I finished all of my food and sweet tea, and founded a bug resting on the ice in my cup!!!! I emailed customer service and sent pictures. I received a call around 7 or 8 pm that I missed. I received an email telling me to call back. If I have explained in detail what happened and provided proof, what would you need me to call you for? The least you could do is send a gift card. Although, that doesn't make up for the horrible experience.

Google
We were from out of town and there is not a Raising Cane no where near us. So we were excited to try this place! Yal even though it was crazy busy it was still good! We decided to dine in so we can have the food hot. I loved the bread dip in the sauce! Definitely worth it, all we have is KFC or Popeyes nothing wrong with them but sometimes you just want chicken from somewhere different!

Google
Ruby and Aidan are killing it!!! Best chicken and French fries so far. They deserve a raise and then some. Also the music was popping!!! Three days grace and rap!! Love you guys!

Google
Inside had postive vides, really good experince. Was politly greeted, customer service was outstanding. Food was hot and fresh. The Lobby area was clean. It was busy and the ice machine was out of ice but the drinks was cold. Outside surrounding area, was a bit dusty. The shopping center the building resides in does not appear to have any upkeep maintenace plan. Location.. was not a bad commute, traffic wasnt to bad, plenty of parking. Fast service.

Google
Love the Cane's sauce and always get an extra! Chicken is nice and juicy. Rounded out with coleslaw and toast...perfection. Ordering via the app is a little difficult to use compared to other restaurant apps. I didn't realize I hadn't paid until I got to the store. Might benefit from breaking the final screen up to smaller sections. The staff figured out what happened and immediately started preparing my meal once the transaction was completed.

Yelp
The food is TRASH. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and was craving canes chicken after moving here 2 years ago from Houston. My chicken was still raw and pink inside. I didn't notice until I was almost done with my meal. I'm now sick having to see who can watch my kid while I go to the hospital to get checked. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Yelp
Typical raising canes that open. Nothing super special but chicken tenders are good. Sauce however, it was more on the saltier side than I remembered but overall it was raising canes.

Yelp
This is a chicken tender spot. Known for selling chicken tenders, cane's sauce, and sweet tea. I got everything I expected, but probably won't return. This is a new location by my home and I have not been to Cane's in more than 7+ years as it was in college. I was excited to see if I still liked it. With this being a new location and the only location within 40+ minutes (there's one in Waldorf), it has been slammed since opening day. So much so, that there is armed securing directing traffic into the drive through... An armed guard who is on his cell phone talking non-stop. The line for Cane's has been wrapping the shopping center parking lot every time I drive by. There was one day I drove by, this day, that it was not wrapped so I got in the line of merely 10 cars or so. I ordered the chicken finger snack? 3 tenders, fries, texas toast, and sweet tea. I remember very well I am not a fan of cane's sauce so i opted for honey mustard. The first one was free, I ordered a second which was $0.35, and then out of curiosity asked for another at the window which was free. I used all 3 because there was 0 seasoning or salt on the fries. I didn't remember that part. Anywho, the customer service was amazing and the chicken tenders tasted like chicken tenders. It is exactly what it says it is.

Yelp
The staff was very pleasant, and they were very busy. Somehow my order got missed but they were apologetic and helped us out. The place was pretty clean. The chicken is fine. I heard recently that the sauce is great but it just seemed fine to me. The fries were just ok. I may be back. We'll see if the service remains good in about 3 months.

Yelp
Meh! This place opened about 3 weeks ago. I saw how long the lines were but waited until I thought the hype went down. I waited in line 21 minutes. Unbeknownst to me, maybe I should've researched prior to going, they ONLY sale chicken strips!!! Anyways, I ordered the Box Combo which includes 4 chicken strips, fries, Cole slaw, Texas toast and a drink. EVERYTHING was mediocre at Best! Chicken - Bland; Fries - Bland; Cole Slaw - Bland; TX Toast - Bland!!! The best part of the meal was the ICE!!! They only have Canes sauce, which has a strong pepper taste and honey mustard, I wasn't a fan of that either. It would've been 1000 better if the food were seasoned.

Yelp
I finally got to try the new Raising Cane's in Forestville! It was packed as expected, but they have got to figure out a way to organize the drive through because what they got going on is a bit of a mess. The food was fresh and delicious though! There is also a nice little patio out front which i think would be nice in the summertime.
google avatar

Shelly T.

Yelp
definitely not worth all the hype. There nothing special about the food here. glad to say that I tried it, but I would not go back. The restaurant was nice inside and clean.

Basmartu B.

Yelp
They are saying they are hiring without actually hiring anyone! Very rude disrespectful management and so as employees! Customer service is a zero.

Yelp
Very new and packed as expected. This was my first time trying Raising Cane's. It was disappointing to me. The kids enjoyed it! To me no flavor , the fries bony as hell, no seasoning, and the toast tasted like cooked garlic bread from the box just microwave and the sauce was alright! I'm ok, if the kids would like to eat from there again , but for me I'm alright.

Yelp
Average overpriced chicken strips and crinkle fries. I think it's the sauce. Heard they opened in my neighborhood, decided to ride pass praying that there were crowded so that I could eat somewhere else but for a newly opened Cane's with the next closest one being in Waldorf it was empty. I'm talking drive thru and inside empty. I'm talking a Saturday night. I paid the $13 for 4 strips, fries, coleslaw and a tea. The 6 strip meal was $17. The 3 strip meal was $10

Yelp
Just tried their one protein item on the menu, their chicken finger. Ok it was average looking like school cafeteria food or stadium food. I ate one and it was mediocre at best, the stolen big Mac sauce, thousand island and ketchup, dipping sauce was the highlight of the meal. And how do u get away with one item..mind boggling and that item is trash...They are from New Orleans for heaven sake. Can I get a etoufe, a po boy or something. Million dollars to one they pay 1cent a frozen finger, and sell that crap to us for 7 dollars...make it make sense...

Felicia H.

Yelp
This location is sketchy. I don't need chicken that takes an escort of an armed full facemask security guard. The parking lot and traffic flow is terrible. The security guard was on the phone and not paying attention. Asked me to back up after I had already entered the far drive-thru window lane. I just left after being inconvenienced and having waited for over 30 minutes. I won't be back to this location. I provided my feedback to one of the corporate members onsite. I won't recommend this location.

Jylia B.

Yelp
I called for pick up and the first time they didn't answer so when I called again they answered I said hello can I please can chicken stripes and that's all they said if I keep calling the number then I'm getting reported even though the first time they didn't answer.

Judith T.

Yelp
Chicken tenders were just ok. Coleslaw was nasty and the worse frenchfries ever. No crispy to them at all.

Selena J.

Yelp
worst service ever, didn't give an of the extra 4 sauces or 2 peices of toast. get better.
