I've been waiting to try this place and Mon, it didn't disappoint. It's was crowded but the staff are a well oiled machine! Despite how busy it was, they were well staffed because every register was open and everyone was firing on all cylinders with their specific jobs. Despite it being busy and tables flipping quickly, the girl working the tables was right there ready to clean the table for the next guests. You could tell she was keeping track in her mind of what tables would be leaving soon. The soda area and bathrooms too were also in great shape. The cleanest fat food place i have been in in a very long time. Now the food... the staff helped us actually do an order that we actually shared instead of two separate orders...I mean who does that?! They didn't just listen and input but actually had a broad conversation with us about how to order, asked what we Stef thinking about eating and how hungry we felt. It's was the perfect portion and no food was wasted! Only downside is the parking and leaving this plaza is a nightmare! PRO TIP: turn right and just go out the back/ side where it takes you around a light... the closer exit is just... yeah, save yourself the frustration.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First Visit – Excellent Experience We visited Raising Cane’s today for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. The food was incredibly fresh — the chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked, the fries were golden brown and crispy, and the Texas toast was absolutely delicious. What stood out even more was how well-managed and clean the location was. The dining area was spotless, and the staff made sure tables were cleaned quickly after guests left, which showed great attention to detail. A special shout-out to Mia, the front desk cashier who took our order — she was exceptionally friendly, patient, and helpful in guiding us through the menu since it was our first visit. Other team members were equally kind and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this location is extremely well-run, offers great food at a very reasonable price, and delivers outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely be back.

Google
Chicken fingers were delicious and the Texas toast was a good treat. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was a little loud but not over whelming

Google
The chicken tenders were juicy. Fries were okay. Staff were friendly. There was oddly no ice available when we stopped here at night after visiting one of the nearby parks. The sauce selection is somewhat limited. This chain does not serve BBQ sauce. Seating is somewhat limited. It would be difficult to find seating for a large group.

Google
A little bit overrated, came for the viral videos, food was nice but average, kfc probably better 😅😂 wasnt that bothered on the Canes Sauce, service was fantastic and the place was vibing. Prices were reasonable. Would I come here again.... probably yes!

Google
I recently visited Raising Cane's for the first time in Orlando. It's similar to other chicken spots like Popeyes, KFC, and Chick-fil-A, but with a simpler menu. The chicken tenders were tasty, I think they use better oil than Popeyes and KFC, making the flavor cleaner and less greasy. The service was quick, the restaurant had plenty of seating, and the restrooms were clean. Overall, it's a solid choice for a good meal.

Google
After watching tons of viral videos about Raising Cane’s, we finally decided to give it a try — and the hype is real! The chicken was incredibly tender and delicious, the Texas toast was buttery and perfect, and the signature Cane’s sauce tied everything together perfectly. On top of the great food, the restaurant was spotless and the service was amazing. Definitely lives up to its reputation!

Google
My son was desperate to visit whilst we were on holiday in Florida. He had seen all the hype about this place on tiktok. We ordered the 3 and 4 piece chicken strip meals. Food arrived quickly and appeared fresh. The coating was light and the chicken soft and tender. We all enjoyed the sauce and did return for a second meal during our holiday. My son hopes this franchise finds it's way to the UK. Im not a fan of KFC as we've had many bad experiences and Raising Cane's was a far superior product for us.

Yelp
Raising Cane's -- A Strong New Contender in the Chicken Wars I'm a chicken guy through and through, and Raising Cane's is a welcome new addition to Central Florida's chicken scene. Their Box Combo hits all the right notes: crispy chicken tenders, buttery Texas toast, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, and their signature Cane's Sauce that really sets them apart. Their Caniac Club is easy to join and the app is simple to use, even if I'm still not entirely sure where the points go -- but hey, the discounts work, and that's what matters. You can even save your card to the app so you're never without it. Ordering inside is quick and painless, and the root beer on tap earns an instant win in my book. Overall, Raising Cane's brings a tasty punch to the chicken wars, and they're absolutely worth a stop for any fellow chicken fans.

Yelp
So listen... it's 2AM on a Thursday, we're on vacation, and we are hungry, hungry! We are Not from around here, so I Google what is open. Raising Cane's number one pick! First time ever trying it since we don't have these back home--and wow. This place doesn't just serve chicken fingers... they serve life decisions you'll never regret. The menu? Simple. To the point. No "Do you want it grilled, wrapped, blackened, or turned into a burrito?" nonsense. It's: chicken fingers, fries, toast, slaw. Boom. My kinda place. The vibe inside was unexpectedly chill. "Love Again" by The Kid LAROI was playing, and I swear those chicken fingers hit different with background music that makes you question your teenage heartbreaks. Employees? Cool, calm, and friendly--like they already knew this chicken was about to change our lives. Now let's talk food. HOT HOT HOT chicken. Crispy outside, juicy inside. Fries? Golden perfection. And the slaw--listen, I'm a slaw kinda guy, and this was not your sad picnic slaw. This was slaw with confidence. That Cane's sauce? Let's just say I considered baptizing my fries in it. The place was spotless, the energy was welcoming, and honestly, if Cane's wants to expand to my hometown, I'll personally volunteer as tribute to cut the ribbon at the grand opening. Bottom line: Raising Cane's at 2AM is greater than life's problems.

Yelp
First time in a standalone Raising Cane's. Last time was in an airport location which was just a so-so experience. This location has been opened for a little over a year now. Every time we go to Bahama Breeze next door, we see the crazy long drive thru lines and our curiosity is piqued. Last night, we finally went in. Prepare for an arctic blast when you walk in. It literally felt like we walked in to a walk-in cooler. We couldn't wait to get our order and leave. Definitely can understand why so many were eating outside on a muggy night to avoid the chilly air inside. The place is decorated with dog decor throughout. I learned that the mascot is a dog, currently named Cane III which supersedes Cane I and II. The bathrooms were not clean due to pee all over the seats. They have a total of 3 family style bathrooms. Unfortunately, the bathrooms needed more oversight. Suggestion would be toilet seat covers. I ended up ordering through the app while I was freezing my ass off waiting in line. The process was simple but it was difficult to get the rewards program added. You have to get a caniac club card from the cashier and create a separate login for it, then link it to the Raising Cane's account. The menu is actually pretty simple. They have 1 style of chicken tenders with a small variety of combos: 3, 4 or 6 tender options. The 4 and 6 tender combos comes with coleslaw. They also have a chicken tender sandwich combo and a 2 tender kids combo. All the combos comes with fries, Texas toast and a drink. You can also order from their tailgate platters. These platters have 25 - 300 piece options. Finally, you can also order single-serve extras like 1 chicken tender. The chicken didn't have a lot of flavor on its own but pair it with the sauce and enjoy. The Cane's sauce is a mix of ketchup, mayo, worcestershire and spices. It was one of the most tender and fresh tasting chicken fingers I've ever had at a restaurant. My family and I really enjoyed it. The coleslaw was also very good. Not runny, with a little bit of sweetness and the crunch from the cabbage. Next time I come in, I will be the one in the fleece-lined warm coat.

Yelp
Had a good experience for visiting on a busy Saturday at lunch. The line was a little long but they worked through it pretty quickly. I had to use the restroom and they have 3 family bathrooms available - the first one had no toilet paper. No problem, I'll try the other - also no toilet paper. I waited for the third to free and the toilet was disgusting. I alerted a worker cleaning tables and after a few minutes she got toilet paper to refill, but a large line for the bathroom had formed until then. Let's talk food - I felt it came out within a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were. The chicken pieces were small which I was expecting a better size, but the fries were fresh. The bread was also tasty. The Canes sauce is no joke, the best part of the meal! I don't know that I'll be back, but it was a good visit as we were passing by.

Yelp
The food is very fresh, service was a little slow. This location is very busy. I love the ambiance in this restaurant. It's clean. The only downside of this place would be the temperature. It's extremely cold so if you're planning to eat inside the restaurant and bring a big warm jacket the other solution will be eating in the outside tables. They have few.
google avatar

Yelp
For it being super busy at 11:30pm made me curious and wanting to try it out. I was very happy I did. Starting off with the restaurant was "clean" for it having so much foot traffic. When I walked in it was super freezing like going in a walk in freezer. The line was all the way to the door but moving pretty fast. The staff did a very good job on taking care of customers. From taking orders, getting the food out and then the next customer. Pretty impressive if you ask me. Now the food was fresh. Chicken had a very nice flavor and tender. Fresh fries very crispy and hot. Bread was nice and toasty. I was told their sauce makes the meal. For me personally ketchup works just fine. I would definitely buy again and recommend.

Yelp
Business was busy on a early Sunday evening. Parking lot is small so we had to park behind the store in the big lot connected with Target. They have a double drive thru with an employee outside taking orders. My family went inside to eat. Although there was a line, it moved quickly and our food was ready quickly and was hot and fresh. I ordered the chicken sandwich which was a good size. My husband got the three piece chicken fingers meal and my kids shared a combo. Staff was polite when I told them the hand soap was missing in one of their gender neutral bathroom (three individual rooms), and said they would address it immediately. I will come back as my son is a big fan!

Yelp
Raising Canes here brand new on Irlo Bronson was fresh and delicious. Service was blazing fast and the ambiance was just perfect. It was very cold inside. I felt like the air conditioner was set on its highest setting. Nevertheless, you have seating options outside if it is too cold for you inside. The signature sauce, the texas toast, the fries, the sweet tea, and the fresh chicken tenders are top notch here.

Ben W.

Yelp
Always a classic! We don't have canes near us sadly so whenever we get the chance we always stop by for some tenders
google avatar

Jesy T.

Yelp
I've been in a raising cane mood lately and had to check out their newer Kissimmee location. Was surprised this location was a little smaller than others, but it didn't take away from the great service! Was definitely a bit packed when I got there, but food was coming out fresh and efficiently. I got a caniac combo to share and it was just what I was craving. Raising canes isn't anything out of this world, but it really just hits the spot lol! Tons of seating inside and outside. I tried their lemonade for the first time and was pretty please (it's not too sweet or sour).
google avatar

Yelp
After a long day of driving, we were so happy to find a Raising Canes. You can always rely on hot, fresh food, juicy chicken tenders, clean restrooms, a very friendly staff, and a dog friendly patio to enjoy our meal on. Our go-to meal has been the Caniac Combo (substitute the coleslaw for an extra toast) and a sweet tea to drink. Don't forget that dipping sauce, either! It's a favorite and must-have for your chicken and fries. Canes has been great and hasn't disappointed.
google avatar

Roberto Y.

Yelp
Nice and clean location! Location has a nice outdoor sitting area. Warm service and good chicken fingers!
google avatar

Steven C.

Yelp
Very good chicken tenders. We had them take out eating 20 minutes later after pick up and they were still excellent. Best thing is the batter is light so more fresh tasting. Fries were okay would have been better fresh. Highly recommended.
google avatar

Jenina P.

Yelp
I went at 10pm on a Friday night. The place was crazy busy... which I thought would be fine if I waited. Everything will come out fresh. Chicken was soggy. I waited about 30 min for a 4 piece tender. Should probably be better staffed since it's right outside of Disney.
google avatar

Jay P.

Yelp
Our AirBnB was closeby to this Raising Cane location so we made a pitstop and ate here. The place was busy and packed, But thanks to the wonderful staff, the lines thinned out quickly and we received our food rather expeditiously. Their menu is pretty simple and it paints the perfect picture...they're all about their Chicken Tenders and their special Canes Sauce. I ordered their Chicken Tenders Combo. My food impression... - Tenders (9/10) nicely breaded, reminds me of Popeyes breading in a way. Tender was perfectly cooked - Texas Bread (10/10) nicely buttered, and fluffy bread - Canes Sauce (11/10) Sauce highlighted everything as it married well with the Tenders (I even tried it on the Fries) - Fries (6/10) Fries were Meh. I feel like it's the type of fries I can get anywhere. Nothing too special. Would have been better if they were breaded or seasoned instead of salted. Simple food, yet effective. YUM...

Christina H.

Yelp
Raising Canes exceeded all expectations! For starters, the service was amazing which I don't typically expect from fast food places. The tenders were cooked to perfection as well as the fries but the real star of the show here is the canes sauce.. phenomenal!!!!! The interior design is also nice and spacious and the bathrooms were very clean. I'll definitely be coming here when I have a craving for tenders. Prices are also incredibly reasonable.
google avatar

Jodi S.

Yelp
Want to give a shout out to Justice, who not only took our order, but brought out the jug of tea we purchased and silverware for the coleslaw we forgot to grab. Now the chicken is juicy, and I've come to realize it's the sauce that makes it great;) This is hands down the best Texas toast, as I normally don't even like bread. And the fries are always fresh, always!
google avatar

Sabrina T.

Yelp
My friends had been telling me about how good Raising Cane's is, so I had to try it on my way to a conference. I went in to order (and go to the bathroom - very clean!). The cashier was super friendly and helpful. My food came out fast and I loved how they said "fresh, hot chicken for Sabrina". I got it to go because I was running late. It was delicious! I understand the hype!! The chicken was hot and juicy - cooked perfectly! The sauce took me a couple bites to decide if I liked it - I do! LOL The coleslaw was fine, just normal Cole slaw. The fries were hot and crispy - had great flavor. The bread was actually so good and soft and buttery - my favorite apart from the chicken. The restaurant was a good size and had indoor and outdoor seating. Very clean and I liked the decor. I hope they open one closer to my house!
google avatar

Yelp
They are finally open. It has been some time since I have had some Cane's, and they did not disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful inside and nicely decorated. They have ample outdoor seating, which is awesome. Some are covered, and some are not. They have a large parking lot and duel drive thru. The chicken was hot and fresh and so tender. The breading is nice and light and does not take away from the juicy chicken. Now you gotta have it with the Cane's sauce. I don't even know how to describe it, but it goes great with the chicken and fries. Oh, and their sweet tea, well, it fits in the south just perfectly. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to come back, and I'm so happy to have them in the area.
google avatar

Chelsea S.

Yelp
This place is so good!! It's fast food but delicious I've been at least 3 times already and will be back again. It's chicken tenders and fries and it's simple but they do it right. I do wish they had a dessert options.
google avatar

Yvette F.

Yelp
First time and the food was on point and the sauce was delicious, chicken tenders were hot and very tender, the Cole slaw was so good, I highly recommend it

Yelp
Our first time at any Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers sure did not disappoint. We decided to brave the crowd on this location's opening night, and were quite impressed on how well things were run. The line for drive-thru and inside were out the door, but even with this it only took about 10 minutes for us to get to the front of the line inside and order our food. We could hardly hear the cashier because of the crowd and the loud music, but when the food was ready they were able to say our name loud enough that we could hear. For as busy as it was there was actually plenty of seating, and staff was right there to clean any tables and chairs as soon as they opened up. For our first time we ordered The Box Combo that comes with four chicken fingers, coleslaw, fries and Texas toast. Turn around time from ordering to picking up the food was less than five minutes, even for such a busy time, and the food was fresh, hot, and pretty delicious. Breading on the chicken was nice and crispy, and the Texas toast was a very nice addition. My son had been to a Raising Cane's before so he knew you could substitute the fries for another piece of Texas toast. I would say our first experience here was very positive and plan on going back, hopefully at a time that is less busy.
google avatar

Miriam C.

Yelp
Fantastic; give me 15 of them! Love the sauce, the toast, the slaw, the fries. So sad we don't have one here where I live!
google avatar

Blair E.

Yelp
I guess I don't understand the hype. I happened to be in the area so decided to see what the fuss is about. After eating my lunch, I still want to know what the fuss is about. The chicken fingers were fine. Not bad but far from amazing. The fries were soggy, and it's sad to see it's a common thing because multiple reviews call that out . I hear the sauce is why people come. Well if you don't eat mayonnaise, which I don't; then you can't have the sauce. I wouldn't go to a restaurant just for the condiments if the food is mediocre. I'll stick with Zaxbys or Huey Magoos if I want chicken fingers because they are hands down better.
google avatar

John F.

Yelp
Just horrible. Imagine an entire franchise built around a sauce (which is amazing). There were just 8 cars ahead of me at drive thru. Took over 30 minutes. Chicken fingers were under cooked or at least the breading was falling off. Oil not hot enough? Their crispy fries were soft and soggy. My Coke Zero had almost no syrup at all. Looked like Sprite. Literally failed at every step on the process. If it weren't for the sauce, I would have thrown the entire order away. Wow. This was bad. This was O-Town West location.
google avatar

Jerika J.

Yelp
The food is really good and fresh, they only have one sauce and it's the only one you need.Highly recommend for some inexpensive good eats.
google avatar

F J M.

Yelp
I went to Cane's because I was given a gift card from my son who lives in OK. The meal was good, not great compared to other competitors. The sauce was not amazing as stated in other reviews, and the fact that there is only one choice of sauce is disappointing. Also, there were limited beverage choices. I really don't see anything that would encourage a return visit.
google avatar

Jay G.

Yelp
Terrible. 30 min wait at the drive thru. We got our orders and a few things were missing. (Extra canes sauce, no ice in our drinks, and a small amount of fries in each box. Great hours, horrible presentation.
google avatar

Pat J.

Yelp
Drive thru service was speedy and friendly. The menu is very small, so there shouldn't be much of a wait. That said, I just don't get it. The tenders are nice and crispy but not really moist or flavorful. I'd rather have cream gravy than that sauce. I tried a bite with sauce and didn't really care for it. And I'm a huge fan of condiments. I tried a fry and decided that was enough. I know Cane's has a big following, so I mean no offense. The Bread was a winner, though! There are plenty of fast food chicken places and, sorry to say, this is a one and done for me.
google avatar

Joseph S.

Yelp
I think this place is a solid three. Raising canes is all about the chicken fingers, and they do these well. They are larger than chic fil a but not quite as flavorful. I think the cane's sauce is just okay- I usually grudgingly pay the $0.42 that they charge for honey mustard wishing they served a bbq instead like pretty much every other place you can get fried chicken. They are open late though which does set them apart from a lot of competition- you just have to be okay sharing the place with a young high school/college rowdy crowd.
google avatar

Miguel R.

Yelp
Ok so we don't need to talk about the sauce or the tenders because come on it's canes, with that said if you are reading this because you've never been to canes then definitely go like right now drop the phone punch it in your gps and get you a caniac! Also if you don't know you can sub the slaw for another Texas toast or you can get sauce you can swap fries out they will work with you. The sauce is the boss I'm telling you. Now the customer service is out of this world. In today's day and age when people just want to serve themselves this place isn't that. They go above and beyond with service and caring.
google avatar

Miguel S.

Yelp
Very few places live up to the hype around them and I think Raising Cane's definitely did. I preordered my meal which was The Box combo. I thought the tenders were extremely juicy and the sauce is everything you want it to be. Food was ready right on time so that was a huge plus. The interior was pretty cool and plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend and will be back

LaKeshia R.

Yelp
Raising Canes is always good. I've not had a bad experience yet. I'm looking forward to them opening a few spots on Washington State!

David B.

Yelp
The fingers were meh, not much flavor. No wonder they had to create a delicious sauce to help that chicken out. Also a piece of actual plastic was in my cole slaw. No way I'm giving them a second chance!
google avatar

Melissa B.

Yelp
Great experience at this new location. There wasn't a wait in the drive through and since it was our first visit the employee advised us of all our options and took our order similar to chick fil a where you order and pay via an iPad. The food was brought to the car quickly and was HOT! By the time we got to eat it about 20 minutes later, it was still hot and delicious. Canes sauce is so good and the tenders were some of the best I've had. We'll be back!
google avatar

Zuleyka H.

Yelp
We come here every now and then, the service is fast, the place looks clean and the food is always hot. The bread is so good.
google avatar

Jared J.

Yelp
My wife and I split a 6 piece the food was amazing chicken tenders were so good bread and coleslaw was great as well and the canes sauce amazing. My only 2 complaints would be the fries were not the best comparison to the rest of the food. Also we order online it was supposed to be done at 7 the ticket was printed at 7:13 and when the food was done they didn't tell me your order is ready and I seen them put the bag to the side. On the other side the line was at the door and so packed a lot going on.
google avatar

Amy T.

Yelp
We ordered the box combos and ordered extra sauce. One switched out the coleslaw for another piece of Texas Toast. The service was incredibly fast. By the time we sat down after we ordered, they called our name. Heads up: it was loud. Maybe it was just because it was the first day. I recommend your AirPods so you tune out the other noise and hear the person taking your order. The food was decently priced. For it being the first day, they had their act together. Police were helping direct traffic. If you need the drive through, you have to drive up towards Target and then go behind all the buildings to enter the drive through lane - at least for the first day. Maybe that will change in the future but probably not anytime soon. The tea was good and there was plenty of it.
google avatar

Sally N.

Yelp
Busy but they are new. Found a table easily. Chicken/sauce/toast/slaw isn't quite the same as Guthrie's (which I adore) but a real close substitute for a Guthrie's fan that lives too far away from a Guthrie's. Much better than PDQ and Zaxby's. Will be back. Might sit outside next time. Outside seemed a bit quieter. Inside was fine though. Really friendly staff. Pro-tip: Always get an extra sauce.
google avatar

Jimaye F.

Yelp
One of the best customer service I've ever experienced in a while. Coming from someone who's been in the restaurant industry for years. For reference I ordered inside and sat down to eat it at the restaurant. Everyone was super attentive and friendly to me. I felt seen and cared for. The food never disappoints, I had the box combo which was fresh hot and delicious. There was an additional combo made by accident and I was gifted it for free. The sweet employees who checked up on me during my meal and after and asked if I was done and took my garbage. The attention to detail was incredible. The ambiance of the music and the local shoutouts were adorable and really showed the care for the community. There was a senior prom shout outs and a sports team shoutout which was adorable. My visit was pleasantly surprising and I will be back here. The best Raising Cane's location I've ever been to.
google avatar

Jesse B.

Yelp
Food was good chicken needed a bit more seasoning in my opinion. The problem was the restaurant was busy the tables were limited. An employee was sitting at a 4 top table on her break and would not move to accommodate the patrons. Tables was not level and wobbled very bad. Besides that. The food was good. Fast and friendly service.
google avatar

Angela H.

Yelp
Was kindly you're welcome done with enthusiastic hello, order was taken swiftly accurately food was delivered hot fresh and it was amazing.
google avatar

Andrew J.

Yelp
This was my first time trying. The place is packed and obviously pretty popular. Being a simple menu the food came pretty quickly consider it was a full restaurant inside and a huge line in the drive thru. Good start however when it came to the food I personally wasn't too impressed. I had high hopes but the chicken fingers were bland. The skin really didn't have flavor. I think they rely on the sauce which was good but similar to other chicken places. The fries were crinkle and cooked regular. I was impressed with the Texas toast and the sweet tea thought. I don't think it's worth going out of your way to visit but if you're hungry and not wanting a burger or Mexican the. Give a go. It's an ok place.
google avatar

Candace M.

Yelp
First time at a Cane's. I think I had higher expectations, they are chicken fingers, I think I was expecting the breading to be something special? Was just ok & now I've tried it & probably won't return.
google avatar

Lauren K.

Yelp
I love this place - the chicken is always perfect and the sauce is like no other. It's never a crazy long wait time in the drive thru. I skip the Cole slaw and get double garlic toast. And I always order an extra sauce!!
google avatar

Kailey M.

Yelp
So glad canes is now in Florida! I've always loved canes and was so excited when it opened. I usually go through the drive thru and it is very clean for the most part. Staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful. The food is great as well. However, whenever I order extra canes sauce I never receive it. This sucks because you have to pay extra for it! Fountain drinks usually come out flat as well, especially the sprite.

Yelp
This is so good the line was a bit long but still. I ordered the 4 piece tenders and they were so good obviously. The Texas toast is so good especially with the canes sauce which I got a 21oz cup of... it's really good and the fries obviously delicious the guy kinda took a long time to get us out food and the drive through was long but still good.

Yelp
Definitely was expecting better with everything we keep hearing about Canes Chicken. The fries are soft soggy and smell like they were fried in rancid oil, the chicken fingers are mediocre at best. We won't be eating here again

Yelp
Great juicy chicken the flavor all just melted at the tip of my tongue. The service was excellent the employees were very attentive and cared for our needs. The ambiance is cold, loud, and packed but the food was too yummy to give a shitty review. 5 STARS
