I'm absolutely upset my husband ordered a 3 chicken finger combo with extra Texas toast and extra cane sauce, once he brought the order out to my husband he noticed along with me that we were handed the wrong order?? The 3 chicken finger combo only had 2 chicken fingers and as for the extra charge for the Texas toast and cane sauce, we weren't handed at all the extra items he payed for.. if only he didn't realize after we got home that the order was incorrect, I would've gone back myself and waited until I got handed the right order but honestly its also our fault for assuming the order was right from the start when in reality it wasn't. Such a shame. I was so excited to eat my meal because my pregnancy cravings were going crazy. Do better with the customer services.

We contacted the customer services number they referred us too, and let me tell you it was so helpful they assisted my needs right away when I informed them about my experience at canes for the very first time and they offered me gift card for a free meal for my next visit but to our surprise when I tried using the gift card at this location they unfortunately didn't take it since they are a franchise canes location, so I called back their customer services number and they told me that the general manager in that location would contact me and assist me with a solution to the problem, and let me tell you, this lady Shirley (I hope i spelled her name correct) was so extremely nice and sweet/helpful that she herself told me to come in on a day that I desired and that my free meal would be made. I don't know what she told the workers that work at this location but once My husband and I came in they attended our needs right away and we waited no later then just 4 min for our food to be made, they assisted us with great customer services and that's all thanks to this amazing woman the General Manager, I truly appreciate her assisting my issues and thank her truly for everything she did for me up to this point to receive my food. Thank you Shirley :) and thank you to the customer services team as well.
