The chicken fingers were incredibly juicy and perfectly cooked, and the toast was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and created such a cheerful, welcoming atmosphere. The parking was easy and convenient, and the surrounding area felt clean and pleasant as well.

It’s very cold inside this restaurant. It’s early February and AC and fans are going full blast 🥶 however the food is good and the service pretty quick even in a busy day. I wish they had a separate section for the food pickup people as it interferes with the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. The people working here all seem to be very competent, they speak without mumbling, and do a good job, save for setting the thermostat way too low, I’m freezing

Canes is a highly recommended spot for chicken tender lovers. After hearing so many recommendations, I finally tried out the new location, and I was quite satisfied. Although the service was average due to the crowd and wait time, the staff was friendly. There was a small issue with my order as I requested to dine in, but they gave it to me to-go. I understand, though, considering the high customer volume and their effort to serve quickly. As for the food, it was definitely worth it. The bread is soft and flavorful, and the sauce is the perfect complement to each bite. The fries are cooked just right, without too much salt, and the coleslaw has a pleasant taste. The chicken tenders were the true highlight: the chicken is juicy, with a tasty breading, and it’s even better when combined with the sauce. Although I missed a bit of spiciness (which is not part of their concept), I really enjoyed the experience. For those looking for a larger portion, I recommend the six-piece option, as the box combo can feel a bit small. Overall, Canes has won a new customer, and I’ll definitely be back.

Fried chicken fingers from Cane's is probably about as good as it gets around here. Been to this location multiple times but this last time I came by to pick up some food, multiple pieces of chicken were dry and plain hard to chew, taking from the usual experience of juicy chicken pieces as usual. Don't know if it was a one time thing or its been like this lately - After all, its probably been 4 or 5 months since I've been here. Otherwise, food has been good and had fast service, even with 20 cars in front of me in line.

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service at Raising Cane’s. I placed a large order for a work holiday party and sent an employee to pick it up, driving from Menlo Park to Hayward. When he arrived, he was handed one bag of food. He explicitly asked, “Is this all?” and was told yes. Trusting that response, he drove all the way back to our office. Once we opened the bag, we discovered there were no chicken fingers included at all, which is essentially the entire point of Cane’s. I immediately contacted the store and was met with zero apology, zero accountability, and zero attempt to make things right. Instead, I was spoken to by a rude manager who claimed they told my employee there was an additional bag. This is a lie and, as it turns out, lying became a pattern. Because of their mistake, I had to send my employee back from Menlo Park to Hayward again to retrieve the missing food. When he arrived, the same manager then claimed that I had told her we received Cane’s sauce. This is also a lie. We did not receive Cane’s sauce and I never told her that we did. I asked my team member to request that the manager speak to me directly. Not only did she refuse, she walked away from him, leaving him standing there with no explanation, no apology, and no resolution. No remorse. No professionalism. No customer service whatsoever. I have never experienced such shockingly unprofessional behavior from a restaurant, especially one handling a large catering-style order. This was careless, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will absolutely be filing a chargeback for this order and I will never do business with this location again. Avoid this establishment if you value basic competence or customer service.

My son loves Raising Cane's Chicken food. He shares some French Flies which are really good taste. My son recommends "The Caniac Combo" which is over $20 but you will be super full on your stomach according to my son. However, the location is not close to my home. I hope Raising Cane's Chicken are going to open more in Bay Area.

If you are a fan of chicken tenders, definitely try this place out. Perfectly cooked tenders with just the right amount of breading, juicy and moist on the inside. The sauce was good but nothing amazing. Fries to my preference just needed a pinch more salt.

Pickup area gets crowded from people ordering. Layout sucks but Great chicken, 3 out of 6 tenders had lots of veins and were tough. The fries were over salted. they also gate keep the lemonade and charge extra for it. Not sure I want to come back.

My oh my this location is a bit on the newer side since the last time I was in Hayward and it is efficient. You drive in and there is 2 lines. No merging, no determine who goes first, 2 separate lines, finally a place gets it! You place your order and if you are in the far right lane your order is hand delivered to you by employees, otherwise if you are in the other lane you can drive right up to the window. It was quicker than I expected considering the amount of cars at this location. It was this location that we learned you can customize your order. The price was a little bit steaper than what we paid at another location, but my son was hooked. The chicken was just as tasty and juicy as he had a couple days prior at a other location. It is no wonder this place was very busy on a Saturday night. Didn't make it inside so I can not attest to the interior. Staff was quick and friendly considering how busy they were.

Had a great experience at the Raising Cane's in Hayward! The service was fast and friendly, and their two-lane split drive-thru made everything move super smoothly. We were in and out quicker than expected, which is always a plus. My only hang-up with Cane's overall (and this goes for other locations I've tried--Stockton and Los Angeles included) is the price of the meals compared to the portion of fries. The food quality is consistently good, but the quantity feels a little lackluster for what you pay. Yes, Dad and I even split the kids' meal fries, and it still doesn't make up for the $16+ price tag--and honestly, the pictures speak for themselves. For my sensory-friendly parents out there--whether it's for your kids or yourselves--the fries are crinkle-cut. My son isn't a fan of that texture, so just something to keep in mind. Overall, the Hayward location provided a solid and pleasant visit with great service.

The food here is great compared to other locations. Served hot, tasty, and worth the price for sure. I had to dock two stars because the customer service is horrid. First off, we decided to eat inside for once, as we were always going thru the drive-thru but had an overly full vehicle this particular day. Upon entering a busy store, all the tables and chairs were noticeably dirty and displaced. I understand that it was a busy Saturday afternoon, but I've been to multiple busy fast food spots like In N Out, where they had an employee out from behind the counter to keep the environment clean and organized. Not this joint! Absolutely horrible. Second, my partner finally got to the front of the line and was acknowledged by the manager who was refilling the lemonade and happened to look past him, and three other employees behind the counter. He had to say something to them for them to come over and help. Lastly, we decided to eat outside because of the filth indoors. Even the outside patio had a bunch of napkins and crumbs all over the tables and floor, my partner's mother started to clean up the area. As we were leaving, an employee finally came out to sweep and while walking away, my partner's mother started told me to look back as he was appalled at what he was seeing. I looked back at where we were seated and this employee used the broom she was sweeping the floor with to sweep the table tops and chairs. Like, WHAT?! Who taught this employee that this was sanitary at all? I wish I had gotten her name, but if I were to return, I could point her out to you. Anyway, food is great and the reason for the stars in my review. Customer service deserves zero stars. Please train these people!

Festive theme and fast service! Chicken was juicy and the sauce as usual very savory!

A nightclub or disco that sells chicken sandwiches. What's not to love? Chicken sandwich and fries good - but service and hours make this an outstanding choice for late night. I was blown away how much cleaning was going on while I was there. These guys are hard workers - wiping and sweeping and making sure there was not one straw sleeve around. I've gone to sit down restaurants and the server wouldn't remove my straw sleeve for the entire duration of my visit... Its not that it matters - the little details - but if you are a server at a decent restaurant there should be some pride in the place. I don't expect a silver plated crumb sweeper but I do like a little attention to details. So much nicer than the crowded in n out next door. The people here were all young from the university - its great they have these new options just down the hill. If I could I would have liked the music a little more quiet - especially near closing time. I know certain bars and night clubs have more quiet music in the daytime and louder after hours but I think the reverse would be in order here. Oooops am I sounding like a grumpy old man? Ha, ha. Excellent choice for late night especially if you are CSUEB student.

Honestly, it's not too bad. The parking is kinda bad because people don't understand how stop signs and flow of traffic work. Other than that, it's a good location. The kids working there are pretty cool and legit provide really good customer service which was refreshing. They hit all the marks, they ask you if you're good. That's more than enough. The food is good. It's consistent chicken and obviously the sauce smacks. I would come here again if someone wanted to.

When visiting family in Hayward, a convenient location! It's a relatively new spot, still kept tidy and clean. Very welcoming staff right when you get through the door. But we didn't stay to dine-in, just picked up an online order. We were a little early for our noon pickup time and one of the cashiers came over to check if we needed help - excellent customer service! Sure enough, our order had just been assembled. We've been lucky to have their well-executed chicken tenders and sides (toast and fries best enjoyed when hot!) in 3 states and the quality and taste are consistent and delicious. As long as they keep cooking up the tenders, we'll keep coming!

I had lunch here with my family today. The menu is basic, but simple is sometimes better. I tried to enter through the exit. Lol. The signs that were around a year ago are gone now. The hours are great: Sun-Wed 9 a.m.-2 a.m.; Thur-Sat 9 a.m.-3:30 a.m. Our cashier was friendly, but too thorough for my taste. Ordering was somewhat of a hassle. The drive-thru has 2 lanes. Cane's Gear: The merch is cool and is "updated with new collections that change regularly." "Fried chicken for Simon!": We only had to wait about 5 minutes for our order. Names are called so loudly that you're probably deaf if you don't hear your name. There's some seating outside, but the seating capacity is only about 50. We almost didn't get a table. 2 staff members were diligent in terms of cleaning tables. Trays and food baskets were also collected promptly (at one point, some customers brought a woman their items directly). I was annoyed with the two fans. It was kind of cold inside, and I felt a little rushed to eat (it was like my food was being cooled off). I enjoyed the songs that were played (ex: "Youngblood" by 5 Seconds of Summer). They were noticeable, but at a respectable volume. The restrooms are down the hallway that's on the right. My wife had unsweetened iced tea (she liked it). There are at least 3 types of tea to choose from. Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers are so soft. Service is fast. Their chicken fingers are tender, juicy and tasty. We always order the Caniac combo for around $22 with tax and my husband and I share it. Their lemonade is so good. Casual dining- there is always seating available. Plenty of parking around and it is close to Ross.

I heard about this location and finally had a chance to visit. I went through the drive thru. It wasnt a long line. Waiting to get the food was a bit long. I ordered a caniac and the box combo. I asked for the cane sauce to be subbed with the honey mustard and they charged me for an extra sauce. I also feel like some of the chicken couldve been cooked a little longer because it was soggy The bread was good, they have the best fast food bread. The fries were fresh. I would give them another try.

This Cane's location was on point! Came after a concert around 11pm and the line had about 10 cars in line. It moved pretty quickly and we prob only waited about 10 mins from ordering to receiving our food. The food was delicious! The chicken tender pieces were big, way bigger than the San Jose location. I was genuinely surprised. The fries were also not overly salty which I liked! It could've used a little bit more salt but it was already a step-up from San Jose since imo they oversalt their fries. Great late night option and In-n-out is Nextdoor which makes this location the best of both worlds. Would visit again if in the area!

Honestly, this place surprised me. I remember not loving raising canes years ago, but I tried it again after years and honestly not that bad. I still prefer Popeyes or chik fila but overall, the chicken was crispy and juicy. Sauce was overrated, just like I remember. Coleslaw was decent, and the sweet tea was marvelous. This review is for the food, not the service. I placed an online order and had minimal interaction with the staff. From what I could tell, they were friendly, and the location appeared as clean as possible during rush hour. I took the food home--this was my first time trying Raising Cane's. The commercials and ads always make the chicken look so crispy, so my husband and I decided to give it a try. Honestly, it was a 2.5 out of 5. The flavor was there, but the chicken lacked crunch. We're big fans of Popeyes, which we still think has the best chicken out there. We might have Raising Cane's again if we're in the area, but it's not something we'd go out of our way to get. The Texas toast was the best part of the meal--but let's be honest, it's hard to mess that up. The fries looked and tasted like the frozen kind I buy for my kids--nothing special.

I was so excited when Cane's was coming to Hayward. The ones in Arizona and Texas taste way better. But I have tried the restaurant a couple times and I will say the taste of the food is getting better. But the service is what I would call snarky. They are young, and the managers really need to work on customer service. They are quick to straighten out a customer. And when you explain what happened, they blow you off. People need to take responsibilities for the way they act towards people that are purchasing from a company they work for. I have not gone inside the restaurant at this location due to the parking lot is always nuts in fear of possibly getting hit if I leave my car. If you have children with you and you choose to eat at this restaurant, please hold their hands and be very aware in the parking lot.

The kids somehow love this place so we come here after their basketball games often. The chicken finger is not bad: it is moist and tender. People agree that their dipper sauce (given on the side) is the best part. The fries and Cole slaw and bread is just meh. The service speed is ok. There is plenty of parking as this store is in a mall.

Every time I go to any Raising Cane's location, I am waiting 30 minutes or more, even sometimes an hour. The last time I went to a Raising Cane's was the Oakland location and only drive through was available. Oh my goodness, that took forever. I was in Hayward and decided to check out Raising Cane's because I haven't had it for more than 1.5 years which is when I went to the Oakland location. There's a new location opening up in San Jose and I cannot wait for it. I ordered the three chicken finger combo which includes the three chicken fingers, fries, toast and a fountain drink. There were only three customers in the store so I didn't really have to wait that long. I got my order and it was piping hot. I enjoyed the chicken fingers and also the toast. The chicken fingers were hot and crispy and I love the Raising Cane's sauce. The fries were hot but quite soggy. I wish they were much crispier like the crinkle cut fries at Shake Shack. Overall, I would probably get the chicken fingers only unless they can make their fries a bit more crispier. A lot of parking available and also the restaurant is very clean.

Was a little nervous to try them out because I hate waiting long for food and I know when they first opened the wait was long. We came at noon on a Saturday and was actually surprised it was empty. We ordered and got our food promptly. The food was fresh and was delicious. The chicken is basic but the sauce and bread it was makes it amazing! You do have to pay extra for each sauce so be aware of that. But the sauce is worth it! The place was clean and the workers kept it clean when there was no one ordering. The issue I had was that while we were eating they were spraying all the tables down around us so we had to smell cleaner while eating. Another thing I was surprised about was that we ordered two meals and received drinks with our meals. When we asked for a water cup for our baby, we were told we had to be charged for a cup. Kinda ridiculous in my opinion as we just placed an order with two soft drinks and just wanted a water cup for our child.

So, I was in a rush and needed a nearby drive-thru and got lucky with this one. I had the Chicken Sandwich combo with the crinkle fries and a Coke Zero. That sandwich was hot and juicy. I ate it it easily while driving. I actually finished the fries too. So good. I'm not a big fast food person but this was good. There's girl took my order outside at the drive-thru and she was really nice. It was fast and efficient! I will probably go back, especially after a few drinks. Lol.

First time trying the chain. I've avoided the Oakland one (though nearer to me) because their dining room had been closed due to all the car break-ins in the area. (Not sure about the situation now.) I orderedTthe Box Combo which had 4 chicken fingers, one Cane's sauce, a Texas Toast, coleslaw, fries and a fountain drink. The first finger was dry and left me unimpressed. Thankfully, the second one, which was a lot lighter in color, most likely because it was fried less, was visually less appealing, but much more appealing taste-wise. That piece essentially redeemed my ratings for Raising Cane's. As a whole, I thought the fingers were tasty but smallish. Enough for a lunch meal, but not enough for dinner time. The sauce was a little unique. It was like typical orange fast food special sauce but very peppery with more character. I wouldn't be surprised if the sauce itself was a draw. I heard that the Texas Toast was supposed be good, but mine was not toasty at all-- just soft and unappealing--dinner bun-like. The fries were a nice surprise. They were crinkle cut but almost McDonald's shoestring size. Usually crinkle cut are the mouthful steak fries size. The coleslaw was fresh and refreshingly not overly sweet. The service was quick and efficient. The staff was on the move either cooking, taking orders or cleaning up the dining room. They seemed quick and eager to work. The interior was shiny clean, and the row of mirror balls above were an appreciated touch by this card-carrying member of the disco generation.

This location has good food but it is very small inside. There definitely could be more seating for indoor dining. Their chicken tenders are cooked perfectly and of course their canes sauce is always good. We got their "caniac combo" and a kids meal for my son. The fries are good and not salty compared to other locations I've been too. You definitely need to try their coleslaw, it's very good (a bit small of a portion for a caniac combo though). I'd definitely be back but maybe not on a weekend.

I love this place everytime i go. me and my friends drive 35 mins each way just for this amazing food. i used to hate it when i tried it at the oakland location, but this location completely changed my mind! new favorite fast food!

Came here on an empty Thursday shortly after the HomeGoods grand opening! I don't even eat breakfast (around 10am) but wow!! My partner and I ordered the combo to share and for our first time, it was amazing! The tenders were so tender and the right amount of crisp. I don't like too crispy, so if you're going for that this isn't going to satisfy you. The fries were equally delicious with their cane sauce. Again, if you love your fries hard and crunchy, this isn't it. We agreed that it had to be one of the best chicken tenders we've had. Huge part of it is because of their delicious sauce. We will definitely be back for more! Absolutely prefer these over Jollibees tenders.

Well I admit this review isn't going to sound very nice, and this place didn't do anything wrong to me so I feel kind of mean leaving this review, but I have to be honest. First of all I think this place must be new as it is undoubtedly crowded. This was my first time ever eating at a Raising Cane's Restaurant so you are getting my full thoughts on my first experience. I'm afraid it's not good news: I ordered some chicken fingers, and the chicken sandwich. I'm just about eaten the chicken sandwich from everywhere you can think of, Wendy's, KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, you name it. The breaded chicken from Raising Cane's is, I am sorry to say, some of the most bland chicken I've ever eaten in my life. Seriously, it lacked flavor completely. If this place is truly as popular as it seems to be then I'll be the first to admit I just don't get it. The actual chicken itself I'm not saying is bad, but it is truly unremarkable and flavorless. It feels like the chicken has been steamed with hot water. I guess there's not much flavor beyond a steamy watery flavor -- if there's even such a thing. It truly baffles me how how such bland food can be popular. I guess taste is truly subjective.

I got my order through the drive thru and it was pretty quick even though there was a considerable line. If you want eat crispy fried chicken and delicious Cole slaw, this is the place. They have Louisiana hot sauce if you like it super spicy but they have other mild sauces as well.

The chicken tenders are delicious and well made! We were primarily bummed out with how small the tenders were and at the Oakland location, if the tenders are particularly small, they'd give you another tender to make up for it. That didn't happen here. They also gave a small bit of fries, much smaller than the Oakland location as well. Overall, taste is there and it's nice to be able to eat inside the place.

There are 2 drive through lanes, friendly staff. Just ordered the 25 fingers for $45.45. It comes in a small party tray with 8 sauces. It came with exactly 25 pieces. But tell me why some pieces are TINY as heck. They should give you more pieces to make up for the smaller pieces. I'm glad they opened this location in Hayward but it's just crazy to pay $1.81 for a small piece of fried chicken.

I'm a fan of Raising Cane's. Lol.. That sauce is everything! I still remember when I was subbing at a school in Oakland, and this one little girl had a drink cup full of sauce. It was nuts. Haha but yes, the sauce makes it all so yummy. I've been to this location twice so far. The food is hot and yummy. The place is clean. The staff is friendly. There's plenty of parking. No complaints at all. I would definitely come here again the next time I'm craving Raising Cane's. :)

This place just opened and me and a couple buddies of mine decided to visit. This place gets pretty packed and I can attest to that. The line wraps around the building but they have a nice little system in place where the line starts at the door, so the interior doesn't get too crowded. However, not everyone follows these unspoken rules, ignorance is a big problem in our youth. I had to get two caniac combos and munched one down quick. I took the other home where I noticed an interesting but disturbing trend. The size of chicken tenders and amount of fries decreases drastically at this location when you order for to go versus the size given for dine in orders. I will need to ponder more on this.

Chicken was good as always! Fries abit salty. The one thing that might make us not come back to dine is the gal that announces the names for the order that are ready. She is so LOUD and just a shrieking, piercing yell it startled us every time. Just was not a pleasant atmosphere to eat in. Other than that...everything was good.

The service and quality has definitely improved. The tenders are fresh and crispy and the fries are salted a bit more. The sauce is what makes the meal. The lemonade here is really good and not too sweet and tart. Dining room is a bit snug and can get busy. The employees are friendly and service was fast with dine in.

It was my first time at this location. This is a new location in East Bay. I came on a Saturday afternoon and it was crowded inside and out. I liked how there was lots of seating outside with overhead covering along with small tables and umbrellas. We got our food pretty quickly and it was served hot. The chicken was better than the last time I had it and the fries were pretty crispy/good. I shared the Caniac meal which comes with 6 chicken, fries, and toast. It comes with coleslaw but we subbed slaw for another toast. Perfect size!!

I had to come back again! So delicious! Hot & fresh chicken and this time there was no drive thru line.

Came bright and early to avoid any lines since it's been super busy and it was my first time trying any raisin canes actually. The sauce was really good, service at the drive through was patient and friendly and the chicken tenders were juicy. The toast was really good too, fries were ok, but would definitely recommend it based on the tenders and sauce. There is a patio too to sit which is nice to bring the pup.

Had to give this another review. Just top notch and unbelievable team of people here. Great service and so friendly and outstanding I think they may be actually AI bots. They're here!!! We needed chicken for a poorly thought out plan to work through the hot sauces from the HOT ONES YouTube channel. I won't bore you with the disaster that turned out to be but... Raisin came through with what amounted to life saving tenders. And the bread, we should have gotten more bread!!! The staff put up with our choppy, hesitating, and annoying order. Thank you. We made several tickets to add lemonade then sweet tea then unsweetened tea and they put up with us - with generous amounts of ice and a smile!!! As we sat and waited we saw the team serve, check in on other customers, and cater to everyone on a pretty busy day all with smiles. Whoever is managing this place hired well and must be great at managing morale. Or, RC has a bunch of robots they are powering on daily to pass as amazing and friendly human beings. I have found THE chicken sandwich. It starts with their tender, juicy, fresh chicken fingers. When you tear into one of their chicken fingers, it shreds like fresh chicken should. The outside is crispy and inside is tender and perfectly seasoned. Their secret Cane sauce needs to be bottled. It's a little zingy and goes perfectly with the chicken fingers. Their fries are on the softer side and could be a little crispier, but still tastes good. Their coleslaw was very good as well. They are located close to Mission Blvd. in Hayward. It's in a nice plaza with Sprouts and an In-N-Out coming soon. Inside is clean with cool artwork, disco balls, and their motto, ONE LOVE. They have a large covered patio area with plenty of tables and benches. While eating outside, the staff came out to clean tables a few times, and asked if they could take anything away for us. I was really impressed with the level of service for a fast food chain. Even though it's about a 1/2 hour drive from home, I'd definitely come again for their chicken.

First time coming to this spot, I got the the box combo same with my sister, I got extra fries instead of the coleslaw and they didn't give me the extra fries but gave me an extra toast which I didn't mind at all but barely any fries which I couldn't even enjoy, my sister got the coleslaw but didn't receive it which is upsetting. Once I took a bite out of the tenders they were very soggy and didn't taste good I tried to eat the other tenders but they were all the same soggy and very wet I couldn't finish the food at all just felt sick to my stomach! I would try this place again to give it another chance but at the same time I don't know if I can. I feel like the customer service wasn't great at all we didn't receive the things that we paid for and just waisted our money.

Came by around 10pm on a Saturday night and saw two lanes of vehicles lined up at the drive thru, wrapped around the plaza, barely moving. So I opted to park and dine in instead. The order line was a bit long too, stretching out the door, but the staff did such a good job keeping it moving, even handing out menus to customers waiting in line and offering to answer any questions. I ended up only waiting 10 minutes in the line to order and less than 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Indoor seating was crowded, but there were plenty of tables available in the outdoor patio, and on a warm evening, this was perfect. What's more, the food was outstanding. I got the 3 finger combo, and it was so satisfying. When they say "hot and fresh," they really mean it. The cane's sauce wasn't too special, but the slightly crisp crinkle-cut fries, buttery texas toast, and juicy chicken fingers already tasted amazing without it, so it simply added extra flavor and a hint of sweetness. I enjoyed my meal, the modern and inviting atmosphere, and the wonderful, friendly, and efficient service from staff... wouldn't hesitate to return.

This Raising Canes location has recently opened in Hayward in the Bay Area whereas the first location to open is located in Oakland. I'm glad that it happened because I live in Fremont and that I had to take a long commute to go to one at Oakland. I didn't want to go there during the afternoon due to traffic and so I waited until it's night for traffic to clear up. This location is also convenient for those who go to CSUEB. As usual, the lines from the drive thru and store are very long. So expect some delay. Also, the atmosphere of this location is exactly like the one from Oakland. Not really surprised to be honest and they opened until very late at night either 2am or 3:30am. The food is good though. Not really going to have high expectations since it's considered fast food and it's fine for quality to be like ones from a restaurant. Also they do charge 50¢ for extra Raising Canes sauce. The food is cold when I arrived home but it's all good and understandable since the drive was long.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers opened in Kmart's space, with In & Outs Burgers, Ross, Sprouts Mkt. minimal decor: a few rock & roll photos, Cane signs. Lotsa seating inside & out. 2 drive thru lanes No directions noticed/received. Just looked for a line & lined up. Line moved quickly. Ordered, pd, name called in minutes. Offerings: combos, drinks, extras, extras, "tailgates (chicken fingers) & jugs (teas)". Bites: 3 finger combo (10.89)-fingers, toast, drink. -cashier automatically rang up 10% senior discount. Self service unsweet tea.. -texas toast best itemi- toasted butter side. -15ish mini crinkle cut fries not crispy, innards not mushy. Traveled well. Tasted same as when served -3 chicken fingers had slight crunchy outer texture. Chicken meat moist, lacked juiciness, subtle flavas. Dipping sauce a variant of thousand island? Added little to chicken profile. Doubt it travels well. Semi-loud rock & roll music. "I can't get no satisfaction" not heard. Cane's finger nothing special. Service was. Small menu. easy to fill orders quickly. 3.5 stars-doubtful repear I cane'd, I ate, I'm satisfied i tried it. Bye Dave's. Popeye stick around. Chick- a maybe. Nashville's for the heats.

Raising Cane's never disappoints! The chicken was super juicy and flavorful--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The fries were golden and perfectly seasoned, but the real star was the bread... seriously, the best I've had. Everything was fresh and satisfying. Definitely coming back for another box combo soon!

The tenders are the best part as they are juicy and soft. Sadly I cannot say that I enjoyed any other part of my meal. The slaw had too much of a mayonnaise (oily or greasy feel) to it, and the toast was still cold in the center and tasted like it had frostbite before it was warmed up. The fries were salty and not crispy but soggy, and the sauces were not to my liking either. The chicken tenders surprised me because normally tenders are crunchy but Cane's tenders are soft and lightly breaded. They were cooked perfectly and the light breading lets you enjoy the full flavor of the chicken itself. I would try them again in the future to give them an updated review, but as a first impression, I was not amazed.

I'm so glad there's a location closer to me now! We went here on a Saturday around 2:50pm and there was a short wait in line. They also have a drive thru too which also looked busy. We ordered inside the restaurant and ended up getting The Box Combo to share. That Box Combo comes with 4 chicken fingers and we weren't that hungry anyways, so we just wanted to try this new location out. Anyways, I liked everything in this meal, but compared to other Raising Cane's locations I've been to, this one felt a bit different. The fries at this location isn't as crispy as the other ones I've been to. I'd recommend this place! Everything still tasted good, even with my small complaint about the fries. I'd say those meal boxes are my favorite item to get and I love how the inside of this location looks similar to all their other locations I've visited.

We got in line around 11PM, we have been wanting to go but the line always seem long when driving by. To my surprise it was only about 20 min wait. The staff were quick organized and friendly. The food was delicious. I ordered a 3 finger chicken which came with fries and toast and sauce. I will definitely be returning.

Great food! I'm so glad raising canes finally opened closer than Oakland! The line in Oakland is always so long as well. It was easy to order online, we ordered pick up at 9:30. They made it fresh on the spot and fast. My go to is always double Texas toast! Definitely worth it!

So glad Raising Cane's has finally opened in Hayward and it was my first time trying it!! We went on their 3rd day of open for dinner and noticed the super long line. I thought it was going to take an hour to wait in line before getting our food, but was surprised that it only took less than 20 minutes. They were prepared and organized so everything went smoothly. The staff were also very friendly! We ordered chicken tenders, toast, fries, cole slaw, and a drink. I thought the tenders were very average, but I really enjoyed the toast since it was extremely crispy and buttery. The price was also pretty reasonable. I really liked the cane's sauce and noticed that some people combined the toast, sauce and the tenders to make a sandwich. I think I'll try that next time!

Came here on a Sunday evening and lines were stretched to parking lot of the bustling shopping center. Kinda remind me of the popularity of the ever popular In n Out. ( also in the same shopping center along with businesses like, Ross, sprouts or Whole Foods I can't remember exactly) Ever since I saw the founder of Raising Canes on the TV show Shark Tank, I was always curious. This location is closest to the South Bay by about 32 miles, so I look forward to the San Jose location, which I hear will be opening soon, so I'm crossing my fingers . Although I wish there would be a location in Sunnyvale, Mountain View or Palo Alto. Anyways I ordered the 6 pcs which came with 2 tiny sauce cups, a very small cup of coleslaw, a mini Texas toast and crinkle cut fries which I requested no salt. Thank goodness i requested no salt bc after enjoying 3 small nicely battered chicken fingers, I became extremely thirsty. I drank all of my large Arnold Palmer during my sit down at home moment. The drive thru has 2 lanes and an in person order taker was next to menu and ready to take in person orders. After paying and moving slowly to received order, Be careful to stop before the window. The staff who delivers the bagged orders literally receive order through the window and cross lanes to deliver to cars. The management needs to put a stop sign to inform customers in the cars to stop or else it's a liability if the staff is struck by a vehicle. We saw no Stop sign and staff had to yell to stop before the window as the car was in motion to the window like most drivers thrus. However, I welcome the idea of boneless battered chicken fingers but I just wish the offering were each a bit more In size or quantity. The total came to $20.46. but I wanted to taste the new chicken in town. So I just gulped and hoped it was delicious. I like the taste of the batter and chicken was moist but small. I loved the coleslaw. It was crunchy and not too sweet like a KFC slaw, the Texas toast was small. It shoukd be renamed mini toadt. Fries was meaty and barely had color and no salt as I requested. Arnold Palmer was more ice tea flavored than fresh lemonade but I loved the ice. does anyone know if I can buy the ice similar to sonic drive-in or Chick-fil-A? :)

First time having it. It was ok. Fries were basic. Chicken tenders were very tender! Drive thru went by quick service was great.

Finally open!!! I been waiting for this place to be open since the coming soon sign was up. I've always avoided the Oakland location for obvi reasons and always went to Roseville & Auburn location. It's a rare place that my family agrees on! Love their tenders fries and cane sauce. I love the simple menu options. Lemonade is a must. Sweet tea is a little on the sweeter end for me but you can mix sweet tea and unsweetened tea. The app often doesn't work for me and I always get suck with that disco ball loading page but I'm think it's user error since my friends have no issues with the app. The time is to go now before the in n out opens! And it will be really crowded. Love that this place opens late! I took away a star because my order was messed up. No slaw- sub fries and they gave me slaw and no xtra fries.
