Send me my w2! I have called all the useless phone numbers I was provided to no avail. I have a report number but there is no explanation what to do. It keeps direction me to an employee app I no longer have. Never have I experienced such blatant ageism in a work setting! One love what a joke! One love but not if you're old ! Just send me my w2 so I never have to deal with this gawd awful place! Sad I had to come on this forum because this has turned into a run around!

I had an interview with Canes (on 2 N Michigan Ave) about a month and a half ago and was offered a position, which was great. However, my experience with their follow-up process has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to check on the status of my background check, I’ve been met with rudeness and unprofessionalism from the staff. To make matters worse, I overheard one of their team members speaking dismissively about my attempts to follow up, because she’s unprofessional and doesn’t know how to put a phone on hold. Apparently, in her words the GM (Nigel or Amari) doesn't talk to anyone after being offered employment, they just don’t care. So, we are just interviewing for false hope. I’m really disappointed with the way this has been handled and hope they improve their communication and customer service. But, don’t worry Canes on 2 N Michigan Ave, you won’t be hearing from me anymore unless it’s through here, your corporate email, or LinkedIn which I will be making sure to inform everyone on the poor service you provide for potential employees, and customers too, because I’m never eating here again, I don’t like my chicken served with attitude.

I went here for a job interview its a joke wasted my time.The Mgr. acted like she couldnt be bothered asked me 3 questions and the interview was done.It took 5 minutes. No thank you Id rather work elsewhere.This was the first time Ive ever been to a Raisin Canes and Ivwoulnt go back bad first impresion second prices are way way to high.

I want to start by saying I usually enjoy Canes. I had one issue in Las Vegas and it was corrected so I did not complain. I had an issue in Anaheim Hills, CA that was corrected immediately and I have to say I would rather not right a review unless I have tried to make things right and still nothing. I am a family of four and my family loves Canes. However, Canes in Lake Forest CA, is such a disappointment and a disgrace to Canes in general! Their management team definitely needs to be trained and take lessons from other Cane's in the local area! Not just their customer service they need to learn how to make their food. I went on three separate occasions and then was like I am done. They should be aware they are screwing up orders. I went back was like I was in drive thru and my order was messed up they are here thank you for coming and they messed up that order. Come on now how do you mess up the same order 2x did you just give me what I ordered back? So I took it to higher up, oh we are sorry let us send you cards for a box combo. I go to use the cards at another location they inform me they were already redeemed. I ask for a manager she says yes I am truly sorry they were already redeemed. I just got the cards. I email the manager Elizabeth Bautista she said I emailed the wrong person. Well how did I get your email if you are not the one who sent it. I have a thread of emails with their lack of service. Get your money back don't ask them to fix it. It is not worth the hassle. Two stars because I enjoy Canes just not the Lake Forest CA Location 26782 Portola Parkway, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610

Bad store experience, Mobile App, doesn't have a Drive Thru pickup option. Food took 20 minutes to prepare after placing order, Beverage was not correct, ended up in the trash, store manager was handling drink cup after handling unclean items, posters trashcan and phone without washing hands or putting on gloves. Very bad experience. At Nederland Texas store.
