I want to start by saying I usually enjoy Canes. I had one issue in Las Vegas and it was corrected so I did not complain. I had an issue in Anaheim Hills, CA that was corrected immediately and I have to say I would rather not right a review unless I have tried to make things right and still nothing. I am a family of four and my family loves Canes.
However, Canes in Lake Forest CA, is such a disappointment and a disgrace to Canes in general! Their management team definitely needs to be trained and take lessons from other Cane's in the local area! Not just their customer service they need to learn how to make their food. I went on three separate occasions and then was like I am done. They should be aware they are screwing up orders.
I went back was like I was in drive thru and my order was messed up they are here thank you for coming and they messed up that order. Come on now how do you mess up the same order 2x did you just give me what I ordered back? So I took it to higher up, oh we are sorry let us send you cards for a box combo. I go to use the cards at another location they inform me they were already redeemed. I ask for a manager she says yes I am truly sorry they were already redeemed. I just got the cards. I email the manager Elizabeth Bautista she said I emailed the wrong person. Well how did I get your email if you are not the one who sent it. I have a thread of emails with their lack of service. Get your money back don't ask them to fix it. It is not worth the hassle.
