Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Raising canes on College street in Beaumont Texas. My mother age (90 and I am 68) We had driven from Bay St Louis Mississippi to Beaumont and we were starving. We headed to Raising Canes on College Street. We got out to eat inside Raising Canes. The floor was so slippery like too much soap was left on the floor. Mother and I both had trouble walking. The french fries were cold and the chicken was not crunchy. ( very soft crust) I love my raising canes in Houston where I live. Never EVER disappointed in Houston. Also I have to mention. WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE A PLACE TO CONNECT YOUR PHONE TO CHARGE? We needed it for directions. I needed to charge the phone. Next time I will just go to starbucks. Very disappointed tonight!!!

Aaron and Payton in Baton Rouge, LA could definitely benefit from a Managers training 101. Please remember to much is given much is required. When did it become a companies policy not to provide the District Managers name. Is this because of the unprofessionalism? Please advise.

Do not eat here. They are rude and unprofessional. I ordered The box and 2 cane sauces. I got a cane sauce growing mold. I am so disgusted I was literally eating my fries with the sauce. Then I called the store to speak with the manager, and they hung up on me when I asked who I was speaking with.

Young lady at drive thru Ask me what would I like to order I advised and while asking about the water bottle brand options she cut me off stating “but I need you name I advise she next asked and proceed to tell her she then went radio silent Over !!! a full minute I then asked her was she ready she did not respond. Currently waiting to get through this line to get the young lady name stay tuned!!! after pulling up to the window. I did ask for a manager as I was confused on why the hold occurred. She declined to answer any questions or identify the employee I asked for the corporate information. She stated that she didn’t have it as a manager, which is very interesting. I’m not sure if it was just the experience, but the food quality was not great at all very super far my first time and last time ever eating there

I order the Caniac combo no Cole slaw extra fries I was so disappointed when I got home. I buy it to split it with my 2 son’s hardly any fries and just small pieces all broken it has to be 6 pieces my boys were so upset when they seen what they got in that container pieces of chicken don’t look anything like the picture on the menu ☹️

I want to start by saying I usually enjoy Canes. I had one issue in Las Vegas and it was corrected so I did not complain. I had an issue in Anaheim Hills, CA that was corrected immediately and I have to say I would rather not right a review unless I have tried to make things right and still nothing. I am a family of four and my family loves Canes. However, Canes in Lake Forest CA, is such a disappointment and a disgrace to Canes in general! Their management team definitely needs to be trained and take lessons from other Cane's in the local area! Not just their customer service they need to learn how to make their food. I went on three separate occasions and then was like I am done. They should be aware they are screwing up orders. I went back was like I was in drive thru and my order was messed up they are here thank you for coming and they messed up that order. Come on now how do you mess up the same order 2x did you just give me what I ordered back? So I took it to higher up, oh we are sorry let us send you cards for a box combo. I go to use the cards at another location they inform me they were already redeemed. I ask for a manager she says yes I am truly sorry they were already redeemed. I just got the cards. I email the manager Elizabeth Bautista she said I emailed the wrong person. Well how did I get your email if you are not the one who sent it. I have a thread of emails with their lack of service. Harwood Height, IL complaint for delivery when ordered through uber for not sealing bag . This is unsafe practice and food can be contaminated during transport. Called to speak with manager only to receive a rude response .
