A good and quick option for some fried chicken! Location was clean, service was quick.

Menu is simple, only about ten items to pick. Atmosphere is not bad, retro party theme. Chicken strips are not bad, tender and juicy. The sauce is not my taste. French fries look too thin. Cole slaw tastes good.

If you’ve never tried Raising Cane’s then I will highly suggest that you do! Their Box Combo is delicious. The sauce is a recipe well kept & super good. Customer service is great here, staff is nice and patient. They deal with people by the second so to have someone be patient with a customer is something to acknowledge. Seating is always available even in rush hour. I’ve been coming here for a year and some change and that’s something that won’t change for now

Chaotic, fast food, decent service , dirty table and you can ask for refill apparently. I would come here again for cheap chicken other than kfc. They both just as nasty. The place is ran pretty well but definitely can get chaotic. We got a table pretty fast but dirty.

This was my first time trying Raising Cane's, and I had a kids' meal since I didn't want a large portion. The fries were fresh, but the tenders lacked flavor; the sauce helped but didn't make a major difference. I don't usually drink sweet tea, but I saw Ice-T featured in their marketing and decided to give it a try—it was pretty tasty if you enjoy sweet tea. The atmosphere was clean and showcased Brooklyn decor, adding a nice touch to the experience. I don't eat fast food often, but I did notice that most of the meals were a bit premium, with everything over ten dollars and some even close to twenty. Great atmosphere, and customer service.

This was the best Raising Cane's I had ever been to. I don't know who they have back there cooking but they can cook!! The service was also quick and attentive. Someone came to our table to check up on us, and that to me is unheard of at a fast food place and I adored it!

Honestly probably one of the nicer fast food places in Brooklyn. I went in pretty late at night but the food was fresh and the place was spotless. It was so nice to see them cleaning actively and really making sure there is no trash on the tables. I even had workers ask me if everything with the food was good and they took the food off the table for me. Really great experience overall!

A bit pricey for what it is. Their sauce is not even that special. The chicken doesn't need it actually, and the garlic bread is a nice twist to fast food. BUT!!! Customer service is everything and makes the food and experience that much more worthy. Fries with no salt please. I got fries with salt. My fault cause I said it late. A manager overheard and without hesitation asked for my fries to be replaced immediately. Stepped up, and was a manager making sure the customer leaves happy. Imagine my posted photo is of him and not the food! Lol

I recently found out about this place through two people I know who have been there. I have never heard about Raising Cane's before. I got the opportunity to visit this establishment after trying to figure out what to have for lunch one cold day in December. I them decided to give it a try at first I was about to change my mind because the lines were so long they seem to be moving quacking so I hang tight and finally got to make my order . I got the four piece tenders combo meal. Let's just say I was not disappointed talk about tender chicken that sauce is everything oh so good and rich. I loved it so much I went back the next day for lunch. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good tender chicken.

I went to this location months upon months ago when I think this was the only location in NYC. They're still pretty popular now even after all the hype died down for whatever reason and they have several more locations now. I had the combo that came with 4 chicken tenders, a piece of Texas toast, some coleslaw, fries, a drink, and their famous sauce. The chicken was bland and a bit dry and needed the slightly sweet sauce to have any flavor with the sauce itself reminding me a bit of Russian dressing but maybe with a couple spices added. The fries were pretty terrible being crinkle cut and the toast was an alright piece of bread. The coleslaw also wasn't too tasty being just pretty dry for coleslaw without that much dressing. The tea was fine but it's tea so yeah. It's not the worst chicken you can have and it's obviously better than let's say McDonald's or some other places like that but for the price point which is around $15 and if you're going to get tenders, there are several better options. The best is the excellent 8-Bit Bites which has both much tastier chicken tenders, much better fries which are spiced, and the chicken has better sauce options. There's also the cheaper Halal Munchies which gives way more tenders and several other places. They're going to stay in business because of their location but I personally would never go back.

My very first time in the establishment, melted by a very nice young man, he helped me with my order., I wish I remembered his name. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the Food. Very bland tenders the sauce helped, fries and toast had more flavor.

This location feels like a it could be in a theme park or tourist trap, but it's right near the heart of downtown Brooklyn on the Fulton Mall strip. The space is loud, large, bright and airy. The servers all greet you with a rousing chorus of "Welcome to Cane's!" Its cute if you're visiting, but annoying the next time. The tenders are good! They don't taste frozen or mechanically formed. And to be perfectly honest, I'm not a big fan of the sauce but I get why people like it. Since they have a small menu, the orders come out fairly quickly. It's not uncommon to see what looks like the equivalent of a football team waiting at the counter but they're able to clear it out quickly.

What is the craze with this place? It's mediocre and nothing special as what people hyped it to be. The sweet tea was not that sweet. The fries were nothing. The chicken wasn't special...could've been cooked darker. They didn't offer ketchup packets to go so I had to eat my food there and it was much too crowded. Eh, I personally would skip this.

First time trying Raising Canes. Didn't know what to get so got the kids meal which came out to $8 and change. I got two juicy tenders with side of fries and a soda. the Tenders didn't seem like there's any seasoning on it. It's the sauce that makes it work. Now that I finally tired this spot, would I go out of my way for it? Probably not.

This is the worst Raising Cane's ever. Hell no would I ever come here again. I expected better than what I got today after ordering the sandwich combo. I told the cashier that I wanted the unsweetened tea and she ended up giving me the sweetened tea, which was loaded with lots of pure cane sugar making the tea unbearably sweet to drink. I couldn't finish it at all and had to throw it out. Then as I was almost finished with my fries, I saw a strand of hair that either came from the pubic or some private part area and I was immediately shocked and distraught! I was very mad that a strand of hair could even be in the food. I lost trust in this Raising Cane's location and will never ever step foot into this place ever again.

This is the 2nd Raising Cane's I've been to this month (1st one was in Times Square). Came here around 12:30 pm on a Sunday, and surprisingly, it wasn't busy. The restaurant was clean and had a lot of employees. We got 3 of the caniac combos & some extra fingers. The employee took my order correctly, but it's the kitchen who messed up- I asked for no coleslaw for all 3 combos and wanted 2 extra toast & 1 extra sauce instead. I received 3 coleslaw and 3 extra sauces. I went to tell the employee and showed my receipt, which clearly states what I said- atleast they were nice about it, admitted fault, and gave me the 2 toasts. The employees are very friendly, including the security guard. However, the food wasn't as good as the one in Times Square. The chicken fingers weren't that crispy, and the fries were soggy. Toast & coleslaw were good. The kids had a good time here- we'll definitely be back again unless they decide to open one on Long Island.

Now don't get me wrong, the food is good. But at this specific location, they have repeatedly gotten my order wrong. The cashier is fine, but every single time I've ordered something from the kiosk they get something about my order wrong. Missing the extra toast or fries. Adding coleslaw when I specifically had it removed. I ordered a Caniac combo, and it was missing 2 of the 6 tenders. A Caniac Combo costs 20 bucks, minimum, so this isn't exactly a permissible error. Get your act together, read the orders more carefully.

The chicken fingers are moist and tender white meat pieces. The suggested meal is quite large! 4 pieces of chicken tenders, coleslaw, Texas toast and fries!!!! And a drink too! It's a little costly that average fast food but worth it. Today we had to wait on a long time before n a long line - 10-12 people and one cashier. This is a good size restaurant with plenty of seating. They had counter seats, booths, tables.... Colorful and bright decor. The only complaint is that the fries were a little limp and soggy. The chicken could have been crisper. But overall still good!

I found the chicken greasy and under seasoned. Yes, the Cane's sauce is creamy and tangy but I feel like it just reminds me of a comeback sauce. I did like the Texas toast and the ability to make your own little sandwich from the chicken, coke slaw and toast. Fries were fine, nothing crazy. I know so many people that were extremely excited about this chain opening up in NYC but I was personally underwhelmed.

This location is always bustling with people, but the staff is also always efficient. It's a nice treat when you have one of those days where you don't feel like cooking. It's usually clean, but sometimes I do spot unclean tables. The Cane's sauce is what makes the chicken tenders taste a whole lot better!

To start, this meal was hella expensive!! I mean $17 expensive. I was so surprised at the price. When i had it in Times Square, idk if i paid this much. But, either way... man! I originally wanted the craniac meal which was 5 tenders and the same sides but that came out to a whopping $21 after taxes. I politely told her to take that off. When did fast food become so dang expensive?! Cuz that was crazy! This was my second time having raising canes, and to be honest, it's just okay. The chicken is nothing without the sauce. The fries are just regular. The Texas toast was okay. Would i return, I'm not sure. I feel like i can make this meal at home for far less than what i paid and have leftovers. The wait time was also insane for fast food on a Tuesday evening. I waited at least 20 mins for "fresh hot chicken" as they proclaimed when they call your name for your order. The music was so loud you could barely hear yourself think. It was a clean restaurant, which we love to see. All in all, not bad. But if i want chicken tenders and fries again, I'll stick with Popeyes or just make my own at home. They also had green lemonade for saint patricks day, but mine was filled to the brim with ice so most of the lemonade i had was gone before the meal was given to me. If you are ordering, tell them light ice, or none at all. Get your moneys worth lol. See meal below.

Everything you want out of a chicken finger combo and more. The coleslaw is cool and refreshing. The fries are super crispy. The chicken is juicy and perfectly seasoned. Bread is just the most processed slice of buttery perfection. The sauce was delish... I should have asked for extra. The new downtown bk location is always buzzing around dinnertime. Staff were well trained despite all having gardened before the shift. One guy's eyes were literally closed :P Anyway the space is still clean and the outdoor pickup window is great! Hope they will be on UberEats soon so because I will be craving again soon. Guess I'm a Caniac now.

I'm a Caniac from waaaay back and I'm so glad there's a location closer to me now! I was excited when the first few locations popped up but this one is only a single bus ride away! The staff is friendly, food is fresh, and on par with the NYC locations. I snagged one of my favorite lunches (kids meal) on the app and picked it up from the convenient walk-up mobile window. Got my order so much faster than other locations, thanks guys. See you soon!

Was intrigued about the hype surrounding Canes so I went with a few buddies one day to get it after roaming around the city for a couple hours. Listen it's not the worst but it's not the best. The bread is definitely the best part of this combo and I can't lie the chicken tenders aren't too bad either. The sauce definitely added a little kick to it but other than that what do you expect from an establishment specifically targeted for chicken tenders and fries. 7.5/10

First Cane's experience and it did not disappoint. The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The fries were nice and fresh. The bread was soft and buttery. I devoured everything in 15 minutes and only wish we had gotten more tenders. The dining area was relatively clean for a fast food spot. I saw an employee clean up a table immediately after a party had left.

First time here, and it was really busy. I say it's giving Chik fa la rum for they business. I had the chicken finger dinner with French fries and a root beer soda it was a combo. It was pretty good with honey mustard sauce. Hopefully, they last and keep up the good work

Look, I never expect to be wowed by a chain restaurant. And I wasn't for sure. But I will comment on how it is on one of the new raising canes in the New York area. The menu is relatively simple with its combos and side pieces. The people working there are generally nice and efficient, making sure people know they are next in line. My order also came out relatively quick. This location unlike the Times Square one doesn't have a DJ or a known set up for one to my knowledge. However, the disco balls add an interesting touch to the place. The food tastes the same as previous experiences with the brand. The chicken is not my favorite flavor wise but you can tell it is relatively fresh. It is best as a vehicle for the sauce (fingers and sandwich). The sweet tea is actually sweet which is nice for southern style sweet tea lovers. I think the main reason I'm appreciative of it though is the fact that it is open until midnight. Since the pandemic, there has been a lack of late night spots open. Especially those with seating indoors. So having that is a boon for those who get off late from the Jay Street MetroTech station, those late night college students crawls and more. So I think it is good primarily for that.

Don't understand what's the hype of it. They only have combo meal only. I do not want drinks. I just want tenders & fries, but whatever.. Order a combo #2, 3 pcs tender with fries and a toast. Tender is ok, 1 pc tender juice & 2 pcs were dried. Fires was a joke. Small cut of crinkle fries and tiny portion of it. No taste and soggy. Toast was good and buttery. That's the good best of the meal. Sauce is ok. Not worth it. Not a fan of this place.

Native Louisiana person here. I've been super jazzed about a couple of locations opening in NYC! One thing about the Brooklyn location is that they have a separate window for online and mobile orders. I did an online and went in to the store to pick up and there was no clear signage for mobile online orders to go outside and stand at a pick up window. An employee noticed I had been there and asked me what I was waiting for. She mentioned that I'd have to go outside to get my meal but another employee just went over to get it and gave it to me. By the time I got it everything was cold. I wish the signage were better in these instances so that you don't have to guess. Also, it seems the employees are trying to do the whole pick I'm window thing but just think it's struggling.

Had to come and see what all the hype was about. I wasn't impressed, but it is fast food, so you can't expect to be impressed. The store was clean. The staff was nice and the food came out pretty quick. I'll like try Raising Cane's out again and go for the chicken sandwich versus the chicken strips.

Price is good for the 3 piece but nothing else would make me rush back. Literally 1 sauce which is very salty . Taste is good though, I'm just guessing they just free hand the salt when mixing. If yall can't guess why the fries taste so familiar I'm almost sure they are the same ones from White Castle lol. Bread is good. I wish oth sides were toasted. Chicken is good but nothing that will make me say "hey I need canes ". Still a good value for the 3 piece special though especially since fast food prices seem to keep going up

The employees are super nice! Service is AMAZING! Our food came within less than a minute! The entire space was clean and put together. There were people walking around actively cleaning the area. The food for me was okay, it wasn't really my thing, but, my Dad really enjoyed it! The food isn't for everyone but I totally recommend going if you think you'd like it!! Prices aren't cheap, but they aren't expensive either. You could get a decent amount of food for a good price. I totally recommend getting the Arnold Palmer (half tea half lemonade). The tea is so good!! The kids portion is perfect for kids or for people who become full pretty easily. Would I go back? No. But if you think you'd like it, you should give it a try!

Actually so trash, i ordered online early 45 minutes before getting there and still i had to wait 15 minutes for someone to help me what was the damn point of ordering online if i still had to wait, staff saw me impatiently waiting and didn't give a crap. First time coming and my food wasn't even warn when i got it.No matter how good food tastes i wouldn't bother coming back after this experience. Don't bother coming to this location.

Former LSU tiger who spent ample time at Cane's flagship location off of Baton Rouge's campus. While I still miss the southern hospitality and pace of life that comes with a cane's visit, this place is really doing its level best and I can't fault them at all. Mind you, I am rating from the perspective of a pickup order, this place is new and the line has been abysmal the few times I've attempted ordering inside. So you're probably wondering, "how does this guy review their atmosphere if he's just picked up?" Look. They have a cute little pickup area on the side of the restaurant and the ladies working there are kind and courteous to a fault. Will return to this place as often as my girlfriend allows.

When raising Cane's open downtown Brooklyn they were the size of actual chicken fingers now that the size of chicken nuggets.

If you have high blood pressure. Don't go there. I ordered the combo. The fries had so much salt on them that when you picked one up the salt was all over the place. Not good at all.

I have 2 kids and ordered 2 kids meals the kids meal is basically some fries a drink and chicken fingers. by the way I tried the fries I think its rather soggy.But service is Quick,fast,friendly and Clean! The place is a little crowded but cozy!

I was pleasantly surprised. Chicken was pretty good. As a regular of Chick-Fil-A, I found Raising Cane's chicken tenders to be tender and tasty, not overly fried, and I preferred them over Chick-Fil-A's tenders and some of the other chicken spots in the area. Their sauce for dipping the tenders were good, as well as the Texas toast and lemonade. I'm taking a star off for the fries because they were a bit on the salty side, and I had to remind them about the soft drink I purchased. But I was impressed and will definitely be back.

the raising canes on 447 Fulton ave has horrible customer service. my friend and I went to grab some food and we ordered online. We walk in like normal and we wait on line for our names to be called out. As we wait we see the workers staring at us and start to LAUGH. Now I never made a review on any restaurant. But I was so disappointed how they were making fun of us for standing there waiting for them to call out our names. So our food was ready and they had it in the back. But how was I supposed to know that?! If you had good customer service you would've came up to us and asked us for our name in the order and not just stare and laugh. my friend and I noticed they're looks and immediately knew they were laughing at us. I work in customer service and I would never treat anyone like that. It was a guy and girl giving out the orders looking and giggling at us on 2/9 at around 10pm. Y'all are horrible
