Let This Be the Year Philly Rids Itself of Bad Chain Restaurants | Eater Philly

"I saw Raising Cane’s enjoy a moment with its trendy chicken tenders, but so far it hasn’t expanded beyond its spots near Penn and Temple University." - Ernest Owens

Google
Canes what the hell is this??? I’m sorry but this is not a good serving size! This looks like a kids meal and not a 3 finger combo! Spent almost $11 for this, that’s ridiculous!! They also forgot my extra canes sauce & I didn’t even get a full 3rd tender! I want a refund! Do better!!!!!

Super clean, really nice atmosphere. Staff was great and the food was fresh. This is a solid location

Google
I eat canes often and never seen a chicken tenders so small at any other location. Do better, charging for 4 tiny chicken strip that aren’t even equivalent to 2 is not okay.

Yes I’m so happy they have opened more locations! Great service friendly people. They do chicken and fries really good! And if you love there sauce it’s just mayo ketchup garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Have a great night! Clicked the thumbs up button on my review! Thanks!

Google
Tenders were so small and the toast was barely buttered and the ends were hard. The other locations never have this issue. Hopefully it gets better.

Every single time I come to this location the service is bad the employees always take 10 minutes to come take my order and sometimes there standing around talking and when they finally do they are rude and don’t make me feel welcomed they have even put the wrong name on my order and when I asked the person who took it he just shrugged his shoulders I try to avoid this location but sometimes I don’t feel like driving to Bellevue I hope that this location improves so I can come to the one near my house more often because me and my 5 kids love to come to canes

Yelp
I received a Cane's gift card for xmas and I've enjoyed using it recently on a couple occasions when I haven't felt like cooking. It's so easy to place an online order and then swoop in to pick it up either via drive-thru, curbside, or by running in. Each time the meals have been hot and fresh and really hit the spot on a cold January evening. This location at 50th & L right by the Walmart Neighborhood Grocery is super easy to get to without a lot of hassle.

Yelp
I was so excited to find a Raising Canes while traveling...The menu is simple but the detail and quality of the tenders, fries, bread. Coleslaw, and sauce is top notch

Yelp
I'm not one to dole out a 4-star review for a fast food joint, but this place deserves it... Full Disclosure: My wife and I ate last at a Raising Cane's three-years ago in New Orleans, on our way to our youngest son's graduation from Air Force basic in Lackland, TX. We fell in love with Raising Cane's at first bite and never had it again, until now. It was as good if not better than we recall. This time around we had the same son in tow as we are visiting with him after his deployment return from Kuwait. My wife and him both had their chicken finger dinner while I had the chicken sandwich. What sets aside this fried chicken from others is the sheer juiciness of the chicken and their special dIpping sauce, truly, truly special. Service is friendly and super efficient at this place, and the place was super clean (a big plus in my book for fast food joints.) This is one of those fast food franchises I am glad to be a repeat customer.

Yelp
I've eaten thousands of dollars worth of canes throughout the last 10 years and the fries are always subpar. I still go to eat the chicken. However, today this location did what I thought was impossible..... the had crispy fries salted perfectly!! (My first time at this location) We'll done and keep up the great work!!

Yelp
I've stopped here a few times for much needed replenishment after difficulties traveling. The chicken is really fresh. I was surprised they have locations everywhere except Northern California. The sweet tea is great. The chicken sandwiches are well seasoned and not overly greasy. The customer service is okay.

Yelp
I am a big fan of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, but I've seen some locations where the service is not the best, so I was eager to try out this new South Omaha location! I was very happy with their service. A big plus for them is that the building is very clean and very modern. They have a large parking lot compared to some of the other locations, and a double drive through for busy ordering times. They also have a very nice picnic table umbrella setup outside, so when the weather gets nice, this would be great! When ordering food through the drive-thru, they ask you for your name. They greet you by name at the other windows when you pay for your order and when you pick it up. I thought that was very personable and the cashiers were very friendly. The chicken fingers were baked well, no pink in them. My order was all perfect. The sauce was excellent as expected. I have been very, very happy with this new location! This will most likely become my default Cane's location now! Glad to have them in the neighborhood!

Yelp
Originally when this place opened I thought "oh great, another chicken joint" (I'd never tried Cane's before) but it's really good, food is fresh and comes out quickly. Their chicken sandwich is better than Popeye's. We got 4 meals for about $25 so pretty good prices as well. We will be back. The only downside is I think their parking lot is pretty small, but that has nothing to do with the food or service.
