I have to say. The Canes chicken tenders are quite tasty. Not a fan of the canes sauce so I dipped them in some extra CFL sauces I had. I would say the Canes tenders are actually larger than CFL. Too bad Canes doesn’t have the same level of service as CFL.

Bought a Caniac combo for my kiddos to share and a large Hi-C. Got home and split the drink into 2 cups and found this stuff at the bottom of the cup. It’s not pepper and it looks like black mold particles from the soda machine. There’s no way that should be at the bottom of a cup. I’m going to give this cup to my friend that works in a lab to have it analyzed. It’s def not pepper

Asked for fries extra crispy and told cashier we didn't mind waiting, I heard him tell the cook. Order came out in under a minute with just past raw fries

I love Cane’s as I used to work for the company for 2 years. However, I have been to this location numerous times and I order everything extra crispy every time. It is almost never extra crispy. Extra crispy means you put the chicken and the fries back into the fryer for about a minute and a half. Or leave fresh chicken and fries down for a little bit longer. My chicken is soggy and the breading is falling off and the fries are squishy. I understand the importance of trying to get the cars bumped within 2 minutes but I just paid $12.97 for a box combo and a honey mustard. I know it takes a little extra time but I want my meal the way I like it if I’m paying that much. You used to be able to get a box combo for $9 and some change. I keep coming back to Cane’s chasing the extra crispy deliciousness that I know they’re capable of. Almost makes me want to hop back in the kitchen on bird and do it myself.

UPDATE Nov 2023: I am sticking with my 5 Star review. And so would all the hungry friends and family at Sat lunch today after Thanksgiving. See photo. We have never had any problem and enjoy coming here. Maybe not that often but there are an awful lot of chicken finger places in Collin County. Good for competition. The staff was attentive and kept the place clean during meal hour. UPDATE Mar 2023: Overdue for a return visit and join the other weekend customers. Most seem to choose dine in on this visit. We got a good meal choice; 3 pieces with fries and slice of bread. Ate some and took rest home for leftover meal. So cost per meal works out better. Good service with at least 8 staff in back and register taking order getting food out, empty trash bins etc.

I decided to come back here after a while. So let me start by saying that I prefer Raising Canes over Chick-fil-A only because I felt like I got more for my money due to the size of chicken strips at Raising Canes were larger. To my surprise the box combo is a 4 piece strips meal but is it just me or is the strips super thin? And my fries were short and half the amount I remember getting esp for the price of $11.09 I use to always have leftovers but now it feels like the combo itself is almost the size of my leftovers… pretty disappointing experience for me this time…

I unexpectedly got to eat lunch here after running an errand. we usually get Raising Cane's to go or via drive through, but we decided to sit and eat at the place. What a difference freshly fried food makes! The chicken strips tasted extra good. Maybe I was hungry. The staff was very friendly too. They greeted us when we stepped into the store and they came to check on us after we started eating. We will try to come back when we get a chance

Awful drive through experience. Got my drink size wrong, which I didn't even mention, and then gave me an extra side of coleslaw despite asking for an extra side of toast. No big deal right? Heh, lady (the same one who took my order) made me show her my receipt, argued with me about what I asked for (who the heck would want extra coleslaw anyway? JK but like srsly...), and then literally stared me down as she was waiting for the toast to come, to the point where I felt compelled to take out my phone and start a video -- This chick looked to be a few seconds away from a full on melt down.
