RAK Brewing Co

In terms of layout and ambiance, this was my favorite brewery in Frederick. Their location is divided into 1/3rd and 2/3rds. The smaller portion is a quiter bar that has lots of seating where you can have a mellow conversation. The larger portion has a full service bar, a restaurant and a fun area. The restaurant serves outstanding wood fired pizza, and the night we were there they had Apple Spiced beer, which was good but very sweet. The "fun" area consisted of multiple corn hole lanes, dart boards and shuffle board. Definitely a great place to hang or host a group outing! We'll be back!!

RAK Brewing is a truly great place to go in Frederick, Maryland! This time, I attended a moving away party for a friend and for several people, it was their first visit. Everyone loved it and some have already been back! RAK is just a first class operation from the staff, food and drinks to the decor and the RAK yard… you need to check them out! Plus… I’m not a beer drinker so it’s great that they have wine and cocktails, too! Their owners Troyce and Joe Gatewood and Steve McIntyre have done an incredible job creating a super spot in downtown Frederick…great parking, private and corporate events are perfect for here, too! RAK Brewing is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy some quality food and drinks. The owners are incredibly kind and make you feel like part of the family. The food is delicious, with a menu that perfectly complements their impressive selection of brews. Service is top-notch, ensuring you have everything you need for a great time. Whether you're a craft beer enthusiast or just looking for a welcoming place to unwind, RAK Brewing is well worth the visit.

My wife and I booked RAK for our rehearsal dinner and it was one of the best choices we made during the entire planning process. They have a wide variety of drinks on their menu (beer, wine, cocktails, etc.) and the pizza from dōp is some of the best I’ve ever had (plus they have dessert pizza!). The location is also great if you or your guests are staying in Frederick. It is right next to Frederick’s Carroll Creek Park and has plenty of parking for guests who drive. The best part was how friendly and sweet the staff were. If you are looking for a great space to host a party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, etc., we could not recommend RAK highly enough.

Stopped in for some awesome pizza at DOP for lunch. The place has a nice vibe and looks like it'd be cool to bring a group of friends to. They have a big game area in the back for corn hole, jenga and a few others. The staff was nice and the pizza was awesome. The meatball sub was fantastic.

First time coming and we love it, many options for cocktails and beer, nice food selection also. Only minor suggestion, sauces for food are a little "intense" ordered honey mustard and was mainly mustard and garlic aioli was a lot of garlic but no mayo like sauce. Food was great, really enjoyed our experience here.

By far the most interesting beer selection in Frederick! They always have a sour I enjoy (which is hard to find here!) Great environment and really clean facilities! The staff is amazing and sooo friendly and helpful! We love this brewery! This Guava, mango and dragonfruit sour is the best one I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE!!!!

We used RAK for our wedding reception recently. Stephanie and all the staff were amazingly supportive, helpful and friendly! The event 1/2 of RAK is beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. I actually rented the same site for a corporate event under the older brewery that used to use the building and it is 1000% improved since then! All the guests enjoyed it, the price is was definitely right and we would recommend them for sure. Beer's great too : )
