Wow! That's my impression after eating here at Rakkan Ramen. The food was outstanding. We had the crispy Brussels sprouts, octopus rolls, and tofu and avocado salad with seaweed. Every bite was memorable. The staff were so nice and answered our questions. It is definitely a place to get delicious, healthy Asian food. We'll be back for sure!

Hidden Gem Alert! Hubby and I stumbled upon a fantastic Ramen restaurant in Town Square last night for dinner! Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Takoyaki octopus balls, chicken buns, and the Hot & Spicy Ramen noodles soup. Verdict: ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The flavors were rich, and the portions were generous. Bonus: They have vegetarian options, too! We're already planning our next visit! If you're a Ramen lover like us, you gotta try this place! 5 stars and highly recommended!

Google
Wow! Got their salmon poke bowl and was pleasantly surprised how great it was. Great quality ingredients, all on a warm bed of fresh rice. Got it along side with their free order of garlic, topped it off with their chili flakes and oil. It was delicious. I can tell their put a lot of care into their ingredients, I’m looking forward to trying their ramen next time.

Google
The food was ok but not as expected, the pork slices were very thin and the flavor was not there, the broth was good and the noddles were not soft, the place is ok but over priced, how ever the service was very good. I had to ask for extra pork because the slices were very thin

Google
I’m from Japan’s Hell’s Kitchen, Osaka where there are countless best ramen restaurants. The atmosphere of this place and the ramen naming didn’t have the traditional Japanese style, but I was pleasantly surprised by how the soups, noodles, and appetizers tasted great. Come to find out it’s owned by the Japanese chef from Tokyo! No wonder! I loved the spicy creamy ramen!!! The young pretty waitress was so nice as well!

Google
You’re visiting the Town Square area and looking to find some ramen then this is your spot. It’s right near the open area of town square so it shouldn’t be hard to spot. The choices of ramen is different than your typical ramen. The broth is more of a cleaner/clearer broth than other places but that’s what makes it good. I decided to go with the Pearl and it was pretty good. Everything else you’d expect with a ramen but the main difference is that you can distinctly taste the bonito and sardines which is really good. Normally ramen has a pork/chicken broth but this makes it really unique in itself. The service was good and the ambiance is pretty chill. You get a little bit of day light spilling in it so that it isn’t over bearing. The seating is pretty spaced out which gives you a lot of room and you’re not so close to other people.

We came in on a quieter Tuesday night. The staff was attentive; he brought waters as soon as we got there and our food came out within 10-15 minutes. Ordered some edamame, Brussels sprouts, and Spicy Quart Ramen. The food was quite flavorful. The Brussels sprouts were my favorite appetizer. They had quite a lot of favor. The ramen was mildly spicy, creamy, and the pork was cooked to perfection. I often don't eat pork, but today was the exception. The edamame was tasty, albeit a tad salty. The overall ambiance was fantastic, making it a pleasant dining experience.

Nice place to eat in the heart of Town Square. Food was great, prices were decent, and portions were fair. The staff were extremely friendly and constantly checked in.

Yelp
Food was great! Nice subtle flavors and not overly oily as their broth is plant based. Makes me think I am eating healthier while I eat the chashu pork. LOL Service was super from the staff, everything came out quite quick for a Saturday night. Decor was cool as well, kudos to whomever designed it. The Brussel sprouts were great, both sauces were good, although just eating them without the sauces were tasty too. The pork bun was just plain good, and that is a good thing. If you like the authentic broth of basic Japanese ramen, then their umami flavored ramen is for you. I eat it, but just not my favorite. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
A ramen place with plenty of vegan options! My family has a few members that don't eat meat so it's nice to have a ramen place for them to experience that doesn't have chicken/beef/pork based broths. For non-meat based broths, they all tasted amazing. I wasn't expecting much but they definitely have a wonderful broth to go with their ramen. The service was pretty good! We went in when it was empty but quickly filled up after we were seated so understandably we were forgotten a bit but the multiple servers there did a good job of trying their best to get us what we needed. The ambiance was wonderful. Cute little spot in the heart of Town Square. Plenty of tables or single person seating.

Yelp
First time to try this place out and it'll be our last. Food was meh, noodles were mushy texture was blah, it seemed that the noodles were precooked and iced then placed in hot water to be reheated to serve. The egg was hard boiled and char su looked a tasted bland. I was surprised that all of our orders came out within 3-4 min. Fastest Ramen restaurant I've ever been to. SMH To make things worse we could not have an enjoyable conversation. I asked the server why there is two different music playing simultaneously and loud. I thought it was coming from another establishment, but he said it was coming from the kitchen the bass was louder than the dining area music. It sounded like if you were in at car show with multiple Djs going all at once. Even some of the customers did not want to seat under the speakers because it was that bad. I asked to turn it down, so that we could have a nice conversation which they lowered the music the kitchen area, but made the dining area even louder. Too bad it's a nice restaurant but it's not a place that I would visit again...

Yelp
I was hesitant to try plant based broth for ramen, but was actually blown away how delicious and savory it was. We stopped in for lunch and were seated right away. Ambiance is a typical modern ramen spot. - Spicy quartz (4.5/5): The broth was creamy, savory, perfectly spicy. Noodles tasted freshly made. The egg was perfectly soft boiled. The pork was good but not great. - Spicy tuna and rice (4/5): Good portion size, tuna tasted fresh. I wish the rice was a bit more sticky but still a great side dish overall.

Yelp
Our waiter, Vid, was incredibly patient and accommodating. He recommended that if I didn't care for him overly salty food to request 1/2 the salt level (which I thankfully did). Next time I will also request using 2/3 oil. It seem that the Ramen Vegan options are all the same: corn, mushrooms, tofu, and green onions I switched out the corn for an egg (as did my friend). I'm also requested a chilli paste to give the Ramen a more full bodied taste (it's more spicy than flavour. All the ingredients were good but flavour depth was lacking. It appears that salt is what is used, but that's neither healthy (hypertension is not where I want to head) or what tastes good to me. I would like to see them explore actual seasoning to bring the flavour profile up. My friend enjoyed his Ramen and he added the spicy chilli condiment paste ( it had a kick to it.) The Vegan Gyoza and its dipping sauce was a success! Definitely will order that again. Service: 5 Stars Ambiance: 5 Stars Food: 3 Stars

Yelp
We both tried their Amber Raman and wow, what a great choice! The broth is an explosion of flavors, it is simply amazing. The finely chopped sweet onions gave it a great taste to go with the pork and egg. The staff that assisted us was really nice, too. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Wish I had better things to say about Rakkan but the ramen was just okay here. I was intrigued by the plant based broth - it definitely tasted healthier at the cost of flavor and richness that a meat broth would bring. The biggest gripe for me was the noodles - mine were a bit al dente and the normal portion felt light. I also opted for the corn addon which was like half a cup worth sprinkled on top. There was plenty of seating inside and service was decent for a quick lunch.

Yelp
I was eager to try a ramen spot with a variety of vegan broths. It was so delicious I came here two nights in a row during my trip here! The spicy garnet vegan bowl and the spicy quartz vegan bowl were both incredible, although we preferred the quartz since it's creamy. For takeout, they gave us chili oil packets to customize our spice level. Be warned that if you use the full spice packet it gets very spicy!

Yelp
This is a modern Ramen place in Town Square that we'd been curious to try. It wasn't busy on a Saturday evening, and we were seated right away. Be advised this is a no cash business, so be sure to have your credit or debit card with you. The interior is very clean and contemporary, and the service was very friendly. We tried the crispy chicken and the gyoza appetizers. Both were pretty decent. The gyoza definitely seemed like a store bought frozen product versus something made fresh in the store. The crispy chicken was very juicy and tasty. If you check in on Yelp, you receive a complementary soft drink. These are sadly served in cans rather than from a fountain, so that means no refills. I had the Amber ramen. Their ramen has an all vegetable based broth and is advertised as a healthier ramen. They also don't use the traditional egg noodles and instead use a thin wheat noodle. The broth was tasty, and I enjoyed the ramen overall. It's definitely a different taste than the traditional ramen and did have a lighter taste overall. I'm still unconvinced about the noodles, though. I did miss the traditional egg noodles. Overall this was a tasty meal in a contemporary setting, but just be aware their ramen takes a different spin on the traditional.

Yelp
Decided to stop by here since we were already in Town Square. I had the spicy garnet ramen, which was good. I just didn't like the bamboo shoots in it. I ended up ordering extra noodles too since I had plenty of broth left. I don't eat pork so I asked if they can add extra egg instead. My daughter wanted the quartz ramen in a kid size and they were able to accommodate at no additional charge which I really appreciated. Service was excellent as well. My daughter had the California roll as well but it does come as a hand roll which we didn't expect but was ok with.

Yelp
I thought it was a casual solid spot! Tastefully decorated. Food was good. I definitely recommend the takoyaki appetizer! Service was quick. Would recommend for a quick bite!

Yelp
This dining experience was nothing short of exceptional, delivering a perfect blend of flavors, creativity, and outstanding service. Upon my lunchtime arrival, I was promptly seated, setting the stage for what turned out to be an amazing culinary journey. What sets this place apart is their exclusive use of 100% plant-based broth, which immediately intrigued me. The Quartz ramen, boasting a creamy sauce that emulates the rich flavors of Tonkotsu, was an absolute revelation. The broth was a triumph, paired impeccably with tender pork and a seasoned egg. The harmony of flavors was truly delightful. The crispy chicken, a departure from the usual chicken karaage, was a highlight. Perfectly cooked with a balanced breading, it was a treat for the taste buds. The ambiance offered a casual and welcoming vibe, creating a comfortable atmosphere for an enjoyable meal. The quiet noise level further enhanced the experience. Service was exceptional, with the staff displaying friendliness, courtesy, and attentiveness throughout the meal. Parking was convenient, with plenty of spaces available in the nearby parking lot within walking distance.

Yelp
This place offers a unique ramen experience. The various broths here are pretty tasty overall and you can definitely taste the quality of their menu. The spicy ramen wasn't really packing much heat, but it had a deliciously light flavor which complemented the fatty lightly charred chashu! The fermented egg was seasoned well and the veggie toppings were great with the noodles and broth overall. This place is a bit pricier than other spots that offer a bigger bang for your buck, but it is worth it if you are craving ramen on the lighter side while you shop, or in general. The sides were nothing to write home about, but the ramen was good. The service here was friendly and it wasn't too busy during my visit so there wasn't a long wait for the food at all. They keep the door open, so it was a bit warm inside especially since the place is quite small and we are going into summer months, but it was quiet and there weren't too many parties. I think if they portioned to include a little more of the noodles in each order, it would balance what they charge per bowl. But, good spot nonetheless to try!

Yelp
I was in the mood try new ramen spot then my normal go to. It been while done foodie tour with friends that always down. Second stop. Rakkan Ramen the pics got me interested besides the base broth for all ramen none bone so more vegan. Peaked my interest. All different appetizers more diversity. It located across the park area or smack middle of town square mall. Next to Rachel Kitchen. It pretty brand new so interior super nice, clean, Asian ramen them vibe, decent size, and only thing is cashless restaurant. Like mention earlier nice diversity in the menu. I went with friends always down trying bunch of food. We got both Chicken and Pork Bun. Both da bomb. The pork stood out more. It thin perfect cook pork belly. The sauce perfect compliment. Both the steamed bun was legit. Vegan Gyoza. Surprise but I would take it over regular one. Light, refreshing, not missing fact vegan, and sauce combine chili oil. Addicting. I went with Pearl Ramen. It was refreshing, light, and broth different taste without bone base broth. The noodles were perfect. Just amazing bowl of ramen. Service five stars!!!! Our server was very attentive, greeted us warm welcome, all smiles, gave us solid recommendations for first timers, and awesome.

Yelp
I absolutely love going to Rakkan Ramen! They have such great vegan options and something for non vegans as well. Their broth is plant-based and it's perfect as it's starting to get cold right now in Vegas. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I always ask for their recommendations and have yet to be disappointed. Even more than their incredible food and staff, the location is very convenient. I love getting lunch here after shopping around.

Yelp
This place was a bit of a mixed bag. The food was well prepared but the flavors were a bit muted. Everyone in our party had a similar sentiment about the food. The service was good overall but we needed to flag them down for anything we needed throughout the meal. The space is a bit sterile and bland but was clean and well kept. It was a bit odd when we finished our meal and they would not accept cash. There was no notice at the door, on the menus or noted by the staff. It would have been quite a moment if I didn't bring my debit or credit card. I understand being progressive but cash for payment should be an option or make it much clearer that it is not. Nothing terrible here but I probably won't revisit.

Yelp
The restaurant was neatly set up and we were seated at our tables at a reasonable time. Our waiter was friendly and informed us about their menu options since it was our first time! I think it's nice to have a ramen place in the area that offers vegan options in their menu, and not to mention the plant-based broth! We ordered the Pearl and Quartz ramen, and both tasted like a simple bowl of ramen but was pulled off very well for plant-based ingredients! The broth of the Pearl ramen was especially rich in umami flavor. The broth of the quartz ramen was rich and creamy, but it lacked a bit of flavor in my opinion. The noodles had a nice chewy texture, and the charred pork belly was outstandingly delicious from its burnt taste. For its price, I thought it was a bit pricy for the quality and quantity of the ramen bowl, but it was okay for a first-timer. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a healthier option for ramen!

Yelp
I love ramen. I've been to several ramen places around town and I have to say that this is by far my favorite. I got the quartz tonkatsu and omg this bowl was packed with umami flavors! The broth at other ramen places are often too salty and too heavy. This was the perfect amount of creamy and not too salty. Comes with two big pieces of chaschu, soft boiled egg, bamboo, thin noodles, and green onions. I couldn't get enough of the flavor of this broth! The place is a descent size, but wasn't too busy when I came around noon during a weekday. Service was fast and friendly. My only two semi complains are: 1. It was very warm when I went here, so hopefully they've cranked up the ac since then. 2. The chaschu pork could be a little more tender and fatty/buttery, but that is just MY personal preference. Other than that, I really enjoyed my ramen and I will be back!

Yelp
As a Japanese guy born in Japan, I've had my share of ramen. This place is LEGIT. I got so hungry in the middle of Black Friday shopping, so I stopped here for a quick meal. I thought this place was gonna be just meh alright, but to my surprise, this ramen place is one of my top favorites now. (: The server named Vid was enthusiastic and helpful. Vid told me that this place is a chain started in Japan, and this is their first Las Vegas location. I asked him what's one of the popular ones and he recommended me the Spicy Quartz Ramen. I made it a combo with Gyoza. The broth hit my soul so good like it really hit the spot deep within my ramen chakra. Lol yeah it was just mmm mmm perfect!! I loved it a lot a lot a lot. It was delicious. The noodle was chewy and al dente. A lot of ramen places seems they don't really care about the quality of the noodles but this place got it. I like my ramen noodle to be "al dente", not "all-done tay". The presentation was beautiful and appealing. The gyoza was VERY good. I really love this place. I finished the entire bowl of ramen and drank the whole broth too. It was that good. I'll be baaaaack!!!

Yelp
I went here for a really quick meal because we had an escape room to go to in 20 minutes. It was a Monday afternoon so it wasn't busy and we got our food pretty quickly. The inside is spacious and gives an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant feel. We ordered the Garnet, a Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl, and Pork Gyoza. I was pleasantly surprised that the ramen broth was very flavorful. I didn't have high expectations because their broths are plant based, but it was delicious! It's great that there are vegan and vegetarian options and that the food is amazing as well.

Yelp
We stopped by here for lunch after shopping around town square and glad we chose this. I'm from LA and hardly venture to try ramen outside of my comfort zone. We were seated right away and ordered a few appetizers to start with. I ordered for us to share takoyaki and chicken karaage, and they were really good. Good bite sized takoyaki and just the right temperature! Sometimes I bite into them and it burns the insides of my mouth haha. Really enjoyed it. Chicken karaage was on point, very crispy and juicy. Karaage is a must have when you're having it alongside ramen. For my ramen I ordered their most popular one called the Amber. A soy sauce based soup combined with Umami. Very savory and went really well with the ramen. The ramen was on the skinner side but certainly a good combination. Chashu was charred nicely and kept the soup very simple. I loved what I ordered. Not bad pricing when making it a combo with another appetizer. For those who have an eating preference, they have vegan options and a variety of other dishes aside from Ramen. Great service and would come back!

Yelp
I had an exceptional dining experience at the Ramen Noodles restaurant. From being promptly greeted to swiftly seated within a minute, the service efficiency was commendable. The appetizers and drinks were promptly delivered, showcasing their commitment to a seamless dining experience. Impressively, our entrees arrived in under three minutes, demonstrating both speed and quality. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and the temperature of the soup was exactly as desired--hot and comforting. To top it off, the Strawberry Sake is an absolutely must for you sake lovers. Overall attention to timing and taste at this establishment exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant for its prompt service and delicious ramen.

Yelp
Food was really tasty and the Ramen Broth was on point. The Umami Flavor. The service was great the gentleman was nice and very polite. From order to food on the table was really fast under 10 minutes. The Ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and nice. Located in Town square it's a great Ramen Shop

Yelp
Located right in the heart of Town Square, RAKKAN Ramen resides in a very convenient location near the outside food courts. I've been eyeing this place for quite some time ever since I noticed their "opening soon" sign and finally came to try it! First and foremost was that for a ramen place, it's actually quite larger and more spacious than other ramen places. The menu is pretty straight forward and luckily there was a limited time Ramen, the curry ramen, which isn't something I typically see in other ramen places. While the dish itself was indeed unique, I wished that it was made from curry paste rather than curry powder as that makes the difference in curry, night and day. As far as the appetizers go, the selection is pretty great and decently priced. As with any Japanese place, Takoyaki is a must try for me as my journey to find the BEST or one of the best takoyaki never stops. As for the takoyaki here, it does not fall short. The takoyaki was fried perfectly and they do not short you on the meat inside as well! Overall, this is a place that I'm quite surprised seeing as how there isn't many ramen places within a mall, but it's definitely a place I would come back only if I was in or around the area. While the food is great, the interior is modern, and the place is clean, the service was subpar. Our server was nice, but never really checked up on us or other tables and pretty much just handed the food to us. Definitely a place worth giving a try especially if you're in or around the area. Though as of this time I don't think they have the curry ramen, but who knows, maybe they'll bring it back in the future! Overall it was quite a pleasant experience and I hope to see RAKKAN ramen continue its journey.

Yelp
After a subpar ramen experience on the Strip the night before, we needed to redeem our venture for ramen, and found this gem a few minutes outside the Strip in Town Square. The service was wonderful. The food came out quickly and was very good. My personal favorite was the pork bun, and we also ordered the Brussel sprouts, shrimp shumi, pork gyoza. All were excellent.

Yelp
Excited for this ramen joint right in Town Square LV. Right away the branding makes me think it is a famous ramen restaurant. Inside is very modern and clean ambiance. Service was speedy with seating and friendly service. Lots of appetizers to choose from from Shumai, potstickers, fried chicken (karaage) and you can also make a combo of appetizer and ramen. No soda fountain at this one and you will get the standard soda can if you want soft drinks. Ramen is not an egg based noodle but as in the menu it is a wheat based noodle. It is a little more similar to soba buckwheat than the chewier egg based noodles at other ramen. Base was good there are a lot of unique flavors. I actually liked the bonito based broth as well as the tonkotsu type broth. There are also cold and brothless style noodles. Overall a very good ramen and enjoyable experience.
google avatar

Ren F.

Yelp
Been going here since it opened. BUT the last time we were there we had the same ramen we always order. But this time the center of the noodles was cold. This is inexcusable. Ramen should be served hot and the prep requires the noodles to be thoroughly mixed before presentation. This tell me the noodles were just removed from the refrigerated storage and plopped into hot water without stirring. The shops in Japan would commit seppuku if they served ramen like this. Ramen is sacred to the Japanese. But Americans are too easy to fool. SHAME ON YOU Rakkan!
google avatar

James N.

Yelp
This place has high reviews because the broth is vegan. To me, it didn't taste quite right. It also tasted a little bit like burning chemicals but I think that's because they seared (slightly burned) the slices of pork. Overall it was a three star bowl of ramen. I gave it four stars because the service was very nice and prompt. Overall, if you're a vegan this is a great place, but if you just like good food, this place is fine but nothing outstanding.

Yelp
Tl;Dr - Come here if you're willing to spend $20+ to feel full. You won't regret it, just don't expect it to feel like your usual ramen spot. VIBES: 3/5 Honestly this place is SO nice but vibes are just lacking due to it being so nice lol. Ironic, I know but it just doesn't feel like a ramen spot. I'm sure with time it will feel more like that. Never really seen it busy though which is nice. VALUE: 4/5 If bowls were $2 cheaper I think it would be a 5/5 for value. But $15 for ramen just seems kinda high. I pay the price willingly lol but I think $13 would be right in the pocket. Also, it's in Town Square, so if you frequent this area and don't wanna cash out for Kabuki it's a great Asian alternative. That's a value add within itself. SERVICE: 5/5 Everyone here is freaking Awesome. Jonah (one of the Managers) is a stud and just good at what he does. If you ever have the opportunity to talk with him, ask him for recommendations! Also, feel free to learn more about him, he's a cool dude! PRODUCT(S): 5/5 The food here is 100% BOMB. It's the best ramen in Vegas in my opinion lol. I think you can get better "experiences" that feel more like that hole in the wall vibe.

Yelp
I was in the area and decided to try this place out because I like ramen. Hardest decision was which one to get. Finally decided on the Garnet (miso) ramen. Such a good choice! The broth is fantastic! Silky and rich but not fatty and greasy. The vegetable base broth is so good. The noodles are on the thinner side but that's ok. The skinnier noodles help trap more broth between them. Chashu is perfectly cooked and seasoned. Loved the egg and bamboo shoots. Service is fast and friendly.

Yelp
Love coming here whenever we visit Vegas! We look forward to it every time. The steamed vegan gyoza's are amazing and tasty!

Yelp
Do y'all know how hard it is to find a great ramen spot, well look no more! This is it!! I'm not sure how long this place has been opened for, but I'm glad I came across it today. I got the Spicy Quartz ramen and it's beyond delicious and creamy. The broth is the best I've ever had, make sure you add corn for an extra touch of flavor. Also the restaurant is super cute and even though it seemed like they were short staffed , the service was awesome. Will definitely come back!
google avatar

Kristen F.

Yelp
I'm really impressed that a ramen spot only offers plant based broths!! There's something for everyone at Rakkan but they really do put the vegetarian and vegan in the group at ease when ordering. The menu is very clearly marked and there are lots of vegan options. Again, if you need an Omni spot, this one is perfect. I brought my dad here that would never think that a noodle soup could be his full meal (lol) and he really enjoyed a rice bowl. The brussel sprouts are really yummy and I personally love the vegan creamy spicy ramen :) Pro tip: if you hate paying for parking and you visit during paid parking hours, park near the theater and walk over. The walk is not far at all!

Yelp
Food very tasty, friendly, nice and comfy ambiance. Even the service, they are quick and even one of our servers look like one of a member of an Asian boyband.

Yelp
Rakkan Ramen is one of the newest ramen shops in the valley. They are known for their veggie based broths, which means it should be much cleaner and less heavy. My husband and I decided to go for lunch about two weeks ago. My husband decided to try their Amber, which is their soy sauce + umami "base' while I decided to go for their Garnet, which is their miso "base". We also got an order of their spicy beef gyoza to share. The spicy beef gyoza came first -- it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It came with dipping sauce and spicy sauce/paste (spicy miso) on the side. The beef inside the gyoza didn't seem spicy at all though, which is fine. The gyoza was still pretty delicious. Out of the two ramens, I really liked the Amber. The umami sauce gave it such good depth and the ramen noodles carried that depth. The Garnet, however, the ramen noodles didn't carry much flavor so I wasn't too impressed with it. The noodles were a perfect texture though. I loved how clean the broth was -- it's definitely not for everyone. If you're the type to love a flavorful punch in your mouth, I don't think it'll be something that you enjoy. I, however, love how I didn't feel bloated afterwards. I also don't have to worry about heart stopping sodium levels. Prices are probably a tad higher than the other ramen joints in the valley but it is also located in a prime location. Wouldn't mind coming back again for their Amber. Would recommend if you want some clean broth and something different.

Yelp
I have to admit, when I walked by the sign in Town Square I got a little giddy. Having had Rakkan a few months prior in Long Beach, could this one hold up? I was out of town for the grand opening, but surely made my way in. After voting, my mom, niece and I needed to refuel. It was also World Vegan Day, so we were definitely heading in as Rakkan planted a tree for every vegan ramen sold. I love that all broths are plant based, making it easy to turn any bowl you would like vegan. The options are endless. I ordered Spicy Creamy Ramen and of course, vegan gyoza. The waiting game was brutal as I can see them in the back preparing the deliciousness. The question of could it hold up? YEP! It was as delicious as I remember in LGB. My bowl was packed with flavor: Vegetable broth, subbed pork for tofu, spicy miso, green onion, and bamboo shoots. My mom said she liked this place better than the first one we went to. This location is in the center of the mall and has plenty of seating indoors. No outdoor seating, however, you could take your order to go and head to the park right across the way. All the servers were very attentive and kind. Answered all of my moms questions with ease, and was patient as she "couldn't remember what she ordered last time." Will I be back? You know it!

Yelp
My Gold Elite friend, Jessica P, was one of the first to review and with raves! I stopped on today. Not too busy for a Friday lunch hour. I was greeted warmly and seated right away at table. Great hospitality with the menu explained, water option, and drink order taken. I asked "how spicy" is hot and my server said it was a 2 out of 10. Ah, mildly spicy. Ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and made it a combo with gyoza. It arrived a few minutes later at the same time. The ramen was perfect for my tastes with firm noodles. I like that it comes with all the right toppings. No guess work. The charshu was some of the best I've ever had. The gyoza was crispy and was delicious to dip in my soup broth. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
Newly opened and this is the best ramen place I've been to since I moved to Vegas. Loved the broth and very creamy. Pricing is average/normal for what ramen is for. Seared quickly. Our waiter greeted us quickly and took our drink order right away. Answered all questions I asked since it was our first time trying. Didn't let me down and got good choices. Food came quick 10-15 mins. Noodles and broth temperature was perfect for the cold weather.

Yelp
This place is located at TownSquare. I love Ramen and was excited to try this newly opened Ramen place. Went here on a Thursday afternoon around 6ish. They were busy already but was able to accommodate our party of 5 people. The hostess was nice and accommodating. They don't have a waiting list so they just remember who you are. We just waited for a few minutes until they clean our table. We stayed here over an hour. We were just chit chatting and they servers didn't give us a time limit to stay. For appetizers, we ordered the pork bun. We ordered two of them. The pork meat was a little dry but the taste was good. We all ordered the combo soup. The combo came in with a bowl of soup + gyoza or rice bowl with some chopped meat or chicken bites. The gyoza can come in either pork or beef. The creamy soup was my favorite. The soup was yummy and had left overs. The servers were attentive. They serve you the food instantaneously. There was a hardly any wait.

Yelp
Wow!!! Ramen that totally satisfied our taste buds with authenticity!!! We lived in Japan from 2010 - 2015 and slurping on the Rakkan noodles and broth instantly brought back fond memories of eating Japanese food in Japan!! Loved the ambiance!! Open kitchen with sleek counter seating and an abundance of 2-seater tables that could be easily moved to accommodate larger parties. We started off with Edamame and Crispy Pork Gyoza. Muah...chef's kiss!!! Loved the texture of the gyoza. Fried to perfection. The dipping sauce was 100!!! I love that their broth is clean...100% plant-based!! Tummy didn't feel weighed down afterwards. Felt like I could eat a whole lot more! I chose the Spicy Creamy Ramen bowl on the limited specials menu through November. It was yum at first bite! Full of flavor, just a slight punch of spicy miso - so not too spicy, and the noodles were so fresh. Probably the best I've ever eaten. Nice sear on the grilled pork. Meanwhile, my +1 opted for the miso flavor called "Garnet". I was hoping to try it, but I looked up and his bowl was empty!! Wahhhh!! I guess this means we have to go back again soon, which is fine by me!! Service was terrific! Our server was friendly and he thoroughly explained the menu and the history of Rakkan. Grand Opening on Tuesday, October 25th!! Rakkan is located across the street from the Town Square Park.

Yelp
Seaweed Salad and Spicy Garnet Vegan hit the spot. The ramen broth is visibly oily, but the noodles and other ingredients are good. Service was attentive and prompt. Next, I'd like to try their vegan bao bun and sushi roll. I appreciate that this places contributes to the modicum of vegan options in Town Square.

Yelp
Planned to go to another restaurant at Town Square for dinner but thought ramen sounded good - so glad we stopped here. The Spicy Garnet was recommended by the server. Absolutely perfect. You wouldn't guess their broth is plant based by the taste of it. Vegetable dumplings and edamame were good too. Don't sleep on this little ramen spot next to Rachel's! I'll be back for more soon.

Yelp
Omggg! Absolutely loveeed this place! I'm not a huge fan of ramen, however, this place is so yummy! I got the garnet ramen and the Brussel sprouts! Will definitely be one of my go to spots. Their Brussel sprouts are super crispy and come with two dressing that are really tasty! The ramen was a miso based broth and typically I'm a tonkatsu person but this was creamy and flavorful, noodles weren't too thick and cooked just right. I ended up adding a bit of spice but overall it was a great experience!

Yelp
We tried this place for the first time since we were at Town Square. This is a solid ramen place with vegan options. We ordered their Asian Spice ramen with shrimp hand roll combo, Quartz with fried chicken rice bowl combo and kids Quartz ramen. The broth is vegetable based and clean tasting. We are just used to pork broth that provides a more depth of flavor. This is by preference, their noodles were a bit mushy for our taste perhaps it was their gluten-free noodles. We like the noodle to have a nice chew/bounce. We also had fresh garlic that helped boost the flavor. Their fried chicken was done to perfection.

Yelp
I really like this place. The ramen is great, and they have a vegetable broth that is a nice change from the usual pork broth. The service is fast, and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any ramen lovers.

Yelp
The interior of this place is beautiful and modern for a ramen spot! I mean it's in a nice outdoor mall so I expect no less. I give this place 3 stars because: 1. The service. Upon entering the hostess sat us right away which was awesome. The server was quick to take our order and explain that it's not as heavy as the regular ramen places because it's veggie based (appreciate the info for those who can't read the menu) he didn't check in on us once and I had to pull his attention for the check and a 2 go box at which point they cleared our table. The table with small and we ordered 2 appetizers and a ramen bowl. When he brought the to go container he didn't bring a bag.. come on you're at a mall you think I want to walk around with a plastic container of ramen?? He also seemed like he didn't wanna be there so ehh 2- love that the broth wasn't as heavy as a pork based broth but since it was veggie based I believe it was salty AF! Once all the noodles and pork were gone that broth was salty to where I couldn't even eat it. The veggie gyoza was a new one for me I have nothing else to compare it to but I wasn't particularly impressed with it. Would I go back? Yes, if I was at the mall craving ramen. The takoyaki was delicious! And like I said as long as you have the noodles the broth is still good

Yelp
Just recently moved to the area and excited to try new places all over Vegas. Stopped in here with my partner before a movie as we are big ramen fans and are happy to report I was not left disappointed. The vibe of the place is that of a trendy dive and located right by the park of Town Square. The staff were very kind, attentive and quickly sat us down and took our order. I ordered the Quartz which was listed as one of their "spicy" options and will say this was good flavor but very little "spice" to me. Long story short if I am in the mood for good food and even more specifically ramen and am in the area I will absolutely come back. But not necessarily somewhere I would think of first, go out of my way or make the drive to if I'm in the mood for ramen.

Yelp
Small portion for price. I was charged for rice noodles and am uncomfortably uncertain it may not be gluten free. Not sure I'll return
